A/N: This was a request from HMG2000 and it's an AU. For this one, the SVU & PD guys are all in a band (Tucker and Mouch are their Managers), Fin is the lead singer (not rap) and the girls are all college age. Everyone is pretty much in their 20's and 30's. Past and present characters are included but not all of them are named specifically). It of course focuses more on Hank and Olivia than the others. It will be more than one part. I don't own any of the characters.

The Drummer

Olivia and her friends couldn't wait to go see their favorite band in concert. They were all wearing T-shirts and Olivia's had her favorite band member, the drummer, Hank. They had all arrived at the venue and went to find their seats, which were close to the stage. Olivia unfortunately was next to a guy, who kept knocking into her on purpose. He introduced himself as Elliot but she never introduced herself to him. She just wasn't interested. After the concert, Olivia and her friends went to a nearby bar and Elliot had gone too.

"Hey."

"Are you stalking me?"

"No. It's a bar. I'm allowed to go to a bar, aren't I?"

"Whatever."

"You're cute. You have a name?"

"None of your damn business."

"Boyfriend?"

"That's also none of your damn business."

"Do you want to be my girlfriend?"

"I don't know you and I don't want to know you. You were being rude to me the entire time, so go find someone else to bother and leave me the hell alone!"

"You're really turning me on right now."

"Go to hell!"

Hank had been watching Olivia quite a bit during the concert and he had noticed that the guy sitting next to her was being rude. The band members had come in and Hank immediately saw the beautiful girl he had his eye on all night but once again, she was being harassed. He walked over to where they were.

"I noticed all night that you kept bothering her. Leave her the hell alone."

"She came on to me and I plan on taking her home with me."

"Like hell you are. She looks like a smart girl. She can do better than you."

"What are you going to do about it, Drummer Boy?"

Hank grabbed Elliot by the shirt and had Al, one of his bandmates open the door for him. They went outside and then Hank threw him on the ground before kicking him. Elliot got up and took a swing at Hank. Hank grabbed Elliot's hand, squeezed and twisted it. He then nodded at Al, so Al went back inside and got Elliot's drink. Hank shoved Elliot to the ground again and then he poured Elliot's drink on his face and head before stomping on his stomach and shattering the glass on the ground by his head. He and Al went back inside.

"You ok?"

"I'm fine. Thank you."

"No problem. I take it he was lying about you coming onto him."

"He definitely was."

"You have a name?"

"Olivia Benson."

"I'm Hank but you already knew that."

"You're my favorite member of the band."

"I am, huh?"

"Yep. This is kind of weird."

"You wanna go somewhere to talk?"

"Sure. My friends probably won't miss me anyway."

Olivia left with Hank and walked to the hotel where the band was staying. They went up to Hank's suite.

"I'm not really into the party scene. I just come for a drink or two and then I go back to my suite."

"So, you have a habit of bringing a girl to your suite after every concert?"

"Me? No. I'm not into that. Some of them are though. Al's engaged, so he's not. Tell me about you."

"There's not much to tell. I'm 21 and in college. I have no family other than my friends and roommates, which was the group of girls I was with. My mom and I don't get along, so once I left for college, I left home for good. I've never had a serious boyfriend."

Olivia was looking down quite a bit because she was so nervous and her hair was in her face, so Hank pushed it out of her eyes."

"I figured a pretty girl like you would have a boyfriend."

"Most of the guys I know can be jerks."

"Did you know that guy in the bar?"

"No. I had never seen him before tonight. He was just being an ass."

Olivia had had a crush on Hank ever since she had started listening to the band's music. She was kind of hoping he'd kiss her but she knew she wasn't his type. Hank then started telling her about himself. She never would have expected a musician to be more into conversations than drugs and sex like she had always heard about.

"Can I get you a drink or something?"

"No thank you."

"Would it bother you if I told you I wanted to kiss you?"

"No."

Hank moved Olivia's hair out of her face again and then he gently kissed her. A part of her wanted more but she knew she was kidding herself. She was inexperienced compared to some of her friends but she was waiting for the right guy to come along. There was something about Hank that was completely turning her on and she had never felt this way before.

"You're so beautiful."

He moved her over to his lap and she could tell that he was just as turned on as she was. Everything about this man was turning her on.

"Olivia."

"Yeah."

"I don't know what it is about you but I have never wanted anyone the way I want you right now."

"Just so you know, I'm pretty inexperienced. I've never been with a guy before."

"It's been about a year and a half since I was with anyone in that way. That was with my girlfriend. We broke up not too long after that."

"You can basically have any woman you want."

"Yeah, I know but those women just want sex and one night stands to say they were with a musician. I want something a little more serious. If you don't want to do this, we don't have to."

"I do want this."

Hank took Olivia into the bedroom and locked the door. They got on the bed and started kissing again. They took their time with each other as they began undressing each other and kissing each other's bodies. Olivia was excited but nervous at the same time. She had butterflies in her stomach and just hoped she didn't disappoint Hank. The two of them made love and it ended up being more amazing than she ever dreamed it would be. Afterwards Hank had his arms wrapped around her and she had her head on his chest.

"That was so amazing!"

"Stay with me tonight?"

"Ok."

They kissed and made love again before they fell asleep in each other's arms. They next day, Olivia didn't want to go home. They had spent more time making love than they had sleeping. They took a shower and Hank had given her one of his T-shirts to put on. He then took her home and asked if she wanted to have dinner before his concert tonight. She said she did. He dropped her off and kissed her before she got out of the car. She walked into the house and then he drove off.

"Well, well, well. Look who finally decided to come home. Where have you been all night?"

"You're never going to believe this."

"Try us."

"I was with the drummer. Imagine that. Me with the drummer from my favorite band."

"All night?"

"All night!"

"Damn, girl!"

"I'm seeing him again before the concert. I need to go find something to wear."

Olivia went to her bedroom to find something to wear. Several hours later, Olivia got ready for her date with Hank. He picked her up and they went out for dinner. After dinner, they went to his suite and spent some more time in bed before he left for the concert. After the concert, Hank went back to the hotel to be with Olivia, who ended up spending the night with him again.

This same routine lasted the entire time the band was in town. On the last night, Hank hated to say goodbye to Olivia. He had told her that he hoped they'd be back for another concert but he couldn't promise anything for sure. He told her she could call him whenever she wanted and he would call her too. He gave her his favorite leather jacket and told her he loved her before he dropped her off at home. She told him she loved him too. They kissed before she got out of the car. She watched him drive off and hoped she'd see him again soon but she really wasn't sure she believed that because he was always on tour.

Was this really the start of something between them or was she kidding herself and setting herself up to be hurt?

Stay tuned for more. The next part of this will be longer.
