Ren's POV

Yuki: "So that was the key to the door of my memories."

Me: "It would seem so."

I'm glad he has his memory back. I remember when I lost mine.

Morgana: "The arcana is the means by which all is revealed? That sounds important, how did you know what to say?"

Me: "I think Lavenza told me, when I put my hand through the TV, I'm positive I heard her voice."

Makoto: "Lavenza is in there? Is that the velvet room?"

Me: "No... I don't know, but I don't think so."

Ryuji: "I guess the only way to know is to actually get in there, huh?"

Ann: "ARE YOU CRAZY?!"

Me: "I'm with Ryuji on this one. If Lavenza is in there, she might need our help."

Haru: "I'm in. I'm done running away."

Youske: "Me as well."

Futaba: "Well, if you guys are doing it."

Morgana: "I'm with Ren till the end."

Makoto: "W-well I guess I'll come too, cmon Ann."

Ann: "UGHHHH fine, but we need to bring our supplies."

Futaba: "Good idea, I've got them at home, can everyone help me bring them?"

Did you guys forget about-

Yuki: "I'm not going."

Him?

Makoto: "I'm sorry, Yuki-kun. We got distracted. Now that you have your memories back, is there something you need to do?"

Yuki: "I need to get back to my team; I've been gone for six years."

Six years? I can't even imagine what that's like, losing six years of your life.

Ryuji: "Woah man, what happened?"

Yuki looks reluctant to say. That means it must be pretty bad, or personal, but considering the fact that he's a Persona user, it's probably both.

Ann: "You don't have to tell us, do you need to call anyone?"

Yuki: "Yeah."

I give him my phone, he tries several different numbers but all of them, nothing.

Me: "Sorry, Yuki. Maybe they'll pick up later?"

Futaba: "Maybe I can track them down for you?"

Yuki: "No, it's okay. Don't you have to do your mission?"

Me: "You're more important, Yuki. Let us help you."

He gives the slightest smile.

Yuki: "Thanks, it's good to have friends."

He then turns around and does the last thing I expected him to do. He puts his hand inside the TV!

Yuki: "Elizabeth?"

Did he hear someone in there too? Who is Elizabeth?

Yuki: "On second thought, I will come with you."

What did he hear in there?

Futaba: "Okay? Let's go grab our stuff."

20 minutes later, we've gotten our things, and Youske had an extra katana, so he gave it to Yuki, who seems quite used to this.

After we tell Sojiro we're going out, we head in.

Me: "Alright, let's go."

I hear the familiar piano of the velvet room.

"Welcome to the Velvet Room."

"My name is Igor. I am delighted to see you again."

"This place exists between dream and reality, mind and matter."

"Only those who have signed the contract may enter this place."

"From now on, you shall be welcome here as guests in the Velvet Room."

"But I suppose, introductions are not necessary for guests who have only recently left."

"But what an interesting conundrum! Never before have I had four guests at once!"

Makoto Yuki is sitting right next to me. What does he mean by four? And am I in a church?

To think the velvet room would take such a form. A place where humans reflect on their deeds and mourn the dead. Perhaps it is appropriate.

"You two are the last of the four guests I'll be having, all of whom have been here before."

Where's Lavenza? She's normally with Igor.

"You are wondering where is my fellow velvet room resident, correct?"

He reads my mind. Maybe Makoto's, too.

Igor chuckled.

"You will find out in due time, guests. I'm sure you have many questions, but that is not why I have summoned you here."

"You all are about to embark on a great journey, and it will be more difficult than anything you have faced before... but with your power combined, I know you will prevail."

"I have invited you here to lend you my power as well; you shall need it. In front of you are two books; these are your previous persona compendiums."

"With the loss of my attendants, half of your completed compendiums are gone, but this should be more than enough to complete your journey."

"It looks like our time has run out. Until we meet again..."

When I open my eyes, I see nothing but fog everywhere. I can still see, but not very clearly. And Morgana is in his metaverse form.

Ann: "Where are we?"

Mona: "I don't know, I've never seen this place before."

Makoto: "Was this where you had your adventure, Yuki?"

Yuki: "Definitely not. I've never seen this place before. Is that Morgana?"

Me: "Oh, yeah, this is what he looks like when we enter the metaverse."

Ryuji: "Guys! There's no exit!"

Uh oh.

He's right, we got in but there's no way OUT!

Ann: "Are we trapped here?"

Haru: "No there has to be a way out."

Mona: "Guys, I can sense something over there. It's like a palace!"

Futaba: "He's right! But I can't find any treasure, and... it's really far."

Youske: "How far?"

Futaba: "About 116 kilometres, give or take."

It would take DAYS to walk that.

Ann: "Hold on, Mona, can you still turn into a car?"

Mona: "Who do you think you're talking to?"

And Mona is a car again.

Yuki: "Wow."

Seriously, how is he so nonchalant?

Makoto: "Great, but that's still about an hour of driving."

Ryuji: "This is worse than Futaba's palace!"

Futaba: "Wait, what?"

Oh yeah, we never told her about the drive.

Youske: "Even when we used the Meta Nav right by your door, we still had to drive for 30 minutes to get to your tomb... In scorching heat."

Futaba: "WHY?"

Me: "It might have been your desire to keep people away from you given form."

Futaba: "I'm so sorry, and that's embarrassingggggg!"

Yuki: "I guess we just have to buckle up."

Ann: "Hold on, Yuki-kun. Mona, can you transform into a helicopter again?"

Mona: "I could give it a try."

After some effort on Mona's part, he's a helicopter again.

Makoto: "This should cut our journey time in half!"

Me: "Then let's get going!"

Side note

It's occurred to me that sometimes it's difficult to know who's actually speaking due to this writing style, and you have to pay attention to whose point of view you're reading from.

Like when it was teddy's POV when Yu spoke, it said "Sensei" because that's what he calls him, and if whoever the POV is from speaks it says "me", or if it's from Ren's POV he will just say "Makoto" even if it's P3 Makoto when they're alone.

Let me know if you think it's better I change it to always say the name of whoever is speaking no matter what.
