A/N: This is the next part of the last chapter, "The Perfect Place". Foster is still with 51. I don't own any of the characters.

Moving Day

Hank and Olivia had closed on their new home and could now move in at any time. Olivia planning to take a few days off of work. The group from Chicago, including everyone from the fire station, had come in to help out. Olivia was still at the Precinct finishing stuff up before she was off. Amanda, Fin and Kat were already gone. Elliot had come in.

"Hey, Liv."

"What?"

"Are you mad at me?"

"Yeah, actually, I am."

"Why?"

"You never kept in touch with me for nearly a decade and then you all of a sudden come out of retirement and think things are going to be the way they once were. You also tell me how I should be raising MY son. I want him to do what makes HIM happy. I never once told you how to raise your kids. Then you tell me that I should have waited for you. I wouldn't want you if you were the only man on earth."

"I know you had feelings for me."

"I never did. Ever."

"Bullshit! You wanted me and couldn't have me because I was married. Well, I'm not married anymore."

"I am and I take my marriage vows seriously."

"He doesn't love you and you don't love him. I'm better for you and I'm still the longest relationship you have had with a man. I'm probably much better in bed than he is too."

"You're so full of it. He respects me and has from the day we met. It never bothered him that I ranked higher than he did but I know you can't stand the fact that I rank higher than you now. Fin has been a part of my life a lot longer than you have and he has been by my side through good and bad. I have no complaints about Hank in the bedroom but that is none of your damn business anyway. Like I said, I wouldn't want you if you were the only man on earth and you will never be the man Hank is. Everything was always about you and I'm sure it still is. I've earned my promotions and so did Fin. What did you do for yours? Not a damn thing. The NYPD must have been desperate to bring you back."

"They wanted the best running Organized Crime."

"Don't flatter yourself, Stabler. You haven't changed at all. You're still as full of yourself and as smug as you always were. I will work with you only when I have to and IF we do work together, I am in charge of the cases, just so I know they get done the way I want them done. I don't have the time nor the patience for your shit. We will never have anything more than a professional relationship and as far as I am concerned, we are no longer friends. Friends stay in touch with each other no matter what."

"You don't mean that."

"Oh, yes I do. My life is not your concern. It never was but even more so now. Get the hell out of my office and leave me alone!"

Elliot left without looking back. What Olivia didn't know was that Fin and Melinda were both there and had heard the entire conversation.

Liv, you ok?"

"I am now. He just really knows how to piss me off sometimes and I had often wondered how I'd react to seeing him again. Now I know."

"I always thought he was full of shit and this just proves it."

"I thought you left."

"I did. I met Mel at the morgue and realized I didn't have my phone, so I came back. I'll be the first to admit that I didn't like you with Tucker but he has been nothin' but supportive of everything lately. He and Voight get along. This lady he's married to has been good for him."

"She sure has. He was supportive of my relationship with Hank from the beginning and he was at the wedding. He and Hank spend a lot of time together much to my surprise."

"So, Stabler actually told you that Voight doesn't love you and you don't love him?"

"Yep. He still thinks that he is the longest relationship I have had with a man and I have told him multiple times whenever he brings it up that you're the one that been by my side through good and bad. Not him. He has tried telling me how to raise my son. Never once did I ever tell him how to raise his kids nor would I ever tell someone else how to raise their children."

"What has he said?"

"He said that I am too soft with Noah and he needs to be in activities that will toughen him up. I want Noah to be happy with what he's doing and not like he's being forced to do something he doesn't want to do. He loves to dance and Hank is so proud of him. He thinks that I should have waited around for him like he's the only man on earth. He acts like he's so wonderful. He could be an ass before but he's even more of an ass now. I moved on from him leaving a long time ago. I'm happy and I love Hank more and more every day."

"That is quite obvious."

"Definitely."

"You handled it the way you should have. He needs to know who the boss is and that's you."

The women from Chicago had come in.

"Hey, Olivia."

"Hey, ladies. Come on in."

"Thanks."

"We'll see you in the morning."

"Ok. Night, you two."

"Night."

"It's nice to see all of you."

"You too."

Fin and Melinda left and then Meredith, Sylvie, Emily, Stella, Trudy, Kim and Hailey sat down.

"I am so glad the 7 of you came to help."

"We would have anyway. The guys were all heading to the restaurant but Hank said he wasn't sure when you'd be leaving."

"I'm about ready."

Olivia got her stuff and then they headed over to the restaurant where the guys were.

"There you are."

"Here I am."

Olivia kissed Hank.

"You ok?"

"I got into it with my former partner, who came into my office and was being an ass. I let him have it, told him to stay out of my life and leave me alone. He told me that you didn't love me and I didn't love you. He knows I was in love with him but didn't do anything about it because he was married. I told him to quit being so full of himself. I wouldn't love him if he was the only man on earth. I said I will work with him only when I have to and when that does happen, I am in charge because I want to make sure things are done my way."

"He sounds like a real ass."

"I often wondered how I would have reacted to seeing him again. Now I know. I told him that you respect me and the fact that I rank higher than you never bothered you but I know he can't stand that I rank higher than him. I earned my promotions and so did Fin but he didn't do anything for his. I said the NYPD must have been desperate if they had to bring him back. He came up with some lame excuse like they wanted the best running Organized Crime. I basically told him to get over himself. I told him that I no longer have time for his shit."

"I have always respected you."

"I know you have and you're the one I love more than anything in this world. I would even choose Ed over him. I told Elliot that he will never be the man you are."

"If he messes with you then he messes with me and it won't be pretty."

"I love you."

"I love you too."

Olivia finally calmed down and then they ordered their food. Everyone talked as they waited for their food and once Hank paid the bill, they all headed wherever they were going. Tomorrow was going to be a busy day.

The next morning, everyone got up and Hank had gone out to get Krispy Kreme doughnuts for everyone. After they all had doughnuts and coffee or milk, they went to pick up the truck they were renting and the guys started loading the big stuff onto it. Ed and Patty brought Patty's boys over to help out as well. Hank and Olivia had already taken a lot of the smaller stuff over. Lucy had already taken Noah, Jesse and Billie over to the new place.

"Who's driving the truck?"

"I will."

"Ok. Stella is driving the truck."

"Uh, oh! Stay off the road!"

"Hey! Who drives the truck all the time? I do."

"You tell him, Girl."

"That's right."

Once the truck was loaded, along with Hank and Olivia's SUVs, they all headed over to the new place, while Meredith and Trudy stayed behind to start cleaning the apartment. Once Olivia's SUV was unloaded, she headed back over to the apartment to help Trudy and Meredith. Kat and Emily had spent a lot of time talking and working together and Sylvie, Stella and Amanda seemed to notice.

"Another long distance relationship?"

"Yeah, no kidding."

"How are things with you and Carisi?"

"Pretty good, actually. He is so good with my girls."

"That is so sweet. I can't get over how big both Noah and Jesse are getting."

"Yeah, I know."

"That vehicle has been sitting out there for quite a while."

"Yeah, it has."

Amanda went inside to get Fin and then he came out. He went over to the vehicle.

"You better get the hell out of here, Stabler or I'm gonna arrest your ass!"

"No you won't."

"Yeah, I will."

"You don't have the guts to arrest me."

"Yeah, I do."

"She doesn't belong with that guy, Fin. She belongs with me."

"Did it ever occur to you that maybe she's happy with the way things are?"

"No because she's not. I know her."

"You think you do but you don't."

Ed had come outside and walked over to them.

"Leave her alone, Stabler."

"Mind your own business, Tucker. Liv isn't your concern."

"I care about her."

"You don't care about anyone but yourself. You never have."

"At least Tucker accepts that Liv is with someone else and happy. He is also friends with her husband. You have been nothin' but a pain in Liv's ass since you've been back with the NYPD."

"I'm not giving up until she's safely with me."

"That ain't ever gonna happen, you Dumb Ass."

Don and John both came out.

"Elliot, you have no business being here."

"I have every right to be. It should be me she's with. What can he give her that I can't?"

"Everything. He gave up his job in Chicago to be here with her and her son. Did you really expect her to wait around for you?"

"Yes."

"She never wanted to be the reason your marriage broke up but she never had romantic feelings for you."

"Yes, she did."

"Cut the crap, Stabler! You just want her for your own selfish reasons."

"We belong together and I could make her so happy. She just needs to give me a chance."

"She's married and happy. Why can't you accept that?"

"She isn't happy."

"How do you know that?"

"No man is good enough for her except for me."

"You really need to get over yourself. It took her a while to get over you leaving and she didn't deal with that too well but in time, Liv became a more confident person. She wouldn't be where she is now if you hadn't left. She is a damn good boss and you know what? I wasn't the biggest fan of Liv with Tucker but at least he seemed to treat her with respect, which is more than I can say for you."

"Obviously Liv has changed because the Olivia Benson I know would never give Tucker the time of day."

"I was the way I was with SVU because of you. I was able to eventually work out my differences with everyone else in the unit and that includes Nick Amaro, who was her partner after you couldn't deal with your job any longer. I gave up my job with IAB for her."

"Yeah, right. You never do anything for anyone."

"He did, Dumb Ass."

Antonio, Al, Jay, Kevin and Adam joined them.

"Is there a problem here?"

"Nah. I think he was just leaving and if I find out you have been botherin' Liv again or if you step foot in our Precinct, I will shoot your ass. You got that?"

Elliot sped off like a bat out of hell.

"I would seriously consider filing a restraining order against him."

"Yeah, I know."

"He hasn't changed."

"Who is that guy?"

"Liv's former partner. He's always been full of himself but even more so now."

"Fin's right."

"What's his problem anyway?"

"He thinks she should have waited around for him and he thinks he's the only one for her now that he's divorced."

"He's the one that killed some girl and then just up and quit?"

"Yep. He's the same one that she compared Voight to when they first met."

Erin joined them.

"Was that Stabler idiot here?"

"Yep."

"I think I need to investigate him. He's been stalking Liv way too much lately."

Fin told Erin what had happened yesterday and then he went to talk to Carisi about getting a restraining order. Another car pulled up and it turned out to be Judge Donnelly. She got out of her car.

"Hello."

Hello, Judge Donnelly."

"Is Olivia here?"

"She is at the apartment."

Then Fin and Carisi came out with Hank, who looked pissed.

"Oh, good. Judge Donnelly, can you sign a restraining order?"

"Who did what?"

"Stabler keeps harassing Liv and she has told him to leave her alone."

"Absolutely."

"That son of a bitch better stop harassing my wife!"

"I got her back at work and so do Rollins and Kat."

Hank texted Olivia to tell her that Stabler was hanging around the new place already, so to be careful when she left the apartment. She said she would be. Ed made a phone call to IAB to tell them to keep a close eye on Elliot Stabler and to make sure he did not bother Olivia. Carisi got a restraining order and got Judge Donnelly to sign it. Once Olivia, Trudy and Meredith were done at the apartment and Olivia's landlord showed up, she handed over the keys and then they headed over to the new place. As soon as Olivia got home, Hank held her and kissed her.

"I missed you."

"I missed you too."

"Erin said she should investigate that Stabler guy."

"He definitely has some kind of sick obsession with me."

"We did a restraining order and Judge Donnelly signed it."

"Thank you. I appreciate that."

"Congratulations on your new home, Olivia!"

"Thank you and thank you for signing that."

"You're welcome."

"Did you get the grand tour?"

"I did. It's lovely."

"We really love it. We're going to have a lot of unpacking to do though."

"Rollins, Lindsay, Warner, Burgess, Upton, Brett, Foster, Kat and Kidd are all working on that."

"Patty is in the kitchen and the boys and Atwater are hooking up the TVs and the computer."

"Lucy is helping Noah with his stuff and Jesse is supposedly helping too. Casey and Severide took the truck back."

"What's Mouch up to?"

"Everyone is doing something."

"Good. I told him he was coming to help and not slack off like he usually does. Let's go find the girls and see what we can do to help."

"Ok."

Trudy and Meredith went to help the girls and everyone else except Hank, Olivia, Don, John and Judge Donnelly found something to do. Billie was in the pack 'n play taking a nap.

"I'm tired already."

"Yeah, me too."

Noah and Jesse came downstairs.

"You done?"

"Nope. Lucy said we weren't much help."

"I can't imagine that."

Both kids started giggling and Olivia rolled her eyes.

"Can we have pizza for dinner?"

"That's the plan."

Ed came down again.

"By the way, I contacted IAB and told them to keep a close eye on Stabler."

"Thank you."

"Yeah, no problem. They said if he continues to bother you to let them know."

"Let me know too. He cannot come near your home or the Precinct."

"I am so sick and tired of him thinking he's so superior to me and thinking he knows what's best for me. I know he hates the fact that I rank higher than him. I earned my promotions and so did Fin. Elliot did not. I didn't tell you this but when I said the NYPD must have been desperate to bring him back, he said they wanted the best running Organized Crime."

"He really does have a high opinion of himself."

"He does. If Hank hadn't decided to retire before he moved here, that would have been a good position for him."

"Very true."

"Hank and I work well together."

"Yeah, we do."

Hank kissed Olivia and then Ed's stepsons joined them.

"You guys done?"

"Almost. Did you want the TV in your bedroom mounted on the wall?"

"Yeah, sure. The one in here too."

"What about in Noah's room?"

"Probably."

"Definitely!"

Olivia rolled her eyes again and then Mouch came down.

"We have your bunk beds together. Do you want to try them out?"

"Yes!"

Noah went back upstairs with Mouch and tried out his bunk beds, while Ed's stepsons went to mount the TVs. Kevin came down and installed the doorbell camera. He then put the app on both Hank and Olivia's phones and her tablet.

"Should I put this on Lucy's phone too?"

"Yeah, probably."

Kevin went upstairs and put the app on Lucy's phone as well. Then he came back downstairs.

"Thanks, Atwater."

"No problem. You will be notified whenever the doorbell rings."

"Wow!"

The doorbell rang and then they were notified. Olivia saw that it was Trevor, so she went to answer it.

"Hey, Trevor."

"Hey."

"Come on in."

"Thanks. I just came by to see the new place. This is nice."

"Thank you."

Trevor came in.

"Hello, everyone."

"Hello, Mr. Langan."

Olivia showed Trevor around and introduced him to everyone.

"It seems like you have a lot of help."

"We do. Hank's former squad and the group from the fire station all came in from Chicago to help out. My entire squad, Melinda and Carisi are all here too. Ed's wife and stepsons are here too. My former partner is being a pain in my ass though."

"He always was if I remember right."

Yes, he was and unfortunately, he's back with the NYPD."

"That's scary."

"Yeah, it is. I said they must have been desperate to bring him back. He said they wanted the best running Organized Crime."

Trevor rolled his eyes.

"My feelings exactly. Do you want to stay for pizza?"

"You sure?"

"Of course."

"Ok."

Olivia and Trevor went back downstairs and then Olivia ordered the pizzas and whatever else they were getting. Hank was going to go pick them up, so he took Al with him. Everyone got done with as much as they possibly could before the pizza got there. They all found a spot and grabbed some food and something to drink.

"Thank you to everyone for your help today. We appreciate this more than you will ever know."

"You're welcome."

Everyone ate and enjoyed each other's company. After dinner, everyone who was leaving, left. Noah was excited about being able to sleep in his new room. He got ready for bed and got out his tablet as Hank and Olivia came in to tuck him in.

"You like your new room?"

"I love it."

"Good."

They both kissed Noah goodnight and went into their own bedroom to get ready for bed. Olivia was asleep before Hank even got out of the bathroom. He got into bed with her, kissed her forehead and then fell asleep with her in his arms.

The next morning, they took everyone out for breakfast before the group from Chicago headed to the airport. Emily and Kat decided to start up a relationship and Emily told Kat that the next time she had more than a few days off, she would come see her. Kat said she would come to Chicago some weekend as well. Al and Meredith and Trudy and Mouch said they would come visit soon. The group from Chicago headed to the airport.

"Who would have thought?"

"Who would have thought what, Fin?"

"All of us are in a relationship."

"Yep."

"I kind of hope things work out between Emily and me."

"Long distance isn't easy."

"I'm sure it isn't."

Everyone left and headed home. Jesse and Billie came home with Hank, Olivia and Noah for now, so Jesse and Noah could spend the afternoon together. Erin had come over too and enjoyed the new place with her family. They still had some stuff to get put away but they were thankful that everyone else did the majority of it. They also couldn't wait for Olive and Daniel to come for a visit and see the new place, which they hoped would be soon.

As for Elliot Stabler, he was told that Olivia had a restraining order against him, so if he went anywhere near her at the Precinct, her home or anywhere else she was, he would be arrested. He was already on thin ice with the NYPD but for him, that was nothing new. Olivia was glad her squad had her back and even though Ed was no longer with the NYPD, she was glad he was still looking out for her. It meant a lot to Hank as well.

Reviews and suggestions are appreciated.
