Chapter 18 Sleep Eating

It was night time at a local supermarket in Peach Creek City, a local security guard by the name of Steve was on his routine patrol, when he noticed that one of the loading bay doors had been forced open. Steve headed into the store to investigate the situation. He got in and saw that the floor was a mess with empty food containers and crumbs. Steve thought he was either dealing with a very hungry bear or a gang of partiers who did a little drugs and had a major case of the munchies. He then heard the sounds of someone eating very loudly from the dairy section and went to go investigate it.

Steve shined his flashlight down at the area the munching was coming from and was met by the startling sight of Sumo Girl eating a entire wheel of cheese in a few bites.

"Sumo Girl? What are you doing?" Asked Steve in surprise at the hero.

Sumo Girl just ignored Steve and grabbed another wheel of cheese to begin eating it.

"Hey I know you're a hero and all, but you can't just break in here and eat the food. You got to pay for it!" Said Steve.

Sumo Girl continued to eat the cheese ignoring Steve. Steve got a little frustrated and then he noticed that Sumo Girl's eyes weren't even open.

"Is she sleep walking and sleep eating?" Thought Steve.

Sumo Girl are all the cheese in the dairy section and headed to the deli section. She ate a ham in a couple of bites and then began to slurp down a link of sausages.

"I got to stop her or wake her up, before she eats everything!" Thought Steve.

Steve grabbed a fire extinguisher and sprayed the giant hero with it hoping that the cold substance would wake the hero up, but it barely seemed to have an affect on her. Steve then decided to use a taser on Sumo Girl and struck her in the side of the belly to deliver a shock. This had a little more of a affect on Sumo Girl, who unfortunately decided to swat Steve away sending him flying and crashing into a display of pool floats. Steve laid unconscious in the floats as Sumo Girl went about eating every last bit of food in the store before leaving to go devour more food.

It was a bizarre situation that would stun the city the next morning.
