Naruto is an omega, Sasuke is an alpha. They both knew about heats and ruts and what could happen if they accidentally lost too much of themselves during them, so they had always been extra careful when Naruto went into his heat, and usually Sasuke stayed in the other room away from him, and Naruto spent his heat by himself. "S-Sasuke.." Naruto muttered, shaking as he curled up against Sasuke, shaking still, it getting worse, Naruto not being able to take it anymore.

"..You're welcome Naru.." Sasuke said, smiling a bit and lightly wrapping his arms around Naruto too, kissing his head lightly, glad that he got to spend his heat with him.
"I-I l-love you S-Sasuke..." Naruto said after a moment, making Sasuke smile more. He loved Naruto more then anything, and he couldn't stand to see him hurting like that again, so he decided right then that he would start spending Naruto's heats with him so he could help him, he couldn't stand seeing Naruto in pain, and he couldn't stay away from him any longer.
"I love you too Naru.." Sasuke replied, and slowly closed his eyes. "More then anything.." He thought to himself, and then they both slowly fell asleep together, both exhausted and happy at what had just happened.
