Chapter 1686 Octopus Castle
I don't own Bleach or any of the powers and gear used in this story.
Kazuo was walking towards First Squad's room and saw Mighty Ray get slammed up and down while Jumpy's eyes swirling.
"What's going on?" Kazuo asked.
"Mighty Ray looked into Jumpy's eyes, now he's stuck in his imagination." Mr No Hands said.
Kazuo tilted his head as it stopped with Mighty Ray standing up.
"Hey thanks that skull was dangerous." Ray shakes Jumpy's hand.
Kauzo got curious to what is happening.
"Hey can I stick around." Kazuo said.
"Oh sure." Sonia said.
Kazuo joins them as they waited for a bit.
Later
Draco meanwhile was in his room and he got a call.
"Draco please come out!" Apetrully said.
He goes outside and saw the base was gray surprising him. "What?"
First Squad was outside with Shammo as they were on his back among them Recorder and Kazuo.
"What happened?" Draco said.
"The Octopus kingdom stole Big Green's colors!" Apetrully said.
Draco thinks that this might be a trap.
"Draco, surely you must have a way to give some color while First Squad returns the stolen ones." Apetrully begged.
Draco sighs and he shoots with the splattershot, then the entire base now has many colors covering it up.
"What do you think?" Draco asked.
"Wonderful!" said Apetrully happily.
"Such fragrance and color!" said Lin Chung.
"Well its okay for now." Mighty Ray said.
Camel King came to see what happened and he cried tears of joy.
"Just remember this is only temporary until you can get the colors back." Draco goes off.
The Squad goes down as Shammo went deep into the ocean.
Recorder looks around the inside of the whale as he wonders what the Octopus will challenge them.
"We must be ready."
They stopped as they went out with air bubbles, the turtles took them deeper.
Kazuo frowns. "Shame Shiro can't come."
Because of his devil fruits he's unable to enter the water.
Recorder sees Jumpy looking at skeleton, he wonders how his mind works.
Then many Octopus came and attacked them, Kazuo swings his keyblade to knock them back as Recorder uses his Gravity powers to send them down.
"They're all coming." Recorder said.
Kazuo dodges a Octopus and sees many grabbing Sonia so he takes out his spear hitting them back.
"Thanks Kazuo." She said.
Mighty Ray was punching at one, but then another Octopus goes behind him sucking all of his colors away before running.
"Hey I need those colors to be handsome!" Ray said.
He takes out a banana and eats it. "I am Mighty Ray! Fear my eyeballs!" He shoots at them Octopus zapping them all before they fell down.
Kazuo looks at Mighty Ray. "Gray Ray."
"Hey thay rhymes." Sonia laughs.
This made him cross his arms in anger.
"We need to find Octopus King to get the colors back." Ling Chung said.
They kept going and arrived at the castle as Octopus King came out with his men and the zebra brothers.
"Octopus King, we have defeated your surprise attack, now return the colors that you took from us." Ling Chung said.
Octopus King spoke.
"Octopus King refuses to surrender." White said.
"Of course." Kazuo sighs.
Octopus King speeks as Black said; "Octopus King said he will only give the colors back if you win in a bamboo dancing contest."
They saw more of his men appear above them with bamboo.
"If anyone of you can clear without getting clipped by the poles you'll get your colors back." White said.
They started to jump up and down to avoid the bamboo.
"Okay let's go." Kazuo said.
They kept dancing with Jumpy having fun.
"Lazy Octopuses, go faster!" White said.
Octopus King orders them and they moved faster causing them to keep up.
Mighty Ray got hit as he screams jumping around holding his leg.
Recorder then starts to move faster as he makes a big boom sending a shockwave.
The waves then hit the Octopus sending them flying.
"Whooooooooaaaaa!" The zebras screamed getting sent flying.
"Well that's one way to cheat." Sonia said.
"It's not a honorable way, but they wouldn't have let us win." Ling Chung said.
"Where did they go?" Kazuo said.
Octopus King and his men got sent to a shore as they were dizzy, then they saw Draco in his squid form jumping around in Ink.
Octopus King was surprised that a squid can easily moved around the surface.
Then Draco transforms into his humanoid form.
"What are you Octopus doing here?" Draco questions.
Octopus and his fellow octopus' looked at each other nervously, but Octopus King let out some bubbly noises, explaining that they got washed up to shore by a wave.
"And that wave wouldn't have come from fighting Big Green?" Draco said.
Octopus King and his kind shake nervously.
"Why do you even listen to that High Roller guy, he says humans are enemies but he's human too." Draco said
Octopus King responded that he offers candy.
"He's also the type that gets rid of those that aren't useful, in Big Green we get friends."
Octopus King was surprised to hear that. Now that he think about it, he did recall the amount of times High Roller treating the other Animals harshly and witness many humans, who surprisingly are not harsh to animals and was simply scared.
"For us Inklings we enjoy swimming in the ink. It's what were able to swim in." Draco said.
That got them curious about Inklings.
"How about you join Big Green, we cephalopoda gotta stick together." Draco said.
They looked at each other and nodded since anyone that can use Ink like he can must be trust worthy.
They went back to Big Green as the Octopus put the colors back.
"How wonderful that we can restore our colors." Apetrully said.
"So that's where you sent them, so Draco can convince them." Sonia said to Recorder who nodded.
"It will be a shame that Draco's art has to go." Ling Chung said.
"Hey, it's the moment that it came that matters." Draco shrugs.
Many of the Octopus cheered at Draco and he sighs since they praise him for being similar to them.
At least they managed to recruit another one of the base.
