Hello everyone.

Now for the aftermath of the Maui trip.

Now for the reviews.

beninator5: The UN? I'm not sure what role they would have here.

phil34metro: Yup, Lincoln is tough.

avenger44: Yeah, Lincoln and Jordan are adorable together. And awesome ideas.

Darkness destroyer 1: Thank you. I'll do my best to come up with a Christmas chapter.

DragonEmperor999: Yeah.

Lets get to it.

It was two days after the wedding, and the Louds were all back home. After everything that happened, they decided to leave early. Although the wedding was successful, the Loud parents, sisters, and Landon were still traumatized by what almost happened to Lincoln. They all left Maui yesterday.

It was early morning and Lincoln woke up. He looked down and saw Lola and Lana asleep in his embrace. Last night, they came to his room in tears because they had a really bad nightmare. He remembered how shaken his little sisters looked.

(Last night)

Lincoln was fast asleep in his bunk. After getting home from Maui, Lincoln had pretty much been comforting his entire family until bedtime. He hugged each of his siblings when they cried and rubbed their backs as well to comfort them. He also comforted Rita, who kept him in her embrace while sobbing for 30 minutes at one point. When it was finally bedtime, the sisters gave Lincoln a hug and kiss goodnight, which he returned to each of them. Lincoln and Landon then went into their shared room and hugged each other before going to sleep.

It was 2am, and Lincoln continued sleeping. Suddenly, the door to his room burst open.

"LINCOLN!"

Lincoln woke up to the wail, and saw Lola and Lana there. They both looked terrified and were in tears. Lola and Lana then ran over to Lincoln. His big brother instincts kicked in and when they jumped onto his bunk, he immediately embraced them. Lola and Lana embraced Lincoln as well and buried their faces into his pajama shirt. They were both crying heavily, and Lincoln rubbed their backs to sooth them. He didn't care that their tears were soaking his shirt, all that mattered to him was being there for his little sisters and making sure that they were ok. The three of them stayed like this until Lola and Lana's intense crying was reduced to sniffles.

"Did you two have a nightmare?" Lincoln gently asked.

Lola and Lana nodded their heads with their faces still buried in their big brother's shirt.

"Do you want to tell me about it?" Lincoln asked.

Lola and Lana looked up at him with tear filled eyes and nodded. Lola decided to go first.

"The Slicer launched you in that rocket." Lola told Lincoln. "When you got into deep space, the rocket exploded. Y-Y-You couldn't b-breath, and, and-."

Lola broke down crying again and hugged Lincoln again. Lincoln instantly embraced his distraught princess and comforted her as best he could. Lana also comforted Lola as best she could. After a few minutes, Lola managed to calm down.

"When the rocket simulated krypton's environment, you couldn't take it." Lana said tearfully. "You're skin s-s-started m-melting off."

Lana was now crying again and she hugged her big brother. Lincoln instantly embraced her and comforted her as best he could. Lola also helped in comforting Lana. When Lana calmed down, Lincoln addressed his little sisters.

"It's ok you two, it was all just a dream." Lincoln soothed. "Those things will never happen."

"But we almost lost you." Lana responded. "When you were launched into space, I thought I'd never see you again. I don't wanna lose you ever again, Linc. You're my big brother and I love you."

"I don't ever want to be without you, Linky." Lola said. "You've always been the best big brother ever. You've helped me with my reading, you've helped me win all my pageants, you're the only one who has tea parties with me, you've comforted me. You're my prince Linky, and I love you. Please don't ever leave me again."

Lincoln then hugged both of them.

"I love you too, Lola." Lincoln said. "And I love you too, Lana. You two don't have to worry. I'll never leave you, Lola. I'll never leave any of you. Lola, you're my little princess. Lana, you're my little grease monkey. I'll always be here for you two. I'll always be your big brother, I promise."

His words made Lola and Lana feel better. The three of them hugged again.

"Do you two wanna sleep in my bed?" Lincoln asked.

Lola and Lana nodded. The three of them laid down and Lincoln pulled the covers over them. He then wrapped one arm around each twin and they embraced him back.

"Goodnight Lola and Lana, I love you both." Lincoln said.

"Goodnight Linky, we love you too." Lola and Lana replied.

Lincoln then kissed them on their foreheads, then the three of them went to sleep.

(Present)

Lincoln just let Lola and Lana sleep for now. About thirty minutes later, Lola and Lana stirred and woke up. They both looked up and saw their big brother smiling at them.

"Good morning you two." Lincoln greeted.

"Morning Linky." Lola and Lana greeted back.

"Are you two feeling better?" Lincoln asked.

"I think so." Lana answered.

"And it's all thanks to you, Linky." Lola followed up.

"Like I said last night, I will always be here for you all." Lincoln assured.

The three of them hugged again before getting up and getting ready for the day.

Later that afternoon, Luna was in her room sitting on a beanbag chair. She had a sorrowful look on her face. She then heard a knock on her door.

"Come in." Luna said quietly.

The door opened, and Lincoln came in.

"Hey Lunes." Lincoln greeted.

"Hey bro." Luna greeted back gloomily.

Lincoln looked concerned seeing his big sister so sad. He went over and knelt down in front of her.

"What's wrong, Luna?" Lincoln asked.

Luna looked up at him.

"I can't stop thinking about what happened in Maui." Luna answered with tears in her eyes. "We almost lost you, dude. I almost lost the most rockin brother in the world. I failed you, Linky."

"What do you mean you failed me?" Lincoln asked confused.

"When you were a baby, I promised I would always protect you, and that I would never let anyone hurt you." Luna answered with tears running down her cheeks. "When you were trapped in that rocket, I tried to break free from those restraints to help you, but I couldn't get out. Then you were launched into space. I thought I lost you, baby bro. I made a promise to you and I failed you, I'm sorry, Linky. I'm so so sorry."

Luna broke down crying uncontrollably, and Lincoln immediately pulled her into a hug. He rubbed her back as well. Luna's tears didn't stop for ten minutes.

"You didn't fail me, Lunes." Lincoln told her. "None of us could have known what was gonna happen. Luna, you've always been there for me when I needed you. I couldn't have asked for a more rockin sister."

"But the rocket." Luna said.

"Was not your fault." Lincoln told her cupping her cheeks in his hands. "Luna, you've helped me out alot throughout my life. You were the one who helped me confess my feelings to Jordan. You were the one who helped me get FIREBALL started. When I was a baby, you sang to me to help me fall asleep. And who was the one who got Doomsday's attention when he was pummeling me?"

"Me." Luna answered.

"Exactly." Lincoln replied. "It was you who got Doomsday's attention so that Jordan could help me. Luna, you've been the best sister ever, I promise you that."

Luna smiled.

"Thanks, baby bro. I love you, Linky." Luna said.

"I love you too, Lunes." Lincoln replied.

Lincoln and Luna then hugged.

"Is it ok if I bunk with you tonight, little bro?" Luna asked.

"Of course, Luna." Lincoln answered.

That night, Lincoln and Luna were in their pajamas in Lincoln's bunk. Luna pulled the covers over them and wrapped her little brother in her arms.

"Goodnight Linky, I love you." Luna said.

"Goodnight Lunes, I love you too." Lincoln responded.

Lincoln and Luna then fell asleep in each others embrace.

Meanwhile at Lexcorp, in the throne room, The Slicer was on his throne with Lex Luthor in a wheelchair next to him. Lex had both his arms in casts. Since The Slicer had a power stone, his injuries healed quickly.

"We were so close to ridding ourselves of Lincoln." Lex said.

"Yes, but it was Jordan Rosato who thwarted our plan." The Slicer said. "Now it's time to take things to the next level."

The Slicer then pulled out another power stone he had been keeping since he and Lex got back. The Slicer then removed his helmet and put the power stone on his forehead, right over the one already embedded in there. The second stone then embedded itself into The Slicer's forehead. He then put his helmet back on. The Slicer then felt power coursing through him as he was surrounded by an orange aura. After 10 seconds, the aura dissipated, and The Slicer looked the same way he did when he used the first power stone, but now with the second one there was one noticeable difference. His orange pupils now glowed orange.

"Yes, I feel power!" The Slicer boasted. "I feel great! Now I am more powerful then ever."

"Excellent idea, Slicer." Lex complimented. "When we build my new war suit, we can put two power stones in it this time."

"Yes." The Slicer agreed. "And we will get to work on your new war suit once you're healed, Lex. You should be healed in a month. One month later, Puggy Gomez will be healed. Then I can hire the trainers Oswald asked me to get for Puggy and Kristen."

"Yes, they have excellent potential." Lex said. "Aside from you and me, Puggy and Kristen have the best chance at taking them down."

"Indeed." The Slicer agreed. "With the training they receive, plus the upgrades planned for Puggy's battle suit, and a battle suit for Kristen, they will be more powerful than ever. Then they will wipe out Lincoln and his vile team."

At the same time in Royal Woods, in the dark basement of a house, a figure stood. He looked to be a kid.

"I don't know what could have happened to my sister Whitney." The kid said. "But whatever happened, Superboy failed to save her. Someday he'll regret not saving her."

Next chapter will be a time skip to October.
