Max didn't know for how long she'd been crying her eyes out. But when there was a knock on her door, she decided to ignore it at first. As the knocking persisted, Max got up and opened the door only come face to face with a concerned looking Dana.

"Can I come in Max?" Dana asked before stepping inside as Max opened the door wider to let her in. "Are you doing alright Max?" Dana asked as she sat down on the sofa.

"Not really." Max said as she wiped a few stray tears from her cheeks.

"Want to talk about it?" Dana asked as she watched Max pace back and forth across the room.

"I yelled at Victoria before entering the dorm." Max finally said as she sat down on her bed. "I don't know what came over me. I just wanted her to shut up for once." Max continued. "And yes, I know that I shouldn't let her taunts get to me. It's just that, this time I just snapped." Max said.

"What did you say to her?" Dana asked letting her curiosity get the better of her.

"I don't fully remember." Max said. "But I think it was something about if she enjoys belittling others or something." Max continued. "I bet that the others who were outside as well could fill you in better than I can. Sorry." Max said.

"Hey, Max." Dana said as she got up and sat down next to Max on the bed. "You have got nothing to be sorry about. Victoria have been acting more vicious and mean ever since she won the Everyday Hero contest last year. You're not the only one who gets to hear her mean comments." Dana continued as she was now gently rubbing circles on Max back.

Max hadn't realised that she'd stated to gently cry again.

"It's ok Max. just let it all out." Dana said. "It'll make you feel better, trust me, I know." She continued.

Dana was sitting quietly next to Max as she kept crying. After her tears dried up Max turned to Dana with a grateful look on her face.

"Thank you for not judging me for the breakdown." Max said as she got up and sat down at her desk.

"No worries, Max. That's what friends are for." Dana said as she too got up. "I don't know if you'll be up for it, but I'll put your name on the VIP list for the party tomorrow." She continued before opening the door. "Come if you feel like it Max and don't stress too much about Victoria. See you tomorrow Max." Dana said as she closed the door leaving Max to her own thoughts.

Meanwhile outside as Max rushed into the dorm.

"Yo bitch got owned!" someone yelled.

"Way to go Max!" another one yelled.

"You suck Victoria!" was heard from someone else.

"Let's get out of here." Courtney said as she grabbed hold of Victorias hand. Taylor quickly followed them.

"Max has no idea who she's messing with." Victoria said as they left the dorm area.

"Calm down Victoria. There's no need to get worked up over her like this." Taylor said as she tried to keep up with Victoria and Courtney.

"I'm going to show her who is the real deal." Victoria continued as if she hadn't heard Courtney or Taylor. "When I win this next contest Mark has got to admit that I am the one with the real talent among all his students." She continued as she walked along the path leading up to the main building. Courtney and Taylor couldn't do anything else but follow Victoria. Courtney was the first to notice where Victoria was going and tried to stop her.

"Victoria, watch out!" Courtney yelled, but Victoria was talking to herself and didn't hear Courtneys warning.

"And then he's going to have to accept that the two of us would…" Victoria said as she walked into a ladder resting against the scaffold that was put up earlier this week for Samuel to clean and repaint all the windows. As if on cue, a bucket of paint fell, and barley missed Victoria. Before she could move out of the way Victoria got covered in paint.

"No fucking way" No way! This is not happening!" Victoria shouted.

"Are you alright Vic." Taylor said as she rushed to Victorias side.

"Don't worry, we'll go get you some towels. I'm sure we can salvage your clothes somehow." Courtney said.

"Oh, oh my, are you ladies alright." Samuel said as he climbed down the ladder to check on Victoria, Courtney and Taylor. "Wet paint is not good for your hair or…" Samuel tried to say but was interrupted by Victoria.

"Does it look like I'm alright." Victoria said with a raised voice. "This was a brand-new cashmere." Victoria continued as she tried to see how much paint had gotten onto her outfit. "And my shoes are completely ruined, not to mention my skirt." Victoria said as she saw the extent of where the paint had landed.

In the meantime, Courtney and Taylor had motioned for Samuel to go back to what he was doing before Victoria got covered in paint.

"Just wait here Victoria. We won't be long. We'll go grab some new clothes for you." Courtney said, hoping that would somehow cheer Victoria up.

"Then move your ass before I have a breakdown." Victoria said as panic had started to settle into her. "Hopefully no one sees me like this." She continued as she sat down on one of the benches.

What Victoria didn't know is that one of the security cameras overlooking the area had captured the whole event.
