I don't own Kenshi or the characters that came with the game as well as the mods by other creators. I only own Zeera. Enjoy and please leave any creative comments. I know this is a small one but I am working to improve on details.
A lone skeleton stood out front of their tower, a lone tower that stood semi abandoned in the middle of the Floodlands. This tower is surrounded by mechanical fauna as well as other vagabond skeletons. What could this old and rusted skeleton do besides just stand at attention, day and night, every watchful of everything around it. Burn, a skeleton that has lived in the Floodlands for as long as it could remember.
Burn sighed as it is waiting for its inevitable shut down but oddly, it's not happening at least not yet. They rubbed their head then looked around with nothing to do except to just stand here and continue to do nothing. "This….I…I want to go on one more adventure but this is not it…" It muttered, the need to leave their post is strong but they didn't know where to go. Though…do they truly have one adventure left?
Do to their constant thought process they didn't realize that there is a hiver behind them until, "how about adding more adventures to just that one?"
"Ah!" Burn immediately jumped, heavy sword drawn and poised to strike Stag but the quick action caused a quick buckle in their gears that they fell over. "Shit!" Landing face first into the mud.
"Whoa! Down skelly man! I didn't mean to spook ya but we kinda overheard you and figured you'd want to join us."
"Us? We? I only see you and no one else." It says as it righted itself, trying to remove mud from nooks and crannies of its person. It continued to mutter then.
"Hi! I am Beep!" Burn quickly swung their sword out of fear only to have it stopped and yanked back by something a little stronger than it. "Ack! What is the meaning of this!?" It shouts as it turned its gaze to stare into the visage of a big…bonedog shek? What?
"You want one more adventure? You can join us or stay here and wait to die."
If Burn had eyelids, it would blink several times before answering, "I…I suppose I will join you…" What else could he say to that?
