Astrid was now standing on the deck of one of the Navy ships with Viggo and Ryker. Buggy was unconscious on the cabin's roof because he had not landed properly.

The Marines completely surrounded them, aiming their rifles at them, but they were aware they stood no chance against them. Viggo's presence, in particular, was enough to terrorise them, and Ryker's glares shook them to their core.

"So you're going to toss us in the water or what?" Viggo asked, remembering what the Marine had said earlier.

"I think you need to learn your own limitations," said Ryker.

"Word of advice, fellas, I'd jump overboard now if I were you," said Astrid. "I may pull my punches against you, but I can assure you these two will go all out."

The Marines looked at one another and were half considering this proposal.

"Stand firm!" the Marine officer yelled. "Throw them overboard!"

The Marines regained their courage and aimed their weapons directly at the three of them.

"Don't say I didn't warn you," said Astrid as she took up a fighting stance.

They then noticed that a whirlpool was forming within the sea.

"What's that?"

They then saw in the very middle of the whirlpool was Jinbe.

"It's Jinbe!"

"Fishman Karate: Spear Wave!" Jinbe yelled.

He then fired a glass of water from the whirlpool, which struck the Navy ship, blowing a few of the mothballed but also damaging the ship itself.

"Watch your aim," said Viggo.

The Marines stared openmouthed at the devastation that just happened.

"Oh, we were going to use that ship, weren't we," said Jinbe, recognising his mistake. "Once I entered the water, I'm afraid my strength run wild."

"Well, do your best to restrain yourself. We don't have time to jump ship," said Astrid.

Hiccup, meanwhile, was still fighting against Magellan, doing everything he could to delay them.

"Dragon…" Hiccup yelled as he swooped down.

"Hydra!" said Magellan and created more hydras.

"… Armoured Combat!" Hiccup continued swinging his arms, legs, and tail.

He quickly pulverised the hydras without slowing down and kept on going until he struck Magellan with a barrage of strikes. Magellan was doing everything he could to withstand the attack, but Hiccup hit him hard in the stomach, pushing him back.

"How do you like that?" Hiccup smiled as he landed.

Magellan then landed on his knees, something he hadn't done since he became Warden. To say that he was absolutely furious would have been an understatement as he glared hatefully at Hiccup.

The prisoners smiled broadly; even Mr 3 was grinning.

"All right! One more push!"

"Ready? Fire!"

They fired their cannons at Magellan, which created a huge explosion that hid him from view.

Hiccup readied himself; he knew he had to buy as much time as he could to give Jinbe and Astrid a chance to hijack the ship so they could all escape. However, even with Mr 3's assistance, he was positive that he would be able to keep Magellan at bay for much longer.

"There's no use in trying to stall for time," said Magellan as he walked out of the smoke. "I have ordered all Navy vessels to distance themselves from the prison. Even if you made it outside, there's no ship for you to escape on."

"I am positive that Jinbe has everything under control," said Hiccup confidently.

"Jinbe is a worthy adversary in the water," Magellan acknowledged. "All the more reason for me to finish you quickly."

He then blew away the smoke, and Hiccup raised himself, knowing that a big attack was about to come their way. The rest of the prisoners sensed this and armed themselves with as many weapons as possible.

However, none of them anticipated what would come next as Magellan began to consume himself with his own poison. The poison was quite different; it was crimson red.

"Dragon Armoured Whip!" Hiccup yelled as he swung his tail.

Magellan blocked his attack and looked completely unfazed. If that wasn't bad enough, the poison was eating away at the wax. Hiccup quickly put some distance between them and saw that the poison was now spreading even further.

"Wax-Wax: Release!" Mr 3 yelled.

He used his powers to remove Hiccup's armour before the poison actually reached his tail.

"Thanks for that," said Hiccup.

Poison began to pour off of Magellan, and the moment it touched the ground, it began to corrode.

"His poison," said Hiccup, shocked. "It is eating away at anything it touches."

"Now perish," said Magellan and raised his hand. "Venom Demon!"

The poison on the ground began to consume Magellan and took the form of a demonic creature. Everyone stared at him in shock, too scared to move or speak.

Magellan stepped out of his monstrosity, and the creature moved along with him when he moved his hands. Instantly, the prisoners began to run away as fast as they could, with Hiccup and Mr 3 just behind them.

"We've got a run!"

"Yeah, you think?"

"Why did he unleash this power sooner?" Mr 3 asked.

"He was probably afraid to infect his guards and damage the prison," Hiccup theorised. "However, with us so close to escaping, I guess he's decided to burn the table now that he's played every hand."

"Hell's Judgement!" said Magellan as he swiped at them.

Hiccup quickly took on his hybrid form and grabbed Mr. 3, and they soared out of the way just in time. Unfortunately, the prisoner behind them was not so lucky and got hit by the poison, which instantly began to burn against his skin.

"He got me!" he said and tried to reach out to the other prisoners. "Please, don't leave me! Help!"

He then grabbed one of the prisoners who ran by him, and the moment he did, that prisoner got infected as well.

"No, damnit, don't touch me!" the prisoner yelled as his skin felt as if it was on fire. "Why? I was so close."

The prisoners ran franticly as they tried to stay ahead of Magellan.

As he proceeded through the prison, drops of poison kept on landing on the floor, eroding the rock when they made an impact.

"It looks like it's not just my wax," Mr 3 noticed. "That poison is spreading over everything it touches."

"It was good while it lasted, but yeah, that poison is pretty potent," Hiccup agreed.

Meanwhile, the prisoners were still waiting at the entrance waiting for Astrid and the others to return with a Navy ship.

"Hurry up, Dragon boy," said Bon Clay. "You've got to make it." He then turned to the prisoners. "What about the ships?"

"I can hear gunfire, but the fault is too thick to make out anything. This is driving me crazy, man."

"I know they're plenty capable of stealing the ship, but the Marines delay them long enough that we're screwed."

Bon Clay knew that Hiccup could only keep Magellan at bay for so long, and of course, they still had one major obstacle even if they got a ship.

"They're so far out. Even if they do nap a ship, they'll have to drag all the way back here for us to get on it."

"No way. Magellan is probably going to catch up with us any minute now."

"I know that Dragon fought to hold him off, but no one can stop Magellan, and this is taking awfully long."

'Dragon Boy,' said Bon Clay, hoping against hope that he was alive.

"Jinbe, hurry, we're counting on you!"

Jinbe was currently beneath the water's surface and could move in to help the others take the ship, but there were other Navy vessels to think of. Already, they were positioning themselves around the ship they had boarded.

The Marines on board the ship began to attack them relentlessly.

"Throw them off! Don't let them take the ship!"

A number of Marines attacked Viggo, but he fired off slashes of sand at them, sending them flying.

"Damn you!" a Marine yellow firing a cannon at him.

The cannonball shot right through Viggo's head, but he easily regenerated and then grabbed hold of the Marine's neck, draining him of all the liquid in his body. Marines fired their rifles at Ryker, but he sliced through the bullets by changing his arm into a blade.

"Did his arm transform into a knife? What's up with this guy?"

"It's the Dice-Dice Fruit," said Ryker.

He then launched, held his body up with one hand, transformed his legs into blades and attacked them with them.

"I remember that bastard!" said a Marine. "He's an assassin from the West Blue and Viggo's older brother, Ryker Grimborn!"

Astrid, the only pirate then with no devil fruit powers, proved to be just as dangerous to the Marines. They kept attacking her, but she dodged their attacks with perfect grace and then launched a powerful counter-attack.

"We can't seem to land a hit on her."

"Don't give up, men, she managed to sneak into Impel Down without us noticing. We can't let that insult stand!"

The Marines on the other ship could only watch the battle, and then they saw a small explosion that caused several Marines to fall into the water.

"It's only a matter of time before they take that ship," said a Navy officer. "I refuse to suffer that dishonour! Have the cannon sink it!"

"Sir!"

They began to aim the cannons directly at the ship.

"Ready cannons!"

Unfortunately, a single shot column of water shot out from the sea straight towards them before they could fire.

"Oh no, not again."

The water slammed right onto the ship, making all the gunpowder soggy.

"The gunpowder! It's soaked!"

The Navy also looked over the side of the ship and saw Jinbe. "Jinbe, huh? Keep him locked down! Open fire!"

Hiccup and the others, meanwhile, are heading towards the entrance with Magellan hot on their heels.

"He's right behind us! We've got to run faster!" Hiccup yelled.

The rest of the prisoners were stuck at the entrance, shouting with all their might across the sea.

"Jinbe!"

"Viggo!"

"Astrid!"

"Captain Buggy!"

"Hey!" Hiccup yelled. "We're coming!"

"I hear Dragon Boy!" Bon Clay cried joyously.

Then they suddenly saw Hiccup, Mr 3 and the other prisoners running around the corner with terrified looks on their faces.

"He's coming!" Hiccup yelled. "Run for it!"

They then saw Magellan's poison hand smash right through the wall, and they all screamed. Then, turning around the corner, they saw Magellan's poisonous demon.

"I don't know what that thing is, but holy crap!"

"It's Magellan! No, we're all going to die!"

"Did you get a ship?" Hiccup yelled.

"Not yet!" Bon Clay yelled. "We can't tell what the heck is going on out there!"

"Great, just perfect," Hiccup sighed.

Mala, meanwhile, was on Level II, very much alive and was now carrying Throk, who was still unconscious. Mala herself was exhausted, and she had even been hit by the same amount of poison as Hiccup.

"The hormones I injected got me this far," she winced. "But I think I'm spent."

She then fell to her knees and then collapsed.

"I can't take a single step forward," she said, but she knew she had to get to Level I, and there was only one way that would be extremely painful. She injected with the hormones that enlarged her head and pointed her head towards the ground. "Death Wink!"

She then aimed a shockwave attack on the ground beneath her, which sent her and Throk flying straight up towards the ceiling.

Hiccup and the others were moments away from joining Bon Clay and the other prisoners when the ground beneath them began to shake. They screamed in surprise as Mala shot out through the floor with a nasty bump on her head.

"Is that Mala?" Hiccup gasped.

She then landed on the ground.

"Don't scare us like that!" Bon Clay and the prisoners yelled in unison.

"Oh, I made it," she said weakly. "Good, because I need a rest."

She then fell unconscious.

"No, not now! You have a head injury!"

"Thank goodness!" Bon Clay cried. "You're alive. I was so scared. I can't lose you!"

"Still breathing, are you," said Magellan, who, too, was surprised to see Mala.

A prisoner then tossed Hiccup, a transponder snail. "Hey, Dragon! Call from Jinbe!"

"A baby transponder snail?" Mr 3 blinked as Hiccup caught it.

On the Navy ship, Astrid and the others had managed to capture the ship.

Buggy, who had regained consciousness, was currently laughing. "Excellent work, gentleman!"

"Now you show up," Ryker rumbled.

"Yeah, you didn't even raise a finger to help," said Astrid.

"Hiccup, have you reached the exit?" Jinbe asked.

"Yeah, but Magellan is practically on top of us, and we're running out of places to run," said Hiccup.

"I see, it took a while, but we do have a ship. We'll be there soon, but I need you to trust me. Just keep running and jump straight into the water. That goes for you and all of the prisoners."

The prisoners were more than a little alarmed by this command.

"Are you out of your mind? You realise this is the Calm Belt, right?"

"Sorry, but I do not have time to explain right now," Jinbe apologised.

Hiccup looked at everyone. "Well, you heard the man."

Mr 3 stopped right in his tracks and looked at him dumbfounded.

"Mr. 3, I need another wax wall, as big as you can make it," Hiccup instructed.

"We're dead!" Mr 3 pointed out. "Either we drown, or Magellan destroys us! Why do you trust that Fishman anyway? He's a warlord; he's probably trying to curry favour with the World Government."

"Both my father and brother know him, and that's good enough for me," said Hiccup. "Besides, at least this way, we have a small chance of escape. If we remain here, we're dead, and it will be extremely painful."

The prisoners looked at Magellan, who was slowly advancing towards them.

"Into the water?" said Magellan. "Go ahead, let the Sea Kings eat you and save me the trouble of cleaning up the mess."

"Be careful!" Mr 3 yelled to the prisoners. "Even a drop of that poison will kill you."

This information was enough to sell the jumping into the sea plan.

"I'd rather be eaten!"

"Dragon's right. This is our only chance to escape!"

"Run for it!" they screamed.

"To the ocean!"

"Hell's Judgement!" Magellan yelled as he launched his attack directly at them.

"Gamma Mode!" Hiccup yelled.

He then began to enter his Gamma Form, which caused him to grow in size.

"This is as big as I can make it," said Mr 3 as he conjured a wax wall. "Candle Wall!"

This wax wall he was creating was far bigger than his previous ones and nearly filled the prison.

"I've had enough of your nonsense!" Magellan yelled and had his venom demon punch against the wall.

"You better make it quick, Dragon," said Mr 3 as he struggled to maintain the wall. "I'll lose any second!"

"Dragon Titan Fist!" Hiccup yelled as he swung his massive fist at the wall.

He hit the wall and slammed it into Magellan with so much force that he was able to push back against it, putting some distance between them.

"Whoa, he pushed him back!" said the prisoners.

Hiccup then transformed back to normal. After using his Gamma Form, he lost the ability to transform for a little while, so it was more of an all-or-nothing attack.

Unfortunately, the poison was still spreading towards them, and the remains of the wax wall had already been melted.

"Aw, the poison is still seeping through!"

"You mean we've got a dive into the water after all?"

That wasn't bad enough; Magellan had already recovered.

"Aw, we're dead!" the prisoners panicked.

"Mala, wake up!" said Hiccup as he began to shake her. "I can't transform, and you're the strongest person here."

"What's that?" Mala asked, regaining consciousness.

"We've got to get out of here!" Hiccup yelled. "I need you to do that winking thing."

"Okay," she said weakly. "Then here we go."

"Wait, you're not in your mind!"

"There's no way that their plan," said Magellan as he continued advancing towards them. "They won't survive two minutes in those waters without a ship, and they know it."

"Everyone! Climb onto Mala's head," Hiccup ordered.

"Do what now?" they stared.

"Just do it," said Hiccup.

"Whatever you're trying to do, stop it," said Magellan.

Everyone then began to climb onto Mala's giant head, with no idea as to why, given the circumstances, they had no other choice.

"Sure, whatever!"

"I'll try anything!"

"No, I change my mind," said Magellan. "I want the satisfaction of killing you myself!"

"Hold on!" said Mala. "Hell Wink!"

She then fired off a powerful shockwave, which slammed into Magellan.

"I said stop!" Magellan yelled as he reached out to them.

However, before he could grasp them, they suddenly took off. Mala accidentally crashed into the archway, but that didn't stop them, and soon they were over the open sea.

Magellan stood there stunned; he didn't think they would do something so crazy.

"We're falling!" the prisoners cried.

The Marines were still dealing with the hassle of one of their ships being stolen when they noticed something swimming beneath them.

"Something huge is under the ship!"

"A swarm of sea kings?"

The prisoners were now falling and were heading straight towards the sea.

"You've got to keep flying, Mala!"

"She can't hear you, I think she passed out!"

Everyone traced themselves. They headed straight towards the water but then suddenly made it something hard just before they hit the surface. Hiccup was thrown off of Mala and landed on something soft.

"What the heck?" Hiccup blinked.

Everyone else looked confused.

"We landed on something."

"Look down! I can't believe this."

"How are we still alive?"

"I'm glad you made it," said Jinbe. "You must forgive me for making such an outlandish request back there."

To everyone's astonishment, the prisoners had landed on the back of a whale shark. In fact, an entire school was swimming around.

"It's a score of whale sharks!"

"Jinbe must have called them!"

"We may get out of this alive yet," Hiccup smiled.
