Three to Four Hours Ago
10:30 AM
"The fact of the matter here is that this new Villain, The Joker, is far too dangerous to be walking around in the streets."
"Yes, that we know, which is why we have to trust the Heroes to-"
"Trust the Heroes!? I'm sorry, but have you seen the news lately!? The Number One Hero in Japan has been defeated by this maniac, a Quirkless maniac, mind you, while the Number Two Hero in Japan has been taken down! We don't even know where they are right now! The Joker is probably torturing them as we speak! If this Joker can do what he did to All Might, who knows what he could do to the Heroes here!"
"Mr. Ojita, speaking of the Number Two Hero, from the video we saw of Endeavor and Joker, the latter wasn't really the one who pulled the trigger on the former. Reports and eyewitnesses say that another Villain that had a similar Quirk to Endeavor's came and grabbed Joker's gun and shot the Hero with it. Some heard from Endeavor that it was his oldest son, Touya, who has been said to have committed suicide."
"Well, I don't know too much about Endeavor, but from what was happening in that video, it would certainly look like there were some hidden secrets that he was trying to keep away."
"Which goes back to my earlier argument; how can we trust these Heroes when All Might himself couldn't even take down the Joker!? And Endeavor sounds like he has a lot of skeletons in his closet from what Joker shared out in the open! Not to mention the sudden appearance of his eldest son, who's supposedly alive! Oh, and let's not forget Death Arms, Kamui Woods, Crust, and Sir Nighteye! They didn't deserve those deaths!"
"There's also the fact that one of the UA's students from yesterday has gotten beaten brutally by the Joker, and not only that, he took his Quirk away!"
"The other UA student got his Quirk taken away as well, leaving both kids Quirkless."
"Look, I don't know what kind of Heroics Education UA is teaching these kids, but so far I'm not really impressed."
"What are you talking about!? They're just kids! They're basically in their first semester in their first year of Hero School! You can't expect them to be Heroes right out of the gate!"
"Mr. Haguro, what do you think of the fact that even though Joker is a Villain, he's also Quirkless?"
"I would say, that I'm still in shock about the whole thing. The Joker seems to not possess any certain power trait or any type of mutant Quirk appendage on himself, but he seems very intelligent enough to take down his foes. That, and he has Quirked individuals that follow him and are as dangerous as him! I feel like with this development of Endeavor's eldest son appearing to help Joker, along with the other new Villains coming into the fray, it wouldn't shock me to know that he might have a hand in the past USJ incident!"
"I heard those were two different incidents though."
"Well, you never know! This Joker could be as conniving as that Villain these certain Heroes bring up!"
"Which Villain?"
"You know the one! An old Villain that struck fear into the Hero community around 200 years or so ago!"
"You mean him? He was just a myth!"
"Are you talking about that All For One guy?"
"Yes! Joker could be this next All For One for all we know!"
"Now hold on, from the stories I heard about All For One, he sounds really powerful. I don't know if this Joker could really-"
"Ugh, I'm not listening to this anymore."
A young woman turned off the TV, not wanting to hear the debate from some news channel. Her hair was pink and fluffy looking and reached to her back. She wore a plain white shirt and some denim overalls over it. However, the most noticeable thing about this young woman is that her left eye has an eyepatch on. She also had glasses on her eyes.
She sat on her couch, adjusting her sitting position to rest her back on the armchair as she thought about all the events that happened.
"...Man...All Might is captured...Endeavor's captured...few Heroes are dead...they lost their Quirks...and two UA students just lost their Quirks while one of them gets beaten badly..."
...The girl sighs.
"...Things are getting really bad here..."
It almost makes me wish...
...She grunted raising a hand on her eyepath, "No...that's behind me now..."
...Still...I just...
"..." she turned her head to a picture on a table.
There were three people in the picture. One was her on the left, who still had her left eye and her glasses on, while the other was a young man on the right, probably a little older than her with short black hair, and the last one was a taller older man that was behind them who had short black hair and a rugged physique. They were wearing their civilian clothes and were smiling in the pic. She was smiling brightly, as well as the young man, while the older man gave a small smile, looking like he was trying his best to do so.
...She kind of missed those times...
"...I wonder how he's doing?" she asked herself, thinking about the older man. When she directs her attention to the young man though...
...I...wonder how...I wonder how Ko-
KNOCK-KNOCK-KNOCK!
"Huh?" the girl perked up in her seat and turned her attention to her apartment door. "What the...?"
I'm...not expecting visitors...
Being very cautious, the girl got off the couch and grabbed a metal bat that was on a cabinet, holding it like she was ready to strike. She doesn't live in a bad neighborhood, but ever since All Might lost his Quirk and all the chaos that has been happening lately, she wasn't going to take any chances if a Villain decided to be bold and attack a civilian because of a crazed Qurikless maniac took down the No. 1 Hero.
She made her way slowly, silent as she didn't want to alert the person that she was coming up to the door.
...After a moment of silence, the person knocked on the door once more.
KNOCK-KNOCK-KNOCK!
Pausing, she contemplated on not answering it...but something made her go forward either way to her door. As she made her way, she crept closer to the door and looked through the peephole that was on her door to see who it was...
...She gasped.
"...Wha...What?" she whispered in shock.
She could hear the person speak behind the door, the words muffling as it sounded like he said, "I think this is the right address..."
Startled upon recognizing that voice, the girl just stood straight as she stared at the door...
...It...It couldn't be...could it?
...Still holding the bat in her hand, she used her other hand to grab the doorknob and slowly turned it...
She opened the door...
...To see that it was the young man in the picture.
He was surprised when he saw the door open, but then, he smiled warmly when he saw his good friend...
The girl looked at the young man with her mouth dropped open, and her right eye widened in shock.
...They stood there staring at each other...
...It was then she noticed that the young man was wearing an All Might hoodie over him...
...Until the young man said sheepishly as he scratched his cheek, "Uh...hi, Kazuho!"
"..." Kazuho blinked...and her eye started to tear up, the waterworks starting to come out. She couldn't help but feel...
Happy.
"KOICHI!" Kazuho exclaimed, lunging at him as she wrapped her arms around the man known as Koichi.
Taken aback by the sudden hug, Koichi stood there a little in shock, but it soon melted as he smiled down at the girl, embracing her in a warm hug.
They stayed that way for a minute, with Kazuho crying into his shoulder...
...Then, after calming herself down, Kazuho broke away from the hug and punched Koichi in the arm.
Chuckling at the affection, Koichi let out a small, "Ow."
Kazuho pouted as she said, "You could've told me you were coming! Like, a text would've been nice, ya know?"
"Heh, sorry...it was kind of a last-minute decision," Koichi said a little embarrassed.
Still pouting, Kazuho just glared at him...but couldn't help but let her pout turn into a smile.
Seeing her smile, he smiled at her too, and soon, they both chuckled a laugh, letting whatever tension they had go away.
After his laughter died down, Koichi gazed at the Kazuho, smile still on his face, and said, "It's great to be back."
Kazuho raised an eyebrow, "Really? Even after what's happening around here?"
"Well...yeah. I mean, that was the reason why I came back home. I heard on the news back in America the circumstances about All Might, Endeavor, and all the other Heroes..." Koichi glanced down with a frown, "...It sounded bad. I had to ask Captain Celebrity if I could take an emergency leave back to Japan for a while. He understood why, and...well, the rest is history. I immediately took a direct flight to Tokyo from New York City in the morning, which was all paid for by Captain Celebrity, by the way, and got on the train to be over here."
"Over...here? At my place?" Kazuho asked, a little curious as her face turned red a bit.
Realizing how that sounded, Koichi blushed and chuckled, "I mean...well, yeah. I was going to visit my mother afterward...I, uh, didn't actually tell her I was coming also."
Blinking at the fact that Koichi went to see her first, she blushed a little brighter. But she held down any emotion and huffed another pout, raising a fist and knocking on his forehead three times.
"Ack! Ow! Hey! Kazuho!" Koichi blurted out in slight pain. "What was that for?"
"You should at least visit your mother first! Even if..." her blush became just a tad bit redder as her eyes shifted down, "I mean...family is a lot more important than..."
Koichi blinked at her puzzled, but he couldn't help but smile, saying, "Well, yeah, family is important, but...you're one of my...my very good friends. And you're...important..." Now he blushes a little, feeling sheepish as he rubs the back of his head.
Kazuho's face felt a lot warmer...clearing her throat, she shakily said, "W-Well...just tell your mother that you're dropping by at least, okay?"
Chuckling at her response, Koichi agreed, "Oh, no worries, I will. I think my Mom would be a lot worse if I didn't tell her I was here already and I came back home unannounced."
The pink-haired girl smirked, "Somehow, I would believe it."
"Heh...um, would it be okay if I come in and visit for a while? Just to catch up?" Koichi asked a little nervously.
Now smiling fully, Kazuho told him, "Catch up with the famous future American Hero, Skycrawler? Sure!"
"Heh-heh. Ah, shucks, you don't have to go that far."
Kazuho giggled. Once her giggles died down, she smiled at him warmly. "It's great to have ya back, Koichi."
Smiling and nodding to that, Koichi says, "It's great to be back."
"And hey, maybe...maybe you can give you-know-who a call," Kazuho suggested.
"...Yeah...Yeah, I think I will...later on today," Koichi said with a fond smile.
Four Hours Forward
Present
1:30 PM
Musutafu General Hospital
After Izuku came back to his apartment at one o'clock and showered from the workout, he and his mother Inko both entered the hospital, making their way to Katsuki's room...
Inko told Izuku that she told Mitsuki that they were coming over. However, Mitsuki also mentioned to her that there were two of their classmates who were there with him today. Curious as to who they were, Izuku felt a little bad not visiting him earlier...but if two of his classmates were there with Kacchan, then that must be a good sign that he was available for visitors to go and see him.
But if he was being honest with himself, Izuku felt nervous seeing his once-childhood friend again. Ever since Kacchan woke up and went crazy, all because of a smile, Izuku was very cautious of what to say and do around him.
Well, either way, I still have to be there for him...I have to let him know that I still care...
Izuku frowned as he walked over to the reception desk.
...I really need to apologize to him...even though I meant what I said to him, I still...I mean, I don't wish any ill will and harm on him. Besides...we're in the same boat now...
As they were directed to the room where Katsuki was, they walked up to the room's door, with the nurse saying, "Um, just remember not to smile around the patient."
Nodding to that, Izuku sighed, "I know..."
As she opened the door to his room...Izuku noticed that Kirishima and Uraraka were there, along with Mitsuki and Masaru. They also look to have gotten lunch as well, the tray that Katsuki had in front of him hanging on the stand.
Izuku blinked at the new visitors. "Uh, Uraraka? Kirishima?"
Uraraka and Kirishima turned their attention to Midoriya, the former saying, "Oh! Hey Midoriya!"
Kirishima waved to him, "Hey Bro!"
Katsuki remained silent...but he looked at Izuku with a simple stare.
"Uh, hey..." Izuku looked at Katsuki, "Um...hey, Kacchan..."
"...Hey..." Katsuki muttered.
Mitsuki and Masaru also said their 'hello's, the former saying, "Um...Masaru, Dear? I think we need to let Izuku and our son talk a little bit," she turned to Inko, "Sorry, Inko, but Katsuki wants to...uh, talk to Izuku alone."
"Oh...okay," Inko looked at her son, who was just as confused as she was.
"Uh, yeah, we'll leave too!" Uraraka said as she got up from her seat.
"Oh, uh, yeah!" Kirishima got up from his seat. He turned to Katsuki and said, "Um...don't worry, Baku-bro, you got this."
Izuku blinked at that statement.
"Hm..." Katsuki hummed.
Kirishima and Uraraka went out first, but not until Kirishima patted a hand on Midoirya's shoulder and gave him a small smile, one that Bakugou couldn't see.
A little puzzled by that, Izuku looked at Mitsuki and Masaru, who were right behind the two kids, and when they got close to the boy, they placed a hand on each of his shoulders and gave him small smiles and nods. They exited the room, with Mitsuki leading a concerned Inko out with her. They closed the door behind Izuku...
The verdant-haired boy looked at the body cast of Katsuki - Kacchan - and stood there...
"...Um..." Izuku began to say...but he couldn't think of anything to say that could break the ice.
...It became silent...
...Until Katsuki said, "What are you doing standing there? Just...sit down..."
He didn't say it in a louder and commanding tone, he just said it in a way that sounded...soft...
"...Uh...okay..." Izuku then took the seat Uraraka sat in.
...They were quiet...
"...Um...K-...uh, B-um, no, wait..." Izuku sat there thinking and struggling on what to say, on what to call Bakugou...
"Kacchan is fine."
...Izuku looked up at Katsuki with surprised eyes. The blond was looking straight ahead at the ceiling.
"...You...want me to call you that?" Izuku asked.
Katsuki said nothing for a bit, and turned his gaze at Izuku, "Yeah...that's what you usually call me, right?"
"Um...yeah, but...I...thought you...hated that name..."
"...Eh. It's growing on me..." Katsuki still stared at Izuku...
...Feeling a little uncomfortable by this development, Izuku struggled to say, "U-Uh, okay...um...uh...h-how are you...K-Kacchan?"
"..."
"...I-I mean, yeah, sorry, I-uh, I know, tha-that was a stupid question! I mean, a very stupid question! I mean, you...uh...I just...um, well-"
"You're back."
Blinking at that reply, Izuku gazed at Katsuki in confusion. "I'm...back?"
...Then Katsuki started to...chuckle slightly...
"...I always known you to be a little awkward..." Katsuki said, "Glad to know you're back to being that..."
"...Um..." Izuku felt a little relaxed...it seemed Katsuki was acting a little...decent? "...I, uh...thanks?"
"...Hey...Midoriya," Katsuki began to say.
Now Izuku's eyes widened at what Katsuki called him.
"...Uh...yeah?"
"...Back at our old middle school..." he looked up at the ceiling again, quiet for a moment, until he sighed, "...Just...tell me one thing...and be honest...at the time when we were...tch, 'talking' I guess...when you...when you snapped back at me...did you... start to...think differently of me?"
Izuku heard what he said, but he was still reeling over the fact that Katsuki called him by his surname.
"...Think...differently of you?"
"..." Katsuki grunted in what sounded like frustration, "You know...did you..." he sighed, "Shit, don't make me say it..."
...Izuku thinks he knows what he's saying.
"...K-...Kacchan...I...I admit, I was angry...I..." Izuku sat straight, his expression stoic, "...Kacchan? Do...you want me to tell you the truth?"
"...Yeah..." Katsuki cringed, feeling like it was coming now...
"...I...I was angry like I said...I actually thought you and I were just...gonna talk...but you chose to fight me instead...I guess at that time...I had enough...enough of you constantly belittling me...insulting me...even torturing me..."
Katsuki winced even further...his eyes starting to form tears...
"...I just...had enough...I thought you wouldn't change...I began rethinking everything...our promise...our short-lived friendship...I thought about who...who you were..." Izuku looked down at his lap, his face remained blank, "...I just had enough...I called you for what you are...and...I may have meant it at the time..."
Tears went down Katsuki's face...his face grimacing into regret...
"...So, to answer your question...I did...I did think differently of you..." Izuku said.
...It was quiet...
"...But...believe it or not...I didn't hate you," Izuku told him.
Katsuki's eyes widened as he directed his vision at Izuku.
"...I don't hate you even now...if anything, I feel sorry for you...I don't know, I guess I just...know you, Kacchan...I knew you when we were kids...I knew you wanted to be a Hero, so...that was the only thing I found admirable about you...and no matter what happened between us, I always go back to us being kids...I always go back to the time when we were...when we didn't have..." Izuku just sat there, wondering where to go from there, "..." Izuku sighed, "...I'm sorry, Kacchan. I should've...I should've saved you back there."
...The blonde gazed at the verdant-haired boy.
"I should've saved you from...from him…" Izuku scowled at the thought of that maniac. "...Now...we don't have Quirks anymore..."
...Silence...
"...No,' came Katsuki's reply.
Izuku looked up at him, a little puzzled.
"..." Katsuki looked up at the ceiling once more, his gaze distant, "...I should be sorry."
"..." Izuku blinked at that.
"...I...first of all, it was my idea to go back to our old school to talk about your Quirk...but really...I should be...apologizing way before that."
...Izuku sat there, a little in shock...
...Is...Kacchan...really...?
"I really...really was an asshole..." Katsuki continued, "..." he chuckled, "It's funny...all it took was one vicious beating from that bastard to knock some sense into me...and I was Quirkless..." his face turned solemn, "...I...I'm Quirkless now...like you were one time..." his eyes watered up, "Then...I realized...that you went through that pain...I inflicted that pain...I did that to you...I never realized it until now...I was so...conceited...prideful...arrogant...but all that changed when my Quirk was taken away...I realized...that I've turned into you...a person with no power...I was...you...I was in your shoes..." his eyes shifted to Izuku, the tears almost coming down, "...all this time...I've done that to you...I experienced your pain...I experienced how I treated you..." tears fell down his face, "...I...I cause that much pain...and yet you still...thought of me as...a friend..."
Izuku looked at his...friend? ...He didn't know...but right now, his eyes were watering too...
"...I guess in my blind pride, I didn't realize it at the time...I didn't realize...that my way of thinking was...wrong...yet you...still thought...I could be a Hero..." Katsuki grimaced, the look of despair on his face, "...I...I guess in my own way...my own stupid way...I wanted you to keep doing that...to think that I can be a Hero...even after all I did...but...when you...looked at me with...with such anger...disappointment...I...I knew I screwed up...then..." Now Katsuki scowled as he thought about him, "...Joker came...he came and took away my Quirk...and that's when...everything changed...my whole perspective...my whole thought process...my whole...my whole view...it all changed when...Joker beat the ever-living shit out of me...that's when I realized..." Katsuki closed his eyes, shutting them tight as if he was trying to either forget...or face the truth, "...Again, that's when I realized I did that to you...and not only that...I was oblivious...I didn't realize the consequences of my actions...I...I even told you...to..." he directed his attention at the ceiling again with his eyes closed, not wanting to face his once-friend on what he was about to say as the tears kept going, "...I told you to kill yourself..."
...Now the tears were coming down on Izuku's face...
"...How...How can you still think so highly of me...even after what I said?" Katsuki opened his eyes, the sadness radiating off of them, "...I took no responsibility for my actions...I was a fool...I was a...I was a damn idiot...I...I really deserved that beating from Joker..."
Before Izuku could intervene, Katsuki kept going.
"And don't try to defend me...even if you did or didn't want that to happen to me...I deserved it. That was...That was my punishment...a punishment that was a long overdue."
Izuku looked at Katsuki with such grief...
The blonde kept going, "I don't...I don't deserve your kindness...after all that I done to you...I don't deserve it..." Katsuki looked distant... "When Joker started to beat me...he..." he paused, "...I...I know you're nothing like him...but...when Joker was beating me...I also thought that...in some twisted way...he was...delvering my punishment...in your place...because he was Quirkless, and..." he started to tear up again, his face scrunching up, "...I...I'm just...I'm so sorry...I...I was horrible friend...you...you have every right to hate me...yet you don't...I...I don't deserve you...I don't deserve you, I-...Izuku..."
Eyes widened, Izuku gazed at Katsuki in shock.
"I-I...I'm so sorry...I'm so sorry I inflicted that pain on you...I'm sorry I made you feel..." Katsuki shook his head to shake away what he was about to say, "I'm-I'm sorry...I'm also sorry that...I let you feel like...you couldn't be a Hero," he shifted his gaze on Izuku, the despondent look on his face, "...All Might was right...you...you are...you are a True Hero...in fact...you are a Hero...you can be a Hero...you...I think I never realized it before, but...you...are my Hero..."
...Izuku let the tears fall down on his face...
"...I...I hope you can somehow...forgive me..." Katsuki finished saying, his tears coming down tenfold.
...It went quiet...
...
...Izuku then finally said, "...Kacchan...of course I forgive you."
...Katsuki stared at him, the tears flowing down his face...
"...And...I don't care what you say about yourself...you...you still didn't deserve that...you didn't deserve what Joker has done to you..." Izuku told him.
...The blonde's face softened a little in disbelief.
The green-haired boy let his tears fall. "I...I knew you could change...I'm sorry I was ever mad at you...you..." Izuku glanced down as the tears kept pouring out, "...You proved it to me...you proved that...even for someone like you...you can change..." he looked up at Katsuki again, trying his best not to smile, lest he wants to scare his...friend. "...Thank you...Thank you for proving me that I was right...and that I was wrong during that time...you can change...thank you, Kacchan..."
...Both boys were quiet...
"...I...I still don't deserve your friendship," Katsuki said, ashamed.
Wishing he could smile at his friend, Izuku's face remained blank and said, "Well, you know what? You have. You won it back."
...Katsuki looked at Izuku, "...Try to smile, please."
Izuku looked shocked, blinking at that request, "You...want me to smile?"
"I got to...I got to get rid of this...trauma...I'm not going to let Joker rule over me...if I'm going to be strong again...I must face what he did to me," Katsuki told him.
"...O-Okay...but..." Izuku frowned, "If...you start to feel like...if you start to see him again...tell me to stop, okay?"
"...Sure..."
Taking a deep breath, Izuku sat there...and smiled softly...
Katsuki looked at his once-but now-friend...his eyes twitched a bit...but he still continued to look...looking at the smile…
He remembers...Joker smiling at him as he was being beaten...it was a twisted and sadistic smile...
...Izuku's...smile wasn't that...not at all...
It radiated...warmth...compassion...care...
Kind of like Uraraka's...
It told Katsuki...that Izuku...was here.
Right now, Izuku was here...with his friend...
He was here...
His friend...was here.
...He was here to see if he was alright...like a friend...
"...You're not him."
Izuku's smile slightly faltered.
"...Thank you, Izuku," Katsuki said softly...he began to gradually smile back...smiling gratefully at his good friend... "Thank you for never giving up on me...for being my friend after all these years..."
Seeing Katsuki smiling back at him...it made Izuku have the courage to smile back...and this time, it was a real, warm, genuine smile...
"...Anytime, Kacchan."
Goshou's Garage
2:00 PM
"Well, I'm gonna head out! Thanks for giving me those tips, Oguro-sensei!" Soga said to him.
"No problem. Just be safe out there, okay?"
"Hey, you be safe too, you know?"
"Heh...right...see ya kid," Oguro said with a smirk.
Soga gave him a salute and a grin, showing his shark-like teeth, "Later!" and with that, he left his uncle's auto garage and the Vigilante alone.
Oguro then began to put back the exercise equipment into their respective places for when Soga's uncle was going to use the auto garage tomorrow. As he was doing that, he thought back to not only Midoriya Izuku, but the nice girl known as Yaoyorozu Momo who was once here. She went back to her chauffeur after hanging out with her boyfriend, Soga and him. She was a nice girl, like Midoriya was a nice guy.
That Midoriya kid has a great drive...he wants to protect everyone that he loves and cares for...it's good that he has that passion to be a Hero. And that girl Yaoyorozu is definitely a great support for him. Heh. They're kind of cute together. Kind of romantic in a way. The wealthy girl with a unique Quirk, and the average but humble guy wanting to be a Hero even without a Quirk...yeah. I think they can really give each other some good support along the way. Who knows, maybe the Yaoyorozu girl and his family's company can help him out with anything that he needs...they are a support gear company, after all.
As Oguro put up the last of his stuff that he had with him in his duffle bag, he thought about that last thought for a moment...
...Hm...that could be an idea.
Smirking at that, he zipped up his duffel bag and slung it over his shoulder. As soon as he was about to turn off the lights of the auto garage and leave, he paused as he thought of one more person.
...I should call Kazuho...see how she's doing...
He turned the lights off of the auto garage and exited it, closing the door and locking it.
...I hope Koichi is doing okay back in America...I wonder if he somehow heard the news back here-
Then, suddenly, his phone rings.
"Hm?" Oguro got his phone out of his pocket and looked at the caller ID...
...Eyes widened in surprise, but smirking either way, Oguro chuckled.
"Well, what do you know..."
He answered the phone, putting it to his ear.
"Is this who I think it is?"
"Oguro-sensei! Hey! Yeah, it's me, Koichi! You still have your old phone number, huh?"
"Heh-heh. Yeah. How are you doing, kid?"
"Oh, I'm doing great! I mean, well...I heard what happened back here in Japan."
"Hm?" Oguro blinked, "Back here in...Japan? What do you mean?"
"Oh! Um, yeah, I'm, uh, in Japan right now in Musutafu!"
"Wait...really?" Oguro sounded shocked. "You're here now?"
"Yeah! I mean, well, yeah, I have Hero work back in America with Captain Celebrity, but...well, this is my home, and hearing the news that…well...you know..."
Oguro blinked again, but couldn't help but smile, "Wow...so Captain Celebrity just basically let you go to Japan?"
"Well, yeah, of course! I mean, this is an emergency, and he's pretty understanding about it. He even paid for my flight and everything!"
"Huh...okay then. Well, hey, it's good to hear from ya again. How long have you been here in Musutafu?"
"Well, I got here today around 6:45 AM by flight, got on the train, and arrived here in Musutafu at 10:00 AM. That's when I visited Kahuzo thirty minutes later."
"Oh, you visited Kahuzo?"
"Well...more like...um, I just visited her unannounced."
Raising a brow, Oguro asked, "Uh-oh. How'd she take it?"
"Heh...she actually took it pretty well."
Smirking at that, Oguro also asked, "Ah, okay. So you basically just talked to Kazuho for four hours and a half?"
"Wh-What? No! I mean, I talked to her a bit for like...an hour and a half. Then I left and told my mom I was here and she was happy to see me. Unlike Kazuho, I told her I was coming...heh. I just wanted to surprise Kazuho. Anyway, my mom and I ate lunch and talked for a while, and...well, I'm just now looking for you. How are you, by the way? Are you keeping out of trouble, or are you still smashing heads in?"
Chuckling, Oguro replied, "A little bit of both, I would say. Also, I'm...actually, how about we meet somewhere, Koichi? I want to share with you some news that I think you'd find really interesting."
...Okay...okay. I swear to you...next chapter...we will get to the beginning of the talk show...I SWEAR IT! This day is basically done! Next chapter we will have Izuku go back to school and talk to Nedzu! After that, in the same chapter, we will get to…the talk show. I put my word on it...I just need to get this chapter out before I go next week out of state to be a counselor at a camp starting Tuesday through Saturday. But DO TELL ME...what you all think of this chapter. XP
I hope you all enjoyed this one! A nice heart-to-heart talk with Izuku and Katsuki, and the OG Vigilantes appearing! LOL! Tell me what you think with a review, fave, or a follow! :D
Thank you all for reading, and keep on rocking everybody! :)
