Chapter 7: Thinking About The Future

Garth used to be a suave ladies man who gets all the female Blue macaws and he date many of the female Blue macaws in his tribe. He got an afro with his good looks and he charms the Blue macaw girls and he wants the girls to fall in love with him. Garth always wants a girl to love him. Garth is thinking about his life if he don't find love. That was until a unexpected female happened to him and it was not a female Blue macaw. It was the Blue macaws former worst enemies the Scarlet macaws.

Garth have developed deep feelings for Holly, who is the daughter of Katie and Winston and the big sister of Nina and Mary. Garth know that the Scarlet macaws are the enemies but he couldn't take it anymore. After the defeat of the loggers, Garth tells Holly his true feelings for her and Holly accepts it. The two fall in love with each other and become a couple.

Garth and Holly are not mates yet. Garth was thinking of having kids one day after he gets married to Holly. The morning came, Garth wakes up.

"Rise and shine my sweetie." Garth said.

"A few more minutes of sleep." Holly said.

"Here comes the tickle monster." Garth said and he tickles Holly.

"Okay I am up." Holly said.

"Great." Garth said.

"Are you all alright honey?" Holly asked her boyfriend.

"Yes I am my love. What you want for breakfast?" Garth asked his girlfriend.

"I want mango for breakfast." Holly said.

"Okay let me go get breakfast for you." Garth said.

Garth left the hollow to find mangos. He found the mangos.

"Here you go my love." Garth give the mango to his girlfriend. Garth and Holly eat together.

"Holly I will be right back. I have to ask Alex something." Garth told her.

"Okay don't take so long." Holly said.

Garth exits the hollow. Garth want to talk to his Scarlet macaw friend Alex. He sees Alex, his blue macaw wife Lily, and their children Eddie and Cadence.

"Hi Alex and family." Garth said.

"Hi Garth." Alex and his family greeted him back.

"Lily, can I borrow Alex for a second?" Garth asked her.

"Of course." Lily said.

"I will be right back honey." Alex said to Lily.

"Okay don't be long." Lily said. Alex and Garth talk outside.

"What do you want to talk about Garth?" Alex asked.

"Well, it's about Holly. I love her with all of my heart, I appreciate her as my girlfriend, and she is a beautiful bird to be with. I know we are not mates yet but I decide to pop the big question to her, I plan to propose to her tonight, and ask her to marry me." Garth said to Alex.

Alex eyes is wide open.

"Wow really." Alex said.

"Yes Alex, where will be the perfect spot for me to propose to Holly?" Garth asked Alex.

"The perfect place I will say is the waterfall." Alex answered.

"Awesome thanks Alex." Garth said.

"Anytime." Alex said.

Garth flys to join his girlfriend.

"Hi Garth welcome back." Holly said.

"Good to be back. Do you want to go on a date tonight?" Garth asked her.

"Yes I would love too." Holly said.

"Awesome." Garth said.

Garth and Holly have a date at the waterfall and the sun was setting. They look at each other and smiling.

"Garth I am enjoying our date." Holly said.

"Me too my love. As long that I am with you." Garth said.

"Our love have gotten stronger." Holly said.

"Yes it is. I finally found someone to love." Garth said.

"Me too. I have feelings for you also Garth." Holly said.

It was getting dark. Garth and Holly are still at the waterfall.

"Holly I want to ask you something?" Garth asked her.

"What is it darling?" Holly asked him.

Garth took Holly's wing and starts his speech.

"Holly you are the most incredible Scarlet macaw bird I ever known. Holly blushed at his comment. "You brought so many joy to life and you show me how I can love a girl. I know we were once enemies but after the defeat of the loggers, we developed deep feelings for each other and we danced at the victory party. You brought so many joy in my life and I wanted to spend the rest of my life with you? Garth got on one knee, grab Holly's wing, and ask the big question. "Holly, will you marry me?" Garth asked Holly. Holly gasped in shock.

"Oh My God. Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes I will marry you Garth." Holly said. Holly hugs Garth and Garth hugs her back. Garth picked her up and spins her around. The two lovebirds shared a passionate kiss while holding around each other wings.

"Let's tell the family about us." Garth said.

"Indeed my love." Holly said.

Garth and Holly entered the hollow.

"Hey you two. How was your date?" Katie asked Garth and Holly.

"It was good. We have something to tell you?" Garth said.

"What is it?" Katie asked.

"We are engaged." Garth and Holly said it together at the same time.

Katie, Winston, Mary, and Nina are surprised. They clapped their wings. Katie, Winston, Mary, and Nina hugs Garth and Holly.

"We are so happy for you both." Katie said.

"Thanks mom." Holly said.

"You're welcome sweetie." Katie said.

Garth and Holly are now fiancés. Garth told his friends about him being engaged to his fiancé Holly and his friends are happy for him. Garth told Blu, Jewel, Bia, Carla, Tiago, Banjo, Grace, Belle, Crystal, Junior, Max, Alex, Lily, Cadence, and Eddie. They are happy for him. Katie and Winston are fine with Garth being their son-in-law and Nina and Mary are fine with Garth being their brother-in-law.

Well Garth was always the ladies man I guess just like Roberto. Garth is one of my OC characters.
