Chapter 8

(4:50pm)

"Sooo...what exactly are you thinking that would destroy Possible and Stoppable's rep at school?" Ashley A asked Bonnie.

Bonnie snickered, "We are going to put those two...in the leading roles as Romeo and Juliet!"

"Wouldn't that be counter-productive?" Ashley T questioned, "Since they are in the leading roles, they would get the most attention?"

"Have you been listening to the tape AB provided us?" Bonnie groaned, "Possible has extreme stage fright. She cannot go on the stage without risking herself being humiliated from the infamous...Scottish Play..." She termed it that way so that she would not risk jinxing herself or her friends.

"To which I made an A!" Amanda proudly boasted.

Bonnie continued on. "And...well...Stoppable is Stoppable. So if you combine the two together on the stage in the lead roles, they will collapse instantly and the crowd will shower them with boos, hisses and jeers and the pelting of rotten tomatoes!"

She then did her signature triumph pose.

"Oooh...I can only imagine the tears on her tomato-covered face. It is going to be delish!"

Then, Ashley A raised her hand.

"Hate to break it to you, B, but how exactly are we going to get to that list?" Ashley A asked again, "Barkin is going to announce the roles on Monday and once he says them, it is going to be what it is for the play."

"Well, AA. I'm glad you asked because..." Bonnie began before there came a knocking on the door.

"Come in!" she said sweetly to the knocker.

The door opened and it turned out to be Veronica with the cookies.

"Hello, dearies!" she said, giggling to the girls.

"Hello, Mrs. Rockwaller!" the Ashleys, Hope and Amanda all replied, waving to Veronica.

"I've prepped up the treats!" she exclaimed while holding the trays of chocolate cookies and lactose-free oatmeal cookies for Ashley T. She also took out a tray holding seven cups of lemonade and set both it and the cookies on the table.

"Mother, can you not interrupt me when I am talking with my friends?" Bonnie groaned.

"Sorry, dearie. I just wanted to provide a bit of hospitality to our guests." Veronica replied.

"That is all well and good but me and the girls are having a convo going on here!" Bonnie replied, wanting to get her mom out of the garage ASAP.

"And what is the convo about?" Veronica asked.

Bonnie quickly thought of something to fib to her mom.

"You know, we're teenage girls. We talk about fashion, boys, celebs...oh and the Junior Prom that's gonna come up in a few months!" the brunette said.

"Aww...my little baby Bon-Bon's growing up!" Veronica exclaimed, "Why, that reminds me of the time when I bought your first binky..."

The other girls started to chortle before Bonnie gave a mean glare to silence them before turning back to her mother.

"Mother!" Bonnie exclaimed, interrupting Veronica, "What have we said before?"

Veronica sighed, "I cannot tell any embarrassing stories or say your nickname in front of you or your friends."

"And you know what that means..." Bonnie replied,

"Yep...another quarter in the jar..." Veronica answered before leaving the garage, closing the door behind her.

Once the door was closed, Bonnie then resumed plotting with the girls.

"H, do you have your laptop with you?" she then asked Hope.

"I defintely do, B!" Hope replied, pulling out her laptop from the backpack.

Bonnie set the laptop onto her lap and turned it on from its sleep mode. She got onto the Internet.

"As I was about to explain to AA...before I got rudely interrupted by Mother...we're going to sneak into the high school Saturday night at 11pm." Bonnie said.

"And how, may I ask, are we going to get into the school to get to the list?" Ashley A questioned cynically while Bonnie was typing, "The doors are more than likely going to be locked."

"Then we'll unlock the doors with...this!" came Bonnie's words as she swiveled the laptop to reveal the object that would be vital to their plan.

The other girls looked at it.

"It's...a key." Ashley A said.

"That is not just any key, AA." Bonnie explained with a grin. "That is a skeleton key that is given to all the school board members, including my mom."

She continued on about that key.

"It can open the door to any school building in the entire district. We're going to use that to sneak into Middleton High on Saturday night and get to that sheet before Barkin makes the roles official."

"But what about the security cameras? Surely those things would still be active and Kim would notice!" Ashley B wondered about the little flaw in Bonnie's plan.

"I think I can solve that issue!" Ashley Q spoke up. She was the most technically and book-wisse smart of the girls in Bonnie's group, for she was the offspring of a geneticist and a robotics expert, which were the professions of her mom and dad, respectively. She was almost on par with Kim's brothers in terms of intelligence. "I've invented a machine that can cut power to the security cameras of any building!"

"Bring that device along!" Bonnie suggested. "We're going to need it in order to knock out the security cams."

"I can certainly do that!" Ashley Q snickered.

"Good! Now, here's what we are going to do!" Bonnie insisted.

And she began to give out her plan on how to break into the school to try and ruin Kim and Ron's lives.
