When Avrail woke up, she looked at he clock. It was still early, she was going to the airport for their trip to Africa in a few hours. She got out of bed, Mike was just waking up. She checked on Terran, then went to the bathroom to take a shower.
Avrail was in the kitchen with Terran, when there was a knock on the door. She opened the door and it was Eric. He was taking them to the airport. She went into the living room and saw Mike checking to make sure the back door was locked. When he saw Eric he said hello.
The Seattle airport was busy that day. Avrail stood in line waiting to be called to the counter. When she went to give the lady her ticket, she explained that she had two stops, one in Ohio, and the other in NYC, then they would be going strait to Africa. The lady gave the ticket stubs, and Avrail walked over to where Mike was standing with the stroller. They decided to stop and get a coffee, since they had a hour until boarding.
Avrail sat by the window, while Mike was by the isle. They were about it land in Ohio, and Terran had fallen asleep soon after take off. When the plane landed, Avrail followed Mike to the exit. The had a few hours until they boarded another plane and Avrail went to the bathroom to change Terran. They sat at the gate waiting for the boarding process to start. The lady at the gate started calling for people to start boarding after 10 minutes.
They finally made it the the flight for Egypt in Africa. The boarded a plane that said Egyptian air, from NYC. It was a long flight 8 hours from NYC. The attendant handed out pillows, and Terran was offered a crib to sleep in during the flight. It was a crib that hung in their row. He was a little big for the crib, but he was able to lay down to sleep. When they landed in Egypt, they went to the baggage claiming area. After finding their luggage, Mike suggested that they find a ride to their hotel. A few cars were waiting outside the airport. After walking through the doors, A man who spoke some English, asked if they wanted a ride. Mike said yes, and after putting their luggage in his trunk, they were on the way to their hotel. It was mostly dessert land with building they passed. The weather was warm and the warmth created a warm moisture in the air. When they arrived at their hotel, they were a half mile from the pyramid's. The pyramid's were big and it was easy to see them from the hotel. The Nile river was in the distance, a mile from the pyramids. Avrail couldn't see it from the hotel, but they passed the river on the way to the hotel.
After checking into the hotel, Avrail stood in the middle of the room and watched as the dust settled out side. Mike came over and kissed her. When they pulled away from the kiss, Avrail said she couldn't wait to see the pyramid's, they were going to be something she would miss when they left.
