Between The Comet Cometh and The World is My Circus

It was a week of celebrations that none of the Loonatics would ever forget. Following the destruction of the 2nd meteor, the Loonatics were hailed as heroes forever. It seemed as though the city wasn't going to let up anytime soon. At Loonatics HQ, the Loonatics were still enjoying a massive party. They kept dancing to their favorite songs of the distant past, the banquets were lavish, and their favorite movies were played non-stop. It was a celebration the team did not want to end.

Tech had invented gadgets that would light up the tower's main room for all the celebrations.

Tech: "After seven straight days of partying in a row, I can't see how it's gonna stop!"

Duck and Slam were piling through the music discs looking for the best one for the evening.

Slam: "How about this one?" Slam holds up Hall of Fame by The Script.

Duck: "Perfect!" Duck puts the disc in and the song blasts away to fuel the celebration.

Ace and Lexi were dancing together in the middle of the main room.

Ace: "Boy, haven't had this much fun in a long time!"

Lexi: "You bet! I can't seem to stop!"

Rev and Rip were making the best recipes they could make. From cakes, to shakes, to dishes.

Rip: "It was nice of the city to give us all these foods and ingredients."

Rev: "Yeah. We've been making all our favorite foods like there's no tomorrow."

The brothers put the finishing touches on another banquet for the team to enjoy on their seventh straight party day. They put all the food on the large table, and everyone gathers around.

Ace: "I gotta say, Rev and Rip, you two certainly know how to make a good banquet."

Rev/Rip: "Thanks, Ace."

The Loonatics fill their plates with all the food they can and have their favorite drinks. As they take their seats, Ace begins the toast.

Ace: "Well, Loonatics. We saved the world from another meteor, and we pulled it off through teamwork, determination, and skill. I couldn't ask for better teammates and friends than you."

Lexi: "I agree. We were all brought together because of the first meteor. While it did some bad, we came together to make Acmetropolis a safer city."

Duck: "Yeah, and we certainly went from a bunch of nobodies to world renowned superheroes!"

Slam: "Perhaps our lives would have been miserable, but we came together and became like a family."

Tech: "It has been a wondrous experience to work with you guys I don't ever want it to end."

Rev: "I don't know how our lives would be better without these powers the meteor gave us. I'm just glad we put them to good use and made a good name for ourselves."

Rip: "The best part about this job is that I work with the best friends in the world!"

The Loonatics hold up their glasses together.

The Loonatics: "To a warm, peaceful future."

The Loonatics drink their glasses and proceed with their seventh straight banquet. Before long, they eat all the food and get back to partying. They gather around the sofas and start to play rough house. They throw pillows, do pranks, do water balloons, and dogpile on each other all throughout the day and evening. By nightfall, they are so exhausted, they all lay down on the floor and hardly move.

Ace: "Friends forever." Ace calls out.

"Friends forever." The others reply and they all fall asleep on the floor.
