Juvia hated her rain.

All throughout her childhood,she never understood why people despised her even though she was trying to be kind to them.She tried so hard to be friends with anyone,but as always luck has never been on her side. She never felt like no one was on her side besides her rain.

Her rain kept her company,but she didn't want it to be with her. People hated her,hold on a grudge towards her because of a thing she can't control over,and the people who she cared for left her—leaving her damped in her own tears and rain.She loathed herself for her rain.

Juvia was then found by a strange man,taking advantage of her unique power which is to control and manipulate water,for his selfish and wicked desires.Apparently that man took her into his guild,making her do such dangerous missions.

She did all what he asked for,thinking that finally she found a place who would accept her despite of her rain,but then again it was just all one sided.The said man just used her for his gain.

Behind her stoic and cold facade,was a girl whose lonely and looking for people who would accept her and embrace her.She thought this cycle of rain would never end,but then those words played..

"I don't go easy on people who hurts my friends."

How could someone risk their lives to protect their friends? What pathetic words,she thought.

Though she find the young man who almost look the same age at her,quite attractive. Still,she fought him,giving out her all best to defeat her enemy.

After what seemed like forever,she felt like she's almost gonna win,however the opposite happened.She lost.She was an S-class mage,she trained so hard but she lost for the very first time.

She lied down to the ground,trying to process what just happened.The cold,loud rain which she have been numb and accustomed to seemed to have just — stopped.

It stopped.

The sun rose up the horizon,revealing the beautiful blue sky.Her breath hitched,and her heart leapt.

"The sky is beautiful" ,She muttered as she smiled.For everyone,they might just think of it as nothing special but as for someone who has been under the rain for quite long,she felt the burden on her heart ease up.

Juvia teared up.She yearned to see the sun her entire life,and now she finally managed to see its beauty.
