Sonic X (my version)
Hi, this mastershadow300 this is my version of sonic X, I don't own sonic.
my version involves more characters than the ones from the series, I hope you like it.

"Unfair Ball".

Tails is piloting the X-tornado one night with Hope as his co-pilot.

"So far, things are going smoothly, Hope," Tails said."

"Looks like the chaos emerald is indeed making the X tornado ride smoothly, but we must still be cautious," Hope said."

Suddenly, the chaos emerald starts pulsing.

"I think it's picked up something." Tails said as the X tornado stars to tremor." I can't control it! (it starts flying towards a baseball stadium) maybe it's another chaos emerald!"

"Given what I've read on chaos emeralds, that's a very strong possibility!" Hope said."

Ahead in the baseball stadium, Tails sees someone shouting.

"Stop! Stop!" the human yelled."

"there's a human there, Tails! turn around!" Hope said."

"I'm trying! the best thing I can do is pull up!" Tails said."

He pulls the thrusters back and the X tornado pulls up, narrowly missing the human.

"Better go down there," Tails said."

"Good idea, let's go and investigate," Hope said."

Tails lands the X-tornado and takes out the emerald.

"We better be careful. we don't know if the human can be trusted," Hope said."

"He looked harmless enough. of course, appearance isn't everything. still, you know as well as I do that us Mobians can't hide from humans indefinitely," Tails said."

"Right," Hope said."

"So, even if this particular human CAN keep our secret, other humans will learn of us regardless," Tails said."

"of course," Hope said."

Tails and Hope walks into Diamond Stadium and is amazed by its views.

"Whoa!" Tails said."

"I must admit, this is quite impressive."

Tails spins his namesakes and carries her to the field.

"Whoa," Hope said as her feet are firmly planted on one of the plates. they see the human trying to operate a mowing vehicle." it's risky, but we must ask him."

"No turning back now," Tails said."

"Excuse us, sir!" Hope said but got no response." Hello? (loudly) Yo!"

this catches the human's attention.

The human turns around and sees Hope.

"aren't you a little young to be out this late?" he asked."

"One, I'm 14. two I came here because I had a little bit of an interference and I'm working to see if I can find something," Hope replied."

"Say, you look familiar. do you happen to be the girl with the jet pack that arrived at the emerald coast resort yesterday?" the human asked."

"If I'm being honest, yes," Hope replied."

"Are you really Eggman's niece?" the human asked."

"Shamefully, yes. but I can assure you, I'm against his ideas and would do anything to stop him from hurting others," Hope replied."

"I saw you fight against him on the news. that pretty much speaks for itself," the human said."

"Thanks. now, me and my friend here have reason to believe that something we're looking for in this area," Hope said."

"What sort of something and what friend?" the human asked."

He notices Tails.

"Huh? Ah, keep away!" the human said."

"it's ok, I'm with Hope. It's just, we were in my plane and the Chaos Emerald started glowing and- don't worry mister, I won't hurt ya," Tails said."

Later at the bleachers, Hope and Tails explained everything and learned that the humans name is Albert.

"Sure is some story, never would've guessed that was you two flying that plane up there," Albert said." especially a fox piloting it."

"Again, sorry for the fright, Mr. Albert. I must say that this stadium looks very well maintained," Hope said."

"Thanks for the compliment. Lots of folks say that turf here in Diamond Stadium is the best in the world, which makes me happy because I've been the groundskeeper at Diamond for 30 years," Albert explained."

"30 years?" Hope and Tails asked surprised."

"You bet! Only I'm afraid that today's my last day here at the ol' place. You see, the Diamond's manager who wants to build an indoors stadium with artificial turf, so this place is gonna be demolished. I tell you, leaving this place behind feels like the end of an era," Albert said." By the way, did you two mention something about an emerald?"

"Yeah," Tails replied as he pulls out the Chaos Emerald." See, I'm looking for an emerald just like this one. It's called a "Chaos Emerald"."

"And we're looking for an emerald that looks just like the one Tails is holding," Hope said."

"A what? Would this be what you're looking for?" Albert asked as he pulls out a cyan chaos emerald."

(gasp) "Ah, a Chaos Emerald!" Tails replied."

"I saw it laying next to the dumpster a couple of nights ago. Wasn't sure what it was," Albert explained."

The two Chaos Emeralds start glowing. A bright light then shoots straight up into the night sky.

"What is this? Is this magic?" a civilian asked."

Scarlet and her camera guy see the light coming from the stadium, including Knuckles from a tree.

"I know that light," Knuckles said."

At Eggman's lair, Decoe is alerting Eggman.

"Dr. Eggman! Dr. Eggman! You might want to take a look at this, sir!" Decoe said."

"What is that light?" Eggman asked."

"It appears that two chaos emeralds have come within a close proximity of each other," Snively replied."

"It appears to be coming from the baseball stadium," Decoe said."

"A stadium, you say? Fascinating!" Eggman said as he opens a drawer and pulls out a ball." I have a feeling that there's an Emerald out in that Diamond!"

"a rousing game of baseball, Uncle?" Snively said."

"Oh, yes. it feels appropriate, given the location," Eggman replied."

"Very well, I'm feeling rather sporty right now," Snively said."

"So, let's play ball," Eggman said as he chuckles wickedly."

"Should we wake up Eggette?" Grounder asked."

"of course not you bolt brain," Scratch replied." you should never disrupt her beauty sleep."

"And you don't want to know to what happened to the last bot that disturbed her," Coconuts said."

The robot's shudder at the thought while Eggman and Snively grinned.

The opening theme song from Sonic X, "Gotta Go Fast" plays.

At the Thorndyke mansion, Maisy is looking upset and worried.

"You miss your big brother?" Ray asked."

"Yeah, he's never been out this long, I'm just worried," Maisy replied."

"don't fret hon. he's still testing out the X tornado and Hope's with him, they stay out of trouble and be back before you know it," Bunnie said."

"Your right thanks Bunnie," Maisy said."

Tania brings food to Muttski.

"Here you go Muttski, perfect food for my favorite pet," she said patting him on the head, making him lick her cheek making her giggle."

then she gets in her seat at the table as he eats while Manic is drumming with two spoons and Isabelle had her feet on the table.

"Manic! put that silverware back!" Sonia said."

"Isabelle! no feet on the table," Monica said."

"Sonia, Monica quit being such S.A.P.," Manic said as he and Isabelle laugh."

"Yeah, chillout," Isabelle said."

"S.A.P.?" Rotor asked."

"Spiny annoying princess!" Manic replied laughing."

"It was originally for Sonia, but my twin hear sometimes acts like her," Isabelle said."

Charles takes the spoons out of Manic's hands and got Isabelles feet off the table.

"Alright you four no more bickering," Charles said."

"Yes, Uncle Charles," Sonia said."

"Yes, Uncle Chuck," manic said simultaneously."

"Sorry Uncle Chuck," the twins said."

"Good, I get that its hard being in a new location, but we must try to keep a level head and not take our frustrations out on each other," Charles said."

Meanwhile, Sonic is making a decent effort to sit properly next to Sally but can't tell which utensils are for which dish.

"Which fork is for the salad?" Sonic asked."

"Frankly, I don't see why so many utensils are used for different dishes. I mean, what difference does it make as long as they get the job done?" Rotor asked."

"My mom says it's important to learn good manners so we can eat properly," Chris replied."

"She's right," Antonie said."

"Well, I've learned some manners from Uncle Chuck, and I've been eating fine my whole life," Sonic said."

"I've spent my time in nature, where it doesn't matter how you eat as long as you do," Mighty said."

"except for these peanut butter sandwiches," Ray said as he's eating one."

"Seriously, Ray! that's your third one today!" Amy said."

"can't help it, I like them," Ray said."

"And they're yours to enjoy," Mighty said."

"Hey, Antonie. can you give me a hand here?" Sonic asked."

"of course," Antonie replied."

"Which one of these forks is the salad fork," Sonic asked."

Antonie looked annoyed and points to the salad fork.

"Oh, right. thanks," Sonic said."

"Proletariat," Antonie muttered."

"Hey, he's still practicing. don't shrug off his efforts," Sally said."

"she's right, Master Antonie. not everyone is as well-trained in etiquette as you and Miss Sonia are," Tanaka said."

"My apologies, Sonic," Antonie said."

Bokkun flies in.

(Laughs.) "Sorry, I didn't know it was mealtime, but Dr. Eggman's got a real important message for ya!" Bokkun said."

"Argh, not again!" Sonic said."

"Eggman can take his message and shove it right up his-," Amy said until Nicky and Manic covers her mouth."

"Sorry. what's she's about to say can't be repeated in front of children," Nicky said."

"How dare you barge in on us like this!" Tanaka said."

"You need to learn some manners," Antonie said."

"Eh, that's what you say!" Bokkun said."

The message begins playing.

"Good evening, Sonic. I suggest you take a look out your window," Eggman said."

"Window?!" Sonic questioned."

Sonic opens up a window. he, Chuck and Chris see a bright pillar of light illuminating the night sky.

"What is it?" Chuck asked."

"That light's coming from a Chaos Emerald," Cream replied."

"Is she right?" Chris asked."

"she's half-right, but that's not just one Chaos Emerald," Sonic replied."

"Correct. We both want those emeralds, but why not be good sports about it? That's why I suggest you suit up, and meet me over at the Diamond Stadium," Eggman said."

"Diamond Stadium?!" Tanaka said."

"What for?" Chuck asked."

"I challenge you and your friends to a game of winner-take-all baseball!" Eggman replied as he Laughs."

"You guys might be a little rusty, so how about some batting practice?" Bokkun asked pulling out a bat."

"Uh oh...," Sonic said."

Bokkun starts batting numerous balls right at Sonic and co. while they try to avoid them.

(Picks up Bokkun) "You got a decent swing, but you keep hitting it foul!" Ella said."

"Ella, I believe it's time to throw him out," Sonia suggested."

"Agreed," Ella said as she throws Bokkun out."

"What kind of pitch was that?" Chris asked."

"I think that was a screwball," Chuck replied."

"We have to get to that stadium!" Sonic said."

Bunnie secures Cream, Cheese, Antonie in her arms before taking off.

Sonic dashes off with Sally and Nicky drives the underground van with Chris, Tanaka, Charles, Amy, Maisy, Tania, Tiara, Rotor, Renee, Ben, and Muttski. Manic takes his rocket board while Sonia rides her motorcycle and Mighty and Ray run alongside Sonic.

Back at the diamond stadium, the light dies down from the chaos emeralds.

"What just happened?" Albert asked."

"That always happens when Chaos Emeralds come together," Tails replied."

"I just hope the wrong person didn't see it," Hope said."

The egg mobile arrives with a sidecar for Snively.

"Heh-heh-heh! Well, if it isn't my foxy high-flying friend and my disgrace of a niece!" Eggman said."

"Jinxed it," Hope muttered."

"Dr. Eggman!" Tails said."

"Hope? you're here, too?" Snively asked."

"Colin?" Hope asked."

"you two know each other?" Albert asked confused."

"Yes, that's Colin Kintobor jr., my older brother." Hope replied." even though I thought he was my half-brother at first, until he did a DNA check making us blood relatives."

"He answers to Snively Robotnik now!" Eggman said."

"that's right. as you can see, Eggman and I got ourselves reacquainted," Snively said." along with Eggette."

"Colin, please! Uncle Julian is just using you!" Hope said." wait Eggette is here too?!"

Snively nods.

"Great, now I have to deal with that brat," Hope said."

Eggman gets angry hearing his abandoned name.

"How dare you use my abandoned name!" Eggman said."

"Sir, it might be prudent to get back to the business at hand," Snively said."

"Yes, of course," Eggman said as he looks around in wonder." Where's the rest of your team? It's almost game time!"

"What team? what are you talking about?" Tails asked."

"I sent a message to Sonic and his ragtag friends inviting them to a winner-take-all-baseball game!" Eggman replied."

"Well, they're not hear!" Hope said."

"Could it be Sonic, and his pals are choosing to forfeit? I must say that's very un-sportsman-like of them. If there's one thing, I hate more than a meddling hedgehog, it's a quitter!" Eggman taunted."

"Look at it this way, sir. we already won," Snively said."

The spike at the end of the Egg Mobile transforms into a hand and charges at Tails. but Hope draws out her EMP weapon but hesitates, but the fox dodges it taking Hope with him.

"Wh-what's going on here, anyway?" Albert asked."

The hand grabs the Chaos Emerald that Albert is holding.

"Oh, no, he's got the Emerald!" Tails said."

"Heh-heh, one down, one to go! Hand it over! I won it fair and square. Now give me that second emerald or I'll have to use a force play!" Eggman said."

"I'd like to see you try it!" Tails said as he runs."

The hand tries to grab Tails, but Knuckles arrives and smashes the hand.

"That was close. You all right?" Knuckles asked."

"Knuckles! Am I glad to see you!" Tails replied."

"Well, look who it is. I like your costume," Knuckles said."

"Well, if it isn't Knuckles! I bet you're feeling smug playing me for a sap!" Eggman said."

"What brings you here? doing Sonic's dirty work, I suppose?" Snively asked."

"I saw the beacon on my own," Knuckles replied."

Sonic, Sally, Mighty, and Ray arrive.

"Hey, how is it going, Knuckles?" Sonic asked."

"Not much," Knuckles replied."

"Well, if isn't Sonic. I thought you weren't going to show up, so I took one of the Emeralds and I was just collecting the second" Eggman said as he chuckles." But now that you're here, maybe we can play ball."

Sonia, Manic arrive as Bunnie lands with Cream, Cheese, and Antonie.

"And it seems we have enough players and some witnesses to see them lose," Snively said."

Chris, Chuck, Charles, Amy, Rotor, Renee, Ben, Nicky, Tiara, Tania, Maisy, Ben, Muttski, and Tanaka entered.

"Alright. Just give us back that Chaos Emerald," Sonic demanded."

"All in good times, my speedy little opponent. But first, let me introduce you to our fellow teammates," Eggman said."

"Huh?" Sonic said."

A flying saucer appears and shines a bright light at the ground, emerging numerous E-21 Ballios robots out of it as well as Scratch and Grounder.

"They're scaring me, Bunnie," Cream said."

"It's okay hon," Bunnie said."

"Look at us! we're out on the big diamond now! Ha-ha ha-ha!" Scratch said."

"Scratch and Grounder?" Hope said."

Eggman and Snively then jumped down from the egg mobile.

"Not too shabby, eh? Now why don't we knock off the pre-game ceremonies and get to the reason we're all here. It's now game time," Eggman said."

"Let's play ball!" Decoe and Bocoe said."

"You can't have your game here!" Tails said."

"Wait. It just so happens ol' Grandpa Chuck here is a big baseball fan from way back!" Chuck said."

"Huh?" Tails questioned."

"A nice friendly game of baseball sounds like a great idea to me!" Chuck said."

"But... but Chuck!" Tails said."

(Laughs.) "Ah, so you're Chuck, are you? Well, it's a great pleasure to finally meet you. A ball game must sound most exciting after being cooped up in that laboratory of yours day after day!" Eggman said." (noticing Charles), and Sir Charles! it's been too long I wanted to thank you again for foolishly letting me steal your roboticizer."

Charles looked at Eggman angry.

"If I knew my invention would be stolen, I would've added a fail safe," Charles said."

"Um, would this be a bad time to mention that the roboticizer still doesn't work anymore?" Scratch asked."

"What?! you heaps of scrap! can't you do anything right?!" Eggman asked."

"We tried to fix it from the inside and accidently destroyed it," Scratch replied."

"Hey, if you want to have a ball game, then you have to have it someplace else!" Tails said but everyone ignores him." Isn't anybody listening to me?"

"Well, Eggman, if the others are up-court, I would be more than happy to accept your challenge!" Chuck said."

"But you can't have your game here! You're going to ruin all the beautiful turf!" Tails said."

"What's that loud-mouthed fox getting so bent out of shape for?" Decoe asked."

"Who knows?" Bocoe replied."

Tails loses his temper.

"Hey! I'll have you know this stadium means a lot to my friend!" Tails yelled."

"It's okay, Tails," Albert said."

"Huh?" Tails asked turning around looking at Albert."

"Only a matter of time before it's demolished anyway," Albert said."

"Have I seen you somewhere?" Chuck asked."

"Maybe during the seventh inning stretch. My name's Albert Butler. I'm the head groundskeeper here," Albert replied."

"Ah! I thought you looked familiar, I've seen you on television! You were good friends with the owner of the Diamond, Elmer Johnson, right?" Chuck asked."

"Wow, you know him?" Chris asked."

"Elmer and I don't talk much anymore...," Albert replied."

(Cries a bit) "This is such an honor to think that I get to play baseball on the world-famous Diamond Stadium-," Chuck said."

"Stop your blubbering and let's play baseball!" Eggman said."

"Okay," Amy said."

"How do we play?" Cream asked."

"Alright, everybody, time for the Chaos Emerald baseball Playoff-," Chuck said."

(Pushes Chuck right aside) "It's the first annual Eggman Intergalactic Baseball Challenge!" Eggman said."

(deadpan) "This is sad...," Knuckles said."

"And totally embarrassing...," Chris said."

"One-two, one-two!" Tanaka said while he stretches."

(sits on one of the ballios head) "Does he have to be on our team?" Sonic asked looking unimpressed."

"Amy, do we get to play, too?" Cream asked."

"Don't see why not," Amy replied."

Cheese replies.

"Well, in baseball, each team needs at least nine players," Charles explained."

"And there are a lot of us hear," Tiara said."

"Oh, yeah!" Tanaka said still stretching."

"Besides, it'll be a learning experience for you young Mobians," Charles said."

"And good footage for our show," Monica holding out her video camera."

Eggman is practicing his batting.

"Hey, Grandpa, I'm not so sure this baseball game is such a good idea." Chris said." What if Eggman's got something up on his sleeve?"

"Chris is right, my uncle is a notorious cheater and some of that rubbed off on my brother," Hope said." (thinking) 'including that little brat.'

"you guys may be right. For all we know, that guy could be using a corked bat," Chuck said."

"That's not exactly what we meant," Chris said."

"Yeah, and their cheating is way worse than that," Hope said."

"Let's decide which team will be first to bat. Rock, paper-," Eggman said until Knuckles interrupted him."

"You can't be serious! You do know what will happen if Dr. Eggman wins, don't you? He won't be just winning the game, but the Chaos Emeralds, too. If Eggman wins this game, it'll mean nothing but catastrophe for all of us," Knuckles said."

"I'd say that's nothing but stinking thinking!" Eggman said."

"Why ruin everyone's fun?" Sonia said."

"Huh?" Knuckles questioned."

"C'mon, Knuckles, don't you wanna play?" Amy asked."

"Think of it as a chance to put Eggman in his place again," Mighty said."

"Yeah! you'd be super strong and brave!" Ray said."

"Hmm...when you put it like that...," Knuckles said."

"Great! Then you'll play, huh?" Sonic asked."

"You know what? I'll do it. any excuse to keep a chaos emerald from falling into Eggman's hands is good enough for me," Knuckles replied."

"let's get this game on!" Manic said."

The game starts with Sonic's team at bat first.

"Let's play ball!" Decoe announced."

Chris is up to bat first.

"Bring it on!" Chris said."

Ballios pitcher throws the ball right at a superfast speed.

"Strike 1," Decoe said."

"Huh?!" Chris said."

Sonic whistles loudly.

"Now that's fast," he said."

(Ballios pitcher pitches.) "Strike 2. (Pitches again.) Strike 3, one out," Decoe announced."

(Walks off.) "How could anybody hit a ball that fast?" Chris asked."

(Laughs.) "Loser! Okay, boys, send in the next sucker," Eggman said."

Tails steps up into the plate.

"It'll probably be a fastball," Tails said."

The E-21 Ballios pitcher stretches its arm across the range and flicks the ball to the E-21 Ballios catcher.

"Strike 1," Decoe said."

"Hey, umpire, that's not fair!" Tails said."

"What do you want? It's not my fault he's got long arms," Decoe said."

Amy comes up to bat. instead of a bat she uses her hammer.

"Give me your best pitch, ball boy! (Ballios pitcher pitches the ball.) I got it!" Amy said."

Amy strikes the ball flying high. Sonic's team cheers on.

"We might not lose after all," Knuckles said."

Suddenly, a Ballios fielder throws another Ballios fielder into the air and catches it.

"She's out!" Decoe announced."

"Huh?! But I thought...," Amy said as Dr. Eggman laughs."

later the team switches and Amy is on the pitcher's mount.

"Now I'll show 'em what I can do. I'm a much better pitcher anyway." Amy said."

"How would you know? you never played before," Sonia said from the dugout."

"Well, I've thrown stuff before." Amy said as she throws the ball and strikes at the Ballios batter. The robot walks off." Uh, sorry about that, I usually aimed for Eggman's bots when I throw something."

"That explains so much," Sonia said flatly."

"Grounder comes up to bat with one arm turned into a morning star.

"This time, aim at the pitcher's mitt," Amy said."

Amy pitches and Grounder misses while one of the other Ballios robots starts running on the field to the base where Tails is. It extends its legs to leap over a wide distance onto the base.

"Safe!" Decoe said.

(Looking at the screen) "Losing isn't fun...," Tails said flatly."

The ball is thrown, and the Ballios batter strikes the ball away.

"And it's out of the park!" Eggman said."

Ray flies up and catches the ball.

"Home run! Home run!" Decoe announced."

"You caught it Ray, but if it's outside the fence, it doesn't count," Chuck said."

"Ugh! Who says we gotta play by the rules anyway?! Cut him some slack!" Sonic said." I mean Amy and grounder used weapons instead of bats."

The next inning begins with Amy batting a pitch which hits the Ballios pitcher, shattering it into pieces.

"Sorry, that's a hit!" Amy said."

Mighty bats the pitch, resulting in a home run.

"Sad to say, but it's a home run," Decoe announced."

Sonic's team cheers on as Mighty runs all the bases.

"Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. This is Scarlet Garcia with a live report from Diamond Stadium. There appears to be a most unusual baseball game happening right this moment. The notorious Dr. Eggman and a team of robots are playing a game against four people and what appears to be a cadre of anthropomorphic animals here at the stadium, one of them which appears to be the blue hedgehog who's been stopping Eggman ever since he made his debut, the soon-to-be former home of the Diamonds. This is certain to become sports history. This is Scarlet Garcia reporting. Stay tuned to SSTV for continuing coverage of this momentous game," Scarlet said."

"We're closing in on them! Now let's give it our best shot!" Chuck said. Tanaka!"

"Yes, sir!" Tanaka said."

"I'm putting in a pinch-hitter for you!" Chuck said."

"Huh?!" Tanaka said confused."

"It's Cheese!" Chuck said."

Cheese replies in excitement.

The Ballios pitcher pitches with hesitation.

"Ball 1. (Pitches again.) Ball 2. (Pitches again.) Ball 3. (Pitches again.) Ball 4. Take your base," Decoe said."

Cheese flies towards the first base.

"Grr... you big loser! You call yourself a pitcher?!" Eggman yelled."

"Mr. Thorndyke, ah have an idea!" Bunnie said."

"Go for it," Chuck said."

"Cream, come over here," Bunnie said."

"Yes Bunnie," Cream said." (Bunnie whispered a secret strategy into Cream's ear) "are you sure about that Bunnie?"

"Trust me, it'll work," Bunnie replied."

"Ok then," Cream said."

Cream steps into the field.

"Play ball," Decoe said."

The Ballios pitcher was about to pitch until Cream stopped him.

"Oh, Mr. Pitcher, could you... maybe not throw the ball too hard? I've never played before," Cream said making puppy dog eyes."

Ballios blushes and drops the ball.

"Balk. Batter takes first base," Decoe said."

"Thank you, Mr. Pitcher!" Cream said as she heads to first base."

"Grrrrr... I oughta throw you on a scrap heap!" Eggman yelled."

Sally and Sonia looked at Bunnie suspiciously.

"Bunnie did you tell Cream to do that?" Sally asked."

Bunnie looked away whistling innocently.

"Maybe," Bunnie replied."

Both princesses gave her deadpanned looks.

"What? ya'll saying you wouldn't do the same thing?" Bunnie asked."

"I would never tell Tania to do that!" Sonia replied."

"Not even my niece," Sally added."

"If you say so," Bunnie shrugged."

Knuckles hits another home-run shot.

"Alright, Knuckles! Another homerun!" Chuck said."

"That means we're tied!" Sally said."

(noticing something) "Ah, look everybody!" Chris said."

The stadium has human spectators.

"Hey, you guys, hit it over this way!" the kid said."

"Huh?" Chris said."

"Where'd all these people come from?" Albert asked."

"So much for staying Hidden," Nicky said as the score board changes making the team tied and the game resuming."

Sonic's turn to bat. He manages to get to first base.

"Grr... you strike out that squirt or else!" Eggman said."

Chris steps into the field. Ballios pitcher pitches.

Ballios's pitch was a fast ball.

"Strike 1," Decoe said."

"Oh, no. What if I let the whole team down?" Chris asked."

Ballios pitches again.

"Strike 2," Decoe said."

"Time out!" Sonic called."

"Huh?" Chris questioned."

"Hey, Chris! I know you can get a hit. There's nothing to it, Chris. All you have to do is concentrate," Sonic said."

"That's easy for you to say. He's pitching so fast," Chris said." I bet you can hit it no problem."

"So, he's throwing a couple of fastballs. You can't let that get you down, pal. Just keep on trying and don't give up. Now get out there and do your best!" Sonic said."

"Okay," Chris said."

"Play ball," Decoe said."

'Sonic's right. I just have to keep trying.' Chris thought.'

Ballios pitcher throws and Chris swings.

"Strike 3," Decoe said."

(sighs) "At least I tried my best," Chris said."

"Chris, run!" Chuck yelled."

Chris sees a Ballios fielder running after the ball and proceeds to run. Sonic makes it to home base while Chris runs to first base.

"Safe," Decoe said."

"I did it! I got to first base!" Chris said."

Sonic's team cheers Chris on.

"Oh, yeah? Those bumbling clowns! They won't make a fool out of me!" Eggman said as Bocoe appears with a remote and Dr. Eggman presses a button on it. One of the Ballios robots has its head detach and attach onto Sonic's head."

"What's that?" Sonic asked."

"Oh, dear! My robot! It's malfunctioning! It will explode any minute now! Run, Sonic! Hurry! Run away!" Eggman said tauntingly."

"Sonic, what are we gonna do?" Tania asked."

"He's trying to get us to forfeit the game! I gotta get rid of this thing quick!" Sonic replied as he runs around the stadium." Hey, you're really hanging on!"

A mysterious cloaked figure watches from the stands.

"Mighty, do you have any tether rings?" Knuckles asked."

"Yeah!" Mighty replied."

"Wait, I have an idea," Sonia said."

"Better make it quick sis," Sonic said."

"Are you going to do that move?!" Manic asked."

Sonia nods and grabs Knuckles by the ankles and does a Sonia spin while keeping her grip.

"Got it!" Knuckles said."

"Sonic! when I give the word, jump as high as you can!" Sonia said."

"Right!" Sonic said."

"NOW!" Sonia yelled as Sonic jumps as high as he can." Sonia swing by spin!"

She throws Knuckles at Sonic as she stops spinning. when Knuckles get close, he punches Ballios's head off of Sonic, causing it to explode.

"Thanks, you two are lifesavers!" Sonic said."

(Laughs as he and Snively entered the egg mobile.) "You may have beaten me at baseball, but with this shiny blue Chaos Emeralds snuggled ever-so-safely in my pocket, I'm the real winner after all! Aren't I?!" Eggman said as he and Snively Laughs and escapes."

The Ballios ship follows them.

"Now he has one of the Chaos Emeralds," Amy said."

Crowd cheering.

"As you can see, there's been quite a turnout for this event. The game was, of course, the last to be played here at the stadium." scarlet said until her and the crowd sees someone." (Gasps)" Could that be...?!"

A man enters the field.

"Hey, look, it's Elmer Johnson!" Chris said."

"I was watching at home. I must say it was quite a remarkable game. It's all thanks to you, Al, and I- well, Al, I can't help but think how much you've done for the Diamonds over the years and what a great friend you've been," Elmer said."

"Thank you," Albert said."

"I'm thinking about moving the Diamond turf over to the new stadium intact. I sure could use your help," Elmer offered."

"Sure thing," Albert accepted."

The crowd cheers.

"Well, we may have lost a Chaos Emerald, but I think we've learned an important lesson about working together, and I'm sure you'll agree, we'll be even stronger next time we meet Eggman" Chuck said."

"We really have," Manic said."

"And we'll be stronger when next time we meet Eggman and Snively," Antonie said."

In the stands, the cloaked figure teleports outside the stadium.

"So, they DID survive." the figured said as she removes her hood revealing the face of queen Aleena the hedgehog." I'm glad my grandchildren are together again; I'll inform the others but for now I must keep a low profile for now."

At Eggman's lair.

"I'm glad we got a chaos emerald," Scratch said."

"To bad Eggette was asleep and missed the game," Bocoe said."

"Oh, don't worry about that," Grounder said."

"What do you mean?" Decoe asked."

"Used one of Bokkun's message TVs to record our game and put it in her room," Grounder replied."

The bots looked scared.

"you idiot!" Scratch yelled." his TVs explodes every time they're used.

"We got to get the TV before its-," Decoe said."

The TV blows up in Eggatha's room making her scream.

"Too late!" Bocoe said."

Eggatha comes out of her roomin her pajamas covered in soot and really angry.

"Who ruined my BEAUTY SLEEP?" she screamed."

By coincidence Bokkun comes flying in, the bots point at him.

"It was Bokkun, he ruined your sleep with his TV pranks!" Scratch replied."

"Wait what?" Bokkun asked."

Eggette turns to Bokkun pulling out her own weapon being an EMP robot torment gun.

"So, you think it's funny to ruin my beauty sleep huh, well here's what I think about that," she said with an evil grin."

Bokkun flies away crying as Eggatha chases him laughing mechanically as the other robot's watch.

"Better him then me," Grounder said."

"Or any of us," Scratch said."

"Yeah, but we're still gonna have to clean it all up anyway," Decoe said."

Explosions are heard around the base.

The Sonic X closing theme "Gotta Go Fast" (shortened) plays as the credits roll.

that's episode 10, I added this last part because I figured it would be funny.
