A/N: This was an idea from HMG2000. This takes place now. Justin, Al and Ed are still around, Amanda and Kat are still with SVU, Chief Garland is still Olivia's boss and Antonio is still with Intelligence. I don't own any of the characters except my own.

Framing Hank

Hank and Olivia have been together since they first met. Within a year, they were married and Olivia gave birth to twins, Sarah Margaret and Richard John II, also known as Ricky, who were named after Hank's parents. Besides 11-year old Noah and 7 almost 8-year old twins, they also have an adopted daughter Jasmine, who is about 4. Hank officially transferred to the NYPD around the time Olivia was adopting Noah and they got married just before that, so Hank adopted Noah with her. Hank works in Hostage Negotiation with Tucker as his boss. Hank had been working in the NYPD's Intelligence Unit but when Ed took over HNT a year later, he asked if Hank wanted to be his second in command and the two have been good friends ever since.

Justin had become close to Olivia the moment they met and once Justin had finished his time in the Army, he, Olive and Daniel moved to New York to be closer to them. He had gone to college and now had a good paying job in computers. Besides 8-year old Daniel, Justin and Olive have 4-year old twin boys, Alexander and Christopher and are expecting their 4th son.

Erin and Hank had found out she was his daughter. She followed him to New York a year later and now works with Olivia. Jay followed Erin to New York and he's with ESU. She and Jay are married and have a 3-year old daughter Brianna. They are expecting a son as well.

Within the last couple years, Elliot Stabler had returned to New York and the NYPD, which has caused nothing but headaches for Olivia.

The Voights and Halsteads were returning from a cruise to the Caribbean and the plane had just arrived at the gate. Everyone was not looking forward to going back to work. The pilot had been notified that the police were waiting to take someone into custody, so they were waiting.

"What's the hold up?"

The flight attendant opened the door and Elliot Stabler boarded the plane.

"Hank Voight, you are under arrest for the murder of Sam Davis."

"What the hell are you talkin' about? I don't even know who that is."

"Dad, what's going on?"

"I don't know, Noah."

"Daddy, where are you going?"

"Stay with Jay, Justin and Olive, ok?"

Elliot put the cuffs on Hank and took him off the plane as he read him his right. Olivia and Erin followed, while Jay, Justin and Olive got the kids off the plane. Noah was helping out with his younger siblings as well.

"Stabler, what the hell is wrong with you?"

Elliot just kept walking and had a smirk on his face.

"Erin, we need to get the bottom of this."

"Oh yeah. I know we do."

"I need to get him a lawyer."

Elliot took Hank to Organized Crime's precinct and Olivia called Barba and Elana Barth to see who would represent him. They both said they would.

At Organized Crime, Elliot was trying to get Hank to talk.

"We know you did it."

"I didn't do anything and I'm not talkin' to you until my lawyer gets here. The only cops I will talk to are my wife, daughter, son-in-law and boss."

"There's sufficient evidence that you did do it. The bullet came from your gun."

"Lawyer."

Deep down Hank knew he was being set up and he was pretty sure it was by Elliot, since he wanted Olivia. Olivia had made it perfectly clear that she loved Hank and she did not want anything to do with Elliot. Erin and Olivia arrived at Organized Crime and they were both pissed. Ayanna could tell Olivia was pissed.

"Olivia."

"Where the hell are my husband and Detective Stabler?"

"Interrogation Room."

Olivia barged into the Interrogation Room and Erin was right behind her.

"Oh hey, partner!"

"That is Captain Voight to you, Detective. I am not your damn partner and I outrank you. How dare you accuse my husband of murder!"

"The bullets came from his gun, so it was him."

"When did this allegedly take place?"

"Several days ago."

"Several days ago we were in the middle of the Caribbean, so try again."

"He could have had plenty of time to get back here to commit the crime and get back."

"I was with him the entire time. Unlock the handcuffs."

"Sorry. I can't do that. He's a murderer."

"Alleged murderer and you're an idiot! Give me the damn keys. Now!"

Elliot handed Olivia the keys to the handcuffs, so she could take them off Hank. She then threw them at Elliot.

"If I was you, I would suggest leaving because I am very pissed at you right now!"

Erin opened the door, so Elliot could leave. Erin shoved him out and then shut the door. They then turned the speaker off and shut the blinds. Olivia wrapped her arms around Hank.

"We support you 100%. I know you're innocent."

"I have a feeling he's setting me up because he wants you."

"That wouldn't surprise me. I called Barba and Elana Barth. They will both be here soon."

"Ok."

Rafael and Elana arrived and they had a few minutes with Hank before he talked to Elliot. Jack McCoy was taking the case and was outside listening. Erin and Olivia were out there. Jay had taken Noah, Sarah, Ricky and Jasmine home with him and Brianna and Justin and Olive had taken their boys home. Justin had texted Olivia to find out what was going on and Jay had texted Erin.

"This is bullshit!"

"You have a problem, Captain?"

"Yes, actually, I do. I know he's innocent."

"Ballistics results say the bullets were from his gun."

"And you don't think someone broke into our home and took his gun? I'm a cop. I'm not an idiot. I'm his alibi. He was with me the entire time we were gone."

Once the interrogation was over, Elliot came out of the room and Olivia went in. She glared at him when they passed each other.

"There's no evidence other than the gun but that could have been taken and then put back after the crime was committed. We both agree with Hank that he's being set up. We just need to prove it."

"Stabler would be our guess. He wants Hank out of the way, so he can have me all to himself. Ever since he returned to New York and lost his wife, he has wanted me. I have told him multiple times that I am not interested and I love my husband. He just won't take no for an answer."

"Ok."

"Were you able to get him released to come home?"

"McCoy is still pushing for an arraignment, which should be in the morning. We'll both be there.

"Figures."

Olivia kissed Hank and then he was cuffed again before being taken to Central Booking. Olivia had texted Ed and asked him to meet her at home. He said he would. When she got home, nothing looked unusual. She unlocked the door and went in. She then went into the office and opened the safe. She took his gun out and looked to see how many bullets there were. There were two missing. She checked hers but it was full. Everything else looked ok but one of the pictures was missing but the frame was still there and she knew exactly which one: their wedding picture.

Ed arrived.

"Hey. What's goin' on?"

"Let's go inside."

Ed followed Olivia inside and then they went into the living room.

"What's goin' on?"

"Hank is being framed for murder."

"By?"

"Organized Crime."

"Stabler! I should have known. What happened?"

"This happened a few days ago."

"You were in the Caribbean."

"Thank you. That's what I keep telling Stabler but he said Hank could have had plenty of time to come back here, do the crime and go back. I was with Hank that entire time and so were the kids. Stabler had the nerve to arrest Hank at the airport as soon as we got back to New York. Jay has the kids. Erin is just as pissed as I am. He has to spend the night in jail until he's arraigned."

"Who's his lawyer?"

"Barba and Elana Barth. Unfortunately, Jack McCoy is the Prosecutor."

"Well, at least you got him some good lawyers."

"His gun was used in the crime but we both know that someone more than likely got in and took the gun. Then they put it back once the crime was committed."

"Only one person would be dumb enough to mastermind this plan to try to get Hank out of your life and that would be Stabler."

"Hank and I both think the same thing. When I checked the safe, nothing appeared to be out of place but there are two bullets missing out of his gun. Mine was full. Other than that, our wedding picture in the office was missing but the frame is still there."

"If there is anything I can do to help, let me know. He will probably be suspended until the trial and as his superior officer, I will need his gun and badge."

Olivia went to get Hank's gun and badge and then she gave it to Ed. The doorbell rang, so Olivia went to get it. It was the Captain from IAB.

"Captain Voight."

"Captain Graham. I know why you're here."

Captain Graham came in.

"Captain Tucker."

"Captain Graham."

"I just spoke with Lieutenant Voight, so he knows I was coming here."

"I'm speaking as a wife and not as a cop."

"Ok."

"I can vouch for Hank's whereabouts for the last couple weeks. We were on a Caribbean cruise with our entire family and at the time this happened, we were in the middle of the Caribbean Sea. As a cop, this is all on Detective Stabler. He wants Hank out of my life because he wants me for himself. He's been like this ever since he came back to New York and lost his wife. He probably thinks I'll turn to him for comfort. When I went into the office, nothing looked off except the wedding picture we had in there was missing. There are two bullets missing from Hank's gun. Mine was ok. My guess is, he broke in, got into our safe, took Hank's gun and had someone commit the crime before putting the gun back."

Olivia found a picture of her and Hank taken around the time the crime had taken place. She showed Captain Graham the details of the photo as well.

"You have a doorbell camera, right?"

"Yes."

Olivia logged on to her laptop and went to check the doorbell camera footage.

"I think I got something. There is someone wearing all black and a ski mask about the same build as Stabler trying to get into the house as Stabler. They come back a little bit later most likely to return the gun after the crime was committed. We have the office door locked because of the kids and the guns are locked in the safe as well, so obviously this person knows how to crack safes."

Ed and Captain Graham looked at the footage.

"Freeze that and then zoom in on the car."

Olivia zoomed in on the car.

"I can't really get a clear view of their face but I can get a partial plate."

"Can you print that?"

"Sure."

Olivia sent it to the printer and then went to the office to get it. She then handed it to Captain Graham.

"It does sound like he is being framed, since you have provided sufficient evidence to prove that Lieutenant Voight was not even in the country when this crime took place. We will look into the license plate thing and we will also check traffic cameras with this vehicle as well to see where it leads us. For the time being, Hank is suspended."

"I know. Captain Tucker has his gun and badge."

"Ok. Keep it. You know the procedures anyway."

"Ok."

"From what I've seen, Organized Crime has been investigating Sam Davis for some time. He was found buried near one of the shipyards by Organized Crime."

"That's a little convenient, isn't it? Stabler probably knew exactly where the body was."

"Oh, probably."

"I don't trust Stabler and never have. If it was up to me, he wouldn't have been allowed to return to the NYPD."

"I know you never liked him. I'm beginning not to either. As soon as we find out whose vehicle that is, we can focus on finding out who the real killer is."

"I think I am going to take a leave of absence from SVU until this ordeal is over. I'm not sure I can focus on my job while this is going on. I can't speak for Erin though but she's already on desk duty and I also have Rollins on desk duty. I will contact my squad and let them know what is going on. Can I go see Hank in Holding?"

"Yes. Just make sure you have your badge."

"Ok."

"I will be in touch."

"Ok."

Captain Graham left.

"I'm gonna go too. If you need anything, let me know."

"Ok. Give my love to Patty."

"I will."

Ed left and headed home. Olivia contacted everyone in the squad, including Chief Garland and Erin and told them to meet her at the Precinct. She told Amanda to bring Carisi. She went to get her badge and then she left. She called Justin on the way and let him know what was going on. She arrived at the Precinct and went up to SVU. Chief Garland arrived first.

"Olivia, I was wondering when I was going to hear from you."

"You don't know how pissed I am right now."

"I have an idea."

"I'm thinking Detective Stabler set him up. He has been trying to get with me since he's been back in New York. He's figuring if Hank is out of the way, I will turn to him for comfort. He's the one that made the arrest, so doesn't he think I'm going to be pissed at him?"

"You and Hank been together quite a while, right?"

"We'll be together 9 years this fall, we were married 8 years earlier this year and Sarah and Ricky will be 8 in September. This is the longest romantic relationship I have ever been in."

"Is there any evidence this was Detective Stabler?"

"I checked the footage on our doorbell camera and saw someone wearing all black and a ski mask about the same build as him trying to get in to the house. The same person showed up again a little while later probably to return the weapon. Nothing appeared to be missing except the wedding picture we had in the office and there were two bullets missing out of Hank's gun. I could get a partial plate on the car but I couldn't see who was inside. I gave the partial plate to Captain Graham."

"So, you have spoken to IAB."

"Yes and so has Hank."

"Where is Hank right now?"

"He's in Holding. Jack McCoy is the Prosecutor and wanted him arraigned, so he has to spend the night in jail. I told Captain Graham and I'm telling you too that I am planning to take a leave of absence from SVU until this is over with. I honestly cannot focus on my job right now. I can't speak for Erin though but she's already on desk duty and I also have Rollins on desk duty."

"I understand. You have to do what's best for you right now and if that's focusing on your family, then take a leave of absence."

"Thanks, Chief."

"No problem."

Erin, Fin, Amanda, Carisi, Velasco and Kat came in and Ayanna and Jet were with them.

"Liv, what the hell is goin' on?"

"Just a minute, Fin. Can I do something for you, Sergeant Bell?"

"Can we speak with you for a few minutes in private? It's about that incident earlier."

"Ok. Erin, you can fill everyone else in on what's going on."

"Ok."

Erin told Fin, Amanda, Carisi, Velasco and Kat in on what had happened with Hank, while Olivia went into her office with Ayanna and Jet. Chief Garland went with Olivia, Ayanna and Jet.

"What's going on?"

"Detective Stabler asked me to hack into the NYPD traffic cams and delete certain footage."

"Did you?"

"No, Ma'am. I went straight to Sergeant Bell and she suggested I let you know."

"I'm starting to think Detective Stabler is trying to set Lieutenant Voight up."

"That's what Hank and I are both thinking. I checked my doorbell camera footage and there was someone wearing all black and a ski mask about the same build as him and I was able to get a partial plate but no face. The same person returned some time later. Nothing appeared to be missing except for the wedding picture we had in the office but there were two bullets missing from Hank's gun. Obviously this person knows how to crack safes. I hate to even think that he went into our bedroom. The farthest I got other than that was the living room and the bathroom downstairs. Hank was thinking that even before I found what I found. Elliot would love to get Hank out of my life and he obviously thinks I will turn to him for comfort. He is sadly mistaken."

"Both bullets were found in Sam Davis. If we can do anything to help, let us know."

"Thank you. Obviously he's trying to cover his tracks if he wants camera footage deleted."

"That's what we thought to."

"Obviously he didn't know about the doorbell camera because he probably would have wanted you to delete that footage as well."

"Probably."

"Can you go tell Captain Graham about what you told me?"

"Sure."

"He already knows about the doorbell camera footage and the partial plate. He and Ed Tucker were both there when I did that. It's a little convenient that the guy your unit was investigating was found by someone in your unit. How did he know exactly where to find him?"

"Right. No calls had come in that we are aware of and how did Hank's gun get there if Hank was out of town?"

"Elliot probably knew exactly where he was buried and acted like he was the one that 'found' the guy. Elliot said Hank probably had plenty of time to come back here and then go back where we were. Except we were in the middle of the Caribbean, so that would have been a little hard to do."

"We had had lunch before you left, so I knew you were going to be gone. Now Detective Stabler wants footage deleted? Something just doesn't add up. I think I am going to get the rest of the unit and look at the site where Sam Davis' body was found and see if there are any footprints. Maybe we can start there."

"I'll start looking at the traffic cams and see if we can find anything nearby the site."

"Ok, I appreciate that. If you need help, let Chief Garland or Fin know. Effective immediately, I am taking a leave of absence. I can't focus on doing my job when my family needs me right now."

"Ok."

Everyone else was standing in the doorway.

"We got your back, Liv."

"I know that, Fin. You always do."

Olivia told them about the doorbell camera footage and the wedding picture being missing from the office. She also told them that she was planning to take a leave of absence. Jet and Ayanna filled them in on what Stabler had asked Jet to do.

"Do what ya gotta do, Liv. We got this."

"Thank you. IAB has been supportive, Tucker obviously knows, since he's Hank's boss, so he's been supportive and everyone here has been too."

"Jay is calling Chicago and talking to Dawson. We were thinking some of Dad's past may pose a problem."

"That makes sense. I wouldn't put it past Elliot to dig up all the dirt he can just to make Hank look bad.

"We need to cover all of our bases and be one step ahead of Stabler."

"That's for sure. Thanks. Are the kids ok?"

"The 3 younger ones are a little confused and so is Noah but he understands more than we think. Jazzy just wants Daddy home."

"Poor thing. Ever since she came to live with us, she has been so attached to Hank. Noah does understand more than we think. When I told him about Ellie and Johnny D, he couldn't believe it. He said he was glad we were his parents. Sometimes I worry that he'll end up like one of them."

"It's all how he's raised."

"Yeah, I know."

"Liv, now may not be the time to tell you this but I was approached about takin' this case."

"You can't be serious."

"Yeah. Stabler was with McCoy and McCoy asked me. I said no because my loyalties are with you. McCoy told me that my loyalties should be with the District Attorney's office. I told him that it's more important for me to stay on your good side and Amanda's good side. I told him if he wanted to fire me, he should fire me."

"Did he?"

"No."

"Even Barba said if he was still the ADA, he wouldn't have taken the case either."

"Did you get Barba to defend Hank?"

"I got him and Barth. I'm not playing."

"Gettin' a former Prosecutor and a former Judge to represent your husband, no, you're not playin'."

"Thank you for not taking the case, Carisi."

"No problem."

"I need to go see Hank."

"Are you supposed to?"

"I asked Captain Graham and he said it was ok as long as I had my badge."

"Can I come too?"

"Do you have your badge?"

"Yeah."

"Ok."

"I think I want to take a leave of absence as well."

"Is Jay ok with it?"

"He is."

"I didn't tell Hank I was doing this but I just can't focus on my job right now. Hank will probably try to stop me."

"No doubt."

Everyone left and headed wherever they were going. Olivia and Erin headed to Holding. They signed in and showed their badges. The guard took them to where Hank was and unlocked the cell door. The guard knew them and knew they'd be ok, so he left.

"You're here."

"Of course I am. Why wouldn't I be? You ok?"

"What do you think?"

"I'm just as pissed about this as you are."

Olivia told Hank everything they knew or had found out.

"Yet I'm still here. Why do I have a feeling they're gonna keep me here until the trial?"

"That did occur to me. I just want you home."

"Then get me the hell out of here!"

Olivia had gotten a text from IAB saying that the partial plate was a match to Stabler's vehicle. She let Ayanna know.

"Well, apparently it was Elliot that was at our house. The partial plate was a match to his vehicle."

"He actually wanted the traffic cam footage deleted?"

"Yep. Probably because he's trying to cover his tracks. I honestly don't think he realized we had a doorbell camera though."

"Here I thought we'd have no use for it when Atwater installed it. Are the kids ok?"

"They're at our place. Noah pretty much knows what's going on. The Sarah, Ricky and Jazzy are a little confused by everything and Jazzy just wants Daddy to come home."

"Thank Jay for contactin' Chicago."

"I will. We just want to cover all of our bases and be one step ahead of what Stabler might do."

"So far, he's been sloppy. Why do you think I went with Barba and Elana Barth? If stuff from the Yates case comes up, they both know the truth on that one. Ayanna said they would head over to the site where they found the body and look for footprints. She knows you're innocent. Jet is looking at the traffic cameras to find the vehicle and looking to see if there are any cameras near the site."

"Did he go anywhere else in the house?"

"That I don't know. I'd hate to know if he was in our bedroom and what he did. I am taking a leave of absence from work. I can't focus on my job when my family needs me."

"I am too and Jay's fine with it."

"Thanks."

The door opened.

"Time's up, Captain and Detective."

"Ok."

Olivia wrapped her arms around Hank.

"Honey, I'll see you in the morning."

"Ok."

"I love you so much."

"I love you too."

Olivia kissed him and then Erin hugged him. They left and then headed to their vehicles.

"Is it ok if I stop over to see the kids?"

"You can stay with us if you want."

"Ok, thanks. I really don't want to be alone right now. Let me go get some clothes and I'll be over."

"Ok."

Erin headed home and so did Olivia. Olivia went to get some clothes for herself and Hank. She looked around in the bedroom and nothing seemed to be out of place. She left and headed over to Erin and Jay's. When she arrived, she parked and then went to ring the doorbell. Jay answered and then Olivia came inside.

"Everything ok?"

"Not really."

"We got your back. Hank and I may not have always gotten along but that changed after Erin and I moved to New York and he's always been more of a dad to me than my own dad ever was. It doesn't mean that I don't miss my dad."

"I get that. I didn't have the best relationship with my mother but I still miss her and I know Erin is the same way with Bunny."

"Bunny brought a lot of that on herself by lying to her especially about who her dad was."

Then Erin came down with the kids. She was on the phone with Justin.

"Is that your brother?"

Erin nodded her head.

"Let me talk to him."

Erin handed the phone to Olivia, so she could talk to Justin. After she was done, she ended the call. The kids all hugged her and Jazzy wanted her to pick her up.

"Mom, how's Dad?"

"He just wants to be home with all of us."

"When can he come home?"

"I'm hoping by tomorrow."

"What happens if he can't?"

"Then he'll have to stay in jail until the trial."

"He didn't do anything."

"I know that and you know that."

"What does that Stabler guy have against Dad?"

"My guess is, he's doing this because he wants your dad out of the way because he wants to be with me."

"Doesn't he have his own family? I get he lost his wife and that's sad but why does he have to ruin our family?"

"We'll get through this."

"If you ever leave Dad for him, I'm staying with Dad."

"I'm not leaving your dad for anyone. You, your dad, your brothers, your sisters, your niece and your nephews are my entire life. I'm not going to let anyone ruin our family."

"Brianna and Jazzy, it's time for bed."

"K, Mama."

"Ok. You stay, Mommy?"

"Yeah, I'm staying."

"Yay!"

Jasmine kissed Olivia and then Brianna did too.

"Night-night, Gwama."

"Goodnight, Sweetie."

"Night-night, Daddy."

"Night, cutie."

Brianna kissed Jay and then Erin took the girls upstairs to tuck them in.

"It's about time for you two to go to bed too, isn't it?"

"Yes."

"Maybe."

"Richard!"

Both kids kissed Olivia and then they went upstairs.

"The apple doesn't fall too far from the tree, does it?"

"Nope. He's definitely a lot like his father."

"He sure looks like him."

"Oh, yeah. 3 of his 4 biological kids have his personality and so do all 5 grandkids."

"You think? Brianna is as feisty as her mother. I'm glad we're having a boy this time."

"Any names?"

"We're leaning towards Patrick Henry after both grandpas."

"That's very sweet."

"Justin said they were talking about naming #4 Henry Richard II."

"That's a possibility. When we named the twins, I wanted to name them after his parents and he didn't argue. I better go check on the twins."

Olivia went upstairs and tucked the twins in. She kissed them both again and then she looked in on Jasmine. Noah went up, kissed Olivia goodnight and got ready to go to bed. A little while later, everyone else went to bed.

The next morning, everyone was up early and got ready for work or Hank's arraignment. Olivia had texted Lucy to tell her everyone was at Erin and Jay's and she had let her know what was going on. She said even though she and Erin were taking a leave of absence, they would still need her. Justin and Olive had hired a nanny for their kids as well. Katie was as good with their kids as Lucy was with the Voight and Halstead kids. Now that Noah was older, he could help keep an eye on his younger siblings and niece when they went to the park. After Lucy arrived, they said goodbye to the kids and left. Olivia had gotten a suit for Hank to wear in court, so she had to take it to him. Erin was going with Olivia. Jay told them to let him know what was going on and they said they would. He kissed Erin before he left. They headed to where Hank was and then left, so he could get ready. They ran into Rafael and Elana on their way to the courtroom. The 4 of them were talking outside the courtroom when Elliot came in.

"Hey, Liv."

"I told you last night, it's Captain Voight to you."

"You really want these charges dropped, don't you?"

"Yeah because they're bogus."

"I'll get the charges dropped if you leave him for me."

"Excuse me? You didn't just tell me to leave my husband and the father of my children to be with you only so the charges will be dropped. You know what? Go to hell."

"Suit yourself. He'll be goin' to prison for a long time and you'll get lonely without him. I'll be in my bed waitin' for that to happen."

"That's not happening. You do know breaking and entering is a crime, right?"

"I have no idea what you're talkin' about."

"That's bull! I have footage from my doorbell camera that shows a person wearing all black and a ski mask with the same build as you. The plates on the vehicle came up registered to you."

"Again, I have no idea what you're talkin' about."

"I know you took my wedding picture."

"I did not."

"Yeah, ok."

Ed came in as did Ayanna, Jet, Olivia's squad, Carisi and IAB.

"I'm sure Tucker thinks he's guilty."

"Actually, no, I don't."

"We'll see what the Judge has to say. I did my homework on this guy. He gets physically violent with people. He threatens people. He's a rapist. He's been to prison. Do I need to go on? What do you see in this loser, Liv? You wanted this guy to father your kids? Really?"

"I see you got the transcript from the Yates trial. Maybe if you actually had knowledge of the case, you'd know that wasn't true at all. The Prosecutor and Judge on the case are both right here. Hank would never rape anyone. We were together by then and not too long after that was when he moved here. You have the nerve to be critical of someone who gets physically violent with people and threatens people because you've done the exact same thing. You did that when you came into the Interrogation Room when I told you not to when we were interrogating the person of interest in what happened to Kathy and you wanted to get violent with him. You told me you'd behave and you did not. At least when Hank gives me his word, he means it. He's more man than you will ever be."

"He doesn't know you the way I do."

"He knows more about me than you ever will and he has never abandoned me. Everything since you've been back in New York and after Kathy's death has been about you. You don't care about anyone's feelings but your own. I feel bad that you lost Kathy the way you did. I have also given you plenty of opportunities to pick up where we left off in our relationship before you left but you want more out of it. I don't. We will never be anything more than friends but right now, I don't even want to be your friend. I am deeply in love with my husband and I take my marriage vows seriously."

"Thanks to Detective Slootmaekers, we found the footage we needed on the traffic cams that showed Detective Stabler driving to and from your home to the site where Sam Davis was found. She also found a camera nearby the shipyard that showed you shoot and kill Sam Davis."

Jack was there and had heard everything. IAB took Elliot into custody. Elliot glared at Jet when they took him out. She and Ayanna both just rolled their eyes and shook their heads.

"Captain, I owe you and your family an apology. I should not have just taken Detective Stabler's word for it."

"He told me he would have the charges dropped only if I left Hank for him."

Jack just shook his head.

"I have a long list of charges for Detective Stabler. Let me have these charges against your husband dropped."

"Thank you."

"You're welcome."

They went into the courtroom. They brought Hank in and then Jack asked that the charges against him be dropped due to new evidence proving his innocence. The Judge agreed and the charges were dropped, the guard took the cuffs off of him and Olivia and Erin both put their arms around him. Olivia hugged Rafael and then Hank was free to go home with his family.
