UA High School

Class 1-H

A Little Way Back

8:20 AM

"Hey, did you hear about the two Hero students here losing their Quirks thanks to the Joker?" asked a male student who was sitting at his desk.

"Yeah man, I did," answered another male student. "Dude, that was insane!"

"Which class were these students in?" asked another student, this one a girl.

"I think 1-A," said the student who asked the question.

"Yeah, they definitely were!" said another female student, "I recognized them! One was the Midoriya kid who was involved with the Stain incident and almost won the Sports Festival! The other was that Bakugou guy!"

"You mean that loudmouth kid that won the Sports Festival?" asked the second male student.

"Yeah! He also was really beaten badly! He's in the hospital right now!" said the same girl.

"Whoa, brutal." said the first female student.

"Man, I gotta say, the Hero Course isn't looking too good right now," said the first male student.

"I mean, yeah, if the winner of the Sports Festival got his Quirk taken away and got beaten savagely, you have to question what the Hero Course is teaching these guys," the second male student agreed.

"What about that Midoriya kid?" asked the first female student.

"He seemed to have the easy end of things. He just got his Quirk taken away. No beatdown necessary," answered the second female student.

"What were those guys doing around that area anyway? They said they were at their old middle school?" the first male student asked.

"Yeah, Aldera, was it? I heard that school kind of sucks," the second male student stated.

"Were they selling drugs or something or...?" the first female student asked either of them.

"No way. UA has to look into their records before they get accepted here. No matter what's going on right now, UA isn't that incompetent. In fact, they're said to not be incompetent!" the second female student said.

"And yet, two of their Hero students lost their Quirks, and one was beaten to oblivion." murmured the first male student.

"It makes you wonder if we went to the right school?" the first female student asked.

"Oh come on, UA is said to be a very prestigious and knowledgeable school, we chose the right one," the second female student told them.

"Still, it makes me kind of see how smart these Villains are. That Joker guy is said to be Quirkless, right? To be taken down by a Quirkless guy...that's actually scary," the same female student said.

"I mean, yeah. There's also the fact that this Joker took down All Might of all people by taking away his Quirk!" the second male student mentioned.

"Ugh, guys, I don't want to talk about that. That part made me really sick to my stomach," the first female student frowned in worry.

"I mean, still, this Joker guy must be crazy brilliant to do all that he'd done in the scope of a week! Even with the help of his gang, he seems to be the brains behind everything!" the first male student told them.

"And he also looks like he might've joined forces with some other Villain group! I think the Villain leader of that group was the one who did the whole USJ incident! Shigaraki, I think?" the second female student informed them.

"Man, things have gotten so wild around here. If this Joker could do this much damage to Heroes, then what would the ones with Quirks do to kids like us?" the second male student asked in dread.

"Guys, let's not talk about this anymore," said the first female student uneasily, "I'm really worried about what might come later on if we keep talking about it."

"Oh, sorry, Hima! Sure thing. Guys, let's not talk about this right now," asked the second female student.

"Oh sure! Uh, sorry, Hima," apologized the second male student.

"Oh, yeah, sorry..." the first male student apologized also.

...

...

...

"...Although, did you guys hear about Endeavor?" asked the first male student.

"Oh yeah! He was shot down by what appeared to be his oldest deceased son! But that wouldn't be possible, because...well, he's deceased!" informed the second male student.

"He was also working with that Shigaraki guy...and I also heard Joker gave him that Quirk Erasure gun to take away his Quirk-" said the second female student, but was interrupted at the last second by someone.

"OH WILL YOU ALL BE QUIET!?" yelled out another female student with pink dreads and goggles on her head. She seemed to be working on something, a robotic little device. "I'm trying to work on one of my babies, and you're talking nonsense about that Joker guy!"

The students, surprised and taken aback by the outburst, turned their attention to the girl who exclaimed, who was next to their group.

The first male student apologized, "Oh, uh, s-sorry, Hatsume. It's just, well, it's pretty big news!"

"Yeah! And well, All Might and Endeavor have been defeated by this Joker! That doesn't worry you in the slightest, Mei?" asked the first female student.

"You're all just focusing on the failures and the negatives if that's the case!" the girl, Mei Hatsume, declared, "I did see the news, but I'm not letting it bother me! It just makes me thrive to make even better gadgets and babies! I won't let some maniac take down our morale because he has the two biggest Heroes in his clutches! In fact, we got to be strong! If we keep being negative, we won't be able to save them!"

"But...we're in the Support Course. All we do is just make gadgets for Heroes," the second female student reminded her.

"Yeah, and our Quirks are not that outstanding. We're not fighters by any means, and we don't go on the front lines like the Hero students," the second male student also told her.

"That doesn't matter!" Mei argued, "We're in UA for a reason, and that reason is to help people! Now be quiet while I work on one of my babies!"

The students just stared at Mei with sweatdrops.

"Okay, class!" Power Loader came into the classroom.

"Aw, damn it!" Mei cursed in frustration.

"I'm gonna let that slide, Hatsume," droned Power Loader, "Now, due to recent...well, due to recent unfortunate events, as you may have seen the news or not, one of the Hero students is in the hospital. He, as well as another student, lost their Quirks in the scuffle as well. While that student is in recovery, the other student made it out in one piece. However, they can't go back to the Hero Course because they lost their Quirks."

"Ah, man, that sucks," said a male student.

"Yes, yes it does," Power Loader nodded, "Either way, the other student in the hospital will stay there for now, but once he recovers, he'll be transferred to another course. As for the other student, he will also transfer to another course, which brings up this announcement. We will have a new student here today, a former Hero student of Class 1-A. Everyone, welcome, Midoriya Izuku."

Power Loader gestured to the classroom door and in came Izuku, looking a little bit nervous.

"Um...h-hi. My name is Midoriya Izuku! I was...well, once in the Hero Course, but now I'm...here in the Support Course...uh-heh," Izuku told them all awkwardly.

Then one voice called out.

"Oh hey! You're that plain green-haired kid!" Hatsume exclaimed with a smile.

Jumping in surprise, Izuku turned his attention to who spoke, and blinked at the girl, "Oh...hey, you're that Hatsume girl."

Hatsume grinned, "Yeah! You remember me! It's Hatsume Mei! From the Sports Festival?"

"Uh, yeah..." Izuku still kept blinking dumbfoundedly.

Clearing his throat to get their attention, Power Loader spoke out, "Okay, so you two are acquainted. Good. Everyone else, let our new student here feel welcomed," he turned to Izuku, "You can take the empty seat next to Hatsume."

"Huh?" Izuku looked over at the empty desk that was next to the girl, who was grinning big, "...Oh..." he made his way, passing some students who looked at him in interest. He came up to his desk and sat on his chair next to Hatsume, who was now smiling at the boy.

"Okay then, now, since we got formalities out of the way, we will have a roll call," Power Loader picked up a clipboard on his desk, "Yoshu Aika?"

"Here!"

"Matsumoto Keina?"

"Here!"

As Power Loader called out each students' name, Izuku just sat there as he looked around his new class.

Okay...this is good. Made somewhat of a good impression...and that Hatsume girl is here. Someone familiar...this won't be too bad...

"Psst!" said...Hatsume next to him?

"Huh?" Izuku turned his attention to his left, and saw that Hatsume...was a little too close to his face. "Wha-huh!?"

"So, what happened?" Hatsume whispered to him, "You lost your Quirk, right? Do you still want to be a Hero? If so, then what are you going to do here in the Support Course?"

"Uh..." Izuku blinked at Hatsume, "I-I...uh, I-"

"Midoriya Izuku."

"Uh, here!" he exclaimed.

Power Loader just looked at the boy and at Mei...he sighed, "Hatsume Mei."

"Heeere~!" Hatsume said as she sat back up and raised her arm up in glee with a smile.

"Hm...Doku Hoshima?"

"Here!"

Izuku sighed in relief, but Hatsume went back to looking at him with ecstatic eyes.

"So, what are you gonna do now?" she whispered.

"Wha?" Izuku turned to Hatsume again to look at her incredulously, "Um..." he whispered back to her in a rush, "I-I don't know!"

"Oh," she seemed to accept that answer as she looked at him seriously, "Hm. Right," nodding to him she turned back at their teacher.

...Izuku just blinked again, but decided to just turn his attention back to his new teacher and waited for when the roll call ended.

...A minute passed of more names being called out...

Suddenly, a piece of folded-up paper was tossed on his desk.

"Huh?" Izuku looked down at the piece of paper. Turning his head to where it came from, to his left, he saw Hatsume, who was pointing at her desk, indicating to look at the piece of folded-up paper. "..." Looking down at the folded paper, he picked it up, unfolded it, and read what was on it.

If you're still serious about being a Hero, let me know! I can surely make a baby or two for ya!

"..." Izuku quickly looked at Hatsume in red-faced shock and bafflement, which the girl gave her a thumbs up and a grin. She then looked back at Power Loader, who was finishing up the roll call.

Staring at her, his face still red, he calmed himself down as he slowly began to think what she meant by that.

...Um...I think she meant...inventions?

He went back to the message on the paper...

Upon thinking about it...he thought about the possibilities and the reasoning behind being in the Support Course...

...A hopeful smile appeared on his face.

Hm...I think I picked the right class.

Class 1-A

8:10 AM

"Man, have you all heard about Midoriya and Bakugou?" Sero asked his fellow classmates, "I heard from Kaminari that they have to transfer to different courses after what happened."

"Oh yeah...gosh, they really went through with their meet-up," Hagakure said in pity, "And they got their Quirks taken away by that madman."

"And Bakugou got beaten to a pulp...I never would've guessed that he would be the one to suffer so badly," Tokoyami muttered.

"Yeah...I wonder what will happen to them from here on in?" Ojiro wondered.

"I mean, I don't know about Bakugou, but Midoriya is said to be in the process of being transferred right now, right?" Sato asked.

"It seems like it," Sero nodded, "I don't know what course he'll be going to now, but still, it's really a shame. Midoriya is a pretty cool guy and he seemed to be really serious about being a Hero. He didn't deserve to get his Quirk taken away."

"Say what you want about Bakugou also, but he really wanted to be a Hero as well," Shoji commented.

Koda nodded shyly in agreement.

"Hmm...truly such a disturbing turn of events," Aoyama muttered.

"Hey guys!" Kirishima, as well as Uraraka, Asui, and Iida came up to them, "What's going on?"

"Oh hey," Sero greeted, turning over to him, "We're just talking about Midoriya and Bakugou. How's Bakugou, by the way?"

"Oh," Kirishima looked a little solemn, "Well, he's doing a little better. I mean...he's still physically in bad shape, but that's nothing compared to being in a coma one time."

"Oh yeah! Wow, that was horrible when I first heard about it! I mean, Bakugou may be kind of...well a lot to handle, but I'm glad he's woken up from that!" Hagakure stated.

Uraraka frowned, "Yeah...although, when he woke up he...well, kind of got into a mental breakdown."

"Really? What happened?" Tokoyami asked curiously.

"Well, simply put, when he woke up, we were smiling at him, and Bakugou took it as seeing...well, Joker's smile," Tsuyu explained.

"Whoa..." Ojiro winced, "That's...That's messed up. How can anyone take pure enjoyment out of hurting a high schooler?"

"Apparently, the Joker would," Iida answered, narrowing his eyes behind his glasses, "Bakugou may have his problems, but he didn't deserve what the Joker did to him."

"Hmm..." Uraraka hummed in thought, looking down as she said, "Speaking of Bakugou, I think he's kind of mellowed out after what happened to him."

"Oh, uh, yes, from what you said, Uraraka, after visiting him yesterday, Bakugou is...um, kind of tolerable now?" Iida asked Uraraka.

"Well, more than that, he's just...calmer. Even his voice sounds a little softer," Uraraka commented, thinking about the explosive blonde.

Iida looked at Uraraka, studying her expression for a moment while she thought. Tsuyu also looked at Iida and Uraraka for a moment also, sensing Iida's tone when he asked Uraraka that question and looking at Gravity girl's expression.

"Well, the guy got beaten pretty badly," Tokoyami stated, "He probably has a lot to think about, especially if his Quirk is taken away."

The kids stayed silent as they let that sink in...

...Until Hagakure realized something.

"Wait, Uraraka, Iida said you visited Bakugou yesterday?" she asked her.

"Huh?" Uraraka lifted her head to...well, kind of 'look' at Hagakure's face since she's invisible, and said, "Um, yeah?"

"Oh...was anybody else with you?" Hagakure asked her, her tone a little intrigued.

"Uh, well, I visited him," Kirishima said, "Just, you know, to give him company. But Uraraka visited him first. Oh, and Midoriya also visited him after me!"

"Huh? Wait, you visited him first?" Hagakure asked Uraraka in shock.

"Uh...y-yeah?" Uraraka blinked.

"Oh...hm," Hagakure placed an invisible hand on her invisible chin, "...I mean, I'm not saying it's not like you to check up on a classmate, but...any particular reason why?"

"Well..." Uraraka rubbed her arm a little uncomfortably, "I just...thought as a classmate that I would help out another classmate. I mean, really, I was asking him if I could help him out with his relationship with Midoriya or anything of that sort."

Iida stood there as he listened to Uraraka next to him. Tsuyu looked at Iida to see that his posture was radiating some sense of...unease?

Hagakure hummed in thought, "...I mean, yeah, okay. Sorry, Uraraka, I guess I was a little curious about...I mean, yeah, sorry, it was kind of silly of me to ask. I just thought you liked him or something."

Uraraka jolted in her stance, looking shocked as she blinked dumbly, red in the face, "Wh-Wh-What!?"

"Huh?" Sero turned his attention to Uraraka in surprise, "Wait, say what now?"

"Wait a minute, Uraraka liking Bakugou?" Sato asked in surprise also, "But...I thought you liked Midoriya, Uraraka?"

"Wha!?" Uraraka exclaimed in shock.

"Way to make it awkward for her, guys," Tokoyami muttered as he shook his head in shame.

"Wait, so, Uraraka doesn't like Midoriya that way then?" Sero asked anyone.

"Now, everyone, you mustn't make assumptions," Aoyama told them, "For all we know, she could like someone else!"

"Huh? But...I was almost certain that Uraraka did like Midoriya," Sato wondered out loud.

"I mean, yeah. I wouldn't think Bakugou would be Uraraka's type, anyway," Shoji commented.

"Hold on, when did this happen?" wondered Sero, "Are you saying that Uraraka might like Bakugou?"

"It doesn't matter!" shouted...Iida?

All the kids present looked at the taller blue-haired teen male in astonishment.

"Uraraka is mature enough to choose whomever she wants to date! It should not be your objective to know who she wants to be with or not! As your Class Representative, I ask of you all to leave her alone on that subject!" Iida told them all sternly with an arm-chopping motion.

...Sero, Sato, Shoji, and Aoyama blinked.

Hagakure rubbed the back of her head, "Um, gee, sorry for even saying anything about it."

Tsuyu then said, "Well, either way, you heard our Class Representative. No more talking about Uraraka's love life!"

"Yes! Thank you, Tsu!" Iida nodded to her.

"Heeeey! Did someone say 'love life'!?" said the dreaded voice of...Ashido!

They all turned to see Ashido...and Todoroki coming up to them?

Either way, they all froze upon hearing the pink girl's voice.

"Oh boy. Now you've all done it," Tokoyami sighed.

"What's this I hear about someone's love life?" Ashido came sliding in with a grin.

"N-Nothing! It's nothing, Ashido!" Iida told her with the same sternness and arm-chopping motion, "Even if we were talking about something like that, we really shouldn't be talking about such a topic! It's their own privacy, and we should all act professionally here!"

"Whoa!" Ashido winced and raised her hands up to protect herself from Iida's scolding, "Okay, okay, Iida, chill!"

Uraraka, who was still blushing at all that happened, averted her attention to Todoroki, who noticed something about the boy when he came in.

"Oh! Todoroki, you don't have your arm cast on anymore!" she said with a smile.

"Hm?" Todoroki lifted and looked at his once-injured arm, saying, "Oh yeah. I mean, it's still a little sore, but I did some enhanced techniques to make the wound heal a little faster and null the pain a bit."

"Oh yeah!" Ashido perked up, "Todoroki did like a mixture of heat and cold by using his ice arm to cool the wound on it, and used his other arm to warm it with his fire hand!"

"Whoa...that's...well, uh, no pun intended, but that's cool, Todo-Bro," Kirishima said in awe.

"Oh, uh...thanks," Todoroki moved his ice arm, the one that was shot, around a little, "I was visiting my mom yesterday to talk about...well, you know, everything, and she told me how to do the trick. It was something my...my uncle taught her to do."

"Your uncle?" Hagakure asked in interest, "You mean, from your mom's side?"

"Yeah. I heard from my mom that he's a doctor in America..." Todoroki stood there as he stared at his ice hand.

"Really? What kind of doctor is he?" Ojiro asked him.

"He's...I think a cryogenic doctor? I forgot, actually. I need to ask my mother again..."

Ashido then spoke up, "Well, hey, either way, I wonder what, uh...our new transfer students are going to be?"

"Oh yeah, that's right," said another familiar voice behind Ashido and Todoroki. They both looked behind them and the other saw that it was Jirou and Kaminari coming up. "Man, it sucks we don't have Green anymore in our class," Jirou said.

"Yeah," Kaminari frowned, "I still think it's a little unfair. The guy had the potential to be a great Hero."

"Not only that, but Midoriya and Yaoyorozu just hooked up two days ago," Tsuyu mentioned.

...Sero, Sato, Ojiro, Shoji, Hagakure, Tokoyami, Aoyama and even Koda all turned their attention to Tsuyu with wide eyes.

"WAIT, WHAT!?" Sero.

"HUBA-WHA!?" Sato.

"WAIT A MINUTE, WHAT!?" Ojiro.

"SAY WHAT!?" Shoji.

"I'M SORRY, WHAT!?" Hagakure.

"EXCUSE ME!?" Tokoyami.

"QUOI!?" Aoyama.

"HOLY CRAP!" ...Koda?

Uraraka smiled, "Yeah, Midoriya and Yaoyorozu are officially together!"

"WAIT A MINUTE! WHAT!? WHAT THE HELL DO YOU MEAN!?" yelled out...the little grape gremlin, Mineta.

They all turned to their shorter classmate, who was standing behind them as he entered the class, just flabbergasted and in shock, his mouth agape and eyes wide.

Jirou just gave him an unimpressed glare and said, "You heard her. Green and Yaomomo are together."

"...I..." Mineta stood there frozen, unable to process this, "...I...I can't believe this..."

"Well, it's the truth," Kaminari shrugged, "Me, Jirou, Todoroki, Uraraka, Iida, Tsu, Ashido, and even Kirishima saw them holding hands."

"..." Mineta was still frozen in astonishment.

It was then, Yaoyorozu came into the classroom.

Right then and there, Mineta went up to Yaoyorozu, and asked her frantically with streaming tears and a dripping nose, the look of hurt and defeat on his features, "Y-Y-Y-YAOYOROZU! IS IT TRUE!? ARE YOU TOGETHER WITH MIDORIYA!?"

Blinking(and a little repulsed by Mineta's close proximity) at this, Yaoyorozu looked at Mineta and said one thing:

"Yes."

And she said it proudly with a cocky smirk.

...Mineta's soul shattered.

He stood there…frozen...while Yaoyorozu walked past him.

Every student in the class looked on at Mineta's defeat, while Yaoyorozu went to her seat. Kaminari shook his head at Mineta, while Jirou couldn't help but give out a devious smirk at the little grape's torment. Ashido giggled, while Todoroki just looked confused, and Tsuyu and Uraraka just looked on at Mineta in somewhat pity, shaking their heads. Iida could only think of one thing.

Wow. Yaoyorozu took no prisoners with that answer.

Meanwhile, though, with the other kids, the boys were still reeling at the news.

"Whoa…" Sero blinked in bafflement, "Yaoyorozu and...Midoriya?"

"Wow...that's...that's really something..." Shoji said in surprise.

"My goodness...I never thought a love like that would bloom," Aoyama said, still a little floored.

"Wow...well, congratulations on them," Ojiro said with a blink.

"Holy moley..." Sato sat there in shock, "...Man, I was really wrong then."

"...I...I got nothing to say, I'm in shock," Tokoyami stated.

"Ditto," Koda said.

Hagakure, however, rushed over to Yaoyorozu's desk and began to drill her with curious, but excited questions.

"Yaoyorozu! You and Midoriya are together!? Oh my gosh, that's...that's amazing! Wow! You know, I always thought you two were quite a fit! Oh my goodness, that is so awesome! Oh, it's also romantic too! Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh, this is a great occasion! How did it start!? How did you two get together!? When did you two realize that you felt something for each other!? You got to give me the details!" Hagakure spoke excitedly.

Yaoyorozu, who wasn't fazed in the slightest by Hagakure's eager chatter, chuckled and said to her, "Well, I guess you can say my feelings formed during...well, during the raid at my home when Izuku spoke out for me."

"Ooooh! You even said his first name! Oh, oh my goodness, I knew that's when it started! Oh wow, Yaoyorozu, that is so-"

"Excuse me, class, but I would like it if you all go to your seats for the time being. I have an important announcement to make," droned their homeroom teacher, Aizawa, who just entered the classroom.

The students all obeyed as they went to their respective seats, which Mineta took his time to get into his seat, the despondent feeling radiating off of him as he slowly walked to his desk.

"Alright then," Aizawa began, "Now, you may have heard the news about Midoriya and Bakugou. Some of you kids were there at the hospital as well when I announced this, but for those who didn't get the memo, I'll say it here: Midoriya and Bakugou will not be going to our class anymore, as well as be a part of the Hero Course. Which means, I will have to choose two different transfers from each separate class in our school. However, these students will not stay in our class permanently, for the most part. They are in somewhat of a 'class trial' where they will be in our class for a week, just to see how well they can adjust to their new environment. If they are settled into our class and do not wish to return to their former one, then they will stay in our class permanently from there."

As Aizawa explained this situation to his classmates, the two new students of Class 1-A were standing outside of the classroom. One was a bushy purple-haired boy with dark bags under his eyes, having a bored look on his face. The other student was a long green-haired girl, her hair looking like vines, and having a controlled, but somewhat nervous expression on her face.

The boy stood there waiting to be called by their new temporary (or maybe their new altogether) homeroom teacher...he glanced at the girl next to him, reading her body language and expression that she looked a little anxious.

"...You nervous?" the boy asked her in a monotone.

The girl turned her head to the boy, a little in surprise, and sighed, looking forward as she said, "Admittedly, yes, I am...it is a very daunting change, one that I volunteered to do."

"You volunteered? I just got picked," the boy said.

"Well...either way, I chose to be the next transfer for the poor students that are not in the Hero Course anymore."

"Hm...that Midoriya guy was one of the students that lost their Quirks also."

"Ah, yes, the Midoriya boy. I feel quite sorry for him...a little more than the Bakugou boy."

The purple-haired boy raised an eyebrow, "Wow. Even when that Bakugou kid was beaten to a pulp by that Joker Villain?"

"...Well...he survived..." the girl looked shamefaced, "Oh dear, that does sound awful, doesn't it?" she put her hands together in a prayer-like position and prayed, mumbling, "Father, forgive my callous response to that Bakugou boy, even though he is pompous and rude."

"..." Standing a little awkwardly, the boy asked her, "...So...you chose to be in Class 1-A?"

The girl looked back up at the boy, "Oh, well...it's more of my classmate's 'plan' to infiltrate Class 1-A."

Blinking at that, the boy asked, "Uh...plan?"

"My classmate Monoma Neito. Although, he doesn't really know that I haven't agreed to that. I mostly just wanted a change of scenery."

"Ah...what, you don't like your class?"

"Oh, on the contrary. I love most of my classmates."

"Most of your classmates?"

"...Monoma is very annoying. And pushy when it comes to trying to out-best Class 1-A." the girl turned fully at the boy, "What class are you in? Mine is 1-B."

"Mine is 1-C," the boy answers plainly.

"Oh! Interesting! What is your Quirk if you don't mind me asking? I think I saw you before in the Sports Festival, but I didn't quite process what your Quirk was at the time. Mine is...well, Vine. As in plant vines."

"Yeah, I kind of figured that back at the Sports Festival. Mine is...Brainwash," the boy mumbled the last part.

"Brainwash?" the girl blinked.

"...Yeah..." Almost like he was getting ready for those same comments about his Quirk being 'villainous', he looked away from the girl.

"...Hm. That's quite interesting," she said.

Looking back at her, the boy looked a little confused, "It...is?"

"Yes," she nodded, "That kind of Quirk can be very powerful when in the right hands."

"The right...hands...?" the boy asked her.

She...didn't put down my Quirk?

Then, the sound of the classroom door opening and the voice of Aizawa interrupted their conversation.

"Alright, you two are up."

Blinking at the sudden intrusion, the boy and girl glanced at each other and looked back at their new homeroom teacher. They began to walk inside the classroom, the girl coming in first, and the boy second, and stood in front of the class.

"Alright, Class 1-A. Meet your semi-new classmates. You two may introduce yourselves," Aizawa told them.

The girl came up, taking a deep breath, and announced, "Hello. I am honored to be a part of this class for the time being. My name is Shiozaki Ibara. I am from Class 1-B. My Quirk is Vine. I like to pray to our Father in Heaven and...well, do good deeds when I can."

The boy came up next, "Hey. Name is Shinso Hitoshi. I came from Class 1-C. I just...got picked, I guess. My Quirk is Brainwash. I like to sleep at times...that's it."

The Class 1-A students all blinked at the two new students.

Aizawa then spoke, "Okay then. You may choose which empty seat for both of you to sit in."

Shinso and Shiozaki nodded to Aizawa and went to Midoriya's and Bakugou's former seats.

"Now, with all that said, we'll start class a little early. But first, some announcements," Aizawa then picked up a clipboard, "Due to recent events, we are still going through the written provisional license tests. After completing them and if any of you students have passed, you will all go to the simulation rooms to train yourselves. Also, the dorms that Cementoss is building are almost in completion..."

Principal Nedzu's Office

Halfway Present Time

10:25 AM

The furry little rodent man sat in his office, his teacup at the side of him on his desk as he contemplated his next course of action while watching the students in their classrooms through secret cameras on his laptop.

Upon looking at the Class 1-A cameras and seeing the two new students adjust to their new environment, Nedzu looked at the other cameras that were situated in Class 1-H, seeing Midoriya try to make a component to a device, with the help of Hatsume.

The principal kept looking through all the cameras that were stationed in the campus for five more minutes, and after a while of looking through them, he sighed, taking a break as he picked up his warm teacup to drink.

"Goodness, things have gotten really severe during these past few days," Nedzu murmured as he paused to sip his tea. After the sip, he stared at the screen, thinking about the events that led them here.

All Might...Toshinori...wherever you may be, I can only hope you'll hold on. You still have to be the Symbol of Peace, not only to the people, but to Young Midoriya...

...Sipping his tea again, Nedzu placed his teacup down on his desk and closed his laptop.

Maybe some TV will help ease the worry away...

Nedzu turned on the compartment where a TV came out of his desk, a flat-screen, and turned it on. He began switching the channels, looking for a specific program.

"Hmm...let's see...I do think some Benny Hill will relax my mind for a moment," Nedzu said to himself.

As he searched through the channels, one show came up while channel surfing, Hero Talk Now with Futsu Otoko.

Normally, he doesn't watch these kinds of programs, but he heard that they were paying tribute to All Might and Endeavor, so he might as well hear and see what they were saying today.

Once the show came on, however...he heard screaming in the background and saw the host's body plopped over the desk with a bloody hole in his head. There was also the limp form of Midas Touch, his neck flowing blood down his costume with a razor-looking weapon embedded into his neck. Lastly, Mount Lady was on the floor, with a shot struck on her right shoulder. There was also the severed head of Uwabami on the floor...

...Nedzu blinked...

But that's not all.

In one of the chairs, there was a tall lanky man, a man he didn't recognize...holding a gun in his right hand...and he had the biggest evil smile on his face.

The man stood up and faced the camera that was on them, specks of blood on his face...which was smeared like he wiped some off...but his face looked like it had makeup on. Skin makeup. Underneath the skin makeup was this man's real stark white skin.

And then he spoke.

"HI-DE-HO, FOLKS! WELCOME TO A SPECIAL EPISODE OF HERO TALK NOW! HOSTED BY...ME! HAAAAAA-HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA-HAAAAAAAAA!"

...Nedzu quickly tapped on the intercom on his desk.

"Miss Rei! Contact all of the-"

"On it!"

She must've seen the program...

Nedzu stared at the crazed madman on screen, the camera solely on him...

The Joker.

This is him...the man we've been searching for!

...

Alright then...

...

"...Let's see what you got up your sleeve, Joker," Nedzu muttered in deep concentration, his whole mousy expression turning gravely serious.

It's showtime!

Hey all! Just want to get this part out of the way before getting into the nitty gritty of the talk show! ;) Also, just so you know, there is a reason I let not only Hitoshi join, but I also let Ibara join Class 1-A as well! Even if it's for a little while! And there is a bit of a hint of what's to come if you study the whole Class 1-A scene closely...what do I mean by that? Well, it's pretty subtle. ;D

Next chapter we get into the talk show and see how Joker and some of the gang got into the studio...as well as other horrible things. D:

I hope this chapter was worth the wait! Tell me how it is when you all can! And leave me a fave and a follow as well, I love them all! :D

Thank you all for reading and keep on rocking everybody! :)
