"What is all this?" The female creation hero asked with a curious look in her eye as she entered the private study room in the library. She eyed the table curiously as she noticed that all of her favorite snacks and drinks were on the picnic blanket.
Todoroki just walked over to her pulling out a chair for her to sit in which Momo gladly accepted. "Wow, such a gentleman. If you say a dumb and poetic pick up line, I'd fall for you!" She joked while the fire and ice hero smiled a bit at her comment. Too bad he's not good with this stuff. "I figured we could brainstorm ideas while having a little library picnic just to get our thoughts flowing." He watched as Momo was opened her first snack of the day and immediately taking a bite of her snack. Momo gave him a thumbs up to show that she was happy with his Idea. Todoroki didn't understand why but seeing her happy was making him feel things in his stomach.
"So about the birthday party, what do you have in mind for her?" He watched as Momo sat in her thinking chair with her handy dandy notebook and pen in hand. "Well, since she's mad at me because I left her in the middle of the ocean in her dreams, I was thinking about titanic sinking ship." Todoroki stared at her in deep thought. "She's still mad at dream Momo for that?" He asks his female friend sitting in front of him.
Two weeks ago Jirou was making it very clear to everyone how mad she was at her best friend for leaving her in the ocean. Momo during that time was unbothered by her complaints but she still apologized for Dream Momo's actions for being a bad friend to Dream Jirou. "Nah, I just like to make fun of her for that ridiculous time." Momo shrugged as she looked in her notes for ideas.
Her eyes lit up when she found her answer. "She's always told me that she would like a Coachella themed birthday party!" Todoroki looked at the girl with a curious look on his face. "It's a music festival with talented singers." Momo responded. As they kept on brainstorming ideas they both decided that she could ask Jirou to pick out one that she could be interested since she was the birthday girl. And mainly because they didn't want her to be disappointed in anything they had planned.
Todoroki looked at him phone noticing that Midorya texted him that Bakugou noticed that the snacks he took on his picnic meeting with Momo was missing. Todoroki sighed in annoyance which worried Momo a bit. "The snacks that were eating was Bakugou's and now he's mad that it's gone." The teen girl scoffed before getting out of her seat. "First off that is rude of you to takes someone's things without asking permission!" She scolded him to which he nodded very nervously. "I'm sorry, it won't happen again." Todoroki apologized to avoid her not talking to him for an entire week because he found out the hard way.
"Apology accepted, now let's go!" She smiled as she held her hand out for him to take. He was a little hesitant at first but he went along with it. "Where are we going?" He whispered quietly not wanting to disturb anyone who was studying as the heading towards the exit door of the library.
"We are going to buy some more snacks for Bakugou before he drives our friends insane." The creation hero replied determined as they headed to the school market on campus. Since when did we have a Market? Todoroki questioned in the back of his mind. "I know what you're thinking, they opened five months ago!" Todoroki stared at her in surprise. "I can't read your mind but your body language was very obvious." Momo couldn't help but grin as the two walked hand in hand together.
She couldn't help but notice Todoroki's warm hand resting around her waist but it stays in that area as the walked back to the dorms together. They both tried to ignore all the gawking eyes that were thrown their way. What they both failed to notice how close they were hanging onto one another almost like there was something there that made them feel comfortable in that position.
