Davi had successfully navigated through the dangerous, grimms-infested area of the Emerald Forest. However, his respite was short-lived as a black SUV abruptly halted in front of him.
The man, who may appear middle-aged or elderly, emerged from the passenger side of the vehicle. He was wearing the official Atlas uniform, clearly identifying him as General James Ironwood. General Ironwood holds the esteemed positions of principal at Atlas Academy and General of the Atlas Military. His purposeful stride towards Davi indicated his clear sense of purpose. General Ironwood is a highly esteemed individual, deserving of great respect and admiration.
Davi, with unwavering composure, responded to General Ironwood's unexpected direct address. The general, exuding authority and respect, commended Davi for his remarkable achievement and outlined the purpose of their meeting with utmost clarity. Despite the element of surprise, Davi maintained his composed demeanor throughout the entire encounter.
During their conversation, Davi was deeply honored to be in the presence of General Ironwood, a highly esteemed figure. Davi maintained his composure and engaged in a meaningful dialogue with the General, discussing the current state of Atlas' military strategy and the challenges they faced. General Ironwood shared valuable insights and praised Davi's knowledge and dedication. After their interaction, Davi parted ways with a newfound respect for himself and a heightened admiration for General Ironwood, one of Atlas' most revered leaders. This encounter left Davi feeling inspired and motivated to contribute even more to the success of Atlas and its military endeavors.
"Why are you here, with me, right now?" Davi asked in a funny tone. "I must request your immediate attention to discuss some highly significant matters in private. It is of utmost importance that we address these issues promptly and thoroughly. The sensitive nature of these matters necessitates a confidential and discreet conversation. Please make arrangements at your earliest convenience to ensure that we can engage in a discussion that will allow for a comprehensive examination of the subject matter. Your cooperation in this matter will be greatly appreciated.," the General replied. "In private, it is possible for me and someone I've never spoken to before to discuss matters of great importance." Davi said. "That's the matter," Ironwood replied. "Your aura is excessively intense, bordering on the supernatural." Ironwood said. "That's why I have a job for you". Davi chuckled and said, "General, I can confidently assure you that I am not an alien. Rest assured, my origins are firmly rooted in humanity. Mostly."
"What job are you speaking of?" Davi asked. "As an undercover huntsman, it is imperative that you adhere to a strict set of guidelines in order to effectively carry out your mission. Firstly, it is crucial that you blend in seamlessly with your surroundings, adopting the appearance and mannerisms of a typical huntsman." Ironwood requested. "Why are you making this offer, General?" Davi questioned. "I mean you have the Ace Operatives and the students of Atlas Academy. Why do you need more?". "Being overcautious with the safety of the people of Remnant is not only necessary, but crucial. The risks and dangers that exist in our world are numerous and unpredictable. Failing to prioritize safety measures would be a grave mistake with potentially devastating consequences. It is for the greater good." Ironwood answered.
"I agree", Davi said. "I take it that you have accepted my offer", Ironwood said. "Yes, General", Davi answered. "You're going to meet your partner, Alice Fedora, and follow my orders to the letter. Am I clear ?" "Crystal clear", Davi answered.
IN A RESTAURANT
As Davi sat in the cozy restaurant, he leisurely ordered a few croissants to savor. The pleasant aroma of freshly baked bread filled the air, creating a soothing atmosphere. Suddenly, his attention was drawn towards a girl with striking brown hair and an eye-catching blue combat dress who confidently made her way towards him. As she took a seat next to him, she introduced herself as Alice and acknowledged that she was the person Ironwood had mentioned. Davi couldn't help but smile warmly at her friendly demeanor and replied that he too was the one Ironwood had spoken about. The two engaged in lively conversation, getting to know each other better, sharing stories and experiences that led them to cross paths. Despite their initial hesitation, they quickly realized they shared many common interests and values, leading to an instant connection. They continued chatting over their delicious pastries, enjoying each other's company and looking forward to future interactions with newfound excitement.
Davi, inquiring with a tone of curiosity, conveyed his uncertainty by posing a question. "What actions are expected of us?"It was clear that he was seeking guidance and direction towards a specific task or goal. His eagerness to learn and understand the next steps emphasized his determination to succeed.
Alice and Davi engaged in a conversation regarding their decision to join Ironwood's team. Alice expressed her motivation to join, stating that she believed she possessed capabilities beyond mere huntsman training, and saw joining Ironwood's team as the ideal opportunity to showcase her potential. When asked about his reason for joining, Davi simply replied that he made a quick decision and accepted the offer. Alice playfully questioned the veracity of his response, prompting Davi to somewhat suspiciously affirm it. Throughout their discussion, the two exchanged lighthearted banter while discussing their respective motivations for joining Ironwood's team.
"Why do you think his forming a team?" Davi asked. "I'm not sure myself, but he did say it was to protect the innocent people of Remnant." Alice answered. "Oh boy, this is definitely raising some red flags. I mean, come on, it's as suspicious as a cat wearing sunglasses. There's gotta be something he's hiding, or maybe he's got a secret agenda up his sleeve." Davi said in a dark tone while stroking his chin. "There may be some uncertainty, but it is undeniable that his desire to serve the people of Remnant is unwavering. He is fully committed to dedicating all his efforts towards their well-being and prosperity." Alice said.
Davi and Alice had been enjoying their meal at the cozy restaurant when they decided to leave. As they walked out, Davi noticed a group of men in black tuxedos with red ties walking towards a dust store. To his surprise, he recognized the leader of the group as Roman Torchwick, a notorious criminal in the city. Davi and Alice decided to follow them and see what was happening. They watched as Torchwick and his henchmen entered the dust store, and Davi knew that they were up to no good. With a determined look, Davi and Alice exchanged a knowing smile before they went to foil the robbery. They were ready to protect the Vale and bring the criminals to justice as that was their job as undercover huntsmen but still huntsmen.
"I am pleased to inform you that you will be facing the formidable duo of Davi and Alice. They are known for their exceptional teamwork and dynamic abilities. Davi possesses incredible strength and agility, making him a force to be reckoned with. Alice, on the other hand, is highly skilled in strategy and possesses a sharp intellect. Together, they form an unstoppable team and we will defeat you." "If your skills was as big as your words maybe you'll stand a chance." Roman said trying to taunt them. "You may have thought he was the one and only thief in town, but he didn't count on the fact that there are always two sides to every story - and in this case, the side with the hunters will prevail", Alice said. " Say it till you believe it", Roman said.
Davi expertly inflicted a severe gash on one henchman's arm using his Imperial sword, effectively disarming the other henchman. He then fractured the second henchman's arm with a powerful kick. When another henchman approached, Davi swiftly neutralized him, along with several of his comrades, by disarming, punching, and ultimately striking them with a fire axe. This display of skill and precision demonstrates Davi's remarkable ability to incapacitate multiple opponents with ease.
Davi, equipped with the formidable Imperial sword, skillfully defeated one of the goons in combat, showcasing his exceptional prowess. However, the situation remains precarious as three more assailants loom, posing an ongoing danger. Unfazed by the odds, Davi boldly issues a counter threat, exuding unwavering confidence and asserting his dominance. The palpable tension in the air hints at the possibility of an imminent, high-stakes confrontation. Brace yourselves for what promises to be an epic clash of wills.
Davi said, "Are you really sure about that, buddy? 'Cause I gotta say, I've got a whole bunch of doubts about it.," and then he kicked and punched the first henchman in the skull, knocking him out cold. Angrily, the second henchman went for David, attempting to strike the blue-haired teenager with his weapon. But David kicked the guy in the stomach and sliced through his rifle, causing him to stagger backward. The henchman lost his equilibrium, so David moved quickly to attack, hitting the man in the face and chest many times. The goon collapsed to the ground, moaning with discomfort. David didn't stop there, instead focusing on the third henchman.
As David confronted the third henchman, the henchman, clearly terrified by David's demonstration of talent, sprang forward to attack with a chain weapon. David skillfully stepped the blow and swiftly cut the chain with his sword, effectively neutralizing the weapon. Seizing the opportunity, David delivered a powerful kick to the henchman's chest, causing him to fall to the ground.
Alice utilized Accel's dual pistol mode to engage the henchmen, firing precise shots at them. In addition, she skillfully employed the bundled end of her weapon to strike one henchman repeatedly in the head. Demonstrating her physical prowess, Alice proceeded to deliver several forceful punches to another henchman's abdomen before swiftly dispatching him with a gunshot. As a result, the henchman was propelled four feet backwards, landing directly in front of Davi.
Alice used Accel's dual pistol mode to shoot at henchmen and used the bundle of her weapon to hit one henchman multiple times in the head. Alice punched one henchman in the guts a couple of times before shooting him making him fly four foot backwards and landing directly in front of Davi.
Roman Torchwick, after observing the situation at the dust shop, determined that the robbery was ultimately futile. He made the decision to leave the premises, as the potential gains did not outweigh the risks and efforts involved.
Davi activated Imperial, assumed a fighting stance, and prepared to engage Roman. He swiftly charged at full speed, with Alice by his side, ready to confront the thief. Dodging multiple shots from the Melodic Cudgel, Davi relentlessly advanced towards Roman. Despite his attempt to strike, Roman skillfully blocked the attack with his weapon, giving Alice the opportunity to fire a few shots using Accel's pistol mode.
Davi and Alice launched a double kick to his chest, but Roman swiftly defended himself, blocking their attacks. He managed to land a hit on Alice, but it did not deter the two teenagers from continuing their assault.
Davi launched another attack on Roman, who attempted to defend himself by shooting at him multiple times. However, Roman's shots were ineffective as Davi engaged him in a physical struggle. In the midst of the tussle, Roman failed to notice Alice, who swiftly kicked him in the face. The impact sent him crashing into a nearby wall, causing his aura to momentarily flicker.
Roman, consumed by anger, launched another assault on the teenagers. Despite his brutal attacks, Davi skillfully evaded each one. Seizing an opportunity, Davi delivered a powerful punch to Roman's chest, causing his aura to flicker and fade once more. With determination, Davi approached the injured thief, prepared to take him into custody and bring him to justice.
As he neared Roman, a young woman in her early twenties intercepted him. She was dressed in a dark red mini dress and wore high heels. Her eyes burned with an intense fire., "Who are you ?" Davi asked but the woman took Roman and disappeared. Davi then faced and asked "What the fucken hell was that ?". Alice who was shocked with what she has just seen stood speechless.
IN AN UNKNOWN LOCATION
Davi and Alice stood before Ironwood who was staring at them. " What did you say you saw ?" Ironwood said asking for confirmation. "Someone with red fiery eyes who saved Roman and disappeared immediately", Alice asked. " Red fiery eyes..." Ironwood said stroking his chin, "TI appreciate your observation. "It is imperative that you understand the significance of your insight. Take charge and confidently assert your expertise.", Ironwood said ushering them out of the room.
Outside the room, in a passage, Davi and Alice were talking about what played a while ago. "What was that ?", Davi asked. "It's actually now no longer whatever properly and it in all likelihood what we are up against. So I advocate you're taking it with each inch of seriosness you have" Alice answered somewhat angrily. "It is not productive for us to remain idle while claiming to be undercover. We should find meaningful tasks to occupy ourselves with.", "What are you implying ?" Davi asked, "I think it's important for us to dedicate some time to training. You can never be too prepared, right? It's always better to be well-equipped and ready for whatever comes our way. So, let's make sure we set aside some time to train and sharpen our skills. It'll definitely pay off in the long run" , Davi said. "I completely agree that there is no such thing as being too prepared. It is always beneficial to be well-prepared in any situation, as it allows us to handle unexpected challenges more effectively. Being prepared not only helps us to avoid unnecessary errors during fights but it also enables us to make better decisions in combat, seeing that our opponents are no push over. Therefore, I wholeheartedly support the idea of being well-prepared.." Alice said agreeing with Davi.
Davi and Alice entered a very big training room somewhere in the building. "I can't believe how huge here is" Davi commented, "Yes it's quite big. And all we have to do is set to region". " Is thi s the same kind of tech they use in the Vytal tournament ?" Davi asked. "Of course it is" Alice said angrily "Even a kid knows that"." You don't have to be so brash" Davi said but Alice gave him another dirty look. " Sorry for asking", Davi said. "Thank you", Alice said sarcastically. "Memory's a bit foggy" Davi said. "I appreciate your suggestion, but it is not necessary as there are only two of us present." Davi said, "I guess so" Alice replied.
The training room, while lacking in decoration or visual interest, does not suffer from any reduction in size. Its dimensions remain unchanged, providing ample space for training activities. "I want you to give it your all" Alice instructed, "Rest assured, if you prove yourself worthy, I will gladly fulfill your request." Davi said, "I take that as an insult" Alice said. "That's the spirit" Davi commented. Alice, feeling annoyed and angry, unleashed the power of Accel's double katana mode, launching a vicious attack on Davi. However, Davi's impressive acrobatic skills allowed him to swiftly and easily dodge each strike. In a close call, Davi almost landed a vital hit on Alice with Imperial, but Alice skillfully evaded the attack with ease. "Not only you have those fancy tricks up your sleeves" Alice taunted making Davi scoff.
"This not the deal. YOU'RE HOLDING BACK. OR ARE YOU SCARED" Alice taunted once more. "Let's take it up a notch" Davi said, "My pleasure". Alice relentlessly attacked Davi, equipped with Accel, effortlessly evaded the incoming attacks without exertion. With precision, Davi employed Imperial to strike Alice, who initially matched the force of the blows. However, Davi skillfully identified an opportunity and delivered a decisive strike, causing Alice's once steady blue aura to falter momentarily.
"Looks like you're having problems keeping up" Davi taunted making Alice furious. Alice attacked Davi brutally but Davi blocked all the attacks and easily hit Alice multiple times breaking her aura making her fall unconscious.
Davi approached Alice, who had recently regained consciousness after being defeated, and found her lying on the floor. "Dude, let me tell you something. When you go all out in a fight, you might think you're being a badass, but in reality, you're just messing up your own game. Being overly aggressive actually screws up your ability to land those precise and calculated strikes. So, here's the deal: stay cool, stay focused, and keep your composure. That's how you maximize the effectiveness of your attacks, my friend. Trust me, approaching combat with a composed mindset is gonna give you the best shot at getting the outcome you want. It's like unlocking a secret power, man." Davi, the advisor, instructed the huntress, Alice. In response, Alice utilized Accel's pistols mode to fire at Davi. However, Davi skillfully intercepted the bullets with his bare hands and proceeded to completely disintegrate them. "How did yo??!!" Alice said in shock.
IN A DARK ALLEY
The unknown woman, accompanied by two other individuals, saved Roman. As he lay on the floor, panting and coughing blood, she engaged in conversation with him while the two others stood by like bouncers. "It is truly astonishing that once again, I found myself in the position of having to rescue you." The unanimous woman told Roman Torchwick, "Well don't blame me. I HAVE TO DO ALL THE DIRTY WORK.But you know what? I'm not thrilled about it! Maybe I'll have a great opportunity to demonstrate my skills of I knew your plans." Roman said. "It is time to progress beyond the realm of petty crimes and transition into phase two."
