Hello there everyone how's it going?
Now then I know I've been a bit busy and well things are going ok, but I am getting some rest for the next couple of days so no new chapters for a little while starting on weds.
Now then it's time for Pegasus to make his move.
So let's get this chapter a rolling shall we?

Chapter 9: a surprise gift from Pegasus
Morning came to Paris and soon Adrien woke up from his rest, he still remembered when he and Marinette hung out and he kissed her and did it again when she was Ladybug and he was Rabbit Noir.
He couldn't help but have a smile on his face.
"Oh give me a break kid." Plagg groaned as he floated up to him.
"Oh come now Plagg, I'm allowed to be happy." Adrien stated.
"Ok fair point but can you not do that so early in the morning?" Plagg groaned.
"Well can you not eat Camembert in the morning?" retorted Adrien.
"Whatever pretty boy." Said Plagg.
"Cheese lover." Adrien said back.
"Ladybug fan boy." Plagg countered.
"Cheese loving knucklehead." Countered Adrien.
"Come on you 2 it's so early." Fluff said floating to make them stop bickering.
Both of them stopped.
Adrien went to the shower and got cleaned up and then dressed and headed down for breakfast.
As usual he was alone in the dining room again and he told Natalie that he'll eat in his room instead.
"So Adrien I got to ask." Said Fluff. "What are you going to do once this Lila business is done?"
"Fluff does have a good point." Added Plagg.
"Well there's stopping Hawk Moth, but other than that, I'm going to tell Marinette how I feel and also when the time is right I'm going to reveal my secret identity." He said.
"But Adrien if you do that that means you have to give me back." Said Plagg.
"That might've been the case with Master Fu Plagg, but since Marinette is the guardian she can make the rules and it's her choice." Adrien says.
"That's true but I don't want to leave you kid." Said Plagg feeling a bit emotional.
"Neither do I Plagg, but we're come to that when the time comes." Said Adrien.
Plagg hugged Adrien on the cheek and Fluff joined in as well.
"Thanks guys." He said to them.
Once he was done eating, Natalie came and took the tray away and left.
Just then Adrien got a text message from Shades.
'Meet me on top of Notre Dame."
"Looks like we better meet him." Adrien told them.
The Kwami's agreed.
"Plagg, Fluff Unify!"
Adrien changed into Rabbit Noir.
He then leaped out of his room and headed to Notre Dame.
It took him about 30 minutes but he arrived at the top of one of the bell towers, and there was Shades waiting for him.
"Hey Shades how's it going today?" he asked him.
"Pretty well Adrien, I managed to get my part done, how was your day with your princess?" Shades asked with a raised eyebrow and a smirk on his face.
Rabbit Noir couldn't help but blush.
"Well it went very well and we had a good time together and I couldn't be happier." He said.
"Well." Shades smirked. "I bet she didn't see that kiss coming."
That made Rabbit Noir do a double take.
"How did you know?!" he said.
"Well I was about done with my last interview when I sensed some good vibes from the wind on my way back and I could tell what happened and was happy for you." Shades explained.
Rabbit Noir's face was bright red.
"But I want to know what made you kissed her on the lips like that before you can tell her your feelings?" asked Shades.
"Well I guess it's the same thing I told Plagg after we defeated Lady Wi-Fi a couple years ago, I was following my heart." Rabbit Noir said.
"Fair enough." Conceded Shades.
"So you got the interviews videos?" he asked him.
"I did now then it's time to move forward with the plan we need to meet with Max and begin the next phase and that's when they come in." said Shades.
"What's that?" asked Rabbit Noir.
"You'll find out." Said Shades.
So he called Max and Kalki told him that Cat Noir was calling.
"Kaalki full gallop!"
He then changed into Pegasus.
He then tap the glasses to answer.
"Cat Noir is that you?" he asked.
"Yes Pegasus it is, listen I'm coming to your place to discuss our next move and I'm bringing in an ally who has been helping me to expose Lila." Said Rabbit Noir.
"Ok then head over when you can." Said Pegasus.
"Will do see ya." Replied Rabbit Noir.
The call ended.
"Kaalki dismount."
He changed back into Max
"So Shades before we head over there's something I want to ask you." Said Rabbit Noir.
"What is it?" Shades asked.
"Well I was wondering do you know of the events of Oni-Chan?" Rabbit Noir asked him.
"Yeah that was the 2nd Akuma form of Kagami right?" said Shades.
"Yes." Replied Rabbit Noir.
He then went to explain of how it went down and well let's just say Shades was pissed.
"I see." Shades said through his grinding teeth. "Well if Kagami still has the photo that can be useful as well to bring down Lila."
"Alright then we better get going." Rabbit Noir added.
"Right let's go." Said Shades.
The 2 heroes then headed off to meet Pegasus.
When they got to Max's house, Pegasus let them in through the window.
"Uh Cat Noir is that you?" asked Pegasus seeing his fellow hero in a new suit.
"Oh sorry Pegasus I forgot to mention that." Said Rabbit Noir.
"My word Cat Noir." Said Markov. "Why is your suit a bit different with some rabbit themes?"
"Oh I combine with the Rabbit Miraculous to become Rabbit Noir." He explained to them. "With the power of the rabbit I can travel through time."
"But the adventure of time travel will have to wait." Said Shades.
"Right, so Pegasus, Markov I would like you 2 to meet Shades, he's been a great ally and helping me gathering evidence needed to bring down Lila and he's one who made the phone for you to call me discreetly." Said Rabbit Noir.
"Nice to meet you." Pegasus extending his hand.
"Like wise." Replied Shades shaking Pegasus' hand.
Shades then handed Pegasus the flash drive containing the interviews he did with the people Lila claimed to know.
After plugging it in the computer, Pegasus, Markov and Rabbit Noir looked it over and were surprised to learn that people like Jagged Stone, Prince Ali and many others never knew about Lila and were enraged of what she's done, but Jagged was fuming that someone could that to Marinette who he considered to be a honorary niece to him and he wanted to help out. But Shades told him when the time is right, they'll expose Lila's true nature.
"Whoa this is amazing Shades, is this enough to bring down Lila?" Pegasus asked.
"Not yet we're almost there, we just need a bit more before we make the big move." Shades responded.
"Got it, so what's next?" asked Pegasus.
"Well the next part will need your skills Pegasus, so listen carefully." Said Shades.
Shades explained the next part of the plan and well both Pegasus and Markov were shock to say the least about the plan.
"I know it's risky and dangerous but if done right Lila will be dealt with a deadly blow she won't see coming until it's too late." Said Shades. "But it's your choice to make."
"We'll do it, we'll do it for you Cat Noir, Ladybug and for Marinette." Declared Pegasus.
"That's the spirit." Rabbit Noir smirked.
"Now we're talking so Pegasus are you ready?" asked Shades.
"Yes." Answered Pegasus.
"Good now upload the videos into Markov for safety." Shades said.
Markov then connected himself to the computer and uploaded the videos into his data banks.
Once that is done, Pegasus safely removed the flash drive and gave it back to Shades.
"Thank you Pegasus. Now here's this." Shades said handing him another Flash drive.
"This one is empty so you can upload our little surprise to Lila's computer from it." Shades told him.
"Thanks." Said Pegasus.
"So now what?" asked Rabbit Noir.
"Ok we need to give Pegasus time to whip the 'surprise' for Lila but she needs to be away from her laptop in order to get this part of the plan rolling." Shades told them.
"Well according to what I know, she has a photo shoot with Adrien today around 2 and she'll be gone from her home for at least 2 hours." Rabbit Noir said.
"Alright then we got a window of opportunity here so we better execute it carefully." Said Shades.
"Roger." Said the others.
"Here Pegasus I'm sending you the address to where Lila lives, once you got the surprise done, upload it in the flash drive, teleport there and then upload it into her laptop and then return back as quickly as possible." Shades told Pegasus.
"Understood Shades." Replied Pegasus.
"Ok we got our assignments so we better get moving." Rabbit Noir said.
"Right then." Shades grunted. "Ok guys let's do this."
Both Shades and Rabbit Noir left at once as Pegasus began working up the 'surprise' for Lila.
"Ok Markov let's get to work." Said Pegasus.
"Right." Replied Markov.
Shades and Rabbit Noir were talking about of what to do with Lila at the photo shoot.
"So Shades what is the plan?" asked Rabbit Noir.
They came to a stop on one of the roof tops and Shades whispered the plan in his ears.
"Ok then." Said Rabbit Noir. "I'm not going to like it, but it will work."
Then he came up with a code word for Shades to hear and when Adrien say the words, Shades does his thing and go bug Lila's phone.
"Got it." He replied. "But we got to time it right or we might have to do a bit of time travel."
Rabbit Noir knew only resort to that as a last resort.
Just then his staff beeped.
"Huh?" he said.
He picked it up and it went into phone mode, it was Ladybug calling him.
"Crap! Shades hide!" he said a bit loudly.
Shades nodded and used his powers to hide nearby in the shadow of a chimney.
He then answered it.
"Hey Milady what's going on?" said Rabbit Noir.
"Hey there kitty, I was swinging around and was wondering would you like to hang out?" she asked.
Rabbit Noir was excited but a look from Shades made him get serious.
"Uh sorry Bugaboo I can't today, I have something to do, maybe next time." He said.
"Oh ok." She said sounding a little disappointed. "I understand well I hope your mission will be done soon."
"I know and it's almost done, but I got one question, why did you decide to kiss me like that?" he asked.
He heard her sighed on the phone.
"Well it happened a couple of days ago." Ladybug began.
Flashback…
After returning from her meet up with Cat Noir, Ladybug changed back into Marinette and was about to rest when her dad came up.
"Marinette come down stairs it's time for movie night." Said Tom.
Sighing Marinette went down stairs and her dad and mom were there waiting for her.
"What is it Dad?" she asked.
"Well sweetie, tonight we're going to watch one of the most unusual yet interesting films." Said Tom.
"Which one?" asked Marinette.
"From the late 80's it's who framed Roger Rabbit." Answered Tom.
"Really?" said Marinette feeling a little curious.
"It's one of those films that mixes animation with live action." Tom explained.
"Ok now I'm curious." Said Marinette.
Tom put the movie in and they watched it at once.
When the movie was done, Marinette was very surprised of the film and so the next day she showed it to the Kwami's, they were intrigued and when they were done watching they discussed it.
They enjoyed the film, they did poke some hole in the plot and had a good chuckle in some parts of the movie.
Then they decided to play a game of truth or dare.
That led to some unusual yet funny results, they had a good laugh and then it was Marinette's turn.
"Ok Marinette truth or dare?" asked Wayzz.
"Dare." She said.
Then Trixx the fox Kwami had a sneaky idea.
"Ok Marinette." Trixx began. "I double dog dare you to kiss Cat Noir on the lips and then kiss him again with lipstick."
"WHAT?!" she said in surprise and shock.
"You heard me." Trixx grinned.
Marinette's face went completely red and steam came out of her ears.
"And if I refused to do the dare?" she asked.
"Well Mullo can tell you." Trixx said.
Mullo went over to Marinette and whispered something in her ear and her eyes nearly popped out of her head.
"Ok I'll do it." Marinette said in defeat.
End of flashback…
"Whoa never thought a mouse and a fox can be so sneaky when working together." Said Rabbit Noir surprised.
"Yeah never let those 2 plan something sneaky." Ladybug said.
"Agreed, but I will admit it was unexpected of you to do that and I did enjoy the kissing and being with you Bugaboo, but next time maybe give me a bit of a heads up." Rabbit Noir said sternly.
"Understood, but will you stop calling me that?" Ladybug sighed annoyed.
"Nope and I know you like being call that even though you won't admit it." Grinned Rabbit Noir.
Ladybug sighed but a small grin was on her face confirming his words.
"Well I am almost done with my mission and you'll get the miraculous back I promise, but I better get going, I'll contact you soon, later Milady." Said Rabbit Noir.
"Bye kitty." She replied and ended the call.
Shades reemerged from the shadows.
"Sorry Shades, but thanks for hiding, I know it's not time yet." Sighed Rabbit Noir.
"I know." He replied. "But we need to move fast, I have a feeling Pegasus is nearly done with the surprise, so let's go."
And the 2 headed off at once.
Back at his home, Max aka Pegasus was about done with the 'surprise' for Lila.
It took about 20 minutes but he got it done.
He then uploaded it to a flash drive that Shades gave him and then took it out.
"Ok Markov it's done, now then it's time for delivering the surprise for Lila." Pegasus said.
"Alright Max I mean Pegasus let's go." Markov corrected himself.
Using the address Shades gave him, Pegasus was ready.
"Voyage!" he said opening a portal up to where Lila lives.
Both he and Markov enter her apartment and closed up the portal.
Lucky for them it was empty and so they were safe for now.
"Kaalki dismount."
Pegasus then changed back into Max.
"Whoa that was fun." Said Kaalki.
"Here eat this slice of apple Kaalki it'll help regain your energy." Max said.
Kaalki thanked him and started eating at once.
"Markov begin scanning for Lila's laptop." Max told him.
"Roger that."
Markov then scan the apartment and looked around and was able to locate it.
"I found it, it's in her room." Said Markov.
The 3 then made their way into her room and found the laptop and turned it on.
Max saw it needed a password.
Max could guess what it was and enter it and got it right and was in.
"Ok I'm in now time for the 'surprise.' Lila won't know what's going on until it's already too late." Said Max.
"Max looks like Ms. Lila has some folders labeled 'revenge on Marinette' and 'destruction of Ladybug' better check those out." Said Markov.
Max did so and what he saw shocked him, Kaalki and Markov to their cores.
"I can't believe it." Said Max. "Marinette, Cat noir they were right Lila is a liar and it looks like she's in league with Hawk Moth for a long time ever since she first arrived."
"So when Marinette called her out, Lila decided to get payback on her and that explains why she got her expelled the first time and she even almost got her Akumatized as well and wants Adrien to herself, Lila is really an enemy." Max continued.
"This makes my circuits sizzled, Lila Rossi must be stopped." Added Markov.
"Indeed I'm glad I'm helping you Max." Kaalki joined in after finishing the apple slice.
"Markov copy the files into your systems and when you are done disconnect from the laptop and I'll do my part." Max told him.
"At once Max." said Markov and he connected to the laptop and copy the files into his own systems.
It took about 20 minutes to do that, once he was done, he disconnected from the laptop and Max put in the flash drive and installed the 'surprise' he whipped up for Lila.
It took about nearly 15 minutes but it was done, the installation was complete.
Max then took the flash drive out, closed the files, turned the laptop off, and put it back where it was.
"Ok we're done, now let's get back before anyone shows up." Said Max.
"Say the words then." Grinned Kaalki.
"Kaalki full gallop!"
Max changed back into Pegasus.
"Max let's head home." Said Markov.
"Right, Voyage!"
He opened up a portal back home and they went through the portal were back home safely and closed the portal.
"That was close, Kaalki dismount."
He changed back into Max.
"Well we did it, we completed our mission!" Max cheered.
"Indeed!" cheered Markov.
"Well done, now that our part is done, it's up to Shades and Cat Noir now." Said Kaalki.
"Indeed better let them know." Said Max using the phone Shades made.
They were able to call him relay to him what's going on.
"Good job you 3 that 'surprise' Lila has on her laptop will be on for the history." Said Shades.
"What is it then?" asked Max.
"I'll tell you once we got everything we need, you 3 done an excellent job, now get some rest." Shades said.
The call ended.
Markov then uploaded the files into Max's computer and then transferred it into the flash drive.
"Well our part is done, now we must wait for Shade and Cat Noir's next move." Said Max.
"Hopefully we can put this mess behind us." Kaalki said.
"Indeed and maybe soon Hawk Moth will be gone soon after." Added Markov.
The 3 decided to play some video games to pass the time.
'one thing is for certain.' Thought Max. 'only time will reveal the result of the outcome.'
Next time: moving to phase 4, bugging Lila's phone and help from a dragon.

Sorry for the wait, had personal things to take care of and also spending time with family.
Now then in this chapter Cat Noir, Shades and Pegasus talked about their next move and it was Pegasus's turn.
Now the 'surprise' he created to be put in Lila's laptop, that was inspired by the episode triage from transformers prime.
Now when Lila access her laptop she'll set off the 'surprise' but won't know it until after she got exposed.
Now next chapter Shades and Adrien will bug Lila's phone so they can listen in to her conversations and figure out what she got planned.
Also Adrien will ask Kagami for something and tells her what's going on and hopes that she'll help.
Also they get Viperion and he gets to meet with Shades.
And after going over of what they got and such, they discuss their next move and will meet with Alya and explain.
Ch11 will have them show Alya who Lila really is and it'll be a wake-up call for her.
Ch12 and 13 will have some surprises in store.
Also I might extend the story to up to 18 chapters, but we'll see where it leads.
Now then I will upload this chapter on Ao3 first and then on FF later in the afternoon.
Around ch13 that is when Shades and Adrien will have one more surprise in store.
Also you don't want to know what Mullo said to Marinette.
