Family Time

The next day everyone got up and had breakfast. After they were ready, Olivia, Erin and Olive went to see if they could find a dress for Olivia, while Hank got the pool set up. Olivia found something she liked and then they headed back to the house. They knew the Hank and the boys were going to be in the pool, so they all went to change. They went downstairs and headed outside. Hank was relaxing with his eyes closed, while the boys were splashing around. Olivia got in, sat between Hank's legs and leaned back into his chest. He then wrapped his arms around her. Olive and Erin got into the water as well.

"I missed you."

"I missed you too."

"Did you find anything?"

"Yep."

"Good. We need to discuss our honeymoon."

"It doesn't matter to me."

"You're so cooperative."

"Honestly, I don't care where we go."

Little did Olivia know was that her squad was coming a day sooner than she thought. They had arrived in Chicago, went to their hotel and got checked in. They had all changed into their swimsuits before heading over to Hank's. They parked and walked around to the backyard.

"Hello."

"Hey. I thought you weren't coming in until tomorrow."

"Well, we decided to come in a day sooner. That ok with you?"

"Yeah, that's fine, Fin."

"Who's relocating?"

"He is and Olive was offered a job in New York, so the whole family will be living in the same city."

"That's great."

"You know where I was thinking we could go?"

"I thought you didn't care."

"I don't but you asked."

"Yeah, I did."

"We could go to LA and visit the tourist attractions there."

"We could. I like that idea."

"Maybe we can go back with the 4 of them another time."

"That sounds like a plan."

"Mama, we go swimmin'?"

"Of course we can, Baby."

Amanda helped Jesse take her shorts and top off and then put her in the water with Noah and Daniel.

"Did you leave Frannie with Carisi's parents?"

"Yep."

"They don't mind."

"So, Fin, how's the family?"

"They're doin' good. My man Jaden is gettin' big."

"Has the situation in New York gotten any better?"

"You're jokin', right?"

"Hank, how soon can we do this honeymoon of ours?"

"Let me go see what I can do."

Hank kissed Olivia, got out of the water and grabbed a towel before heading into the house.

"What are you gonna do with Noah?"

"He will probably go back with Erin and then she'll have to get him to Lucy. If she's still staying with her parents, then he can probably stay with her. She did offer to have us to with her. I'm really hoping they have things back up and running soon."

"Yeah, really."

"Come in too, Mama."

"Ok."

Amanda took her shorts and top off and got in. Sonny took Billie's outfit off of her and handed her to Amanda.

"This feels so good."

"Doesn't it?"

Fin and Sonny joined them.

"Man, this is the life."

"It sure is. It beats no air conditioning and stayin' with my parents."

"As much as I love Ken, Alejandro and Jaden, this is even better than stayin' with them. Thanks for gettin' married, Liv."

"I'm not married yet."

"You're still gonna do it though, right?"

"Oh, yeah. It was actually my idea."

Then Hank's squad arrived and came around back.

"Yo! What up, Bro?"

"Hey, Man!"

Fin and Atwater gave each other a fist bump. Jay was standing right by the pool, so Erin started splashing him.

"Keep the water in the pool, Erin."

Then she stuck her tongue out at him.

"How've you been?"

"Not too bad. It's still been difficult after losing my dad."

"I can imagine."

Then Hank came outside and rolled his eyes as soon as he saw his squad.

"Why were they invited over and we weren't?"

"I would have eventually. Do we want to order chicken or something for lunch, since everyone is here?"

"That works."

"I'll go."

"Erin, are you sure about that?"

"Yeah."

"I'll come with you."

Erin went to put her shorts and T-shirt on and then once she found out what to get, she and Kim left. Hank got back in the water and put his arm around Olivia.

"That is all taken care of by the way."

"Ok, good."

"I also got passes for a couple days at Disneyland."

"That sounds great! I can't wait."

"Me neither."

"Who's going to Disneyland?"

"Never mind."

"Mommy, Daddy, I wanna go to Disneyland."

"Maybe we'll take you, Daniel, Olive and Erin another time."

"Promise?"

"Yes."

"We go Disneyland too, Mama?"

"I will have to think about that one. It's kind of expensive."

Jesse started pouting.

"Stop. We're on vacation now, aren't we? We left home, right?"

"Yes."

"Maybe it's only for a few days but at least we can stay in a nice, cool hotel room, right?"

"Yes."

Jesse turned around and was visibly upset. Olive could tell she was crying.

"Amanda, she's crying."

"Come here."

"No."

"I got her. Come here, kiddo."

Sonny picked Jesse up and then she wrapped her arms around him.

"Listen, you'll get to Disney eventually. It is kind of expensive but you should really go when Billie is bigger, so she'll remember it. Ok?"

"Ok. I love you, Sonny."

"I love you too."

Sonny put Jesse back in the pool and then she went to give Amanda a kiss.

"Sorry, Mama."

"It's ok and he's right. Maybe if Grandma calls and asks what to get you for your birthday or Christmas this year, you can tell her and make her pay for it."

"Then you might have to stop and see her."

Amanda rolled her eyes.

"I didn't think of that."

"Have they met Billie yet?"

"They know about her but they've never met her."

"I haven't heard from Simon, my half-brother in several years. Usually he only contacts me when he wants something, like money."

"That sounds like Kimberly."

"Don't even get me started on her."

"At least she didn't try framing you for murder just for the insurance money. She could have cost me my job. It was bad enough I was being investigated by IAB because of it."

"Thankfully I was never investigated by IAB."

"Me neither."

"Good for both of you."

"I've done some pretty stupid things in my life but at least I never slept with anyone in IAB."

"Only Liv does dumb shit like that."

"None of you are ever going to let me live that down, are you?"

"Liv, that's not how I meant for it to come out."

"Like hell it wasn't! I'll be more than happy to have you transferred to another unit."

"Don't do that. Liv, I'm sorry."

"I really don't think you are."

Olivia got out of the pool and grabbed her towel before she headed into the house."

"Nice goin', Fin."

"Shut up, Carisi!"

Fin got out, grabbed his towel and went into the house. Olivia was sitting in the kitchen with tears running down her cheeks.

"Baby girl, I'm sorry."

"Just leave me alone!"

"Liv, come on. Did you really expect us to buy the shit that you were so happy with Tucker, especially when we all knew you had feelings for Voight since the first time we worked with them? That wasn't the Liv we know. This is me you're talkin' too. I've been workin' with you long before Tucker was a pain in SVU's ass for years."

"You're right. I wasn't happy. I'm glad I got to see another side of him but in my heart, I knew I wanted to be with Hank. I couldn't see myself spending the rest of my life with Ed and he wasn't really the father figure type for Noah. Hank and I didn't start out on the right foot when we first met but after that first case, I really felt a connection between us and even more so during the Yates' case. I should have asked him out instead of waiting. It took us a while but we're finally a few days away from our wedding and I don't regret any of it."

"I'm just glad you included me, well, all of us. I'm also glad you're not leavin'. I don't know that I could handle bein' in charge all the time."

"I am going on a honeymoon and I was supposed to be off all next week anyway."

"Yeah, I know. We ok?"

"Yes. I can't stay upset with you for very long."

"Must be my charm or my good looks."

"Ha, ha!"

Olivia hugged Fin and then they went back outside. Hank was holding Billie.

"You trying to tell me something?"

"What?"

"Like maybe you want a baby?"

"Nah. I'm good with Noah and Erin. You're not pregnant are you?"

"No. Would you be mad if I was?"

"Not at all."

Olivia got back into the pool and sat next to Hank. He put his arm around her and kissed her. Once Erin and Kim came back, Hank told everyone that he and Olivia were getting married and he was planning to retire. Hank's squad congratulated them and then they ate. The rest of the day and the rest of the weekend went by quickly. Olivia had texted Trevor and told him that she and Hank were getting married. She also said that Hank wanted to adopt Noah. He congratulated her and told her he would start the paperwork first thing Monday morning when he was back in the office.

Monday arrived and Hank had gone to Headquarters to put his paperwork in for his retirement. The wedding was that afternoon. The group from Intelligence and Trudy were planning to join them before they went to the restaurant to celebrate with the group from Fire Station 51 and Med. The family got ready and then Hank and Olivia had only expected to see Olivia's squad at City Hall but Intelligence and Trudy were all there too.

"Lookin' good, Boss."

"Thanks."

"You too, Liv."

"Thank you."

They all went to the room they were supposed to go to and then they had the ceremony. Before long, Hank and Olivia were husband and wife. They had a while before they had to be at the restaurant, so Hank and Olivia headed to the hotel, where they were planning to spend the night before they left for the airport. As soon as they got checked in, they went up to their suite. They shut the door, started kissing and headed to the bedroom. They undressed each other, got on the bed and made love. Afterwards Hank had his arms around her and she had her head on his chest.

"I can't believe we are finally official."

"Me neither."

"I can't wait to start our life together."

"Me neither. I just wanna make you happy."

"You do. No one has ever made me as happy as you have. Thank you for choosing to spend the rest of your life with me and giving up your life here for Noah and me. I love you so very much."

"I love you too."

They kissed and made love again before they fell asleep for a little while. A few hours later, they got up, got dressed and headed over to the restaurant to celebrate with their family and friends. When they arrived, everyone was already there.

"There they are."

"Here we are."

"Congratulations, Hank and Olivia!"

"Thanks, Wallace."

"We hear you're leaving us."

"Yep. She outranks me anyway and my heart really hasn't been in my job since I lost Justin and then Al died, which basically made it worse."

"You are all welcome to come visit us any time. We are actually planning to look for a bigger place."

"Mommy."

"What?"

"Is Hank my new daddy?"

"He will be as soon as the paperwork is done and we go see Judge Linden. Trevor is working on it."

"Am I not going to have Lucy anymore?"

"We really haven't discussed that yet. Hank won't be moving to New York for at least another month. He gave CPD his 30 days' notice but he still has to sell his house, which could take a while. He also has to start going through things and packing to move. We need to look for a place too. Olive was offered a job in New York, so she and Daniel are moving there, they could be moving in with us."

"I don't want to have to move in with you unless we really have to."

"It's up to you. I will send you info on Preschools."

"That'll be great. Thank you."

"No problem."

"If you need help paying for Preschool, I'll help with that."

"Hank, are you sure?"

"Of course. He's my grandson."

"When do you need to let them know by?"

"I called them this morning. I also called my Boss before we came here and gave my notice. The new place wants me to start in 6 weeks. I've been going through stuff."

"When is the lease on your apartment up?"

"June of next year."

"Maybe she can take that over once you and Noah move out."

"We still need to find a place. She needs to move in 30 days and we're gone for a week. How do you propose we find something that quickly?"

"I'm trying to come up with a solution to everyone's problem. You don't need to bite my head off."

"Then try using your head."

"What the hell is that supposed to mean?"

"Are you two fighting already? For crying out loud, you just got married a few hours ago!"

Hank walked off and went over to the bar to get a Manhattan and Olivia went to the washroom to calm down. Erin and Olive both knew Hank was right, so they both went to try to talk to Olivia, while Fin, Amanda and Sonny went over to Hank.

"Is she always this stubborn?"

"Pretty much and she likes to have everything her way. The 3 of us will help in any way we can. Tell us what you wanna get and we'll start lookin', even it's just online. We'll even get Noah involved, since he'll be livin' there too."

"I knew that she liked to have everything her way because of the first time we worked together."

Olivia came out of the washroom and went over to Hank.

"Can you 3 give us a minute please?"

"No problem."

Fin, Amanda and Sonny left and went back to where everyone else was.

"I'm sorry. You were right."

"Did you just say I was right?"

Olivia smacked Hank's arm.

"Smart ass!"

Hank started smirking.

"I don't want you to be mad at me, especially today."

"Come here."

Olivia moved into Hank's arms and then they held each other as they kissed. Music started playing and it happened to be their song.

"Mrs. Voight, may I have this dance?"

"Yes."

Hank took Olivia's hand and they went to the center of the room to dance, while everyone watched. After that song ended and another one started playing, others joined them on the dance floor. The food was served and after everyone ate, Hank and Olivia went to talk to as many people as they could. They brought the cake out and after Hank and Olivia cut it and fed it to each other, everyone was served cake. Hank and Olivia left before everyone else. They thanked everyone, especially Erin, said goodbye to Noah and headed back to the hotel. When they arrived at the hotel, the made love before falling asleep in each other's arms. The next morning, they left for the airport for their honeymoon in LA.
