Story Start!

Makima had a lot of planning to do.

'So, the Future devil can't see a future that was changed by Naruto's actions. Himeno was suppose to die, and Akane would be dead by now too. Yet, both the Future and Past devils weren't able to see the changes... they saw the timeline as it was intended without Naruto.' Makima had a lot of thinking to do, and she looked at Naruto sitting out on the balcony, watching it raining up a storm outside. He didn't seem bothered as he was pelted with wind and rain.

Death.

A Primal Fear Devil and a Four Horsemen Devil at the same time, and destined to come to the human realm in a few short years, and bring about the end of mankind, and the age of devils control of the planet. It was a prophecy that she wanted to stop, and she wanted to use the Chainsaw to bring an end to death as a concept. It was a long shot plan, but she enjoyed the things humans made way too much to side with the devils who wanted to bring about a new age.

With devils in charge, there would be no humans to make movies, and no forms of good entertainment for her to spend her time.

Also, she would be mortal again.

'With no humans, if I get killed, I'll actually die... though maybe my contract with Naruto really has made me immortal.' Makima also just didn't want to risk giving up her contract-based immortality, and being left vulnerable to attacks from other powerful devils. '... Naruto can change the future.' Makima looked over at Naruto, and then she frowned.

He could change the future, but the Future devil couldn't "See" the changes that Naruto brought, meaning that any change he made would be a blind change for her. She wouldn't be able to confirm anything involving Naruto. She didn't have to worry about him siding with humans over devils, unlike Denji who would side with whoever took care of him. She was also sure that Himeno would side with humans.

"... I should track down Famine and War, and get them to become my allies... this is unfortunate." Makima placed her hand on her forehead and leaned forward slightly. Her 2 remaining huskies were licking her face, and when she spoke Naruto turned his head to look at her. He raised an eyebrow.

"Famine and War?"

"2 of my 3 Sisters, the Famine and War Devil. Together with them and Death, we make up the 4 Horsemen devils." Makima explained to Naruto, and he just nodded and turned to look out over the city. "War is weakened right now, but Fami is somewhere in Japan, making her own plots, and adding more pawns to her own plans." Makima explained.

Naruto hummed.

"Does Famine eat a ridiculous amount of food, take huge shits, and eat with her hands... and does she had the same kind of ringed eyes as you?" Naruto asked as he leaned back and looked at Makima.

"I wouldn't know about the shits-"

"Trust me, if the person I'm sensing is your sister, she takes massive shits." Naruto deadpanned as he entered Sage Mode, and reminded Makima that he could sense everyone in Japan if he was paying attention. He was currently getting visions of people all over Japan, and he was able to sense all of the devils now that he had a good lock on what a devil was.

Makima slowly stood up and walked outside onto the balcony, and her white shirt quickly became see-through.

"You can track down my sisters?" Makima asked him.

"Well, I found Fami, but there is nobody else in Japan that is human-shaped with your eyes, and the same nasty aura as you. The only other thing with eyes like yours, and an aura like yours, is a retarded looking bird flying over Kyoto." Naruto mentioned, since Makima and Famine were both human shaped, he doubted that the War Devil was taking the form of a bird. He doubted that it was a retarded bird too, since the bird looked absolutely bat-shit stupid.

"That's War."

"Your sister is a bird?" Naruto asked with a deadpan.

"My sister was partially devoured by Chainsaw, and was reduced to a severely weakened state. Eyes like mine are special among the Horsemen devils. If they have those eyes, they are one of us. Where is Famine?" Makima asked as she placed her hand on his shoulder, and she looked over over the city. She was abe to borrow the rats, but the crows were staying out of the rain. When it rained, her eyes over the city were severely limited. She had a ton of blindspots, and Famine knew exactly how to find those blindspots.

Naruto hummed and focused.

"Famine is currently eating cake at a bakery... over in Tokyo, and I already told you where War is." Naruto explained, and Makima just put on a thinking expression as she tried to think of what to make of this information. Her sisters avoided her like the plague that she was, since they weren't immune to each other's powers. She could find her sisters and control them if she got close enough, chain them down to her will by defeating them. "No." Naruto stated after a moment of her thinking.

"No?"

"No, I'm not going to capture your sisters. I'm busy keeping an eye on Reze to make sure she doesn't hurt any..." Naruto stood up, he stood up and his face became far more unpleasant and frightening. He looked out into the distance. "... Reze fucked up." Naruto stated as he put a foot on the railing of the balcony.

"Oh?" Makima questioned.

"She used the Typhoon devil, and innocents just died... Reze-" Naruto vanished from view.

-With Reze-

"-come on Denji, this-" Reze stopped when the Typhoon devil was killed, cut in half before her very eyes. She was in her transformed state at the moment, but her body wasn't moving under her. She looked, and she saw several build tops were broken, and she felt a hand on her neck.

Her head had been ripped off her body.

She knew, because her body was currently laying on a rooftop 50 feet away, showing that she had been ripped clear of her body before she could so much as blink. Denji was knocked out cold, his body transforming back into a human form. She was also forced back into a human form, her transformed head turning back into a human head.

"You broke the deal Reze." Naruto stated as he grabbed Reze by her hair and held her up so that she was looking eye to eye with him. Without lungs, she couldn't talk, but her eyes moved and looked at him and she could see that he was not pleased with her. There was a ton of damage to nearby buildings, and lots of innocent deaths around.

There was a girl crying out for her murdered mother on the street down below.

Reze moved her mouth, no words came out, but she mouthed the words 'It was an accident' to Naruto.

"This was no accident, you thought that you could capture Denji and escape before I got to you... and no... you can't escape me." Naruto jumped over to her body, and he lifted her headloss body over his shoulder. He left Denji were he was, knocked out cold. He had knocked out Denji to prevent him from making the situation worse.

Naruto then attached her head to her body and pulled her pin.

She healed and transformed, but Naruto slapped the transformation right out of her and grabbed her wrist before she could pull her pin and transform again. He allowed her to kick him in the head, but the strength of a mere human, even one that was devil enhanced, couldn't make him flinch when he was focused. Now that her head and body were attached, she could talk.

"... So what now?" Reze asked as she stepped back, but with his hand on her wrist, she wasn't going anywhere.

"Now... this..." Naruto stated.

Nothing.

"... Okay... what?" Reze felt her hand bubble and change, and she looked at her hand to see as warts started to appear, and her flesh became to grow and change shape to become toad-like in shape. Half of her face bulged and changed shape as well, before the rest of her body became to bulge and bubble, melting into the proper shape and becoming covered in warts. "What are you doing?"

"I'm turning you into a Toad Statue... I'm sharing my power with you, and your body can't handle it. You're going to spend the rest of eternity, thinking about what you did today." Naruto stated as he gave out what her punishment was going to be to her.

Fright.

It took a moment, but genuine fright and horror came over her features as what her punishment would entail became apparent to her. She saw the tips of her toad hands started to turn to stone, and she realized that he wasn't lying. She was about to become a prisoner of her own mind for the rest of time, unable to die due to her being immortal, and unable to move because she was being turned to stone, unable to pull her own trigger to heal herself.

"I can kill immortals Reze, just because you're a hybrid-" Naruto pulled out all of his power, and her body reverted back to human form and the stone bits of her flesh crumbled off to reveal human skin once more. Naruto then started the transformation again, and she kicked him as hard as she could. "... and even if I let go, I can still transform you. As long as my chakra exists inside of your body, I can give you more or take it away." Naruto let go of her and continued the transformation.

"Wait, no... I'll do anything! Torture me for years, rape me, rip out my nails and stab the wounds with toothpicks, waterboard me, do anything to me, but not this!" Reze shouted as the transformation didn't stop just because he let go of her. Her body had transformed so that it was 95% toad, and the stonification of her body began at that point.

Naruto then undid the transformation process by taking his chakra back from her.

She dropped to her knees, and the transformation started again, because he left a tiny bit of chakra inside of her to keep their connection alive. She watched as her hands transformed faster this time, and she went to pull her pin out, but her fingers were too large to fit, and lacked the finese needed to transform her. Naruto then grabbed her by the hair and lifted her up, and he transformed her back into her human form.

"You know, I've had to think about how I would deal with immortals. I mean, what happens if Makima decides that she wants to become an enemy of humanity... I needed a way to take her out without hurting any innocents. It had me thinking... how can a person kill an immortal..." Naruto shook her around by the hair.

If you killed Makima, she would just revive instantly with her injuries transfered to a citizen of Japan.

If she decided to become an enemy of humanity, he couldn't defeat her without hurting tons of innocent people. He didn't want to do that, but he needed some way to defeat an immortal without killing them, a way to ensure they couldn't hurt anyone ever again.

Then it hit him.

Just like how one of the Pain bodies could be turned into a Toad Statue when it absorbed his Sage Chakra, he could GIVE his Sage Chakra to others and just give them more than their body could handle by putting too my natural energy into the chakra. Once he made physical contact and shared his chakra, he could enact the transformation at will, turning anyone he wanted into a Toad statue.

Of course, this was something he would only ever use as a last resort.

Specifically against people who he didn't want to kill through normal means, or those who killing would cause some kind of mass death event with their death. It was too inhumane of a victory condition to do this otherwise, and should only be used as a last resort because of just how cruel it was to trap a person in their own mind forever.

"I surrender, I genuinely lose and surrender... just I'm begging... don't turn me into a rock." Reze surrendered from the very bottom of her soul with how she looked, her face twisted in fear and horror at what could await her. She would rather accept any pain and punishment imaginable rather to face the alternative. "... I'll abandon my mission, abandon my country, and join you guys... use me however you want, abuse me... kill me every single day if it makes you happy, just not that." Reze couldn't see a change on Naruto's face.

He let go of her hair and she dropped to her knees.

He shoved his finger through her breast, piercing her chest, and he touched her heart.

"You WILL make amends with the family members of every single innocent person who was killed today. You will beg them, and do whatever they want from you until you're forgiven. You WILL work your ass to the bone. You WILL report to me at the end of every week." Naruto told her what he expected of her.

She meekly nodded her head.

"Is that all?"

"No, it isn't. You're also going to help rebuild everything you destroyed, and you're going to work and pay for the damages too. Also... you're going to do whatever Denji wants from you for 2 weeks, to make up for the fact you toyed with his heart and tried to capture him." Naruto added that on.

"Okay?" Reze wasn't as sure why she should consider that a punishment.

"Okay, that's your punishment. If you fail, Toad Statue, if you run away, Toad Statue, if you screw up again, Toad Statue." Naruto explained with a cheerful smile and a clap of his hands. He leaned down and pressed his forehead up against hers. "... and I'll know if you leave the country, and I'll find you. You won't get far." Naruto reminded her.

She nodded.

Good thing it was raining.

She had pissed herself long ago.
