A/N: Alright guys this is another cchapter of Energized Rwbyverse and we are pretty much getting close to the fall of Beacon as a matter of fact we are kinda already in the fall of Beacon. I plan on bringing Felix back to the big screens in a really big way.

Also, how do I bring Davi, Alice, Eden and Nero to the fall of Beacon, I guess we will just have to wait and see. Also about the Axis Operatives, yeah I kinda got it from the Ace Ops if that wasn't noticeable already.

Yeah, I know I wasn't too creative on the chapter title but atleast it didn't come out of the blue as usual. On that note let us go on to the chapter then, but remember to favourite, follow and review all my stories ( Energized Rwbyverse, Of Diamonds and Rubies and Legend of the Starwalker. )

CHAPTER 11: PERSUADING THE MONSTER

UNKNOWN LOCATION

The meeting room felt colder than usual, and the low hum of machinery in the background only added to the tension in the air. Davi stepped into the dimly lit space, his footsteps echoing faintly against the metallic floor. His mind churned with unease as he approached General Ironwood, who stood stoically near a console displaying various maps and data streams.

This wasn't the first time he had been summoned here, but it was the first time Alice wasn't by his side. That fact alone was enough to set him on edge.

"Took you long enough," Ironwood said without looking up

Davi stopped a few paces away, folding his arms as he surveyed the General with a skeptical expression. "No worries, General. Just making sure I didn't walk into a trap. You know how it is these days hard to tell who's friend or foe anymore." His tone dripped with sarcasm, a shield for his underlying wariness.

Ironwood finally turned to face him, his expression as unyielding as ever. "Still keeping that sharp tongue of yours, I see," he replied evenly.

Davi shrugged, a smirk tugging at the corner of his mouth. "What can I say? It's part of my charm."

Ironwood's eyes narrowed slightly. " Well you aren't wrong and that is what brings me to this mission ". "Let's get to the point. Just because Alice isn't on this mission with you doesn't mean it's any less important."

Davi arched an eyebrow, the smirk fading. "Really? Because it feels like Alice would've been the obvious choice. Not that I'm complaining or anything, but let's be real, if you were handing out inheritances, she'd be the golden child." He leaned casually against the nearby console, feigning nonchalance. "No hard feelings, by the way."

Ironwood's jaw tightened, but he ignored the jab. "I need you to persuade someone," he said, his tone clipped and direct.

"Persuade someone?" Davi echoed, tilting his head as if considering the words carefully. Then he grinned. "Oh, so you need me to use my natural charm. Flattered, really." His grin widened. "Wait, is that a compliment, General? Am I finally getting the recognition I deserve?"

"Davi…"

"Hold on am I getting a raise? No, wait, am I even getting paid? Because..."

"Enough." Ironwood's voice cut through Davi's playful banter like a blade, his patience visibly thinning. "I swear, one of these days, you'll be the death of me."

Davi held up his hands in mock surrender. "Alright, alright. So, who's the lucky soul I'm supposed to charm?"

Ironwood stepped closer, his gaze hardening. "Pyrrha Nikos. She needs to make a decision, and she needs to make it quickly. Our enemies are moving, and I don't know how much time we have left."

The playful glint in Davi's eyes dimmed slightly. "Pyrrha Nikos? The Invincible Girl?" He frowned, scratching the back of his head. "I mean, I've seen her fights. She's… intense. What exactly am I supposed to persuade her to do?"

"That information is classified," Ironwood replied flatly. "And frankly, it's better if you don't know."

Davi narrowed his eyes, straightening his posture. "Right, of course. Classified. Your favorite word. But seriously, why me? Why not Alice? She's better at the whole 'follow orders without questioning everything' thing."

Ironwood's expression didn't waver. "That's classified as well."

Davi let out a low whistle, shaking his head. "You've really got this whole mysterious authority figure thing down, don't you?" He leaned in slightly, his voice dropping to a conspiratorial whisper. "You sure you don't just want me to sweet-talk her because you think I'm irresistible?"

Ironwood sighed heavily, rubbing his temples. "You're going to be the cause of my premature death, I'm certain of it."

Davi chuckled, clearly enjoying himself. "C'mon, General, you're spoiling me. All these compliments... it's almost too much."

Ironwood's patience finally snapped. "Do you want the job or not?" he barked, his voice echoing in the room.

Davi raised his hands again, this time in a gesture of surrender tinged with genuine amusement. "Yeesh, alright. No need to yell, General. I'll do it. But for the record, you're no fun when you're grumpy."

Ironwood's gaze followed Davi as he turned to leave, his sarcastic quips still lingering in the air. "One of these days," the General muttered under his breath, shaking his head.

As Davi exited the room, his smirk faded slightly, replaced by a more contemplative expression. Persuading Pyrrha Nikos, of all people? There was more to this than Ironwood was letting on. And if there was one thing Davi hated, it was walking into a mission blind.

"Looks like this is going to be interesting," he muttered to himself, his voice laced with a mix of curiosity and trepidation.

AT BEACON ACADEMY

As Davi strode down the dimly lit corridor, the weight of the task began to settle on his shoulders. The playful bravado he displayed in front of Ironwood masked the unease creeping into his thoughts. Pyrrha Nikos wasn't just a skilled fighter; she was a symbol, a paragon of virtue in a world teetering on chaos.

"Persuade her to do what, exactly?" Davi muttered to himself. He could feel the gears turning in his mind as he tried to piece together the fragments of information Ironwood had given him. Whatever it was, it had to be big.

He stopped at a junction in the hallway, leaning against the cold metal wall. Reaching into his pocket, he pulled out a small communicator. "Alice," he whispered into it, "you there?"

Static crackled on the other end before Alice's voice came through, calm but tinged with concern. "Davi? What's going on? You were called in alone should I be worried?"

Davi hesitated, glancing around to make sure he wasn't being watched. "Nothing's wrong… yet. But something's definitely off. Ironwood wants me to talk to Pyrrha Nikos. Didn't say why. Just that it's important."

"Pyrrha?" Alice's voice carried a hint of surprise. "That's… unexpected. Did he give you any details?"

"You know him," Davi replied, rolling his eyes. "Everything's classified. But I can't shake the feeling that this is more than just a simple pep talk."

Alice was silent for a moment, the faint hum of the communicator filling the void. "Be careful, Davi. Ironwood's intentions might be good, but his methods…"

"...Leave a lot to be desired," Davi finished, smirking despite himself. "Yeah, I know. Don't worry, I've got this."

"Just… don't let your sarcasm get you into trouble," Alice warned.

Davi chuckled softly. "Trouble? Me? Never."

The line went dead, and Davi slipped the communicator back into his pocket. Straightening up, he squared his shoulders and started walking again, his mind now focused on the task ahead.

BEACON TRAINING GROUND

Pyrrha stood alone in the center of the training arena, her spear, Milo, spinning in a graceful arc before transitioning seamlessly into a defensive posture. She moved like water, each motion fluid and deliberate, her red hair glinting in the soft glow of the overhead lights. The rhythm of her training was mesmerizing, her precision almost hypnotic.

Davi leaned casually against a nearby pillar, watching her from a distance. He had seen skilled fighters before, but Pyrrha Nikos was something else. Every strike, every parry, every pivot was executed with surgical accuracy. For a moment, Davi considered turning around and leaving this was going to be a tough sell.

"Well," he muttered to himself, "if I'm going to get my butt kicked, might as well make it entertaining."

He stepped into the arena, his boots echoing softly against the polished floor. Pyrrha, hearing the sound, paused mid-spin, her green eyes locking onto him.

"Can I help you?" she asked, her tone polite but guarded.

"You're incredible, you know that?" Davi said, gesturing to her spear. "I mean, I've seen people fight, but you're like... poetry in motion."

Pyrrha blinked, caught off guard by the unexpected compliment. "Thank you. But, um... who are you?"

"Oh, right, introductions." Davi placed a hand on his chest and gave a mock bow. "Davi Aegan, at your service. And you must be Pyrrha Nikos, the Invincible Girl from Mistral."

A faint smile tugged at her lips. "That's me."

"Nice to meet you," Davi said, offering his hand.

Pyrrha hesitated for a moment before taking it. "Likewise. But you still haven't told me why you're here."

Davi's grin widened. "Straight to the point, huh? I like that. Honestly, I just wanted to see the legend in action. You didn't disappoint."

Pyrrha tilted her head slightly, studying him. "You're not from around here, are you?"

"Caught me," Davi admitted. "I'm just passing through. Shared a dance with your friend Yang at the Beacon ball. Figured I'd stick around for a bit."

"Yang?" Pyrrha's expression softened. "She mentioned you. That's... sweet. Do you have a thing for her?"

"Maybe," Davi replied, winking. "How about you? Who's the lucky guy? I bet he's someone pretty special."

The question caught Pyrrha off guard. She looked away, her expression tightening. "I'd rather not talk about it."

"Ah, come on," Davi pressed, his tone light and teasing. "I spilled my secrets. It's only fair."

Pyrrha sighed, a reluctant smile creeping onto her face. "Fine. It's Jaune. Jaune Arc."

Davi raised an eyebrow. "Lucky guy. Not as good-looking as me, but I'll admit, he's got something going for him."

Pyrrha chuckled, the tension between them easing. "You're incorrigible."

"Guilty as charged," Davi said with a shrug. "But seriously, you don't look like your usual radiant self. Something bothering you?"

Pyrrha hesitated before answering. "Do you believe in destiny?"

"Destiny?" Davi echoed. "I think everyone writes their own story. You're the author, the hero, and sometimes, the villain."

"What if pursuing your destiny means losing yourself?" Pyrrha asked quietly, her voice tinged with uncertainty.

Davi's playful demeanor shifted, his tone softening. "Your destiny isn't something separate from you, Pyrrha. It's a part of you. If you lose yourself chasing it, then maybe it wasn't your destiny after all."

Pyrrha stared at him, her expression contemplative. "You're more insightful than you look."

"I get that a lot," Davi said, smirking. "How about we spar? Might help clear your head."

Pyrrha's eyes lit up at the suggestion. "I'd like that."

The two moved to the center of the arena. Pyrrha readied Milo and Akoúo̱, while Davi unsheathed his sword, Imperial.

"Ready?" Davi asked.

"Always," Pyrrha replied, a confident smile on her lips.

The spar began with a burst of movement. Davi lunged first, striking with Imperial, but Pyrrha blocked each attack effortlessly, her movements as precise as ever.

"I see you're up to the task," Davi said, his voice laced with admiration.

"The million dollar question is, are you?" Pyrrha shot back, her tone teasing.

" Yes! I am now where's my million bux " Davi quipped, feinting to the left before darting to the right. This time, he managed to catch her off guard, landing a light kick to her side.

"Lucky shot," Pyrrha said, regaining her footing.

As the fight continued, Pyrrha attempted to use her semblance on Imperial, only to find it mysteriously unaffected. Her surprise gave Davi an opening, and he pressed the advantage, weaving past her defenses.

Pyrrha quickly adapted, launching a flurry of strikes with Milo and Akoúo̱. Davi sheathed Imperial mid-fight, dodging her attacks with fluid precision before grabbing her by the neck and gently but firmly bringing her to the ground.

"Impressive," Pyrrha admitted, her aura flickering from the impact.

Davi offered her a hand. "What can I say? I'm full of surprises."

As she took his hand, she asked, "What's your sword made of? It's... unusual."

Davi smirked. "Rainbows and kittens. Very rare and fine materials."

Pyrrha rolled her eyes, laughing despite herself. "Of course."

"I've got to run," Davi said, stepping back. "Nice meeting you, Pyrrha. And thanks for the spar."

As he walked away, neither of them noticed Jaune watching from a distance, his face a mix of curiosity and excitement.

LATER THAT DAY

Davi made his way to the Amity Colosseum, his steps brisk as he hummed a tune to himself. The buzz of the upcoming match between Pyrrha Nikos and Penny Polendina filled the air, but his mind wandered to Pyrrha's words earlier about destiny. He couldn't shake the sense that something was off about today, a tension he couldn't quite place.

As he neared the Colosseum, movement in a nearby alley caught his attention. Davi stopped, squinting to make out the figures. It was Mercury Black, walking as if nothing had ever happened to his supposedly injured legs. Davi furrowed his brows and adjusted the sheathed blade of Imperial on his back.

"What the—?" Davi muttered before heading toward Mercury, determined to get answers.

When he arrived, however, his irritation turned to anger. Mercury stood over a girl with black hair tipped in red, clearly Ruby Rose, who was struggling to catch her breath. Mercury smirked as he loomed over her, clearly enjoying her exhaustion.

"Hey!" Davi called out, his voice sharp. Ruby turned her head slightly, recognizing the voice, and let out a breathless sigh.

"Just what I need," Ruby said, her voice dripping with sarcasm. "More of you guys."

"Hey! Cut it with the sarcasm," Davi said, his tone firm as he pointed to himself. "That's my thing."

Mercury turned to face him, unimpressed. "Oh great, more of the Headmaster's lapdogs."

"Whoa, whoa, whoa." Davi raised a hand, feigning a look of mock offense. "Let's not jump to conclusions. Why don't we have a civilized conversation like decent teenagers? Well… except for her." He gestured toward Ruby. "She's significantly younger."

Ruby pouted. "We're the same age group, you jerk."

Ignoring her, Davi locked eyes with Mercury. "So, first question, how are you walking again?"

Mercury smirked, spreading his arms as if inviting applause. "Like everyone else: left, right, repeat."

"He was never injured," Ruby interrupted, her voice tight with frustration.

Davi crossed his arms. "See, I was just about to say that. But, you know, any sane person would avoid getting stabbed or, you know, losing two perfectly good limbs. But you? No, you had to fake it."

Mercury shrugged, his smirk growing. "Just part of the job."

Davi scoffed. "At least now I know my donation to prosthetics for disabled huntsmen didn't go to waste. Honestly, I was starting to regret it."

Mercury's smug expression faltered slightly, but before he could respond, Davi unsheathed Imperial in one smooth motion.

"Enough talk," Davi said, his voice cold. "Let's see if you're as tough as you think you are."

Mercury barely had time to react before Davi lunged, his blade slicing through the air. Mercury deflected the attack with Talaria, sparks flying as metal clashed against metal.

Mercury retaliated with a swift kick, firing dust rounds from his boots, but Davi blocked them all with Imperial. Unknown to Mercury, Imperial absorbed the energy from the dust, causing its blade to glow with an ominous light.

"Uh-oh," Mercury muttered, realizing too late that something was wrong.

Davi smirked. "Now it's my turn."

With a burst of energy, Davi unleashed a powerful strike that sent Mercury flying backward. His aura flickered as he crashed into a wall, disoriented.

Ruby didn't waste the opportunity. Using her semblance, she accelerated toward Mercury, delivering a powerful blow that sent him careening into the ground, creating a massive crater.

Davi sheathed his blade, turning to Ruby. "Nice timing, Red."

"It's Ruby," she corrected, brushing dirt off her cape. "And thanks, I guess."

"Well, Ruby, we need to stop the match," Davi said, his tone serious.

"It's too late," Mercury groaned from the crater, his voice barely audible.

"Shut up!" Davi snapped, glaring at him.

Ruby looked worried. "What do we do? No one's going to listen to me."

Davi tapped his chin, pretending to think. "Hmm, you could try turning off the lights or something. Nobody's going to listen to a fifteen-year-old girl trying to stop an interesting match."

Ruby frowned. "We're the same age!"

Davi waved her off as she ran toward the Colosseum. Moments later, the lights flickered and went out, plunging the arena into darkness.

A chilling voice echoed through the Colosseum. "Oh, some people are gonna die tonight."

Davi's blood ran cold as Felix stepped into the dim light, his eyes glowing an unnatural purple. A sinister smile spread across his face, sending shivers down Davi's spine.

Ruby reappeared, panic in her eyes. "The lights came back on!" she yelled.

All eyes turned to the arena as the horrific sight came into view: Pyrrha standing over Penny's shattered remains, her lifeless body sprawled across the ground. Gasps and cries of anger and fear rippled through the crowd, drawing the attention of the Grimm.

Ruby fell to her knees, tears streaming down her face. "No… no…" she whispered, her voice breaking.

Davi clenched his fists, his jaw tightening as he glared at Felix, who merely laughed, the chaos unfolding exactly as he had planned.

To cause more trouble for them a mysterious voice started speaking.

"This is not a tragedy. This was not an accident. This is what happens when you hand over your trust... your safety... your children... to men who claim to be our guardians. But are, in reality, nothing more than men. Our academies' headmasters wield more power than most armies, and one was audacious enough to control both. They cling to this power in the name of peace, and yet, what do we have here? One nation's attempt at a synthetic army, mercilessly torn apart by another star pupil. What need would Atlas have for a soldier disguised as an innocent little girl? I don't think the Grimm can tell the difference. And what, I ask you, is Ozpin teaching his students? First a dismemberment, now death. People cling to this concept of hope. Hope is not a course of action. It is merely a weakness. A romanticism. A false sense of security. You want to be safe? Protect yourselves. Take it into your own hands. The Huntsmen academies will only use you. You should not trust them."

A/N: Alrght guys that's a wrap on another chaptrr of Energized Rwbyverse and all thungs considered we are pretty much already in fall of Beacon and boy am I hyped up to right this arc but away from that.

Felix has come back and Davi is not happy about that at all. Alice and the rest barely appeared in this episode so it was pretty much Davi centered, trust me there will be a lot of that in everyone's personal arcs after the fall of beacon building up to Haven. But no spiolers.

Until next time to follow, favorite and review all of my stories and before I forget, Have yourself a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, PEACE.
