It had been a day since Endeavor's big fight against the villainous Nomu known as High End, the day the new Number One Hero of the Japanese Billboard charts proved himself to be on his way of being a worthy successor to All Might.
The entire country was raving about the battle, some gaining a new sense of hope, one they haven't felt since All Might's days.
Of course, there was still plenty of mixed opinions, people wondering if Endeavor was really all that great of a hero, or if he was lucky.
The only thing keeping people calm was knowing that Spider-Man was still in Japan, and his reassuring words to the media that so long as he was in the country, he would do his best to keep everyone safe.
An internal conflict was abound, between those who rooted for Endeavor, and those who rooted for Spider-Man.
This debate continued onto the UA Classroom, with the students speaking highly over what had happened.
"The way he held his arm up after he won..." Eijiro Kirishima said, the student raising his arm to mimic Endeavor's big victory win. "That's so manly!"
"Easy to see why he's The Number One Hero," Masahiro Ojiro said.
"Hawks was there too!" Toru Hagakure said. "He's so cool, and dreamy too!"
"There's a reason people say he's too fast for his own good," Hanta Sero said.
"Endeavor's cool, and so is Hawks," Denki Kaminari said. "But them teaming up seems kind of strange when you think about it."
"Strange how?" Kirishima asked.
"A fire-based hero and a winged based hero?" Kaminari said. "They're basically just like The Human Torch and Rainbow Dash."
"Yeah, so?" Kirishima said.
"I just found it ironic that the Number One Hero and the Number Two Hero have similar quirks to a pro hero couple," Kaminari said.
"Maybe don't compare Endeavor and Hawks to The Human Torch and Rainbow Dash in that manner," Ojiro suggested while looking slightly weirded out.
"That's not what I meant, man! Geez..." Kaminari said. "I just find it strange that now they want to team up."
"I get it, but I still don't think it has anything to do with their quirks," Kirishima said. "I think Hawks just wanted to get to know Endeavor."
"Hawks has always been a bit of a loner, so I can understand why his teaming up with Endeavor was unusual," Fumikage Tokoyami said. "But I do believe he just needed someone to help with the Nomu crisis, and Endeavor is the strongest hero to do so."
"See, that makes more sense," Kirishima said. "Name someone better than Endeavor to help out."
"How about Spider-Man?" Ochako Uraraka said. "He was there too, it sounds like he did a lot of amazing things."
"Well yeah, Spider-Man's pretty awesome himself," Kirishima said. "I half expected him to stop that Nomu, but seeing Endeavor doing it was cool too."
"I do feel bad for Spidey," Kaminari said. "The media was bothering him again."
"Yes, but this one was better," Ochako said. "She wasn't trying to slander Peter. Plus he gave another cool speech. He really has high hopes for the Heroes of Japan."
"That is reassuring to hear," Kirishima said. "But, I do understand one bit of worry."
"What's that?" Kaminari asked.
"Well...for starters, are Spider-Man and his friends overshadowing our local heroes?" Kirishima asked.
"You...did NOT...just ask that!" Came the voice of Mayday Parker, the girl sitting back against her chair in a super casual way.
"Hey, I mean no disrespect to your father, I think he's a great guy and I admire his bravery," Kirishima said. "I know he would never try to put anyone out of a job, but he's so good at his, I'm worried it might demotivate other heroes."
"To be fair, I heard rumors about that with All Might too," Kaminari said. "He was so good, most Hero Agencies didn't think they could even keep up."
"Exactly, it's not my dad's fault people are lazy," Mayday said.
"No one's saying it's his fault," Kirishima said. "Look, I don't think Spider-Man wants to defame anyone. But that doesn't mean he can't unintentionally do it."
"What do you want my dad to do?" Mayday asked. "Sit back and do nothing? That's just going to make things worse."
"She's got a point," Ochako said. "Everything Peter does is because he wants people to be safe. Besides, he can't be everywhere at once, so I don't know what jobs he'd take."
"Exactly. All Might couldn't be everywhere at once either, if he really was doing all the work, we wouldn't have a Top Ten," Mayday said. "This applies to Superman too. Even he can't be everywhere at once, that's why other American Pros have their chance to shine. If anything, America probably needs more pros. Or other countries across the world. Some don't have as many pro heroes, at least not ones on a major level. Can you name any Pro Heroes from China?"
"Well there's..." Kirishima scratched his head. "It's on the back of my mind."
"There's Shang Chi. I know he trained Peter in martial arts," Ochako took a battle stance. "The art of Spider-Fu!"
"...Never do that again," Mayday warned. "Anyway, Shang Chi is amazing but he's not exactly a Top Hero worldwide. He's simply one of China's best."
"What about that cop lady?" Kirishima asked. "The one with the really large thighs."
"Her name's Chun-Li," Mayday said. "Didn't she give you a ride to school once? With Leon Kennedy?"
"Yeah, that's her," Kirishima said. "She's a strong lady isn't she?"
"She's super hot, that's for sure," Kaminari said. "Right Mineta?"
"Oh yeah..." Minoru Mineta said, the boy daydreaming about Chun-Li. "How I'd love for her to step on me."
"...You're such a little shit," Mayday said.
"Don't kink shame me," Mineta said.
"My point here is that my dad wants other heroes to step up," Mayday said. "Because outside of All Might, Japan doesn't have too many notable heroes. Meanwhile America has guys like Daddy, Superman, Iron Man, The Flash, The Hulk, The Fantastic Four, The X-Men, and the heart of the country himself, Captain America. All Japan had was All Might, and he's gone. The other heroes do need to step up. I'd say Saiyaman 1 and 2 have that potential, but they hold back too much to reach that potential."
"Geez...didn't realize Japan was slacking that much," Kirishima said. "Still, Endeavor and Hawks should be somewhat popular outside of the country."
"Endeavor has some fame, I've heard of him a few times back in New York," Mayday said. "Even people in my mom's home country know about Endeavor."
"Not just him," Came Flurry Heart's voice. "Turns out Hawks is popular in Equestria too. When I spoke to my mom after the Billboard Charts, she said she saw the show and loved seeing Hawks there. His quirk is very similar to the Pegasus Quirk that's very dominant in Equestria."
"Okay, so Hawks is at least known internationally," Kirishima said. "And there's probably more too."
"If there are, then let's focus less on my dad supposedly taking jobs and more on making sure these heroes do their damn jobs," Mayday said.
"Okay, that's enough," Tenya Iida said. "Let's just have faith that our heroes of today can continue their impressive service as we work to be the heroes of tomorrow."
Standing nearby and taking it all in, Izuku Midoriya seemed very impressed by how passionate and curious everyone was about the current day hero talk. He then noticed Shoto Todoroki nearby, the boy having arrived just a minute prior.
"Todoroki!" Izuku ran over to the boy, with Tenya and Flurry following shortly after. "Is Endeavor doing okay?"
"Yeah, from what I've heard, his condition is not serious," Shoto said.
"I'm so glad," Izuku said.
"Guess you can be really proud of your pops, huh?" Mineta commented.
"...Yes, that's true," Shoto said. He then felt Flurry's hand on his shoulder, the boy turning to face the girl.
"Is everything alright?" Flurry asked.
"Everything's fine," Shoto said as he walked to his seat.
Flurry still looked concerned for her friend, but her worries would have to wait, as Aizawa had come into the room.
"Right, the bell already rang so-" Aizawa could see that everyone was already in their seats. "Okay..." He walked to his podium and spoke to the class once more. "It's time to stop messing around and be more serious. Things are going to get a lot harder. Even though you have official licenses, you also have the authorization to act as heroes in an official capacity. Or, at least most of you. Two of you are still in supplemental courses."
"Tch..." Katsuki Bakugo lamented, knowing he was one of the two, alongside Shoto.
"From this moment on, we're kicking your training up a notch, so be prepared," Aizawa said. "Now, for today's homeroom lecture-"
Suddenly the alarms went off as red lights flashed throughout the room, "Emergency drill! Emergency Drill! Hypothetical villains have infiltrated UA High School grounds. Assistance from Hero Course Class 1-A is requested." A nearby wall activated, as lockers containing hero suits emerged. "Please change into your hero costumes and report as soon as possible."
"You heard the announcement everyone!" Tenya said. "Let's do this!"
"YEAH!" The Class cheered.
Not long later, everyone had gathered in what looked like an empty city while standing atop a roof.
"At the moment, our tactical information is limited, but we know that the villains have infiltrated Ground Beta," Tenya began. "Drill or not, we will treat this mission with the utmost importance!"
"We need to understand the situation better," Momo turned to the trio of Jiro, Koda and Shouji. "Reconnaissance Squad, if you will!"
"We're on it!" Jiro said.
Koda stepped forward and blew a whistle, "Bird Friends! Please scan the buildings for people in need!"
Several Birds flew over to the boy, ready to do as he commanded.
Koji Koda! Hero Name: Anima! Quirk: Anivoice!
Jiro placed one of her Earphone Jacks on the roof of the building, taking time to listen for anything.
Kyoka Jiro! Hero Name: Earphone Jack! Quirk: Also Earphone Jack!
"Northeast...nine hundred meters out," Jiro focused on her team. "Something's definitely going down!"
Shouji's extra eyes kept a lookout for any trouble. "I can confirm smoke from an explosion in that direction."
Mezo Shouji! Hero Name: Tentacole! Quirk: Dupli-Arms!
Upon looking closer, Shouji noticed something concerning as he spoke to a radio, "A building has collapsed near the river. It's currently ablaze. I don't see any villains in the area."
"Roger that," Tenya said from the other side and spoke to his team. "Our foremost priority is to put out that fire!"
"I can help with that," Momo said, the girl getting ready to use her quirk while Mineta and Kaminari gawked over her.
Mina and Toru were quick to knock both boys out, much to Mayday's amusement.
"Serves you right, pervs."
Momo was already creating something that could be used to put out the fire nearby.
Momo Yaoyorozu! Hero Name: Creati! Quirk: Creation!
A card was prepared as Momo turned to her friends. "There's no time to waste, need an extinguishing squad to race to the scene. Ingenium?"
Tenya nodded, then turned to the Fire-Ice boy, "Shoto?"
"I'm on it," Shoto said.
"I'll join as well," Tokoyami said.
"Me too," Sato said.
"And moi," Yuga agreed.
"Oh no!" Koda said, getting everyone's attention. "Someone's been swept away by the river!"
"It's our turn now, Grape Juice," Tsuyu said while focusing on Mineta. "We'll save whoever it is."
"Yeah!" Mineta said.
"I'll come too!" Flurry said.
"Rescuing Squad and Extinguishing Squad, moving out!" Tenya grabbed the cart that everyone was in. "Ingenium...GO!"
Tenya quickly raced to the scene while carrying his teammates.
Tenya Iida! Hero Name: Ingenium! Quirk: Engine!
"We'll stay to the back!" Izuku ordered.
"Great!" Ochako replied as everyone else went the boy's direction, save for at least one.
"Bakugo, you're going the wrong way!" Kirishima said as Bakugo kept walking while dragging Kaminari. "What's up!?"
"We're going after the villains," Bakugo explained. "Leave the rescuing to the extras."
"Wait, seriously!?" Kirishima asked. He knew better than to really argue with Bakugo, so the boy relented and followed his friend.
Meanwhile Tenya had arrived on the scene of the fire, while unintentionally crashing the cart. Fortunately all the students, aside from Mineta, were fine and landed safely as Tenya turned to his Icy-Hot friend. "Shoto! You're up!"
"No problem," Shoto said as he readied his powers.
Shoto Todoroki! Hero Name: Shoto! Quirk: Half Cold, Half Hot!
Thoughts of his father Endeavor briefly flashed through Shoto's mind as he used his powers to stop the fire using a massive wall of ice.
"Excellent job!" Tenya praised.
"Crisis averted!" Sato said.
"Magifique!" Yuga complimented.
"You're so amazing, Shoto!" Flurry cheered.
Tokoyami grabbed a radio to speak, "Froppy, are you at the river?"
"Yes! I found the victim!" Tsuyu said.
"Where is he!?" Mineta asked as he ran over. "Or she...preferably she!"
"Minoru, stay focused," Flurry scolded before arriving at the river. "Where's the person who needs saving?"
"He's over there!" Tsuyu confirmed, gesturing to a familiar boy in the water.
"Hahahaha..." Laughed Mirio Togata as he happily floated down the river. "Gee, how did I end up here!? This can't be good, am I right!?"
"No way, is that Togata!?" Mineta asked in disbelief.
"What's he doing here?" Sato asked.
"He's supposed to be on a leave of absence," Tenya said.
"Guess he wanted to volunteer to help," Flurry said. "Good on him for training us, bonus that he's not punching us in the stomach."
"Talk about rotten luck!" Togata continued as he happily floated away toward a collapsing bridge. "Hope I don't die!"
"The bridge!" Tenya pointed out.
"Tokoyami, send me out there! I got this!" Mineta said.
"Alright," Tokoyami said.
"Me too, Sugar Man!" Tsuyu added.
"You got it!" Sato said.
"Dark Shadow!" Tokoyami said as he released his creature.
"Here we go!" Dark Shadow said, ready for combat.
Fumikage Tokoyami! Hero Name: Tsukoyomi! Quirk: Dark Shadow!
Sato pulled out some sugary treats and immediately munched on them to gain a power boost.
Rikido Sato! Hero Name: Sugar Man! Quirk: Sugar Rush!
Dark Shadow assisted Mineta into the air and flung him toward the bridge while Sato tossed Tsuyu in his direction.
Mineta used his quirk to throw some material to glue the bridge and keep the debris from falling.
Minoru Mineta! Hero Name: Grape Juice! Pop-Off!
Tsuyu leapt by and extended her tongue. "Ribbit!"
Tsuyu Asui! Hero Name: Froppy! Quirk: Frog!
Tsuyu had used her tongue to pull Mirio out of the water, the boy seemingly happy, "Wow, look at that, you saved me, yay!"
"Alright!" Sato cheered.
Tenya spoke into the radio, "Reconnaissance Squad, any update on the search for villains?"
Shouji turned to Jiro, getting a negative from her before speaking into the radio. "Nothing here. We haven't found anyone."
"Copy that," Tenya said. "Please keep us-"
Suddenly there was an explosion nearby, taking everyone by surprise.
"Impossible, my ice should have stopped the fire!" Shoto said.
"Well fire is stronger than ice, unless you're Iceman," Flurry said.
This was noticed by the Rescue Squad.
"Another explosion!?" Izuku asked.
"This smoke looks a lot denser," Ojiro commented.
"This isn't good, we can't let the flame spread!" Momo said.
"So like, should we put out the fire!?" Mina asked.
"Of course!" Momo said.
"Well we've gotta move for that!" Mina said. "Uravity! Cellophane!"
"You got it!" Sero said as Ochako used her powers on Mina, allowing her to float away.
Ochako Uraraka! Hero Name: Uravity! Quirk: Zero Gravity!
"Bring it home, Pinky!" Sero said as he used his tape to maneuver the girl around.
Hanta Sero! Hero Name: Cellophane! Quirk: Tape!
"Team Rainy Day...!" Mina spread her acid over the fire and on a nearby building. "On the scene!"
Mina Ashido! Hero Name: Pinky! Quirk: Acid!
"And Moi!" Yuga said as he used his naval laser to weaken the building's structure.
Yuga Aoyama! Hero Name: Can't Stop Twinkling! Quirk: Naval Laser!
"Excellent, this way the fire can be contained," Tenya said.
"This time I'll be sure to snuff it out!" Shoto said, using his ice powers to stop the blaze.
Mayday looked relieved, "Wow, that's some quick thinking. Looks like Mina got her team. But, somehow I thought she was going for a different name than 'Pinky'?"
"She thought about it, but decided to just stick with it," Sero aid.
"Daddy insists she should have stuck with Alien Queen," Mayday said. "Maybe when she goes pro."
"It could happen," Izuku said.
"By the way," Mayday leaned in to speak softly to Izuku. "You don't think my dad's trying to take anyone's job, do you?"
"Huh?" Izuku turned his attention to Mayday. "No, I would never think that."
"I figured, but I was still kind of worried," Mayday said. "It's one thing for some parts of the public to think that, and another for some jealous pros. But our classmates?"
"I don't think they'll take it that seriously," Izuku said. "Anyway, keep your head in the game. I don't think this drill is over yet."
"Right, you got it," Mayday said.
Shouji could see everything from his location, "It looks like things are under control."
"Thank goodness," Koda said.
"Hold up," Jiro said, getting the attention of the two boys. "This sound, I think..." She spoke aloud in hopes of everyone hearing over the radio. "Be careful! Something is heading your way!"
Not too far away, some flashes of light nearly took out the rescue squad as the tape holding Mina was immediately grabbed.
"Wait...it can't be!" Izuku said.
Floating in the air was the Third Year, Nejire Hado.
"Hey, hey! There's still villains to deal with!" Nejire asked. "Do you guys remember me? I'm a villain too! Did you know that!?"
"So Hado's one of the bad guys in this drill!?" Izuku asked.
"Not just her!" Came the voice of Tamaki Amajiki. "I'm also a bad guy!"
"Hey, it's that moody guy," Mayday said.
"That's Amajiki!" Izuku said. "He's here too!?"
Tamaki however started to feel self-conscious, "Man...why'd they drag me into this? Everyone's staring. I'll just pretend they're potatoes, yeah that works better." Suddenly Tamaki turned around and left, "I'm going home!"
"THAT'S IT!?" Izuku shouted in disbelief.
"Wow..." Mayday said. "I figured he'd grow a pair after the Hassaikai stuff."
"Go easy on him," Ochako scolded.
"Hey you can't be a hero if you're this scared, especially in a drill," Mayday said. "Thank God I'm not this introverted, I can only imagine how bad things would be for me."
"Still..." Ochako glanced at Tamaki. "Is he really just taking off?"
"I think he's probably just confused," Oujiro said.
"Hey, wait up Amajiki!" Nejire called. "You can't bounce! You have a big part to play!"
"At least one of them is enthusiastic," Mayday said.
"And don't any of you move either, cause it'd be bad!" Nejire said in her best effort to sound intimidating despite her peace sign. "I'm a fearsome villain right now!"
Nearby, Tenya noticed the situation as well, "To think they'd pit us against members of The Big Three!"
"Better than someone like Wolverine at least," Sato said, shuddering in memory of the Practical Exams.
"We could have a chance to win if we sneak up from behind," Shoto said.
"Clever," Tokoyami said.
"Wait, that may not work," Flurry said. "Nejire is a lot more perspective than she acts. If we rush in, she'll spot you and attack."
"Even so, it's our best option," Tenya said as he gestured to everyone else. "Let's go!"
Flurry was about to leave but remembered that Tsuyu and Mineta were nearby. Of course she knew that Nejire could be trouble, the girl felt conflicted on what to do.
"Tsu and Minoru have this, I should help Tenya," Flurry ran to her friend's aid. "Nejire is as dangerous as she is cute, and she just won a Beauty Pageant."
Nejire, as Flurry predicted, was quick to spot the heroes, the girl putting on the toughest act she could. "I told you not to move! What didn't you get!?" She generated some power and aimed at the heroes. "Kids like you must be punished!"
"Watch out!" Tenya warned.
"Full Charge...Output Level Thirty!" Nejire said and sent out a blast Tenya's way.
Shoto was quick to use ice to block her attack, though this caused a rumble that led to a minor Earthquake.
As such, Togata fell back into the water, albiet intentionally, "Uh-oh!"
"No!" Mineta shouted with Tsuyu worrying as well.
"Dang, I got washed away again, huh!?" Mirio asked.
"We have to grab him!" Tsuyu said as she leapt away.
"Dammit! He's just doing this on purpose!" Mineta said as she followed.
Meanwhile, Flurry kept some magic ready to fight if need be, "I warned you all not to doubt Nejire's perceptiveness!"
Tokoyami turned to Tenya, "What should we do?"
"...We should prioritize human lives," Tenya said. "Leave Hado to Midoriya and the others."
"I got this one," Flurry extended her wings and took to the air. "Just hang tight, Senpai!"
Flurry Heart! Hero Name: Aikaze! Quirk: Love Magic!
Flurry flew out to rescue Mirio from the water while Tenya followed on foot while Shoto was surfing on his ice with Tokoyami beside him.
The explosions were causing distractions for Jiro, "There is way too much destruction going on, I can't pick the sounds apart! Are we in the clear!?"
"Hado still has Pinky," Shouji confirmed.
"No way!" Jiro stood up, "Let's go help save her!"
"Not so fast, it's our job to keep scouting," Shouji said. "There might be more than two enemies out there."
Tamaki was still debating on what to do, the boy standing out in the middle of the city.
"What do you want Amaji...I mean, villain!?" Izuku called.
Tamaki thought carefully about what he wanted to say, before he spoke truthfully and from the heart.
"To go home!"
That of course got all the remaining heroes confused, and slightly irritated in some cases.
"Then why are you here!?" Ojiro asked.
"Because if I leave...Hado will get mad at me!" Tamaki said. "Not to mention, Mirio. He's asking me to do what I could to help you become proper heroes. He's counting on me to push you!"
"Ha, good old Mirio, I should swing by and visit him later," Mayday said. "Maybe I'll bring Eri with me. Hey Izuku, wanna join?"
"Spider-Girl, make plans later," Momo scolded.
"Oh fine," Mayday said, then focused back on Tamaki. "Well, if you're going to do this, then do it!"
Tamaki then spread some wings while using one hand to generate octopus legs and the other to generate a clam over his hand.
"Geez...I forgot how gross his quirk looks," Mayday said to herself.
"It looks like he's doing this to help us," Izuku said as he prepared for a fight.
"I'm grateful, but this sure won't be easy," Sero said.
Tamaki took a moment to look around, realizing that someone wasn't there, "Wait, weren't there more of them? What happened to that Invisible Girl? Quirk or not, she usually wears something that makes her partially visible."
"Uraraka!" Izuku called.
"Release!" Ochako said, freeing Mina of her zero gravity.
Mina fell and pulled Nejire with her, but fortunately she was caught by an invisible force.
"I know you, you're Hagakure, aren't you!?" Nejire asked as she went to attack.
"WARP REFRACTION!" Hagakure called as she created a blinding light to stun Nejire. "Say Cheese!"
Toru Hagakure! Hero Name: Invisible Girl! Quirk: Invisibility!
"I can't see!" Nejire called. She felt herself getting webbed, courtesy of Mayday. "Hey no fair!"
"Life ain't fair, girlie!" Mayday bragged.
Mayday Parker! Hero Name: Spider-Girl! Quirk: Spider!
Momo then created a bazooka of sorts, and fired a net at Hado, effectively capturing her.
"No! Hado!" Tamaki said in worry. He then found himself blocking an oncoming strike.
Ojiro was rushing in with his martial arts skills, doing his best to try and take down Tamaki, or at least keep busy.
Mashirao Ojiro! Hero Name: Tail Man! Quirk: Tail!
As Ojiro kept fighting, he found himself getting captured, then immediately called out for his nearby ally, "Deku!"
Izuku rushed in with his Full Cowling Activated.
Izuku Midoriya! Hero Name: Deku! Quirk: One for All!
"SMASH!" Izuku was about to punch Tamaki, but stopped short of his upperclassman's face. "Stand down and surrender!"
"...Why didn't you hit me?" Tamaki asked.
"I..." Izuku stopped a moment to think. "I just couldn't."
"Not following through to the end can be fatal," Tamaki warned, then immediately kicked Izuku back. "Don't forget that today, I am your enemy!"
"Not good!" Ochako called.
"Izuku!" Mayday looked ready to step in.
"I will defeat you!" Tamaki warned. Just before anything could happen, he was rammed in the sides, courtesy of Kirishima. "Red Riot!?"
Ejiro Kirishima! Hero Name: Red Riot! Hardening!
"Hey thanks," Izuku said.
"Don't worry about it," Kirishima gestured to an oncoming car. "The calvary's here."
Bakugo was seen riding on the hood of the car, "Can't you make this thing go any faster!? Punch it!"
Kaminari was seen with cables in his mouth that were connected to a battery as he drove, "I'm punching it as fast as I can!"
Denki Kaminari! Hero Name: Chargebolt! Electrification!
Bakugo then used his powers to accelerate toward Tamaki, the older student blocking the first blow. Bakugo was ready to come back with more however.
Katsuki Bakugo! Hero Name: Undecided! Quirk: Explosion!
Bakugo blasted past Tamaki and readied to boomerang back toward him.
"I see you!" Tamaki shouted.
"PREPARE TO DIE!" Bakugo shouted, startling Tamaki as he knocked him over and had him pressed down with one hand.
"Whoa, Katsuki pulled it off," Mayday said
"That was awesome!" Kirishima said.
"You took down Amajiki! Way to go!" Izuku cheered.
"I believe that we've cleared the drill!" Momo said, with Mina and Toru high fiving in the background.
"I bet Peter would be so proud of us!" Ochako said.
Shouji looked relieved in his location as well, "It's over."
"I'm so glad," Koda added.
"I just wish I could have done more," Jiro said.
Meanwhile Flurry had pulled Mirio out of the river, making sure he was far away, "No more water for you."
"Yeah, much appreciated, you saved me!" Mirio said.
"The Drill is over," the announcer voice said.
"It looks like we've met all of our objectives," Shoto said.
"It would seem so," Tokoyami said.
Despite that, one student had an objection to the end of the drill.
"Fight me!" Bakugo shouted at a downed and confused Tamaki. "You went easy on me earlier!"
"That's not it," Tamaki said. "I found your face really terr-"
"Don't you underestimate me!" Bakugo shouted, this concerning all of his classmates. "I couldn't care less if you were acting, or that you're an upperclassman! Villains have to be taught a lesson!" The brash young hero made an even more terrifying face as he readied more power. "YOU'RE DONE FOR! LOSER!"
"I should have gone home..." Tamaki lamented.
Mayday's Spider-Sense began ringing erratically in her head, causing panic for the girl. "Izuku, we need to-"
"DIIIIIIIIE!" Bakugo shouted as a massive explosion went off, leaving a giant puff of smoke that took the form of a skull before evaporating.
Observing from the distance were the trio of All Might, Peni Parker and Aizawa. All Might face palmed in frustration, Peni rolled her eyes in annoyance and Aizawa simply gave an order to a robot, though not without some concern of his own.
"Escort Bakugo to the faculty lounge," Aizawa said.
"Aye-aye sir," The robot complied.
"Katsuki's not so bad, they said..." Peni commented. "He's just full of energy they said."
"Yeah, we're going to have our hands full with that one," All Might said.
"Those kids are great, but they need to step up," Peni said as everyone stepped out of the dust cloud, looking dazed and confused before collapsing. "Especially with that warning Endeavor got last night. I've never seen Peter look so worried."
"We're worried too," All Might said, looking back to the UA Dorms. "Bad things are coming..."
At the dorms, while Twilight was overseeing the homeschooling of Benjy and Eri, she glanced in Peter's direction, the hero just glaring out the window.
While he normally tries to be upbeat, at least around his family to keep them from worrying, Peter deep down knew that danger was coming, and he needed to be ready.
"I hope he's doing okay...yesterday was not very ideal for anyone," Twilight thought to herself, as she recalled what happened the previous night.
Having just been triumphant against High End, Endeavor was celebrating his big win with his fist raised in the air. However, he began to faint and nearly hit the ground, if not for Hawks and his quick reaction.
"You know, that's the victory pose that All Might uses," Hawks said.
"No...mine's different," Endeavor said as more heroes began to come. "He used his left arm, the fool."
"I didn't even realize that," Hawks said.
Peter Parker walked over alongside his wife Twilight Sparkle. Beside him were Johnny Storm, Rainbow Dash, Logan, Fluttershy and Son Gohan.
"Well, nice job up there, you really took care of things," Hawks said.
"Is that a joke?" Endeavor asked. "He nearly beat me before I got started."
"Someone can't take a compliment," Johnny said.
"Johnny, hush," Twilight scolded.
"It was rough, but..." Hawks tried smiling it off. "You still pulled off a big win." He turned to face the others, "Isn't that right, Spider-Man?"
"You did well, Endeavor," Peter said. "Just keep up the good work, and you're sure to bring peace to everyone."
"So, you actually came, did you?" Endeavor asked.
"I had to. People needed help," Peter said.
"...Sometimes, you remind me of All Might, but in different ways," Endeavor said.
"Different how?" Peter asked.
"Well...isn't this precious?" Came an unknown voice walking through the smoke.
"Huh?" Johnny turned to the voice's direction. "Uh, anyone know this guy?"
"That voice sounds kind of familiar," Peter said.
"Truth be told, I wasn't sure what to expect from that fight," came the voice of the villain, Dabi. "Let me introduce myself. This is our first time meeting after all. Right Endeavor?"
"Who is...?" Endeavor wondered as Dabi flashed a sinister smile.
A lot of what happened afterwards felt like a blur, for the next thing Endeavor knew, he was waking up in a hospital bed, thinking over the prior meet up with the mysterious villain.
Meanwhile in an old, abandoned warehouse, Dabi was seen waiting for someone, the villain joined by his Brotherhood ally, Avalanche. "Hey...you're late for our meeting."
Entering the room was none other than Hawks.
"How the mighty have fallen..." Avalanche sinisterly said as he and Dabi could not help but smile.
Hawks however, looked all business, and prepared for just about anything.
