Chapter 22 -Kill or Be Killed

~ Harmony's P.O.V. ~

I got ready for the day in a white mid-thigh babydoll dress that had a brown belt at the waist, and brown boots. My hair was let down and wavy. When I finished getting ready, I grabbed my violin case and went to the Grill with Jeremy. He was telling me that Elena wanted us to not be apart of the whole supernatural issues in the town. A little late for that. Anyway, I was in the process of coming back from the restroom when I heard two girls talking about my brother.

"When did Jeremy Gilbert get so cute?" One said.

"Oh no. Stay away that guy is damaged goods," the other said.

I stopped by them and scoffed gaining their attention. I narrowed my eyes at the one who called my brother damaged goods and said, "And you are better? I won't be surprised if you spread your legs for any guy that gives you attention."

With that, I walked to my brother who was with Tyler.

"Sorry. Bad day, a bad month," Tyler told Jeremy.

"Hey, Tyler," I said sitting with the boys, "How are you?"

"Could be better," Tyler said giving me a small smile. He then turned to Jeremy. "Listen, you were cool at the wake. Thanks for that. Felt like I was a freakshow," Tyler said.

"Yeah. Well, I know the feeling well," Jeremy said, "If it wasn't for Harmony I would have been a lot worse."

I gave him a sad smile.

"What are you doing here?" Jeremy asked.

Tyler showed us his phone. "Distracting myself," he said before the same girls came up to us. I narrowed my eyes at the dark skin girl.

"Hey, where too?" The girl said ignoring me.

"My house. My mom's going to be out all day," Tyler said before looking at us, "You coming?"

Jeremy and I looked at each other.

"Yeah. We're coming," Jeremy said.

~ AT LOCKWOOD HOUSE ~

Let's just say it got boring really fast. The music was on high, and the two girls were dancing. I sat on a chair near Jeremy's backpack, I was composing a song. My focus went to one of the girls grabbing Jeremy's sketch pad.

"Yeah. You can look at it," Jeremy said.

The girls went through his sketch pad. "Woah. Creepy wolf monster," one said.

Jeremy and Tyler left to a different room, and I was left with the two girls, who were staring at me.

"So, you brought your violin?" The nicer girl said.

"Yeah," I said.

"Can you play something? Like the one, you did at the Lockwood Party, earlier in the year," The girl said.

I looked at the direction the boys went before looking back at the two girls. Sighing, I said, "Sure."

The other girl turned off the music so they could fully hear the music. I took out my violin and quickly thought of a song to play. I didn't want to give away original songs just yet, so I played a song that everyone should know.

When I finished the girls clapped, and I bowed before putting my violin away. We decided to see what the boys were up to, and found them in another room talking. I realized the stone in Jeremy's hand and narrowed my eyes at it. I felt a strange sensation on the stone. The girls decided to play chase/get the stone with the boys. I and Jeremy followed. When the girl, Sarah, was sad that Jeremy didn't want to chase her she tried messing around with Tyler who made her trip on the stairs. I ran as she was falling down and cushioned her body with mine before she landed at the bottom of the stairs. She wasn't moving though. After the moment, Sarah laughed making us all breathe in relief. I helped her off me and her friend, Amy, took her away.

I looked at the boys and said, "Well, that was enough excitement for one day. I'm going to head home."

~ AT GILBERT HOUSE ~

I went to the kitchen and made food for my family, before heading to my room to practice my saxophone. Once I was done, I sketched in my journal before taking a shower and going to sleep.

~ No One's P.O.V. ~

So, during the whole day, Sherrif Forbes found out Damon, Stefan, and Caroline were vampires. Jeremy told Tyler he knew he was a werewolf. Liz doesn't want anything to do with Caroline. Caroline confessed to Elena that she was being a spy for Katherine because she threatened Matt. Elena is helping Stefan with his consumption of blood. Tyler gave the moonstone to Mason, and Mason Lockwood is working with Katherine.
