It was a bright morning at Northwest Manor.

Within a purple colored canopy bed. Pacifica Northwest began to stir.

With a yawn she removed her sleep mask and went to her vanity mirror to grab a hairbrush.

As she began to straighten out her hair. She suddenly heard her mother cry out.

"Pacifica! Darling! Please come downstairs!"

Despite having stood up to her parents and being more assertive towards them, there were still some times where she needed to listen to them.

Not bothering to dress. Pacifica hurried downstairs where her parents were waiting.

"Pacifica, didn't you hear the news?" Her mother, Priscilla asked.

"Um, no, because I was still sleeping." Pacifica replied.

"Well Gravity Falls is being beset by monsters." Her mother told her.

"What?!" Pacifica exclaimed. "Really?"

Her father, Preston nodded. "We will have to prepare the panic room to keep us and the staff safe for the next few weeks."

Not wanting to be part of her parents' selfishness again. Pacifica turned and hurried upstairs.

As she went to her room and closed the door she noticed something sparkling on her windowsill.

Upon approaching it, she found it to be a sparkling white crystal with a spectrum of cyan, magenta and yellow as she tilted it around.

Interestingly, the shape it was in was unlike that of any. That of a Llama.

But what was it doing here? It wasn't there when she woke up. Not even last night, or any day in her life.

Pacifica then realized that the llama shape resembled the old Llama doll she had been given on her first birthday.

But it couldn't be a coincidence...could it?

She walked forward and grabbed the crystal off the sill and stared at it intently.

"Pacifica..." A voice resonated in her head. It sounded almost like...

"Dipper?" She spoke aloud. "Is that you?"

"Pacifica, please...help me..." His Voice pleaded, "I need your help in this fight."

"Me... fight?" She asked aloud. "But how?"

"Find something in that hidden room." Said the voice, "Where we first became friends."

"But what can there be to find?" She asked.

"ANYTHING!" Dipper snapped. "Gravity Falls needs you Pacifica, and so do I."

The voice stopped and Pacifica looked around.

She didn't know what the voice was all about but one thing was for certain, Dipper needed her.

After putting on her clothes, as well as a Trenchcoat and a Purple Bandana and Sunglasses over them, she hurried to the dark hidden room that held contents revealing the truth of her families manipulating and backstabbing history.

("Alright.") She thought to herself, ("If my ancestors conned people out of a lot of stuff, maybe there's some sort of weapon I could use to defend my loved ones. ")

She then picked up a strange rod with three inward clawlike curves sticking out the top, and examined it.

"What does this thing do?" She asked aloud as she shook it.

Immediately, a glowing white orb appeared on top, between the claws, and shot from the staff.

It then hit a nearby Owl Statuette which lit up with a white aura.

"What the..." Pacifica moved the arm holding the rod down.

At that, the glowing statuette moved off the table and slammed into a mirror.

Pacifica stared at the rod in shock before lifting it up.

The Statuette floated back into midair.

"Woah..." She was amazed. "Now how do I?..."

She shook the rod which caused the statuette to stop glowing and the orb flew from it and back between the claws on the rod.

"Amazing." She said aloud. She pointed the orb back at the statuette and shook the rod.

Like before, the orb left the rod and possessed the idol.

Pacifica smirked.

Looks like she found her weapon.

As Preston and Priscilla stood in the foyer and continued discussing what to do, Pacifica entered with a firm footstep.

[Music: Linkle HW]

They saw her fully dressed, the Rod in one hand and the mysterious crystal in the other.

"Dear?" Priscilla asked. "Why are you dressed like that?"

"Isn't it obvious?" Pacifica replied. "I'm joining the battle and stopping those monsters."

"You're WHAT?!" Her parents exclaimed.

"Pacifica, Maybe you didn't hear the news." Preston explained. "These monsters. They're vicious, not like the ghosts we fought during our dinner party. Besides, seeing a Northwest fighting like some...some..." He shuddered, unable to finish that thought. "We have a reputation to uphold!"

"Well that reputation is kinda on this ice right now because of what happened at the Dinner Party," Pacifica accused. "Like I said, our family's name has been broken, and I'm plan to fix it. Besides, you want us to keep our reputation right?"

"Well...yes but-" Preston trailed off.

"Then this is the best way for you-I mean us, to get back on the town's good graces again." Pacifica replied.

She examined the crystal in her hand. "Besides, I want to prove myself to my friends, show them how much I've grown."

"The Pines kids?" Priscilla asked incredulously. "Pacifica shouldn't we leave this to them-"

Pacifica showed them the crystal. "Look. They communicated with me through this jewel. They said they needed me. It's a MAGIC crystal."

She then walked for the door before turning to her mom. "And don't worry, I have my cellphone to contact you in case something goes awry."

"Ok, thanks..." Priscilla was unsure about this course of action her daughter was taking.

"But how are you going to fight?" Preston asked. He noticed that staff in her hands. "What is that?"

"I found it in...the basement." Pacifica lied. "It can control statues. Look."

She aimed it at a nearby suit of armor and let the orb possess it.

The Suit's torso moved as Pacifica controlled it.

"See this will help defend me against those monsters."

She walked forward but as she did the orb left the statue as it collapsed to the floor.

She looked at the rod.

"Hm, looks like I need to concentrate with this cheap thing."

Their daughter then walked forward, determination in her eyes.

"Now if you'll excuse me. I have a town to protect."

And with that, she pulled open the manor doors and rushed out.

"Wait!" Priscilla cried.

"Now, now." Preston put a hand on his wife's shoulder. "If she says she can restore our reputation by fighting in the town, let's see where this takes us. But for now, let's head to the panic room."

"Alright." Priscilla turned to the doors where her daughter left.

"Be safe, my daughter."

Pacifica reached the base of the hill her Mansion was on and she pulled out her phone.

She couldn't call in a limo due to all of the staff going into hiding. But that was OK, she had walked on her own to the Mystery Shack once and survived, so how different would this be?

She pulled out her flip phone and pulled up a map of Gravity Falls.

"Hmmm, so if Northwest Manor is here...and the town is here, then the quickest way there is."

She set her phone down and noticed a path through the woods.

She frowned.

"Maybe this was a bad idea?" She thought.

At this, the crystal in her pocket began to glow.

Pocketing her phone and pulling out the gem she stared at it, remembering Dipper's pleas through it.

Her resolve resurfaced.

"Gravity Falls. Here I come." She spoke as she marched into the forest.

Pacifica left her mansion, vowing to restore peace to Hyrule. But before long, she ended up lost in a malevolent forest. There, a figure in a strange cloak appeared out of nowhere and stole her precious crystal. That crystal, as she knew, was proof of her destiny. She had to get it back. Thus began Pacifica's first true trial.

Pacifica trudged through the woods, her rod in her right hand, and the crystal in her left.

"Ok, how longer until I reach the town?" She wondered aloud. She pulled out the crystal in her hand. "Dipper?" She called out. "Hello?"

No response.

"Great. So NOW you decide not to speak." She muttered. "How am I going to save this town if I don't know what to do?"

"How about you give yourself up to me." A voice rang out.

This caused Pacifica to tense up.

"Wh-who said that?" She cried out.

A dark shadowy figure with black and British Racing green smoke emanating from his person materialized in front of her.

"There is nothing you can do against the army that is going to raze the dimension that is Gravity Falls." The figure Spoke in a raspy British accent. "Just give up and return home, girly. This fight is clearly out of your league."

"Who are you to judge me?" Pacifica taunted. "Mr. Shadow jerk."

"More than you think, Pacifica." Shadowy Figure replied. Though Pacifica couldn't see his face he was smirking. "That's right, I know who you are. The Daughter of wealthiest family in this dimension. Speaking of wealthy, I wonder if you have something rich on you. Oh!"

He extended his hand and the Llama Crystal was enveloped in a black-green aura and floated out of her hands.

He examined it. "Ooh, what a pretty crystal. I'll take it."

Pacifica gasped outraged. "Says who?"

"Says me." Shadowy Figure taunted. He raised his arms only for nothing to happen.

"Oh dear." He muttered. "It looks like I do not have enough power to escape. Fine then, if you want this back, you'll have to survive my horde of monsters."

He raised his hands again. "MONSTERS OF THE FOREST. HEAR ME AND OBEY! DESTROY THE GIRL IN PURPLE!"

At that, several Wizarlocks and hordes of Skullkin materialized in front of the figure.

"Ta ta." He waved as he retreated leaving Pacifica alone with the monsters.

"Hey!" Pacifica shouted angrily. "I need that!"

The Monsters began to close in on her.

She sighed.

Looks like she had to fight it out if she wanted her crystal back.

She shook the rod in her right hand as the orb appeared.

She then turned around to see if there was anything she could control with it, but there was nothing.

And to make matters worse she left the owl statuette back at the manor. Not that it would do any good against these hordes.

A skullkin got close to her enough to swipe and that's when she instinctively swung the rod.

The Orb hit the creature and it disintegrated.

At this, she smiled. Looks like she had something to defend herself with after all.

She walked forward, swinging the rod around as it destroyed the Skullkin, reducing them to ash.

The Wizarlocks however were harder to take down as they seemed to be more durable to her attacks.

One charged up a blast of dark magic a her which she ducked before she attacked again.

However, she soon found herself surrounded by several of the Wizarlocks, who were ready with their lanterns. Pacifica was in no condition to take them all out at once as she gripped the Rod rightly with both hands. Really wishing she had the Owl Statuette with her.

At once the orb began to glow green.

SLAM!

Pacifica opened her eyes and saw a giant imitation of the owl statuette had appeared and flattened the Wizarlocks.

She stared at the Owl Statuette Echo in awe before turning her attention in the direction Shadowy Figure went in.

She raced up the hill, through the giant tree and noticed him up north.

She walked forward.

"Hey, Shadow Man!' She snapped. "Give me back my crystal, and nobody gets sued."

The Shadowy Figure barely looked scared. "Oh no. The Rich girl is threatening to sue me! Whatever shall I do? Oh wait."

He snapped his fingers and more Skullkin appeared as he retreated towards the Eastern Tree.

"Hey, HEY!" Pacifica complained. Concentrating, she resummoned the Owl Statuette and swung and smashed it around until the monsters surrounding her were reduced to dust and purple smoke.

She ran after him.

"All these monsters work for me!" She heard his voice echo in her head. "Why don't you contend with them for a while?"

She saw several Wizarlocks pour out the Tree Keep.

Pacifica had her Rod and Statue ready as she waved them around, the giant echo appearing and disappearing as it attacked and squashed the monsters.

Pacifica then slashed away the scraps as she saw the Shadowy Figure retreat into the North Square.

"You want your crystal, come and get it!" He taunted.

At that moment Pacifica's phone vibrated.

She opened it.

"Hello?"

"Pacifica, dearie? Are you OK?"

It was her mom.

"Mom!" Pacifica shouted as she chased after. "Yeah, I'm fine, but some rude Shadow poser just stole my destiny crystal! I'm trying to get it back."

"Well, that's not good." her mother sounded displeased. "Where are you now?"

"Chasing him through the woods." She responded.

"The woods?! Dear, you better make him pay!" Priscilla's disgust spoke volume. "Nobody makes a Northwest run through the woods, like a weakling!"

"I know." Pacifica growled. "He's in the North! I'm heading there n-"

She stopped when she saw a giant gate.

"What? The gate's closed?!" She shouted with outrage. "What the heck?"

"What is it?" Priscilla asked.

"Some Phantom Butler is guarding the doors." Her daughter replied. "I can't get through."

"If there's a monster guarding the gate, then maybe defeating him will open the way." her mother suggested.

Pacifica thought about this before she turned towards the Wizarlock.

It charged up a powerful blast of energy at her which sent her flying. She quickly recovered and thrust the energy orb into its chest to stun it.

She then raised the staff and summoned the Statuette echo above it before slamming it down to smoosh the monster.

It vanished into smoke as the gates behind it opened.

Pacifica charged through just in time to see Shadowy Figure retreat through another glade as several Skullkin covered his retreat.

"You're a kid, right?" His voice taunted her. "Then that means you like playing games. Then let's play some Hide-and-Seek. Check every keep here if you want to see it again."

Pacifica was getting more and more irritated by the minute. "Stop teasing me!" She snarled. "JUST COME OUT!"

She charged out of the Darker woods toward the Western Tree and with a couple swings. Captured it.

"Nope. Not in that keep." His voice mocked her.

Pacifica noticed two other enemy-run keeps and could tell the shadowy figure was hiding in one of them...but which?

As she looked between them she noticed something else.

A small faun was being assaulted by three wizarlocks.

Thinking quickly, she charged towards the enemies and summoned the owl statuette beneath her as she rode it like a pony to charge into the wizarlocks to stun them before slashing them away with her orb.

She looked at the faun.

"Are you alright?"

The Faun nodded before giving her a potion and scurrying away.

Pacifica drank the potion and felt her fatigue and injuries instantly fade away.

"Thank you." She whispered before turning her attention to the South Tree.

She summoned the owl statuette before flattening the keep.

"Not in that one, either." The Shadowy Figure taunted her.

"Then that leaves one keep left." Pacifica thought. "And I bet that's where you are."

She made her way to the Southern Village Square (Which for some strange reason was devoid of any citizens).

She noticed there were several more monsters occupying the square (which shouldn't surprise her if they were looting, but with all the citizens gone and all houses devoid of possessions, that was a sign that someone had summoned them).

"I found you." She smirked.

She waved her staff around as she walked forward, shocking the Skullkin with her orb,

Once they were all cleared out, The Shadowy Figure appeared.

"You got me." He groaned. "But still, I'm not giving it back to you that easily."

"Well then," Pacifica glared. "I'll just have to take it from you by force."

She readied her rod.

The Shadowy figure simply smirked as it summoned it's own staff.

"Woah." Pacifica was alarmed. "You have your own weapon?"

"Why yes." The figure replied. "I was merely playing with you, but since you're so insistent on getting killed...who am I to deny that?"

Pacifica charged at the Figure only for him to thrust his staff forward.

This one had lots of circles on it, sticking out like branches with the top one featuring a glowing blue void in the middle. A whip of cyan energy shot out of it and struck her in then side of her face.

The Daughter of the Northwests didn't have much time to reach as she was bludgeoned repeatedly with the top of the staff.

"Ow, hey, quit-quit it!" She shouted as the last blow sent her sliding back.

"I said QUIT IT!" she shouted as she thrust her staff forward, at once,

SLAM

A giant echo of the Knight Armor she copied from the Northwest Statue appeared before her and swung its sword down, which sent her adversary staggering back.

"I..." He groaned as he clutched his hand to his chest. "Did not see that coming."

He stopped when he saw the giant sword pointed to his chest.

"Now." She snarled. "Give my back my crystal or I will run you through."

The figure looked scared for a moment, before laughing her off.

"Do you really think I'm scared of someone like you?" He taunted,

"Well, you should be!" Pacifica retorted. "I am-"

"Yes, yes, I am quite aware of who you are." He cut her off. "I just shouldn't really act surprised with you. Given all the atrocities you pulled."

Pacifica kept glaring but she could feel herself wavering. "Wh-what do you mean?"

"Didn't you humiliate that Pines Girl at her Dance Party that once time? And then again during Pioneer day?" He taunted.

The Blonde's eyes widened. "How did you know about that?"

"I am a seer of dimensions." The Specter taunted. "Do you think I am not aware of everything around me? I also know how you intended to win an animal at that Carnival only so you could cook it."

"OK, that's a bit personal." Pacifica scolded. "But what does this have to do with stealing my crystal?"

"This," Shadowy figure pulled out the Llama Crystal and showed it to her. "This is just a mere trinket, a toy you've just started parading around with to make yourself something you're not, nor who you'll ever be: A Good Person."

Pacifica froze, feeling like she was just slapped in the face.

You've been nothing but a terrible person and a bully to everyone you meet. What makes you think they'll instantly accept you as their hero?"

Pacifica looked down in guilt.

"And those two Pines Twins, it's true you've earned their good graces but what will happen once they leave town after Summer ends? All you'll have left are people who hate you for all the taunting and abuse you put them through."

Pacifica felt like she was going to cry. Not because of how hurtful these words were...but because they were all true. She had only just started to redeem herself, yet the only people who saw that were Dipper and Mabel. And that was only because they had witnessed the lengths she went to in separating herself from her horrible, conniving, family, everyone else though...

"That's right." The Shadowy figure taunted her. "Is it sinking in yet? Just go back home and pretend this all never happened. You've done enough harm to this town already, than to give them false hope."

Pacifica looked up.

"You're right..."

He scoffed. "Of course I'm right, I always a-"

"I may have done a lot of awful things for the first twelve years of my life." Pacifica started. "And some of them I can't take back."

"Yep." The figure nodded.

"And these actions...while my Family was behind most of these things, I also take responsibility for my part in them."

"Exactly...but where are you getting at?" Shadowy Figure asked.

"But that doesn't mean I can't make things right." She continued. "And if you know everything about me as you say, then you'll know that a ghost who terrorized my family for years said that I was not like the other Northwests. And while Dipper and Mabel have seen me grow past who I once was, I will work to show that to the rest of the people as well! And while this won't automatically redeem me, it'll at least be a start! This is my home! And I won't allow anyone like you to hurt it! ANYMORE!"

At these words, the Llama crystal in the specter's hands began to radiate an intense glow causing him to shield his eyes.

"AAAAGH! What...is this?" He exclaimed.

[Music: Linkle HW]

Pacifica was also in awe.

"It's over, you ghost jerk. Give my back my crystal and get out of here."

"N-no." He wheezed. "I can...still fight."

He thrust his staff forward to allow another whip but Pacifica was ready and dodged, however he followed up with a blast of energy that she WASN'T ready for and she was knocked back.

She charged forward as he readied the second blast and swung her rod. The orb cancelling the energy.

He then summoned several shadowy figures to assist him but she summoned her Owl Statuette to help smoosh them.

With them gone he raised himself summoned several pools of dark magic below him which erupted forcing Pacifica to duck and cover, shielding her eyes.

She could see him panting, the crystal was definitley weakening his strength.

She summoned the Knight Armor echo and, careful not to damage the crystal swung the scepter like a bat, and the giant armor did the same with the flat part of the Axe Head, swinging the screaming specter into a tree where he was defeated.

She marched forward towards his beaten shape and grabbed the Crystal from his hand.

"I'll take that, thank you."

The specter groaned. "Ughhhh, curse this temporary form, it seems like it's not strong enough to withstand the power of such Foundation elements."

"You mean stuff like this?" Pacifica examined the Llama crystal. "Well, it serves you right for stealing it."

"No matter." He wheezed, "That treasure will not be able to help you in the battle to come? Not with what my puppet and his underlings are dishing out to your town."

"Wait, so you're the leader?" Pacifica exclaimed. "Then how were you so easy to defeat?"

"Like I said, this is merely a temporary form I tried assuming from my otherworldly imprisonment; a weaker form you could say, That was why I could only flee from you until I was backed against the wall. But don't expect any more of that once I am free with my real form. Once that transpires, you shall be the one fleeing for your life!"

"I won't run anymore." Pacifica retorted. "From either my past actions or from you!"

The boss wheezed with laughter. "You really are concieted if you believe yourself to be capable of such feats. But no matter, I will leave you with this victory, but know that I will win it all in the end!"

After that, he vanished into green smoke, leaving Pacifica alone in the woods.

"What did he mean by that?" She looked back at the crystal: Its origins and powers were still a mystery to her, but they seemed to be reacting to her and her struggle."

She noticed a nearby set of vines lying on the ground. She grabbed them, tied the crystal to it and hung it from her neck, vowing never to lose it again.

If she could harness it's powers, maybe she could use them to help save the town.

Gripping her Rod, she walked through the forest, determined to save her town from that specter with the help of her crystal.

Dark Void

Vortech woke up on the ground with a gasp.

"Ugh. Curse that temporary form, curse that crystal for weakening me, curse that purple girl!" He shouted.

He sighed. "But in the end, that defeat won't matter. I just need to make sure Bill is able to pull this off."

His glare turned into a grin.

"And once he does, I will rule the multiverse with the Great Diamond at my command!"

He laughed evilly into the dark void, confident that nobody could stop him.

To be continued...
