CHAPTER 26 LETS COMPARMISE
After Irina and Xenovia left rias and the others deicide to stay in the clubhouse after dark tension was still somewhat in the air given what's happened. After a while Kiba starts to walk towards the door
Rais: where do you think you're going Kiba?
Kiba: ...
Rias: you do realize I will never permit you to leave me, remember your still part of the house of Gremory
Kiba: ...*sighs* I know president...and I'm sorry.
And he walks out the door.
Rias: Kiba!
He ignores her and still walks out the door leaving rias with a sad expression.
Asia: ...oh no...he left...
Yu: he...just needs space and time to clear his head he'll be ok.
He says while holding her hand.
Asia: I hope so.
After that rias pretty much told everyone to go home which most did but wanted to bring issei and Asia somewhere which they followed
Issei: uhhh senpai where are we going?
Yu: somewhere we can all talk cause we really need to
Both issei and Asia were not entirely sure what he was talking about, but they still followed anyway. after a bit of walking, they find themselves at the fountain where they found out about Asia's history.
Issei: uhhh senpai? what are we doing here?
Yu sits down on one of the benches and motions them both to sit with him.
Yu: come sit both of you.
Without much second thought they both sit with him. Asia's siting in between them obviously
Yu: *sighs* after what happened today, there are some things we need to talk about especially about...us.
Issei: us?
Yu gently holds Asia's hand.
Yu: ...when Xenovia was saying all those things about you, to you, at you...I...I just got so...upset...no not upset I was angry more than angry I was Fiorios, and seeing how her words were affecting you only made it worse.
After a second he looks over to issei.
Yu: and I assume you were feeling the same thing right issei?
Issei: ...*sighs* yea very much, it was pretty much your situation with my friend's and senpai...I just couldn't stand how those two girls were just slandering Asia with lame ass rumors especially from people who abandoned you, Asia.
Issei also gently holds Asia's other hand.
Asia: ...issei...
Yu: ...Asia...I want you to know that i meant what i said in that room cause i honestly can't lie to myself about it.
He gently squeezes her hand.
Yu: I love you, Asia.
Asia: *gasp* ...y-Yu...
Issei however looks down.
Yu: issei...don't you also have something to say?
Issei: huh? ...well, ummm...
Asia: ...issei?
Issei: I...well...*sighs* of course I love you I mean who wouldn't your kind, caring, patient, and really pretty...it...it's just *sighs* you gotta admit this isn't a normal situation I mean I never thought I would have to share my first girlfriend with another guy...uhhh..a great guy for sure!...but...*sighs* well I guess it makes sense when it comes to me...
Both Yu and Asia were confused by that statement
Yu: huh? what do you mean?
Issei: well...the first that I ever actually thought someone liked me for me but in the end, she just used me as bait...
Yu: ...
Asia: oh issei...
Issei: *sighs* and then when the most cutest and sweetest girl comes along telling me she's my girlfriend but it turns out I have to share her with a guy that's so much better than me in every way *inner speech* and I'm pretty sure Akeno's no different I'm pretty sure she just used me as a way to get her rocks off at that moment it's not like anything more will come of it.
Yu: ,,,,issei...
Asia: ...
Issei: I..I'm sorry I...
And issei suddenly feels arms wrapped around him. he looks and see its Asia.
Asia: I...I had no idea this was how you were feeling...issei I'm so sorry.
Yu: I'm sorry to issei I'm mean I had some idea you were feeling a little jealous...but I didn't know I was hurting you that much...I'm sorry.
Issei: no no its ok really I...I probably shouldn't have said anything.
Yu: no issei you have the to be honest that's why we're here to be open and honest about us, our relationship, and how we go forward.
Issei: forward huh?...well I...
Yu: its ok issei, you can say what you want.
Asia: if you want more of my attention, or affection I'll gladly give it to you, I'm not Raynare I'm not lying when I say I love you issei you don't need to be some big hero in shining armor or even a person with great power or strength.
She hugs issei tighter.
Asia: ill still love you no matter what.
issei: r-really? you really do mean that?
Asia: of course...but also if that's not enough...you can...
issei: huh?
Yu: she's saying you don't have to be her boyfriend anymore; you also have that choice if you don't like the idea of both of us being with her.
Issei: ...!
Asia: ..y-yea...don't worry ill...I live with your choice.
She says that yet every part of her being was hoping he wouldn't make that choice.
Issei: ...*inner speech* ...not going to lie part of me thinks I should, just get the inevitable out way early...*sighs* but that's a cowards way out and I'm already assuming things will go bad when...when they can be really good...but do I wanna take that risk?
His mind then flashes to the night he went fishing with the middle-aged man.
Middle aged man: stressing about the worse that could happen is a waste of time, just as long as you keep calm and keep looking forward things will change for the better, you'll see.
Issei: ...ok
Asia: ...huh?
Issei: look like i said before this situation isn't anywhere normal...but I love Asia as much as Yu dose I'm guessing?
Yu: yea I do
Issei: then...
He holds Asia's hand.
issei: then I don't see why to change things now.
Asia: *gasps* r-really?
Issei: yeah, and you said it yourself you're not Raynare I know that for sure.
She hugs issei nearly crying.
Asia: oh, issei you...you have no idea how happy this makes me.
Issei hugs her back smiling gently.
Issei: Hehe yea me to
Issei then looks at Yu.
Issei: and I know this will sound weird coming from me, but I think we should have like a schedule or some kind of system in place cause I don't want to feel any more jealousy or anything like that towards either of you, your practically my best friend Yu.
Yu: ...issei..i...*chuckles* me to issei and your right, we'll talk more about later.
Issei: well, I did say that i would take Asia on a date this Sunday if that's ok with you two.
Asia: *giggles* of course
Yu: yea that fine I don't mind...wait weren't going to karaoke with your friend's?
Issei: yea I also wanted Asia to come along to and after that I'm planning something else that's just for us.
Asia blushes hearing that.
Asia: r-really?
Yu: ...huh...well ok then
Issei: but...how about the three of us just sit here together for a while longer.
Yu: Hehe yea I don't mind.
Asia: *sighs* me neither
And the three of them sat together holding each other tightly looking Apon the stars seeing a bright future ahead of them. however, there is another individual looking Apon the stars, an orange haired young girl siting bare naked in a little pool inside a broken church.
Irina: *sighs* what am I doing? I mean know what I'm doing i just...*sighs* and here you are talking to yourself again...gezz what is wrong with me?
Xenovia: you sure you want that answer?
Xenovia comes in also naked walking into the pool with Irina.
Irina: and what's that supposed to mean?
Xenovia: *sighs* nothing just hurry up and get cleaned already.
Irina: yeesh what's up with you THIS time?
Xenovia: oh, I don't know how about the fact that we pretty much lost all the money we had to a conman!
Irina: hey! that was not my fault! you were right there when it happened!
Xenovia: *sighs* I know i know...*whispers* but for the love of God why did I have to pair with this one?
Even Tho she was whispering Irina still managed to hear that, they pretty much stayed in awkward silence for a minute until both their stomachs started to rumble.
Xenovia: *sighs* and OfCourse we have no way of getting any food.
Irina: well, we could threaten people from other religions to give us money.
Xenovia: hmm not a bad idea, well if were going that far we might as well steal from other temples offering boxes or something like that instead.
Irina: oh, yea you're that could be totally easier.
Xenovia: ...no no we can't do that.
Irina: huh?..oh yea your right that wouldn't be very nice, would it?
Both their stomach rumbled again
Irina: *groans*
Xenovia: *groans*
It's the next day after school by now and Yu, issei, and Asia were hanging out in a pathway by the sports field, along with both of issies friend's and that purvey girl for some reason.
Aika: *giggles* congratulations I'm gonna karaoke with you all!
Issei: uhhh why?
Aika: ummm how about some gratitude instead of a pointless question!
Issei: *sighs* fine whatever
Motohama: hey Asia you're coming to, right? hehehe
Asia: well yea if both Yu and issei are going then so am i
Matsuda: AWW HELL YEA GIRL!
Yu: *sigh* not very good at seeing the obvious, are they?
Issei: nope not really
Asia: hmm? hey what's wrong you two.
But just as she asked that someone else came right up to her, held her hand and answered.
Saji: oh, nothing at all my lovely Asia but be careful not to let all their losrness rub off on you.
Yu and issei didn't even bother him or what he said cause they both know it meant nothing to them and to her.
Asia: ...uhhhh hi Saji
She awkwardly moved her hand away and stood in between her two boys.
Saji: hmm still sideing with those two huh? well whatever you honestly don't know what you're missing.
Matsuda: YO you better watch it!
Motohama: student council secretary or not you need to back up mofo!
Saji: *chuckles* such aggression this is what I'm talking about Asia.
And then he just walks off.
Issei: huh hey senpai I think I might have an idea.
Yu: oh yea? lay it on me.
Over on the field Koneko can see Yu and issei talking about something...and Yu face palming in regret.
Koneko: hmmm
Later that day Yu and issei were sitting at a cafe waiting for someone.
Issei: huh this place is pretty nice, and you said you actually talked to kalawarner here?
Yu: yep, she pretty told me her whole tragic story here.
Issei: what was that tragic story anyway?
Yu: uhhh I don't think that my story to tell.
Issei: oh, yea good point
Saji: hey! hyoudou narukami!
Issei: yeesh finally took you long enough.
Saji: well sorry but I more important things to do first.
Yu: *groans* you still think this is a good idea?
Issei: yea we don't really have many other options.
Saji: well then go ahead out with it losers why am I here?
And issei told him everything on what's going on and why he needed him...and you can pretty much guess what reaction he had.
Saji: OH, HELL NO! ARE YOU SERIOUS?
Issei: as a five-hour boner dude!
Yu: I...ok first off see a doctor for that issei, and second believe I wasn't exactly keen on this either but for some reason issei thinks your useful so I'm trusting him on this.
Saji: like I give a danm! the both of you are insane! don't you realize that both of our presidents will punish us all just being involved, it won't matter if you two are still humans Rias will defiantly do something to you guy and sitri-san might do something even worse, rias is stricted but she's way more reasonable then Sona, Sonas a black hearted sadistic dominatrix that definitely gets off on people groveling to her, and your telling me you want me to go behind her back!? for what? for some whiny devil boy that ran away screw that and screw him!
*BANG*
A fist slams on the table scaring both issei and Saji.
Yu: shut. the hell. up and calm the hell down.
A large aura of blue fire erupts around Yu and as he talked his was very deep and demanding.
Issei: uhhhh id do what he says Saji if you heard anything about what happened to riser you don't want to make him angry.
Saji: *groans* alright...fine
Yu: now first off if your so scared about being caught then we make sure that we don't get caught, and if we somehow do it's not a problem Rias can't and won't touch either of us like you said she's reasonable and ill reason with her and if she's not then I have friends who are more...persuasive.
Saji looks over to issei who nods.
Saji: ...okayyy
Yu: and if worried about Sona I'll talk to her to let you off easy.
Saji: HA, you really think you can do that?
Yu: uhhh yea I do
Saji: ...your serious?
Yu: well not as a five-hour boner but yea

Koneko: *sighs* danm position compromised.
After the sudden reveal she pretty much sat with the boys.
issei: uhhh how long have you been there Koneko?
Koneko: since you and narukami got here.
Issei: you were...wait...did you-
Koneko: I heard everything.
she says that looking at Yu.
Koneko: normally I would report back to lady rias about this.
Yu: ...buuut?
Koneko: *sighs* but i to a very large extent agree with issei in wanting to help Kiba even if it means I have to keep this a secret from rias and Akeno
Issei: oh, uhhh ok then I guess.
Koneko: ...also
She looks at Yu again.
Koneko: you honestly kind of scare me.
Yu: huh? i scare you?
Koneko: yes, and i very much don't want you of all people to direct your anger on me I've seen what happens to people who do that.
Yu: uhhh ok then, anyway, back to wanting to help Kiba
Issei: right, so I was thinking there maybe some way to cooperate with Irina and Xenovia
Koneko: you really want to cooperate with the church?
Issei: I mean it makes sense, don't it? they say themselves that they would rather destroy the swords then let the fallen angels have them.
Yu: but the real question is will they feel the same? our interests maybe aligned a bit that doesn't guarantee a real alliance.
Issei: yea that maybe true but we still have to try, don't we? I don't want to lose a friend like Kiba over this.
Yu: *sighs* yea me neither
Koneko: hmmm it is true that they'll stop at nothing to get the holy swords back in the churches hand, but that might not go into our favor.
Issei: even so, Kiba wants to get his revenge by defeating Excalibur, the church wants the swords back no matter what the costs, it's like you said before senpai their goals might be different, but they do have the same result.
Yu: yea it should by that logic
Koneko: well even so it still won't be easy getting them both to cooperate.
Issei: I still think we should try anyway I'm giving up on Kiba, I can't.
Yu: and this might actually be our only option we don't get much else.
Koneko: mmmm well we still need to find both those girls and Kiba somehow.
Yu: I might have a plan on finding Kiba but let's find those girls first.
Issei: yea it might go a lot easier if somehow convinced them first, alright let's go.
And the three of them left the cafe to search for Irina and Xenovia even Tho Saji still wasn't too thrilled in doing this.
Saji: *groans* I wanna go home.
Koneko: quit your whining already.
Saji: but seriously you all already know what to do and you're all plenty strong enough on your own so why am I here?
Issei: your here because the stronger we are the better
Saji: but you have him.
He points to Yu.
Saji: he's a summoner, isn't he? and you said he defeated riser.
Issei: yea but that still doesn't guarantee anything we still need all the help we can get even if it's yours

Issei: but man, where are those two? i thought it would be a bit easier to find them.
Yu: well, it's not like we're going to run up to a couple of White hooded prayers on main street.

...a drop of sweat dropped from everyone's heads.
Yu: ...and I stand corrected.
After that...very awkward interaction they brought the two girls to a restaurant to feed them. and feed them they did they pretty much ordered everything on the menu. but they just declared they've made a "sinfull" act by taking food from a bunch of devils and their "worshipers"...I know annoying. but anyway, after some arguing and persuading, they eventually agreed to work with them but first they need to find Kiba which yu had an idea how.
Yu: PERSONA!
Emerging behind him is a large, fierce and majestic looking white tiger.
Byakko: *roars* what do you wish of me master?
Issei: whoa I didn't know you also had a tiger! and it can talk.
Koneko: that is pretty dope.
Yu shows him a piece of cloth.
Yu: I need your help to find Kiba
Byakko now looks at him both annoyed and disappointed.
Byakko: ...master...
Yu: I know I know this is both disrespectful and demeaning and this isn't something you should be doing but I really need your help with this.
Byakko: grrrrrr
Yu: ill buy a few pounds of steak for youuuuu
Byakko: ...! hmmmm alright bring it here.
Byakko took a few sniffs of the cloth and sniffed around trying to find a scent.
Xenovia: *sighs* are we really gonna have to rely on your pet tiger to find the stray devil?
Bayakko: *growls loudly*
Yu: *sighs* he's not my pet he's a really good friend and ally
Irina: it called you master Though
Yu: yea, that's something I can't change, now quite both of you and let him focuse
Bayakko continued to sniff the air looking for Kiba's sent. And eventually he did. Discreetly following behind they eventually found Kiba standing Infront of a fountain
Issei: There he is! YO KIBA!
Kiba: hmm? Issei? Yu?...and those two?
Yu: hmm so this is where you went, thanks bayakko you can return now
Bayakko bows and returns to Yu's soul
Kiba: *sighs* what are you doing here? I told you I wanted to be alone
Yu: yea and we gave you all night but now we need to talk
Issei: look Kiba we may have found a way for everybody here to get what they want
Kiba: oh? How so?
Yu and issei explain their plan and their temporary agreement with Xenovia and Irina
Kiba: I see...but I'm still quite skeptical that someone who can wiled an Excalibur would approve of their destruction
Xenovia: hmm speaking of disappointing, didn't you recently abandon your place in the house of Gremory?
Kiba: grrr what's it to you?
Xenovia: well since you're a stray now
She starts to pullout her sword
Xenovia: we could very well execute you if you'd like
A spell symbol appears on kibas hand
Kiba: your very welcomed to try if you like
But before anything happened Yu and issei got in front of them
Yu: HEY ENOUGH ALL OF YOU!
Issei: Yea, we're trying to cooperate here if you haven't forgotten!
Yu: just calm down and we'll all talk like we said we would
After a few seconds Xenovia finally speaks
Xenovia: humph fine, listen you obviously resent what the holy sword project did I completely understand
The spell symbol on kibas hand disappears
Kiba: oh really? Hm that almost sound rich coming from someone like you
Yu: yea it doses but believe me she means what she says she told us herself
Kiba: hmmm...
Xenovia: that incident is viewed with great repugnance by those of us currently among the church as well, we know and that is why the person responsible was punished ex communicated
Irina: Mmhm his name is galaley valpor
Kiba: ….!
Irina: he's also known as the archbishop of annihilation
Kiba: …...grrr
Yu: hm?
Kiba: …...to think I'd have to hear that name again
Yu: you know this person Kiba?
Kiba: humph yea I know valpor, it was all him he was the one responsible

Xenovia: that's right, it's not uncommon for there to be collusion among those who've been banded by the church and God himself, there's a high possibility that valpor is involved with what's going on now as well
Kiba: hmmm well after hearing all that it seems there's no reason not to cooperate, I see that now
Irina: *giggles* yay! Then I guess it's been decided
Xenovia looks over at Yu and issei
Xenovia: as for you two, we shall return the favor for the food someday red dragon emperor hyoudo and human summoner narukami
Irina giggles, gives them a wink and walks off with Xenovia. Both Yu and issei let out a heavy sigh of relief
Issei: well, that was both intense and close
Yu: yea you got that right
Issei: but in the end it worked out that's good news, right?
Saji: grrrr I guess *inner speech* I just hope that Yu guy stays true to what he said cause if...no WHEN they find out about this...
He hears in the distances a very large crack of a whip
Saji: *shivers*
Issei: hey you alright Saji?
Saji: y-yea I'm fine
Kiba: issei yu-kun everyone listen, I want you all to stay out of this
Issei: WHAT!?
Koneko: huh?
Saji: *whispers* yes
Yu: *groans* not this again Kiba...
Kiba: no Yu, I mean it this time *sighs* listen I'm very grateful more than I've been in my life for you guys have done and doing for me...but this is different what's going on here is my revenge not any of yours, this is not your fight or your problem to be involved anymore
Issei: WELL TO FREAKEN LATE FOR THAT GENIUSE! If you hadn't noticed were already involved!
Kiba: AND I TOLD ALL TIME AGAIN NOT TO! You weren't there...you weren't there to witness what happened to my commands to my only friends in life! I can't just-
And Yu just decks Kiba square in the face knocking him on his ass surprising everyone
Kiba: ...Yu...
Issei: ...s-senpai?
Yu: listen I already gave you enough reason why "we" WE are your friends and why we are doing this specifically for you, you selfish Asswhole!
Kiba: ...Yu...I just-
Yu: I don't care what your reason you are I don't want to hear them! How about for once a fucking thank you!

Issei: senpais right Kiba I frankly don't care how much you don't want us involved I'm your friend and I'm gonna do whatever it takes to bring you back
Koneko walks up to the fallen Kiba
Koneko: Kiba...ever sense you were brought to Ria's house I...i always saw you as my brother that we were family
Kiba: …...Koneko...
Koneko: so why?...why do you want to abandon your family so much? I...don't want to be abandoned again...
Kiba: …...
Yu holds out his hand to pick Kiba back up which he doses
Issei: and speaking of rias what about her? Have you thought about at all on how you're making her feel right now?
Kiba: …...president Rias...of course...
And Kiba goes into more detail on what happened the night he was recruited. How the man named valpor not only tortured many young kids but also slaughtered those that were considered failure's...all in the name of alchemical science. When the project was considered an inevitable failure, they filled the room with poisonous determined to kill whatever children were left. The young kids did everything they could to get Kiba out...even though their fate was sealed. After running in the cold snow for what seemed like forever being chased by the people of the project. After while Kiba soon succumbed to the poison and couldn't keep going...he was about to die...like the comrades who gave their all to help him escape...but no he couldn't, he can't...he couldn't just die there...not after everything his friends did to help him...he had...to keep going
Kiba: that's when and where I met rias in all her majesty, she...she gave me another chance to keep going to one day avenge all those that died because of the holy swords
Yu: …...Kiba...I'm so sorry
Kiba: no Yu you were right they all were my friends...but so are you and issei and rias as well *sighs* how could I forget that...*sighs* ok if you all are willing, I'd be very grateful to have your support
Issei: HELL YEA!
Yu: of course, I'm willing
Koneko: I guess I could help you out
Everyone looks towards Saji...who's surprisingly sobbing
Saji: *sobs* oh Kiba my dude I had no idea you had such a tragic and traumatic backstory! grrrr to hell with Sona and her punishments I don't care anymore! Narukami, hyoudou tell me what you need I'm at your disposal
Issei: uhhhh thanks dude
Yu: uhhh yeaaa no problem
Kiba looked at the three of them and gave a little smile, then he felt a small tug on his shirt
Kiba: hmm? Koneko?
Koneko: …...don't be so stupid next time, ok? I would really be very sad if you weren't with us Kiba
Koneko: ….I...hmmm right don't worry Koneko, I will never abandon you and thank you it...it really means a lot
Koneko nods,
Kiba: *whispers* ….Yu...issei...thank you...my friend's
