Chapter 3: mystic light vs corrupting shadow, and burning determination
As the squad was arriving at Mystacor, Sasuke was skeptical about how protected the school of magic was from outside forces. "You know if a former student were to ever find that cliff they could just easily just walk in here." Says Sasuke as they reach the floating island.
"We rode a flying mountain through clouds, it never gets old." Says Bow as all of them get off the rock. "We rode a flying rock, not a mountain, if it was one it would have been much bigger." Says Sasuke. "Semantics Sasuke it was fun." Says Glimmer as she turns to Sasuke and Adora. "Just so you know my aunt Casta can be, a lot but don't worry I know how to handle her."
"Is that my Glimmer!" Says a woman running up to the group with dark navy blue sleeves that reach to the back of her palms with a purple dress with a star shaped design going down the dress with golden shoulder pads holding a pink cape with a yellow halo surrounding her black hair. "Hi aunt Casta!" "Oh it's been so long since you've come to visit, and Bow." Says Casta as she then looks at Sasuke and Adora. "And who's this?"
Sasuke bows in respect to the head magic caster. "My name is Sasuke Bunken my lady." Says Sasuke as he gestures to Adora. "And this is Adora, who is also an eight foot tall warrior woman named She-Ra, so don't freak out when it happens." As Glimmer introduces Adora to Casta Sasuke gets the feeling that this place is more than meets the eye as he senses light magic being used here. "Hi." Says Adora a bit shyly.
"Adora and Sasuke, how nice that Glimmer has finally making some new friends, we were all so pleased when she started bringing Bow around, I was sure she made him up at first hahahahaha." As Glimmer clears her throat everyone's attention was shifted to her. "Oh you've done something to your hair?" Asks Casta. "Pardon the intrusion but is this place guarded only by a concealment barrier?" Asks Sasuke as he's looking around. "Why yes it is, I see that you're strong with magic." Says Casta feeling the power that comes off Sasuke. "Yes but you should invest in more defenses, just concealing yourself ain't going to cut it, trust me my old man was a sniper when he was in my homeland's military and he was also a scout and he would have been able to pinpoint where this place is and snipe anyone that was moving here, he was a very good shot." Everyone was a bit off put by that comment except Casta who was actually taking Sasuke's thoughts into consideration. "Yes I suppose that we could up our defenses but we're completely concealed within this barrier, there's no need for it, oh and I see that you aren't wearing the sweater I knitted for you." As the four of them continue to talk about clothing and why they were here Sasuke was looking around, with Adora noticing him. "Sasuke are you okay?" Sasuke jolts at this comment as they climb the hill to a field. "Wh-oh it's just ever since that shadow spy I've gotten the feeling that we're being watched, and I can't shake the feeling off." "Hey don't worry Mystacor is protected by a magical force field, we're fine."
As they were completing their climb Casta explains about the eclipse that is happening and that she'd like to give Adora and Sasuke the tour, but the choice was up to Adora and Sasuke. "I don't mind having a tour, I mean what's the worst that can happen."
When they get to the lunar lenses Sasuke can feel the magic permeating through the room as he sees Adora go off in a certain direction after looking into a crystal mirror. "Hey Adora wait up." As Sasuke catches up to her with the others Casta explains where they are and who the statues represent. "Well Glimmer, seems that you have big shoes to fill in." Says Sasuke as Glimmer looks down. "So wait Glimmer's dad was your brother." Says Adora. "Adora do you know what an aunt means?" Asks Bow. "No, I was just hoping someone would eventually explain." As Sasuke looks at the other statues he sees one that is in shadows unlike the others. "Who was this one? This statue seems to be set in a darker tone than the rest of them?"
"Light Spinner, a scar on Mytacor's past, she saught power and complete control above anything else, and she was cast out." Says Casta. "And let me guess some say that she's just bidding her time, waiting to exact her revenge yada yada yada." As Glimmer, Bow, and Casta look at Sasuke he looks back at them. "What? I write and read stories that involve revenge plots like this, it's child's play in comparison to some of the delightful stories I've read, fathers verses sons, duels of fate, chosen ones falling from grace only for their children to save their kingdoms that they have unknowingly been tearing down, that sort of thing." As Casta gets the attention back onto herself Sasuke sees that Adora is looking at Light Spinner's statue and glares at it. 'I know it's you Shadow Weaver, you're not getting her.' As he thinks this he suddenly sees that Adora is starting to panic and goes to her side staring at the shadows that had lengthened as they retreated back into the statue of Light Spinner.
"Ok Aunt Casta's gone to fix us a big dinner and-" "Adora are you okay?" Asks Bow seeing how tense Adora is. As they walk towards the beach the shadows begin to form something as they split and form two being, one with a singular red glowing eye, the other begins to pull out a certain small purple book. After they went to the beach and Adora failing to relax they went to the steam grotto, as Sasuke was relaxing in a naturally formed pool he sees that the shadows are starting to form as Adora wakes up and screams seeing this as Sasuke grabs Glimmer keeping her form drowning. "Help!" Yells Adora as Sasuke jumps out of the pool walking past the blade she was holding and sitting her down. "Hmmm maybe bringing you here was a bad idea." Says Sasuke. "But this is the perfect place to relax." Says Glimmer as she walks to them. "Yes, but due to the connection both Adora and Shadow weaver she has the perfect way to enter this place." Says Sasuke as both Bow and Glimmer look at them in confusion. "Basically Shadow weaver is a shadow sorceress which means shadows are her domain of magic."
As the group were looking at Sasuke they suddenly begin to hear the sound of metal scraping against stone as they all turn around to see a figure dressed in black, orange, gold and blood red. "She's not the only one your should fear from the shadows, ain't that right Sasuke." Both Sasuke and Glimmer get ready with Sasuke drawing out the Kougouken Saikou. "Who are you and how did you pass by Mystacor's defenses!" Yell Bow as he looks at the purple and gold blade. "Oh you know me very well, but your friend never introduced me to you all." Says the figure fully stepping out of the shadows revealing himself to look exactly like Sasuke. "Wait what!?! But that's impossible, Sasuke didn't tell us he had a twin brother!?" Yells Adora as she looks at the Sasuke look alike. "You're right he doesn't, but that doesn't mean that he was all right in the head." As they look at the Sasuke look alike the real Sasuke can only think of one thing. "So you've decided to use that witch's magic to form yourself a new body, Yami." As Yami hears this he begins to laugh like a madman. "Hehehehehehe HAHAHAHAHAHA YES FINALLY YOU SAY MY NAME, I am his inner darkness, Yami Bunken." As the group gasp in shock Sasuke takes out another wonder ride book as Yami does the same.

Suddenly Sasuke disappears in a flash of light only to leave his sword floating in the air with Yami turning into a draconic purple knight. "WhhHAAAAAAAATTT!?!" Yells Bow shaking Glimmer. "Get out of here, I'll handle him!" Says Kamen Rider Saikou as he flies over to fight Calibur. As they continue to fight Adora is running with Bow and Glimmer as they run into the room with the lunar lenses Casta looks at them. "Glimmer what's happening?" Gasping for breath Bow blurts out. "Sasuke, sword, evil Sasuke, fight!" "What?" Asks Casta. "There's an evil Sasuke that's fighting the real Sasuke in the steam grotto!" Yells Adora. "What but that's-" as Casta was about to say impossible Sasuke's sword form into the room plunging the sword into the ground and they begin to hear the Ankokuken Kurayami scraping the floor, then suddenly Sasuke pops out of the sword as it vanishes into the pocket dimension he has for his other swords.
"SASUKE!!" Yells Adora as she rushes to his side as Calibur walks into the room. "My my Sasuke, you honestly thought that you could win against me as Saikou, well YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE TO DO BETTER THAN THAT!!!" Says Yami as he charges at the group as the mages cast protection barriers around the room, but they are shattered on contact by the Ankokuken Kurayami's blade as Calibur jumps into the air about to slash down onto the group She-Ra appears in a flash of light and blocks the blade with her sword that turned into a shield. "GET AWAY FROM HIM!!!" Yells She-Ra glaring daggers at Calibur. "Aw how touching, you care for him, he doesn't deserve it, he did nothing as Hana was murdered! He's a coward, he saw the sniper from the window but ignored it, he saw that glint and passed it off as the suns rays deflecting back at him weird, EVEN THO HE KNEW SOMEONE WAS TRYING TO KILL HER HE SAT THERE AND WATCHED AS HER HEAD WAS BLOWN OFF HER SHOULDERS!!!" As they heard this Sasuke got back up. "What was I supposed to do, no one can move that fast, you and I know that, we had no chance of saving her, if what we saw hit us, both of us would be dead, and you know she wouldn't want that!!" Yells Sasuke. "Better dead than living as a coward that did nothing to save our sister." Cries out Calibur as he pushes She-Ra away. "You're the reason we didn't go after her killer and killed them!!!" As Calibur knocked away Bow and Glimmer he swings his blade up then back down aimed at Sasuke.
"SASUKE!!!" Yells She-Ra as the blade falls onto him. As the blade inches closer everyone began to move in slow motion as a wave of fire courses through Sasuke and he dodges the strike at the last microsecond. "What!?" Sasuke after he dodges the slash and shocks everyone, spartan kicks Calibur away sending him to the other side of the room. "I may have done nothing to prevent her death, BUT I CAN DO SOMETHING TO PROTECT MY FRIENDS!!!" Suddenly Sasuke is surrounded by flames as everyone is shocked and mesmerized by the flames as a metallic red dragon bursts through the flames hitting Calibur down after he had just gotten up.
"So now's my time huh? Well BETTER LATE THEN NEVER, BRAVE DRAGON!" Suddenly the flames begin to circle around Sasuke's waist and form the Seiken Swordriver with the Kaenken Rekka in it, then the rest of the flames form a singular red wonder ride book.
Brave Dragon!
There was once a God Beast possessing a great power that would destroy everything...
Sasuke places the Brave Dragon into the Seiken swordriver, then draws the sword.
Rekka Battou!
Sasuke looks at Calibur dead in the eyes, then with a deep breath his soul burns bright and yells with all his might. "HENSHIN!!!"
Brave Dragon~! One Rekka Book! When the dragon of valor and Kaenken Rekka intersect, the crimson sword will penetrate evil!
Finally as Sasuke does a cross slash he gains the armor of Saber standing tall with no assistance to his stand as the shadows retreat to safety as his fire burns bright. "Let's do this CALIBUR!!!" "Bring it SABER!!!" And so they began their deadly duel, both firing off attacks that the mages there could only dream of as Shadow Weaver watches from her spy within the halls of Mytacor. "My what have we here, seems that the spell I did had a unforeseen effect on the swordsman and created a evil doppelgänger of him, he might be useful in retrieving Adora, but it seems that he's in a bit of a pickle." As Shaodw Weaver sends her spy to help Calibur, Saber is knocked back by it and the spell spy and Calibur retreat into the darkness as a fireball is launched at them as they disappear. "Grrr he got away!" Yells Saber as the rest of them run up to him. "Who was that?" Asks Casta as she looks at Saber. "Yami, my alter." Says Sasuke as he depowers. "Alter, what do you mean by that?" Asks Bow looking at Sasuke with the others. "Uh you know when we were in Entrapta's castle? Well the reason why I acted somewhat like another person, well mostly due to my Dissociative Identity Disorder, or what is more commonly known as D.I.D." Everyone looked at Sasuke like he'd had grown a second head, but suddenly Sasuke's head begins roll as his eyes turn to the back of his head, then back to normal as Sasuke crosses his arms. "What Sasuke said was true there are more of us in here than you think." Says the more stoic Sasuke taking everyone off guard as they didn't see that coming. "Wait are you saying that there's multiple people in your head!?!" Yells Bow as the others begin to panic. "Wait how did this happen, who would do such a thing to you, I mean why would they do this!?!" Says Casta as she's about to run out of the Lunar lens room as Stoic Sasuke places a hand on her shoulder. "You won't find any research about putting someone's mind into another, besides that's not how this came about, it actually ties to why Yami blames Sasuke for Hana's death, see at a young age Sasuke had been abused by his parents and he developed us as a defensive mechanism against them." Says Stoic Sasuke. "Wait, if he created you, why couldn't he, well-." As Glimmer says this Stoic Sasuke stares at her. "We are all separate from Sasuke, but we demonstrate different parts of his physique, Yami was his anger, I'm his sense of strength and leadership, call me Ganseki." Everyone was weirded out by Ganseki saying that Yami was the anger Sasuke had, and perplexed by Ganseki's role within Sasuke. "Wait so if Yami was created by Sasuke to deal with his anger, who's his sadness?" Asks Casta. "Oh that's Kawa but he always plays it off with a roguish attitude, and sometimes flirts accidentally...which we just realized he did with Catra." Says Ganseki as he facepalms.

Calibur falls out of the shadows in front of both Shadow Weaver and Catra as the later looks on in confusion. "So who's this guy?" "Apparently he's that swordsman's inner darkness taken from, Yami was it?" As Yami stares at the two he only has one thing on his mind. 'Phase one complete, just got to keep up the D.I.D act up till I get caught, I have to keep this up for the boss no matter what, even if I'm not the main lead, I'll certainly be the villain for the boss.' "Yes I am, and I didn't need your help, I'm guessing you're Shadow Weaver?" Says Yami looking at Shadow Weaver. "Yes I am, and you'll be a great help in this fight against the rebellion and theirforces." Catra stares at Yami looking him up and down seeing the armor that he had on disappear when he took the wonder rider book out of his belt, seeing the similarities between him and Sasuke. "So tell me Yami, why did that guy flirt with me during our first fight?" "What you mean Kawa, he's always accidentally flirting with girls, but from what I'm looking at, he's definitely said the truth about you being good to look at." Catra immediately began to blush as the compliment she was given. "Y-yeah what ever."
[somewhere within the vastness of space]
A planet full of nature and aquatic creatures is seen and then suddenly the angel zooms in on a specific building where there is a tomb of a woman, with a cylindrical object placed onto it as it sends out a wave through the universe, trying to find someone to wield it.
And that's where I'm leaving this off at, if you guys know what the final part of this chapter means then you are true fans of a specificfranchise that has been tried and failed to be killed by idiots that think that it isn't LGBTQ enough when in reality it is not even remotely needed due to the fact that we don't care about if you're LGBTQ or not. Sorry for that rant but it was pissing me off considering the franchise is a large part of my childhood, and my family as a whole due to my dad being there from the start, but anyway hope you guys liked this part, next chapter is PRINCESS PROM!!!
