Chapter 55: Melding True Bonds in Flames
Everyone had gathered in the space station to discuss everything that has happened so far from their point of view while Nicole was tapping away at a Holoscreen, searching through the database for anything relevant to use for the situation at hand.
"Having been led here by the Sol Emeralds, my world has already begun to enter yours," said Blaze with a small frown.
"What will happen to our worlds?" asked Cream worriedly.
Tail frowned in response "…I don't really know, but the worst-case scenario would be that everything will disappear as our worlds can't co-exist like this,"
"Like trying to forcefully mold two stones into one only for both to crumble away in the process, either those two Eggmen were aware of this or they simply didn't care," said Kurama with a frown.
"That's terrible!" said Wendy in fright.
"This is worse than when we stopped Brevon," said Milla worriedly.
"Well we've got to come up with a solution and fast!" said Sonic determinedly.
"Luckily, you got the Chaos Emeralds in time. But we need to stop Eggman Nega first before working to fix all this," said Naruto whose body is covered in glowing cyan tribal tattoos with his eyes glowing the same color to signify his Life Aspect being active as he's currently healing Blaze.
"But the question would be where he is right now," said Blaze.
Nicole spoke up "I just found him, he's headed for a shuttle over at Point W,"
"Then that's where we're going," Sonic turned to Blaze "You need to stay here Blaze, you haven't fully recovered yet,"
"But…," Blaze wanted to protest but noticed how everyone was looking at her in concern, especially Naruto who looked apologetic "Okay then,"
"Yeah, you can leave it to us,"
"I'll leave a shadow clone here to continue healing you while Sonic and I go and put a stop to all this,"
"Okay, I'll…rely on you two," said Blaze with a soft smile.
"Good luck you two," said Cream happily.
"Please be careful," said Milla in support with Wendy nodding as well.
"Alright then, let's get going Naruto!" said Sonic before taking off.
"Roger that!" Naruto had Nicole return to the S.A.C then following after him.
The duo sped through the space station with Nicole acting as their navigator, they soon found themselves racing through a tunnelway connecting to a large spaceship when the alarms started to blare with red lights flashing. Naruto and Sonic saw that the hatch was beginning to close and increased their speed, managing to get inside before it shut completely and the ship took off.
"Nicole-chan, take control of the ship while we go and look for Eggman Nega," said Naruto, Nicole emerged from the S.A.C and was given the device before she headed for the cockpit. They began searching the ship but weren't finding the evil doctor much to their confusion.
"Okay seriously, where is he?" asked Sonic with a frown.
Naruto was about to reply when he got a call on the ECG-X gloves and answered it "Naruto here,"
[Naruto, I'm at the cockpit but the controls are locked in autopilot and making it reenter the atmosphere. I'm also detecting something large approaching the ship] said Nicole urgently, then said thing slammed into the ship, making them stumble a bit.
The duo went to look through one of the windows to see a giant mech with the Egg Mobile located at the head along with a mouth guard, it has spiky shoulders, big pillar-like hands with no fingers, and has a lower part in the shape of a triangle with three finlike blades around it.
"Even when from a different world, Eggman sure loves to go big and never go home," said Naruto musingly.
"So what else is new, let's head on up and have some fun," said Sonic, they made their way to the top of the ship which acted as a makeshift platform for them and faced the doctor and his mech.
"I was hoping that you three would finish each other off, quite disappointing really," said Eggman Nega.
"Too bad for you, get ready for a major beatdown cause you have this coming for helping create this big mess from the get-go," said Naruto with a small frown.
"You will be destroyed by a genius such as myself, I can assure you of that with the power of the Egg King," said Eggman Nega in anger.
"If you're talking about taking us down, then you're gonna have to excuse us since we don't really see that happening at any time," said Sonic with shrug, annoying the mad doctor to attack them.

Naruto and Sonic stood at the ready upon seeing the Egg King raise its arms above its head and brought one down at them, they darted out of the way but quickly leapt into the air to evade the shockwaves triggered from the impact, Eggman Nega repeated his attempts to crush his targets with the hedgehog and kitsune proving themselves to be extremely difficult to keep a lock-on.
Sonic dashed out of the way of a swung arm before taking out a ring and throwing it towards at the arm "Here it comes! Sonic Drive!" focusing on the airborne ring, he performed a Homing Attack towards it, slamming with great force for a knockback. Naruto backflipped into the air to dodge the shockwave at his side and propelled himself by firing jets of foxfire from his feet "Kitsune Fire Wheel!" he went into his spinball form whilst emitting foxfire to ram into the other arm as well to knock it away.
Irritated, Eggman Nega went to position himself at one side of the ship and proceeded to punch the edge repeatedly to launch multiple shockwaves at the speedy duo, making them avoid the attacks by jumping over them. Sonic took note that the arm suddenly got stuck at the edge and immediately performed his signature spin dash to race along the arm to leap towards the head to strike it before bouncing back to the platform with a small frown on his face.
"What's the matter?" asked Naruto curiously.
"I'm not sure, I thought I landed a solid strike but I think I rather hit some sort of energy shield," said Sonic.
"Sounds to me like he's installed an energy shield to block our attacks, an EMP pulse will do the trick to disable it. heads-up, here he comes!" said Naruto before alerting him.
Eggman Nega flew back a bit from the ship before pointing the mech's arms to open up and fire a salvo of missiles towards the duo. Naruto activated his Lightning Aspect as blue bolts of electricity arcs through his body with a majority from his hands "Lightning Chain!" he thrust a hand out to launch a stream of electricity which struck one of the missiles then arced off to hit the others, making them explode before they got any closer to them. the Egg King now charged towards the ship with the intent to ram it "E-Grenade!" Naruto formed an orb of electricity in the palm of his hand before throwing it at the incoming mech, causing it to spasm and become temporarily stunned to the point of leaning on the ship.
"Now, let's try this again!" Sonic dashed along the arm and leapt into the air to go into his spinball form once more to slam down on the mech's head, making contact this time "About time I got a solid hit in!"
[Naruto, we're entering the stratosphere!] Nicole alerted them.
Eggman Nega snarled as he was able to regain control "Why you, take this!" the Egg King raised it arms above its head while leaning backwards, about to smash down on the ship but Naruto switched to his Air Aspect as strong gusts of wind now swirled around him "Aero Beast Swipe!" he crossed his arms with the winds swirling around them to form large beast paws, the blonde kitsune skillfully timed his parry to knock the arms away from the ship ten used Shadow Step to position himself in midair at the Egg King's head "Wind Assault!" he lunges at the head to strike with an arm covered with swirling wind.
Refusing to give in, the Egg King crossed its arms and lowered the mouthguard to fire a red laser which swept across the platform, triggering a trail of explosions afterwards with Naruto and Sonic having to used their speed and reflexes to avoid both the laser and the explosion. The Egg King wasn't done yet as it began deploying multiple cubed pods from its back which proceeded to hover above their heads and discharge twin bolts of electricity to trap them, Naruto switched back to his Lightning Aspect and raised a hand for the electricity to flow into it and increase his power "Lightning Storm!" he emitted a powerful lightning storm from his body to destroy the pods.
"Naruto, time for a Kickball Special!" Sonic called before revving up several times.
"Coming right up!" Naruto positioned himself behind the hedgehog and reared a leg back while channeling chakra into it "He shoots…!" he kicked Sonic, launching him with the velocity of a cannonball to slam into the Egg King's head "And it's a goal!" Sonic rebounded to land back on the platform with a smirk on his face.
Eggman Nega looked around with the systems alerting him that the operability of the Egg King is reducing rapidly before turning to the causes of it all being Naruto and Sonic who were smirking at him, the looks were more than enough to push his anger beyond its limit "I'll crush you both!" he proceeded to ram the mech against the ship wildly, making pieces of it fall apart with each collision.
[It's no use, I can't keep it airborne any longer!] said Nicole with worry.
"No surprise since he's having a temper tantrum right now," said Sonic, trying to keep his balance with the ship be rattled with each hit.
"Well I'm gonna put a stop to this, meet up with us up here!" said Naruto.
[Okay, I'll be coming over]
Naruto frowned at the incoming Egg King and created two shadow clones as they worked together to form a very large spiraling sphere of blue energy with one of the clones dispelling "This is it, Giant Rasengan!" he lunged at the mech to ram the variation of one of his signature jutsu into it, causing the machine to fall apart into many large pieces before using Shadow Step to reappear on the ship.

"Not bad, let's get outta here now that the show's over," said Sonic.
Naruto nodded in agreement "Couldn't have worded it better myself,"
"I'm here!" Nicole called out as she ran up to them, Naruto took the S.A.C and strapped it back to his waist while she went to her Faerie Form and sat on his hair.
"Let's go!"
Naruto and Sonic ran to the edge of the ship and leapt off, going into a freefall before Naruto called upon Dragoon to catch them and landed safely on the island. They looked to see the pieces of both the ship and the Egg King crash in the nearby shore.
"Heh, that was easy. Didn't even push us to use the Chaos Emeralds," said Sonic with a grin.
"Yeah," said Naruto.
"Sonic! Naruto!" they turned to see Tails along with the others, even Spicy was with them running towards them.
"Hey everyone!" said Sonic with a wave.
"You said you would come back," said Spicy with a small pout.
Naruto smiled apologetically at that "Sorry about that Spicy-chan, things kinda escalated to the point that the fight went all the way to space,"
"We got some time to know her, she's really nice," said Milla.
"Glad to hear that you're all getting along,"
Sonic and Tails were having a conversation when Knuckles suddenly spoke "Hey Sonic, I think you better split now,"
"What do you mean by that?" asked Sonic confusedly but paled upon hearing an all too familiar voice.
"Sonic!" Amy was dashing into view with Sonic locked in her sights.
"Aw shoot! Tails, Knuckles, Naruto! You take care of things here!" Sonic turned around and took off like a bat out of hell.
"Sonic, where are you going? Don't leave me!" Amy zipped by them while brandishing her Piko Piko Hammer.
"Will he be okay?" asked Spicy with concern and a bit of fear.
"He'll be fine, this happens a lot," said Naruto in amusement.
"So, what happens now?" asked Blaze.
"I think we should check on the status of the space-time continuum to see if there are any changes at the moment, we can do that at my lab," said Tails.
"In that case, I'll drop these girls. No doubt Carla and Lilac will be very worried about you two," said Naruto,
Milla and Wendy became nervous at the response they'll get when they return with Spicy looking at them in confusion. Naruto had them make physical contact with him before locking on to one of the Hirashin Seals at Tails' Lab before warping them towards it. he then warped himself and the girls to their home and boy did the girls get an earful from Lilac and Carla before welcoming a timid Spicy.
"…and that's what happened," Naruto finished explaining what occurred till now.
"That's pretty crazy, and here I thought one Eggman's bad enough," Carol muttered.
"So how are you guys going to fix the rift?" asked Lilac.
"Don't know yet, I'm heading over to Tails' lab to find out and meet up with Sonic, provided he manages to lose Amy again,"
Carol snickered "It always cracks me up every time I see that skit between them,"
"True, I'm heading over there now," Naruto began making his way out of the house and prepared to warp to the lab when he heard Kurama speak.
"Hey kid,"
"What's up Kurama?" asked Naruto mentally.
"I've been going over everything that happened and noticed that we had overlooked something," said Kurama.
"We did, what might that be?"
"I don't know exactly but it's on the tip of my tongue,"
"Well we got all the Chaos Emeralds, Blaze has all of the Sol Emeralds, and we defeated Eggman Nega…hang on, now I see what you mean," Naruto frowned in thought, then his eyes widened upon realizing certain implications "Oh no, this is bad," he quickly contacted Tails "Tails, is Blaze at the lab with you?"
[Not at the moment, she went out; saying that she wanted to clear her mind] Tails responded.
"Darn it, contact Sonic! We need to find her now!" said Naruto urgently
[Why? What's the matter?]
"After everything that happened, we forgot a small but important detail and that's…"
Blaze was currently in a rocky area after wandering from the lab and was looking up to the dark and cloudy sky with the rumbling echoes of thunder overhead.
"According to Tails, the disruption of the worlds has stopped but I can't seem to go back to my world, and how would we even change things back?" she was snapped out of her thoughts upon hearing an all too familiar and disliked voice.
"Mwa ha ha, a pity you cannot comprehend the power of the Sol Emeralds,"
"How could she when she's merely their guardian, how could she know that they're the key,"
"Those voices…Eggman and Eggman Nega!" said Blaze with a frown.
"Both of our worlds are in a manner inextricably linked!" said both Eggmans simultaneously.
"Like the two of you?"
"And both the Chaos Emeralds and the Sol Emeralds are in a manner like the North and South magnetic poles!"
"What do you mean by that?"
Eggman was the one to respond "Both sets of emeralds can be used like a pair of magnets to attract each other,"
Eggman Nega followed next "Or they can be used to repel the other,"
"In close proximity, the emeralds call out to each other,"
"And the power this would generate could destroy our worlds,"
"So, this is the power you were aiming for this whole time?" Blaze question while seeking for the doctors.
"Indeed, it pleases me to see that you now understand our pure genius," said Eggman Nega.
Blaze felt something appear from behind and was stunned to see a black silhouette of a mech right in front of her "What!?"
Naruto and Sonic were racing towards where he sensed Blaze and came upon a worrying sight, Blaze laid out on the ground with the Sol Emeralds scattered around and having lost their luster. Hovering above her is a mech resembling a bipedal lizard with bulky armor, a pink cockpit at the head with a fin blade on the top and large cannons on each arm, it also has a four-segmented tail in place of legs.
"Blaze!" Naruto rushed over to check on her.
"Darn, we were too late!" Sonic frowned at the condition of the feline and the Sol Emeralds before turning to glare at both doctors.
"Now that we have to the power of the Sol Emeralds, we'll use it to crush both of you," said Eggman.
"Then we take the power of the Chaos Emeralds and combine it with that of the Sol Emeralds to create our own dream dimension, an Eggman Land the likes of which no one have ever seen," said Eggman Nega with an evil smirk.
Sonic frowned "And you think we're gonna let that happen?"
"We're ready for you two, our ultimate mech; the Egg Salamander will crush you," said Eggman before they ascended through the rift in the sky as if throwing out a challenge to pursue them.
"Neko, please wake up," said Naruto with concern, Blaze let out a groan before opening her to look at them.
"I'm sorry, the Sol Emeralds have lost their power," Blaze sadly looked at the emeralds lying on the ground, beginning to fall to despair "Look, their luster…they look like ordinary stones. Some guardian I am,"
"That's not true at all!" Naruto strongly refuted; Blaze looked up in confusion then she heard someone call out to her.
"Blaze!" she turned to see Cream along with Wendy, Milla and Spicy. Naruto figured that the latter three must have followed after him and Sonic.
"Cream, Milla, Wendy!" said Blaze in surprise.
"We know that you've been trying to save all of us and you did!" said Milla.
"You're a nice person and a great friend!" said Wendy.
"Yeah, you tried to save both our worlds even when no one asked you to," Tails spoke next.
Sonic then spoke up "Along the way, you learnt to open up and trust others…becoming friends with them!"
"And you learnt to rely on them too, I saw very clearly when you were with Cream and the others during the times we met," said Amy with a wink.
"I think that's enough chitchat, we got some eggheads that need stopping," Knuckles walked up to them with his arms crossed.
"In spite of the short time together, I've already come to view you as a friend and wish to help you," said Nicole.
"You guys!" Blaze looked at everyone in wonder, they really want to be with her by their own free will.
"Neko, the Sol Emeralds chose you to be their guardian not just because you wouldn't use their power for evil but because of your strong heart and capability to cherish and protect what is precious even when you didn't realize that until now," said Naruto with a kind smile.
Sonic nodded in affirmation "He's right! As long as you have the power of friendship, the emeralds will never lose their glow!"
At his words, the Sol Emeralds began to radiate with their respective colors as they floated into the air and began to orbit around Blaze in a circle much to her surprise. The same could be said for the Chaos Emeralds which were floating around Sonic along with the red one from Naruto.
"The Sol Emeralds…," Blaze muttered in awe, she felt energy flow into her body; restoring and fueling her with even more power "It's warm,"
"It's obvious that they're responding to your heart and want to help you," said Naruto, he felt burning sensation building up from within him.
"Ready to do this together?" asked Sonic.
Naruto smirked in response with the burning feeling just pleading to be unleashed "Like ya need to ask,"
Sonic crossed his arms with his eyes closed in concentration then broke them apart with the Chaos Emeralds fusing with him as he transformed in Super Sonic as he hovered in the air, radiating a golden flaming aura.
Blaze raised a hand into the air with the Sol Emeralds spinning around her with increasing speed before fusing with her. Her lavender fur has now become pink, the tip of her tail now red with the same for her tailcoat with a golden rim. The shoes and cuffs of her white have turned to magenta flames which slightly move up her sleeves and leggings, and lastly is covered in a flaming red aura. She has become Burning Blaze!
Naruto formed a handsign with a deep exhale as his body burst forth with blue flames which calmly receded to reveal his fur had changed color from rustic orange to ocean blue, his hands, feet and the tips of his tails where engulfed in foxfire which burned intensely with multiple wisps of foxfire flew around him. Naruto opened his eyes to reveal blue flames emitting from it, concealing both the irises and pupils. He has become one with his flame and unleashed his Azure Drive!
Naruto glanced at Sonic and Blaze "Let's go guys!"
"Let's do it!" said Sonic with a smirk.
Blaze nodded in affirmation "It's time,"
The trio looked upwards before ascending towards the rift and going through it in pursuit of the doctors with everyone looking on, hoping that they would be able to put end to all this once and for all.

"There they are!" Naruto quickly caught sight of the Eggmans ahead of them.
"Let's get em!" Sonic flew at them with Naruto and Blaze following after him.
Eggman saw them approach from the distance and sneered "So you came after all, a foolish decision which will cost you! Take this!" he took aim with the arm cannons and began firing large blue beams of energy towards them.
The trio took evasive action to avoid getting hit by the energy whilst having to deal with the asteroids obstructing their approach by going around them or smashing right through with Sonic and Blaze grabbing rings along the way to maintain their super forms until finally reaching their target. Eggman deployed a pair of blue satellites which moved around while firing rotating lasers, forcing them to dodge the incoming energy beams.
Sonic had an idea and waited for one of the satellites to move in front of him before performing a Super Boost to ram into it, launching it to collide with the Egg Salamanders cockpit. Naruto quickly caught and zipped towards the second satellite with a leg reared back before kicking it to hit the cockpit as well. The Egg Salamander recovered from the hits and took aim with its arm cannons before rapidly firing green energy bullets in their direction, Naruto and Sonic took to deflecting the incoming barrage with punches and kicks while reflecting some of them back at the mecha then the latter went into his spinball form and slammed to send it flying back.
"Take this!" the Egg Salamander locked on to the trio and deployed a salvo of homing missiles towards them. Naruto floated in front of them with a glare "I don't think so, Star Ball Attack!" he summons his Star Ball from his chest as to hover before him then points his middle and index fingers forwards for the Star Ball to emit blue azure flames before shooting forward like a comet, he proceeded to trace his fingers rapidly in the air with the flaming Star Ball following the direction in perfect sync and ricocheting off the incoming missiles "Now burst!" Naruto twisted his fingers which triggered the Spirit Ball to release an explosion of foxfire to destroy them before returning to fuse with his body.
"And here's payback, Super Sonic Storm!" Sonic performed an aerial spin dash to launch several golden shockwaves to strike the mecha several times.
Eggman Nega then spoke up "That's enough, I shall deal with these miscreants!" the Egg Salamander underwent a transformation as it turned its entire body upside down, the arm cannons changed to thin arms with three sharp claws which gave the overall frame a slender appearance.
"Allow me," Blaze took to the offense to face the Egg Salamander which began swiping its claws at her, she took to evade the attacks with swift and graceful movements akin to that of a dancer before going into a counterattack "Fire Claw!" she dashed forward while spinning horizontally with her right claw forward like a flaming drill to strike and followed up with another "Burning Scarlet Bullet!" she thrusts her hands forward to launch a barrage of fireballs.
"Why you little!" Eggman Nega lashed out and managed to grab Blaze with one of his claws "Now I'll crush you!" he began to squeeze her within his grasp "Hey hands off her, Kitsune Tail Inferno!" Naruto charged in and spun round with his tails enlarging in size and striking the Egg Salamander with great force to make it let go of Blaze who was quick to retaliate as she channeled the fiery energy within "Razing Pyro Cannon!" she thrust her arms forward to launch a large orb of roaring flames which unleashed a fiery explosion upon impact, sending the mecha.
"That's it, be gone from my sight!" Eggman Nega reared a claw back before wiping it to create a spatial rift into a dark void that began to suck everything in sight like the rings and asteroids into it.
"Whoa, it's trying to pull us in!" said Sonic in tension.
"Pretty obvious that we need to get away from it!" Naruto said with a frown.
Blaze nodded in affirmation "To think the power of the Sol Emeralds could be capable of such a feat,"
The trio took to resisting the suction of the void with Sonic using his Super Sonic Boost, Blaze with her Burning Fire Boost, and Naruto strongly projecting jets of foxfire from his hands and feet while avoiding the asteroids that were heading their way until the rift finally closed up.
"Now it's our turn, Foxfire Skulk Rush!" Naruto launched multiple wisps of blue flames to take on the forms of one-tailed foxes which lunged to pummel the Egg Salamander with a barrage of tackles.
"I'll take it from here!" said Eggman, making the Egg Salamander transform into its previous form while taking control of the mecha and making energy swords protract from the arm cannons as he lunged at the trio "I'll slice you all in half!" he swung the blades with Naruto and the others dodging the slashes and not getting hit "Super Sonic Rocket!" Sonic dashed at the Egg Salamander with a flying kick to knock it back a fair distance away from them with Blaze following up on it "Fiery Phoenix Swoop!" she dives forward with a flying drop kick and arms spread with the flames appearing as an avian attacking with its talons outstretched from above to land a hit "Foxfire Punch!" Naruto was the last to attack, flying at the mecha with a fist reared and the foxfire taking on the shape of a howling vulpine around it before landing a powerful hit which Egg Salamander in a critical condition.
"I think this is it, you guys ready?!" said Sonic with determination.
"Yes, it's time," Blaze nodded in affirmation.
"Let's put an end to this!" said Naruto.
Eggman Nega is in disbelief of what's happening right now "My incredibly profound plans, a small miscalculation is all that I made in them. It's not over yet, just give me a little more time and I'll-,"
"Enough of your babbling! See, they're here!" Eggman interrupted in a panic.
Sonic and Blaze charged forward together and spiraled around each other with increasing speed and power, Naruto transformed himself into foxfire and swirled around them in a vortex of azure flames before slamming right into the Egg Salamander, destroying it in a large explosion and decisively ending the battle.

Sonic and Naruto faced Blaze as they hovered in the void with the doctors nowhere in sight, then the former spoke up.
"I guess this is it," said Sonic.
Blaze quietly nodded "…yes, it is,"
"The rift will close and the forced fusion of both worlds will be undone," said Naruto, feeling saddened at what will come next.
"I've got to return to my world as well, the Chaos Emeralds and the Sol Emeralds cannot exist in the same world. It would cause another crisis,"
"Then it's time to say goodbye, Cream and the others will miss you," said Sonic with a sad smile, knowing that the young rabbit really likes Blaze.
"Same for Milla and Wendy," Naruto added.
"I first came to this world as a stranger, I think it's best that I leave the same way," said Blaze.
Naruto was quick to refute that "That's not true, you may have appeared here as a stranger but you'll leave as a friend. No matter how far apart we are, the fact that you formed bonds with us will always remain in your heart no matter what,"
"He's not wrong," said Sonic with a smirk.
"…I see, thank you," Blaze smiled at them.
Sonic stretched out a hand for a handshake "See ya later Blaze,"
Blaze looked at the hand before taking it in hers with Naruto placing his hand on both "…again,"
"Our bond will definitely reunite us Neko," said Naruto with a smile.
There was a bright flash of white light which began to expand throughout the void and a certain force started to pull them apart, Sonic and Naruto held on to Blaze for as long as they could before finally letting go to be pulled away to their respective worlds.
Blaze was currently flying through the clouds of her world while thinking back to everything that happened "My inherent power of fire was never a curse, I had blocked everyone out due to my duty to protect the Sol Emeralds and role as a princess which almost put my world in danger, but then…,"
"…just be your true self and don't be afraid to accept help from your friends," Naruto's voice echoed in her thoughts.
"Naruto Uzumaki,"
"Neko, the Sol Emeralds chose you to be their guardian not just because you wouldn't use their power for evil but because of your strong heart and capability to cherish and protect what is precious even when you didn't realize that until now,"
Blaze raised a hand to look at what she's which is a three-pronged kunai with intricate inked markings on the handle. Suddenly, set of memories flowed into her mind which took her completely by surprise. She saw a memory of meeting Naruto at a beachside, fighting him in a mountainous area, fighting a fiery being along with him and a silver hedgehog with psychic powers, and sacrificing herself.
"These memories…did I really experience all that, was that why he acted so familiar with because we met before. I'll have to ask him the next time we meet…but I now know why he calls me Neko," said Blaze thoughtfully before smiling in the end before flying away.
Naruto and Sonic finally returned to their world where they found the others and took note of Cream, Wendy and Milla looking very sad with an idea as to the reason why while approaching them.
"Hey guys, you did it!" said Tails happily.
"Had my doubts but you proved me wrong," said Knuckles in a joking manner.
"I expected no less from my dear Sonic," Amy swooned with Sonic sweatdropping.
"Blaze has gone back to her world, hasn't she?" asked Cream sadly.
"Yeah," said Sonic.
"Will we ever see her again?" asked Wendy.
"Actually, there's something you need to know," said Naruto.
Milla tilted her head in confusion "What is it?"
Naruto and Sonic beckoned the three girls to come closer and whispered something that only they could hear, whatever was said made them happy to the point of hugging the both of them. Knuckles, Tails, Amy and Nicole may not know exactly what it is but were glad that the worst is over now. Everyone now gazed at the horizon, feeling at peace now that the world is once more safe for themselves and the ones they care about.
This is Hussbek online with the latest, we now come to an end of the Sonic Rush arc with Sonic, Naruto and Blaze saving their worlds from being destroyed by Eggman and Eggman Nega before returning with the promise to meet again.
The next chapter will be an OC chapter of sorts before going into the next arc which might come as a bit of a surprise to some of you. Be sure to read and review like always.
