Katniss was dead, and now there was a chance for two victors. It was not fair. Katniss was supposed to be alive and taking care of Primrose. She was going to live; they were both going to live. Katniss had a plan, and they blew her up for it.
He could still see her eyes focused in determination and hope, right before the parachute with the bomb dropped.
