A/N: This was just something I came up with. This takes place now but Hank and Olivia have been married for a while. I don't own any of the characters.

Snow Day

New York City was in the middle of a snowstorm that was expected to leave 18-24 inches of snow by the time it was over. The city was basically shut down and everyone was at home. Even though Noah was 11 now, he still loved playing in the snow and going sledding. Olivia, Hank and Noah were meeting Amanda, Sonny, the girls and Frannie at the park, so the kids could go sledding and Fin and Phoebe were planning to meet them as well. They had Jaden, since Ken and Alejandro had gotten out of the city before the storm hit. Erin was planning to meet them there as well. Everyone got ready and headed over to the park. The kids were all excited that they were going to spend some time together. When they all arrived, the sled hill was pretty crowded.

"It seems like everyone had the same idea."

"Usually, they do."

"Come on, you 4."

Sonny took the 4 kids and they went sledding, while Frannie rolled around in the snow. Olivia was in a good mood, since she was able to spend some time with her 2 favorite boys. She picked up some snow and rolled it into a ball before throwing it at Fin. Phoebe and Amanda both started laughing.

"Hey! What the hell, Liv?"

"Can't I have fun with my closest friend?"

"Would you like it if I threw a snowball in your face?"

Fin threw a snowball at Olivia and then they kept throwing them at each other. Erin had shown up and saw the fun Olivia and Fin were having, so she thought she would throw a snowball at Hank. Amanda and Phoebe saw her, so she motioned for them to be quiet. Erin made her snowball and threw it at Hank. It ended up hitting him in the back, so then he got into the fun with his oldest child. Fin and Olivia then threw snowballs at Amanda and Phoebe, so before long, they were all in on it, including Sonny and the kids. Olivia had lost her footing and went down but ended up pulling Hank down with her.

"Was that necessary?"

"Yes."

Olivia couldn't stop laughing and kissed Hank. Everyone decided to go sledding this time and the kids built a snowman. After a while, they all went back to Hank and Olivia's for hot chocolate. Olivia made the hot chocolate and Hank lit a fire in the fireplace. The kids had gone to watch a movie with Frannie, so the adults were all talking.

"Have you heard from Stabler lately?"

"He called to ask me something about an old case that may have been related to something they were currently working on but other than that, no."

"He apparently has a new lady in his life but I'm under the impression he doesn't want people knowin' about it. They were walkin' in the opposite direction as us. They were hand in hand and all that lovey dovey shit. He kind of glared at me when we passed each other."

"Good for him. What he does, is not my concern nor is he my problem."

"Same here."

"We tried setting him up with my sister but she was not impressed nor did she like his ego. All he did was talk about himself and about how he let the woman he really wanted get away."

Olivia rolled her eyes.

"That's because the woman he really wants is happily married and deliriously happy."

"I wasn't impressed by him either."

"I understand your sister is in a relationship with Trevor Langan."

"She is. He is so sweet and handsome."

"I'm handsome too."

Phoebe smacked Fin and he just smiled at her.

"I didn't used to think he was so sweet but he did help me when I was adopting Noah. He also did the paperwork when Hank wanted to adopt him. Yes, he is very handsome."

"I was never a fan of his until he was no longer a Defense Attorney but he's better for her than Stabler is. That's for damn sure."

"They're in Hawaii right now. Fin never takes me anywhere."

"I took you to Vegas."

"With my sister, Ken, Alejandro and Jaden, so we could get married. We should have had something, so your squad could have been there."

"Why?"

"Because they're your friends."

"We're just glad you two finally got married."

"I agree."

"I would love to be in Hawaii right now."

"No kidding."

"How long have they been together?"

"Just a little over a year."

"Wow!"

"How's your new job, Amanda?"

"I love it. The hours are so much better and I don't have to deal with getting a case in the middle of the night. The best thing will be that I get to spend time with the girls over the summer."

"Have the mothers met?"

"Mama came up with Mason for Christmas and we had spent time with the Carisis, so she and Serafina got to know each other. They really seemed to hit it off."

"That's good, right?"

"Yeah but unfortunately, I know my mother.

"Any plans to try for a baby?"

"The subject has come up but I'd like to eventually plan it, so the baby can be born over the summer when I can be off. I would like to have one that there are two of us actively involved in raisin' him or her. I would love to give Sonny a son or a daughter. If it happens, it happens. I'm not gonna let it stress me out. My mother wants one grandchild who isn't illegitimate."

"My parents are already hopin' for a grandson, since they have all granddaughters now. We've only be married a couple months."

"Exactly."

"You're already a better dad to them than their actual fathers are."

"I love both of them so much."

Phoebe got a text from her sister.

"Whoa! That is gorgeous!"

"Did Langan propose?"

"He did. I know he was talking about it."

Phoebe showed all of them the picture from her sister.

"Damn! That's gorgeous!"

Phoebe replied congratulating them and told her they missed the snowstorm. Olivia texted Trevor as well.

"Does everyone want to stay for dinner?"

"That works."

"I'll find somethin'."

Sonny went into the kitchen and found something to throw together for dinner.

"Now you know why I love him so much. Even if I get home first, he'll come home and cook dinner for us."

"I love having dinner ready for me when I get home too. I'm very lucky to have Hank in my life and I am so grateful that he retired for me."

"I wouldn't do it for just anyone."

"I know that."

Everyone kept talking and about an hour later, dinner was ready. They all ate and enjoyed each other's company. After dinner, everyone but Erin left and headed home in the snow. Erin decided to spend the night.

"Today was one of the best days I have had in a long time. I still got to spend time with the people I love the most."

"It was fun."

"It was much better than working."

"Yes, it was."

"Much better than going to school. I'm hoping for another snow day."

"You probably will since it's still coming down out there. It's supposed to continue until midmorning anyway."

Olivia and Hank got a text that school was cancelled for tomorrow, so Noah was happy about that. Everyone decided to go to bed. Tomorrow was another snow day.
