Author's Note: Here's a new chapter hope you like reading it
The battle raged on between Akira and Raven, their weapons clashing like thunder as sparks erupted with each impact.
Akira's Territory Scythe hummed with lethal energy, its edge keening with anticipation, while Raven's sword Omen shimmered in the light, each strike infused with Dust's raw power.
Their movements were a blur of precision and intent, neither willing to back down.
Akira: "This ends now."
Forceriser: [ Fighting Dystopia ! ]
With that, he lunged forward, his scythe leaving a trail of dark energy as he swung in a sweeping arc.
Raven met his strike with Omen, her blade ringing as the two weapons clashed, force against force. But the sheer power of Akira's assault overwhelmed her, and with a brutal crack, Omen's blade shattered, fragments scattering as she stumbled back, her red armor flaring as her Aura took the brunt of the attack.
Akira's confidence surged. With Raven vulnerable, he prepared to land a decisive blow, lifting his scythe for a final strike aimed directly at her weakened Aura.
Akira: "This is the end for you, Raven."
But in that instant, Raven's gaze turned steely. She wouldn't let him win this easily.
With a flick of her wrist, she activated her Semblance, Kindred Link, summoning a portal of swirling red and black energy beneath her feet.
In a heartbeat, both she and Akira were transported across space, leaving behind the echoes of their duel and landing near what appeared to be a secluded house. Akira stumbled forward, disoriented by the sudden shift.
By the time he looked back, Raven was gone—transformed into a raven herself, she had flown off into the night, leaving him alone and surrounded by strangers.
Akira glanced around, assessing his new surroundings. The house stood in an isolated area, surrounded by quiet forest, and though Akira's hand tightened on the handle of his scythe, he sensed no immediate threat.
However, a group of people was approaching him cautiously from the house.
He noted one adult—a man with unkempt hair, a flask in hand—and several teenagers, each with a mixture of curiosity, apprehension, and surprise written on their faces.
Qrow Branwen stepped forward, his expression wary but curious.
Qrow: "Well, you're not the kind of visitor we usually get around here. And… that armor of yours isn't exactly subtle."
Akira didn't respond, his eyes narrowed as he took in each of them, analyzing their stances and expressions.
He kept his scythe ready, still uncertain whether they were friend or foe.
Ruby Rose stepped forward, her eyes wide with wonder as she took in his armor.
Ruby: "Whoa… That's some cool gear you have! Are you, like, some kind of Huntsman?"
Akira remained silent, offering only a cold, assessing glance.
Oscar Pine, observing from a distance, felt a quiet unease. The stranger's aura was intense, and there was something unsettling about the way he held himself.
Oscar (whispering to Qrow): "He doesn't seem like he's from around here… You think he's a threat?"
Jaune Arc looked at Akira's armor with a mix of admiration and wariness. He knew well enough that gear like that wasn't for show.
Jaune: "Whoever he is, he's armed. We should be careful."
Yang Xiao Long folded her arms, sizing up Akira with a smirk.
Yang: "Hey, mystery man. Care to tell us who you are before we have to drag it out of you?"
Akira glanced between them, his posture unchanging, remaining silent. He wasn't sure yet if he could trust them.
All he knew was that Raven had brought him here, likely knowing he'd be outnumbered.
Ren, calm and analytical as always, noted Akira's guarded stance.
Ren: "Maybe we should give him a moment. He doesn't seem eager to talk, but he's not attacking, either."
Weiss Schnee stepped forward, trying to appeal to reason.
Weiss: "Look, we don't want trouble. But you show up here out of nowhere, in armor like that, so forgive us for being a little cautious."
Akira finally spoke, his voice cold and wary.
Akira: "I don't know any of you, and I have no reason to explain myself. I was in the middle of a battle… she brought me here."
Qrow raised an eyebrow at the mention of "she," catching on immediately.
Qrow: "Let me guess… Raven."
At the name, Akira's gaze shifted slightly. He noted Qrow's familiarity with Raven, though he could only guess at their relationship.
Akira: "Yes. I don't know why she brought me here, but I have no intention of staying."
Oscar, feeling the influence of Ozpin's wisdom, took a cautious step forward.
Oscar/Ozpin: "Perhaps there's a reason for your being here, one that Raven may not have explained. But I would advise against underestimating her motives."
Akira's grip on his scythe tightened. His mind raced as he tried to understand the situation, but before he could make a move, Nora Valkyrie chimed in, her usual enthusiasm tempered with caution.
Nora: "So, do you have a name, or should we just call you 'the guy with the scythe'?"
Akira gave her a long, unreadable look, before finally responding.
Akira: "Kamen Rider: Akira."
Ruby's face lit up at the introduction, her curiosity overcoming her wariness.
Ruby: "Akira, huh? That's a cool name! So, Akira… where'd you get that armor?"
Akira glanced at her, but remained silent. He wasn't about to disclose the secrets of the Forceriser and his Progrisekeys to strangers.
Yang, sensing the tension, decided to break the ice.
Yang: "Well, as long as you're not here to fight us, I guess you're welcome. But if you change your mind, just know that we're more than capable of defending ourselves."
Akira almost smirked, sensing her confidence.
Akira: "I'll keep that in mind."
Qrow eyed him, still cautious but also seeing an opportunity.
Qrow: "If Raven brought you here, then you're involved in something bigger than you realize. But if you're looking for answers, it wouldn't hurt to stick around."
Akira glanced around once more, taking in each of their faces. The choice was his: trust these strangers, or find his way out alone.
For now, he decided to stay, if only to learn why Raven had chosen to bring him here or if his plans have changed for the or the worst
Akira: "Fine. I'll stay… for now. But I'm not here to make friends."
Ruby smiled at that, her optimism unwavering.
Ruby: "That's okay! We're pretty good at changing minds."
And as the group turned back toward the house, Akira followed, still cautious, still silent. But in the back of his mind, he wondered if Raven's actions had set him on a path he couldn't walk alone.
