AN: Soooo, here's another oneshot. I hope you like it Just Sasuke being overprotective and stuff. Also, my mental health is really bad, so I'm sorry that I'm not updating things. I just have a lot going on. I'm trying though.

Naruto and Sasuke had been together for almost a year now and have been happy together. They went everywhere together and even lived in the same apartment now. They trained together, bathed together, ate together, slept together, and did practically everything together, but that was the problem. It's not that Naruto didn't like how he was always with Sasuke and they did everythig together, but it was just how overprotective and possessive Sasuke was of him, that he never left his side and never let him hang out with his other friends or anyone.

Naruto loved spending time with Sasuke, and Sasuke meant the world to him and was his everything, but now it was like Sasuke had to be his only thing, and he couldn't have any other friends or people in his life, and Naruto was just upset over it. Naruto had tried talking to Sasuke, but Sasuke had always just avoided the questions, and Naruto was tired of it. He didn't get why Sasuke never let him hang out with anyone else, and he just wanted to have time with his other friends.

It had been a few days since Naruto had asked him last, and now Naruto was planning to ask him again, just not getting why Sasuke wouldn't even let people really even talk to him either, but he just wasn't sure how. He smiled slightly as they made breakfast together, flipping the pancakes, Sasuke behind him with his arms wrapped around his waist, just watching.

"You look so cute when you cook.." Sasuke said, kissing Naruto's cheek lightly, his arms still around his waist, and them Naruto blushed and smiled a bit. "No.."

Sasuke smiled more and nuzzled Naruto's cheek.. "Yes, you're so cute." Sasuke said, and then Naruto just giggled slightly from the nuzzling, blushing still, and then turned around and hugged onto Sasuke, pressing his face into Sasuke's neck. "I love you.."

Sasuke smiled a bit more and hugged him back, happy with him, never wanting to let him go. "I love you too.."

"How about we finish breakfast and we can take a walk together." Sasuke suggested after a moment, and then Naruto slightly pulled away and nodded and smiled again.

"Okay.." Naruto said, and then hesitated slightly. "Hey um..Do you think I could go hang out with Shikamaru and Sakura afterwards?" He said, and Sasuke looked at him, his gaze hardening, and he didn't show it, but on the inside, he was actually kind of scared. "Why do you want to be with them.."

Naruto nervously glanced away. "I..Nevermind.." He said, upset since he was so nervous to ask Sasuke, and couldn't ask him without Sasuke getting really upset and possessive.

Sasuke then just stood there for another moment in silence before he slowly then pulled away from Naruto. "Let's finish eating.." He said, and Naruto nodded a bit and then slowly got their plates together and then set them out for both of them, adding butter and syrup and some fruit too before sitting down with him and starting to eat.

As they ate together, Naruto just couldn't stop thinking about how Sasuke had been acting recently. For a couple months now, Sasuke had been really over protective and possessive towards him, not letting him go out with his friends anymore, or even talk to them. Naruto didn't understand why though. He loved Sasuke with all of his heart, but he would never stop him from talking and hanging out with other people.

Naruto really just needed to talk to Sasuke, to ask him why, but he was just nervous because every time he brought it up, Sasuke got mad and avoided it.

After a few more minutes as they continue to eat in silence Sasuke glanced back over at Naruto, loving him just as much, but he could tell Naruto was upset, so then after they were both finished he grabbed both of their dishes and kissed Naruto's cheek lightly before going and putting them in the sink and washing them off, wanting to tell Naruto why he didn't want him around other people, but he just couldn't.

Then they both finished getting ready and then Sasuke walked back over to Naruto, both of them feeling better now. "You ready to go?.." Sasuke asked, smiling a little, and then Naruto nodded and smiled back

"Mhm."

Then they just both got their shoes on and left and started walking down the street, hand in hand, Sasuke intertwining their fingers, happy with him.

As they walked down the street together though, Naruto could tell Sasuke was on edge, glaring slightly at anyone who walked by, which made Naruto upset again but also concerned, still not knowing why Sasuke did that, and still really wanting to know why.

After another moment then Naruto just took a breath, going to try to bring it up and talk with Sasuke about it again, needing to. Then he just gently squeezed Sasuke's hand and smiled slightly. "Hey.." He said, and then Sasuke looked back at him and smiled back. "Yeah Naru."

"Can um.." Naruto started, and then took a breath. "Can..Can we talk.." He said, hoping Sasuke didn't know what he wanted to talk about already, but he did, and then Sasuke's smile faded slightly, already knowing where this was going, and then he just changed the topic like he usually did. "Oh. Naruto look, there's an ice cream place, come on." He said, pulling him, and Naruto reluctantly followed, deciding to just wait until they got home to talk to him about it, deciding that would be best.

Then Naruto just stood there as Sasuke ordered for them, and then saw Hinata and Kiba walking outside and hesitated before slowly and quietly sneaking out to see them really quick, just needing to talk to them, and needing their advice. "Hey guys."

Both Hinata and Kiba had looked over, and then Kiba smiled, them having not seen him in a while. "Hey Naruto, how are you, did you finally get Sasuke off your back." He said, and then Naruto shook his head a bit. "No, he's still acting the same..Do you guys have any idea why?."

"W..Well m..maybe he's just overprotective of you.." Hinata said quietly, and Naruto.

"I know that, I just..don't get why he is so overprotective, why he won't even let me talk to either of you guys."

"Yeah..That is weird." Kiba said, nodding a bit. "Well, tell us when you figure everything out alright."

Naruto nodded a bit. "I will." He said, and smiled, and then saw Kiba and Hinata's expressions change slightly and was about to ask before he felt a hand on his shoulder pull him back, and then he was suddenly pressed against Sasuke's chest.

"Why did you come out here without telling me..And why are you talking with them.." Sasuke growled a bit, glaring at Hinata and Kiba, not even really mad at them, but not knowing what other emotion to show, not wanting to show the one's he was hiding inside.

"Sasuke, you can't just keep doing this man." Kiba said, and tried to start talking but then Sasuke had cut him off.

"Just stay away from Naruto, Inuzuka.." Sasuke said, and then Kiba was about to reply back, mad, when Naruto shook his head and then Hinata put her hand on Kiba's shoulder. "Come on Kiba..Let's go.."

"Hmph..Fine..Whatever.." Kiba said, and then walked off again with Hinata, and then Sasuke looked at Naruto. "Why were you talking with them when I told you not to?"

"They're my friends Sasuke. I'm allowed to talk to them." Naruto replied, getting mad. "Why are you always like this?"

"Well they aren't your friends anymore. You don't get to see them again." Sasuke said, grabbing Naruto's wrist and pulling him with him, mad on the outside, but really just panicking and a bit scared still. "He can't go with him..He can't leave me.."

"Sasuke, let go." Naruto said after a moment, following him still but trying to pull away Sasuke's grip on his wrist right.

"No, we aren't going out again. I don't want you to talk with anyone except me."

Naruto pulled against Sasuke more, just confused and not understanding. "Sasuke, just tell me why then."

"Because I said so." Sasuke just answered, and then walked faster, yanking Naruto closer to him, still holding his wrist roughly, making Naruto let out a small gasp of pain. "Sasuke, stop, you're hurting my wrist."

Sasuke looked back at Naruto slightly but then just yanked him closer again since Naruto was lagging behind. "Then keep up with me." He said, and then after another few minutes, they got back to their apartment and went up to their place, Sasuke only letting go of Naruto's wrist once they were inside and the door was closed and locked.

Naruto rubbed his wrist once Sasuke had let go, slight bruising on it, and knowing this wasn't right, needing to know why Sasuke was acting like this, hoping that this wouldn't go on for long. He knew Sasuke would never mean to hurt him, and new he was very protective, but he never knew it was this much. "Sasuke.."

Sasuke looked back at Naruto and glanced at his wrist, seeing it bruised, and then he gently took it into his hands, having not noticed it before. "Did Kiba do this? If he touched you, I swear I'll kill him." Sasuke said, mad, panicking on the inside though, not thinking right, just overwhelmed from his own emotions and fears.

"You did this Sasuke.." Naruto said, and then Sasuke looked up at him. "What?.."

Naruto pulled his wrist away from him. "You did this Sasuke..You hurt me.." He said, and Sasuke's eyes widened slightly, remembering now how he had grabbed Naruto's wrist, and then Sasuke was about to say something when Naruto spoke again. "I don't want an apology Sasuke, I want an explanation." He said, and slightly started to tear up. "Why are you acting like this?..You..This..This isn't healthy for a relationship Sasuke I..I can't...I can't be with you if you're going to hurt me and force me to never see or talk with my friends anymore..." He said, his voice cracking slightly as he tears up more, not wanting to say it, but knowing he had to.

Sasuke then just stood there for a moment, his eyes wide and his heart beating fast, panicking a lot now, freaking out and tearing up slightly again. "I hurt him..He's gonna leave me..."

"N..N-Naruto, I.." He said, trying to think of the words, but he couldn't.

"Sasuke, please just..j-just tell me what's wrong.." Naruto said after a moment, gently grabbing Sasuke's hands in his "I..I know this isn't you.."

Sasuke swallowed a bit and then looked away slightly, tearing up more. The reason he was being so overly protective was that he just didn't want to lose Naruto. He felt inadequate and not enough for him and was just scared Naruto would leave him for someone else better, or he would die. Sasuke couldn't handle that pain again, like with his family. He couldn't handle having the one person in his life that mattered now to him, leave.

"I..I-I'm sorry..." Sasuke ended up saying, his gaze down still, trembling slightly, wiping tears off as they started to fall, hating when he cried because it made him feel weak and even more unfit to be Naruto's boyfriend.

Naruto had waited for an answer, but then his face softened when he saw Sasuke start to cry, and then just hugged him lightly, putting his head against Sasuke's shoulder as he rubbed his back. "It's okay..." He said softly, crying a bit still with him.

Sasuke wrapped his arms around Naruto tightly, his eyes closed tightly, burying his face into his hair, still trembling a bit, scared. "I'm sorry..P-please don't leave me..."

Naruto hugged Sasuke tighter too, tears still in his eyes too, now feeling really bad. "I won't.."

They then just stood there with eachother for a while until they had both stopped crying, and then Sasuke sniffed as he pulled away slowly and wiped his face, not looking at Naruto, kind of ashamed to. After another moment, though, Naruto gently grabbed Sasuke's hand again, and then Sasuke had glanced up at him and then back down.

"..I..I'm sorry..." Sasuke said quietly, hating himself at the moment as he looked at the bruises on Naruto's wrists he had made, starting to tear up again. Then Naruto just lifted his hand up to Sasuke's cheek and smiled a bit, trying to stay positive, not liking to see Sasuke upset. "It's okay.."

Sasuke looked at him and then shook his head and pulled away slightly, looking back down. "No, it's not..I...I hurt you..."

Naruto just gently used his other hand, rubbing Sasuke's with his own fingers lightly. "It's okay Sasu..I'm not mad.." Naruto started to say softly. "I..I just want to know why you acted like that..that's all..okay..I..I promise I won't judge you or be mad.."

Sasuke looked at Naruto, trusting him and loving him with all of his heart, and then he looked down, tearing up again, and then finally spoke. "I..I'm scared.."

Naruto rubbed Sasuke's hand more with comfort, trying to understand him, wanting to, but he wasn't really expecting that answer. "Can..Can you tell me why.."

"I..I-I'm just.." Sasuke started to say as some tears went down his face, but he wiped them off again. "I..I don't want to lose you Naruto..You..You're the one person I love and..and I don't want to lose you.."

Naruto felt bad and empathetic as he listened to Sasuke. "You would never lose me Sasuke.."

Sasuke just sniffed and wiped his tears off more, not looking at Naruto still. "I..I-I just..don't feel like I'm enough for you, I..."

Naruto felt even worse, knowing this was something serious, because Sasuke never broke down like this unless it was, and so then he just hugged him again, trying to put all of his love for him in it. "You are enough..." He said, starting to tear up again too. "I would never leave you..Ever...I-I love you more then anything Sasuke...I would give up everything for you..."

Sasuke hugged Naruto tighter, tears still going down his face, still not feeling like he was good enough and deserved someone as amazing as Naruto, but the hug made him feel better. "..I-I love you so much..."

Naruto hugged him more, his face in Sasuke's shoulder and Sasuke's face buried in his neck. "I love you too...You..you don't have to keep me away from everyone..I promise I would never leave you..You're my everything..Nothing can change that.."

Sasuke then just buried his face in Naruto's neck more as he nodded a little, shaking slightly still, emotional, wanting to be the best he could for Naruto, promising himself to never hurt him, physically, mentally or emotionally, ever again. He knew Naruto would never leave him and that Naruto loved him with all of his heart, but he was still scared. He didn't want to risk losing him at all. It hurt him more, though, to see Naruto hurting and upset, and he would rather Naruto be happy than himself...

AN: It's not really that good but I hope you liked it..I don't know why I'm making Sasuke so emotional, I just feel like he deserves to cry and feel things instead of always acting tough and holding stuff in. : There's going to be a lot of one's though where Naruto cries too so..
