Yu's POV
It's been 4 years since... well, everything.
I met Youske and Chie, then Yukiko, and everyone else. We stopped a series of murders, found out about a TV world, and fought a god.
That was a pretty good year.
About a year after that, I decided I wanted to live in Inaba with my friends, and quite a lot has changed. Chie is in the middle of police academy, Yukiko is almost ready to take over her family's inn, Naoto is working with the Kirijo Group as Mitsuru's partner, Teddie still works at Junes, Youske is the manager, Rise has really grown as an idol, and Kanji has actually opened his own knitting shop.
They all know what they want to do with their lives, but I'm still unsure, all I know is that I wanna stay close to them.
Nanako is in junior high. She's growing up so fast! She still calls me big bro though.

Oh, my phone is going off. It's Youske.
"Hey Youske, what's up?"
"What's up? Teddie is what's up, man. He's freaking out, saying we all need to meet."
"I mean, I can, but Rise and Naoto are both out of town."
"Rise is meant to come back tomorrow. But I need you to try calling Naoto; she'll listen to you."
"Is it really that urgent?"
"Yeah. By the way Teddie is freaked out, it really is."
"Alright, I'll do what I can."
"Thanks, partner."
After all this time, he still calls me partner.
I searched through my contacts and found Naoto. I haven't texted her for a while because when she's on a case, she needs to stay focused.
But when push comes to shove, I know she'll be there when we need her. I hit the call button.
Nothing.
Oh she's calling me back.
"Hey senpai, what's up?"
"It's Teddie. Apparently, something has got him freaked out. He apparently wants to see us."
"I mean, I would, but Mitsuru wants to see me today, and she said it's urgent. It could be another case."
"I understand. I'll tell Teddie you can't make it, but call me when you can, okay?"
"I will. Goodbye, senpai."
I don't wanna push this, it could be nothing.
"Big broooo I'm backkk!"
Nanako runs to hug me, and I pick her up.
"How was school?"
"It was fun; I relearned how to make chocolate."
Memories of Valentine's Day flash through my mind...
Bad memories.
"Oh... that's uh- great, Nanako..."
"Yup! But the one I made for you fell on the floor, so I don't have any left."
Oh thank God.
"That's okay, Nanako. Maybe another time."
"Yup I'm going to make a delicious chocolate for you big bro!"
"I look forward to it."
I lie.
"Tomorrow is Saturday. What are you doing?"
"I think I'm going to meet my friends at Junes tomorrow."
"Ooooo, I wish I could come, but I have to go to school tomorrow."
"Next time, we'll throw a party to celebrate."
"That's great but... celebrate what?"
"Your birthday, of course!"
"YAYYYYY!"
A little over one week from now, October 4th, I gotta plan.
Tomorrow, the gang and I meet at Junes. As always, their song plays: "Everyday's great at your Junes."
"Wow, partner, I never expected you to sing."
Oh shoot, he heard that?
I turn around and see everyone except Naoto.
Chie: "Wow, we should send him to Hollywood."
Me: "It's not a big deal; it just gets stuck in your head."
Yukiko: "So, why are we here anyway? Youske-kun, you said it was important."
Youske: "It is! At least that's what Teddie told me."
Teddie hasn't said a word, but he looks really worried.
Teddie: "Guys, we have a beaaary big problem."
Me: "What is it?"
A voice behind me answered for him.
Naoto: "The fog has returned."
