A/N: WHOO, THE EMAILS ARE BACK, BABY! That's right, and with the email notifications back, I'm getting back my motivation to write and update these stories. So, here's the next chapter for this one. I hope that you all like it.

Disclaimer: I still don't own Ranma ½, My Hero Academia, or Bakugan Battle Brawlers! If I did, then Ranma would have had a different curse, Bakugo would have been blacklisted from the hero course, and Bakugan wouldn't have been rebooted because it ended on a high note!

Curses and Mythical Rage!

The dragon groaned in Izuku's voice, showing Genma and Ranko that this dragon IS Izuku Midoriya, before trying to stand up and falling back into the spring he had just crawled out of. He quickly surfaced and scrambled back onto land again… only to finally see his clawed fingers and how he no longer had human hands.

"It can't be!" gasped Izuku.

He quickly turned around, almost swatting Genma with his tail in the process, and looked into his reflection in the spring. A scream that sounded more like a mighty roar could be heard all across China that day as Izuku was quickly overtaken by his senses of fear and panic. But then, who can blame him?

I mean, turning into a dragon?

Boy, that's a way to start your day.

At this point, Izuku was freaking out at the fact that he had been turned into a dragon. One second, he was a human, and the next thing he knows he's knocked into a spring twice and emerges as a dragon-like creature! As he was panicking, no words came from his mouth. Only roars and screeches as he stumbled uneasily around the supposed 'training ground', flailing his winged arms around as he did. It kind of reminded Ranko of what happened to that one character, Kenai, from the movie Brother Beat when he first learned that he was turned from a human man into a bear. The main differences being that Izuku is a dragon instead of a bear, and that he would have hit Panda-Genma in the head had the now transformed man not managed to duck in time.

"Izuku! Izuku, calm down! Izuku!" exclaimed Ranko as she tried to calm her childhood friend.

But after a minute of no success, she scoffed, rolled her eyes, took off one of her shoes…

And threw it at Izuku, nailing him in the nose.

It didn't hurt him thanks to his armored hide, but it was enough to snap him out of his panic attack.

"Get ahold of yourself, Izuku! It's not the end of the world!" exclaimed Ranko.

"That's easy for you to say! I mean, at least you still look mostly human, but I've been turned into the kind of creature that people in many cultures try to kill just for existing! Add on that I'm quirkless, and you can see how I don't exactly have the highest optimism right now!" Izuku fired back, no longer just roaring and screeching, but not necessarily speaking with his mouth.

It was more like he was projecting his words with his mind in order to speak.

"Well, look on the bright side. You're a freaking dragon! You have wings, you probably breathe fire, you talk! You could probably knock down a small building with just your tail!" gushed Ranko with stars in her eyes. "What ever happened to us, it made you one cool dragon!"

Panda-Genma simply growled and rolled his eyes at his daughter's childish love of dragons. Something that she had undoubtedly inherited from her mother. He idly wondered how Nodoka was doing these days. Not that he planned on contacting her, that is. At least, not until his plans were a bit further along than they are.

Ranko glared at her father and said, "Oh, don't think that you're off the hook, Mister! It's your fault that we ended up like this in the first place!".

"Now that you mention it, yeah, you're right!" Izuku said, turning his draconic glare towards Panda-Genma. "If you hadn't brought Ranko here in the first place, she wouldn't have knocked you into that spring in the first place! And if YOU had just taken your loss with dignity instead of being a sore loser, neither of us would be like this either!"

Now, Genma could handle being glared at by his daughter, but he visibly withered under the draconic glare of Izuku. And not just because he's currently a dragon. He knows the boy's mother, Inko Midoriya, and how she used to be the most ruthless lawyer of her time, having an absolutely flawless record and NO LOSSES under her metaphorical belt. Many breathed a sigh of relief when she retired and became a housewife when she was pregnant with Izuku. So, if there's one thing that's stuck with Genma, it's this; it's always the quiet ones who are the most dangerous.

"Aiyah!" cried a voice.

The trio looked and saw a man of Chinese origin, who Genma and Ranko recognized as the guide who brought them to the Jusenkyo valley, standing there and holding a tea kettle full of freshly boiled water.

"Too bad. You three fall in cursed springs. Man fall in Spring of Drowned Panda Bear while girl fall in Spring of Drowned Oni. Terrible takes of panda bear and oni who fall into these pools and drowned. They turn any who fall into them into panda bear or oni with splash of cold water." he said in broken Japanese before he turned to Izuku and said, "And someone fall in Spring of Drowned Dragon. Terrible tale of mighty dragons drowning in same spring, and now one who falls in spring will become dragon bearing likeness to one of many who drowned here. They powerful curses".

"It's a curse!?" gasped Izuku.

"Please, sir, tell me that it's reversible." begged Ranko.

The tour guide simply walked over to Genma and poured some water from the kettle over his head.

"OWW, THAT'S HOT!" screamed Genma.

Before he realized what happened.

Yup, before their very eyes, what had once been a panda bear with the same beady eyes as the elder male Saotome had almost instantly been replaced by a human man.

"As I said, cold water activates curse. But hot water reverses curse. Unfortunately, curse no be broken by simple water splash. In fact, not know if curse can be broken at all." the guide explained.

Genma would have opened his big mouth to complain but stopped himself as he felt a strong murderous intent aimed at him. Slowly he looked up as the tour guide, wisely, took several steps away from the man. Izuku was glaring at Genma with a primal rage that he has felt only a handful of other times. Smoke billowed from his partially open maw as his now red eyes bore down on the cowardly martial artist.

"Something tells me you may want to start running, Pops." Ranko said with a grin.

Genma screamed and started running as Izuku called out what was likely an attack name.

"Boosted Dragon!"

Genma yelped as he was nearly hit by a massive ball of fire that blew up a tree with the force of an artillery shell! He had no doubts that if he gets hit by that, there won't be enough left of him to fill a matchbox.

"Get back here and take your beating like the man you make yourself out to be, you coward!" roared Izuku as he flew after Genma with a mighty flap of his wings.

The tour guide looked at Ranko and asked, "You no stop them?".

Ranko looked at him and said, "And get in the middle of that? I may be reckless, but I'm not stupid. It's better for my friend, Izuku, the dragon that just flew off, to get it out of his system.".

As she turned back around and saw an explosion of fire while hearing her father scream bloody murder as he ran for his life, she felt a shudder run down her spine as she was glad that wasn't her.

"Besides, I'd prefer to not become a walking charcoal briquette, thank you very much." she quietly said with a shudder.

And the tour guide nodded as he agreed with her.

"STOP BLASTING ME, BOY! YOU'RE BEING IRRATIONAL AND COUNTERPRODUCTIVE BY ATTACKING ME! YIPE!" screamed Genma as another explosion was heard.

"BIG WORDS ANGER ME! KEEP TALKING!" Izuku screamed back.

***...To Be Continued…***

Ending A/N: And that's the end of this chapter. It's a smaller chapter than I was hoping to upload, but I wasn't sure how I wanted the story to move along and uploaded this since it was all I could come up with. Next chapter will, hopefully, be longer. Thanks for reading, be sure to like, follow, and review, and I'll see you all next time, my hatchlings!
