Relations between the kingdoms of Gotham and Camelot have been tense after King Bruce offered shelter to magic refugees fleeing Uther's persecution. To put an end to hostilities, the courts come together to mend the relationship between their kingdoms. However, once it is revealed that the king's newest son is a sorcerer-in-training Merlin must confront his own secrets.
