"Everything okay, Kit. Lynda seems anxious about something but did something happen." Casey asked.
"Byrdie told her that she has to go to school. She's gonna be in my class. She's nervous." Kit told her.
It was early afternoon and the family werestillsleeping at the park, but Kit and Lynda were just sitting under a tree so Casey was wondering what was going on, because her sis looked worried getting she was worried for her best friend, which made sense making Roxy and Oreo exchange a look because they'd something to tell Casey later when they got home which Rocket knew about, knowing she might freak out hearing Lynda ask where Rocket was. "He's tired but sleeping right now." Kit told Lynda
When they got home, Kit was going to take an nap but while Casey was helping their moms put things asay they were telling her, about her being enrolled in Midtown Elementary making her anxious as she and school didn't mix like Avengers Campus and Xaviers making them get it. "It's okay honey, Rockie told us about that but you'll be okay." Roxy reassured her. "I guess moms." Casey mumbled to them.
Saki heard this poking out of her top, sensing she was sad about her moms's news making Casey nod entering their room but just lying on their bed as they were tired after an active morning, plus Shabbat was a time to recharge and rest after a busy week yawning, falling asleep as Rocket was checking on them rubbing behind his sister's furry ear gently. "I'm sorry the news freaked you out. We'll talk later." he whispered before leaving their room. He'd drank coffee so he could stay up in case what Roxy and Oreo had to tell Casey freaked her out.
"I'm gonna go see Nebula guys." Rocket told them. He was wearing his black hooded top with baggy black trousers wearing vampires sunblock and sunglasses so he wouldn't burn which Rocke had taught him making Roxy and Oreo smirk and hoped Casey was okay about starting an new school but knew she was Raccoon Girl so could handle it.
"So, how're you feeling about starting at Midtown Elementary, and surprised your moms did this. It's not gonna interfere with what we do, right." Oreo asked Casey as she, Casey, Crystal and Kaley were hanging out as patrol was quiet that night for them. Casey had told them about her moms enrolling her in Midtown Elementary which surprised them knowing her and school didn't mix. "I am Groot." Saki said surprising Casey and. Them.
"Saki, what're you doing here. Did you follow me out here. This time it's okay, as things are quiet-" Casey said seeing a fire making them about to jump into action until they saw Ghost-Shocket there making Saki ask, if they should do something seeing Casey shake her head. "Shocket's got this." Casey told her making Kaley nod as Ghost-Shocket absorbed the flames seeing Byrdie and Itsy helping get people to safety impressing Casey and her team going back to their HQ as it was almost sunrise plus it was a school day for her friends paw-bumping before they left but Saki heard Casey yawning as being Raccoon Girl wiped her out as she changed into pyjamas putting Saki in her bed kissing her lil head going downstairs to get breakfast before she could sleep seeing her moms hug her as they'd seen the news guessing they'd heard about the fire.
"Relax, we weren't near the fire plus Shocket was being Ghost-Shocket. She absorbed the fire and Byrdie and Itsy were helping her." Casey said eating breakfast
"Good call and that will help you when you start school." Roxy told her as she and Oreo kissed her head.
