Sonic X (my version)
Hi, this mastershadow300 this is my version of sonic X, I don't own sonic.
my version involves more characters than the ones from the series, I hope you like it.

Egg moon Saga,

"Eggman for President".

"Last time on Sonic X, as our friends planned to greet the new year's sunrise, they were totally shocked by a total eclipse! Soon Dr. Eggman shed light on the mystery: a malfunctioning Egg Moon was causing the super sunblock. He begged the President to let him lighten things up, and he built giant Mirror Towers to power his specially designed Sunshine Balls. However, something was amiss with these sunshine balls, they cause hypnotism and were brainwashing those who stared at them. Sonic and his friends set out to take out down the mirror towers and stop the sunshine balls, but Eggman has come more nasty tricks up his sleeves. Can Sonic and his friends really shed some light on Eggman's plan? Find out next on Sonic X!" the narrator said."

(The opening theme plays.)

(Scene: Thorndyke Mansion - Living Room)

Jerome Wise is starting to snap out of his hypnosis.

"Wha... huh? what's happening? where am I? this isn't my cardboard box in the alley. wait, is this the Thorndyke residence?" Jerome asked."

"Yes, it is," Tanaka replied."

"Perfect! now, I can get even with Sonic for ruining my life!" Jerome said."

"You ruined your own life," Charles said."

"Sir, you must lie back down. it is ill-advised to sit up quickly," Tanaka said."

"You sound like every doctor, family member, business associate, or vague acquaintance I ever had! well, my dad's the governor or Maryland. he can cause kinds of problems for you," Jerome said."

"Well, it sounds like we already have a problem. you are too ignorant," Ella said."

"I'll call my dad right now and then, you'll be sorry!" Jerome said as he dials the number on the house phone."

"You've reached Mr. Wise's office. how may I help you today?" a secretary asked."

"Betty, this is Gerome calling Mr. Wise," Jerome replied."

"I'm sorry sir, but your father has disowned you," Betty said."

"What?! Bu- I have some people who need to be- (but Jerome is interrupted when Betty hangs up the phone) Great, thanks to Sonic, my father has disowned me!" Jerome said."

"Sonic isn't even here. how can you blame him?" Maria asked."

Jerome was about to answer until he looks around to see that Sonic isn't here.

"Maybe he did it a while ago-," Jerome said."

(Interrupting) "That's enough! (Jules' commanding voice startles Jerome as Bernedette, Paulie, Brenda, Mist, and Aleena come in) I'm not going to stand around while you slander my son. Sonic didn't give you the idea to negotiate with Eggman, that was YOUR idea, Sonic isn't responsible for your dad disowning you either. He doesn't know where your dad lives and even if he did, he'd never consider the idea of asking someone to disown their family member. he's saved Mobius and Earth routinely, even if it meant saving scum like you!" Jules said."

"And you can't rely on your dad forever, you're a grown man," Mist said."

"I... eh... I... I...," Jerome said."

"Out of all the humans I've met, you're single handedly the most pathetic. you blame Sonic for things that are your own fault even if Sonic's not around and us your father's status as a crutch. with an attitude like that, it's no wonder your father disowned you. Officer, take him away," Jules said."

"Yes sir," Albright said."

Officer Albright puts Jerome in handcuffs and practically drags the still defiant Jerome away.

"Feeling better Jules?" Ella asked."

"Very much," Jules replied."

"Can humans really be that petty?" Maria asked."

"Unfortunately, yes Maria, there's been petty humans long before your family arrived in the ARK. that doesn't show signs of changing any time soon," Chuck replied."

"It's the same with the Mobians as well," Bernedette said."

"But focus less on those kinds of Humans and focus more on humans like ourselves and young master Chris," Tanaka said."

Meanwhile, Omega is taking out wave after wave of egg pawns with his arms in gatling gun mode.

"Must eradicate all Eggman empire robots!" Omega said."

Egg pawns are falling left and right. at Eggman's base, Snively and Eggette are watching Omega's battle on screen with Coconuts nearby.

"Hmm...," Snively said."

"Ever since Junior stole E-123 and Hope upgrading it, it's been a real pain fighting against us!" Coconuts said."

"And it's a real pain," Eggette said."

"Yes. Hope and Junior may very well have made an effective weapon against the Eggman empire. Ironically enough, they used technology from the empire to do it. (Coconuts gasp) you've known for months monkey brain," Snively said."

"Oh, yeah," Coconuts said."

"If Omega's battling egg pawns guarding a mirror tower, then, Hope, Junior, and Belle must've seen though Eggman's scheme as usual," Snively said."

"Figures that traitor would," Eggette said."

"So, what do we do?" Coconuts asked."

"Let's face the facts. this plan, like every other conceived by my uncle, was doomed from the start. The way he runs things, his plans all may as well be labeled "operation: certain failure," Snively replied."

"Yeah... but, what's our plan?" Coconuts asked."

"Simple. Snively and I constructed this lift using parts from abandoned human skyscrapers. it's part of a little plan I like to call "operation: probable success." (She begins to descend only for the lift to get stuck while the top half sticks out): blast! this thing's stuck!" Eggette replied."

"Would you like some help?" Coconuts asked."

"No thanks. (He tries again, but the lift gets stuck up a bit): confound this antiquated human technology!" Snively replied."

"Why not take the stairs?" Coconuts asked."

"Have you ever known my uncle to install stairs in any of his fortresses?" Snively asked."

"Good point," Coconuts replied."

"He really should in case things like this happens," Eggette said."

"This is the last time we salvage technology from these primitive humans," Snively said."

The scene changes to Knuckles, Julie-su, Tikal, and Alucion on a walk.

"Time to see what Eggman's up to," Knuckles said."

"Right," Julie-su said."

"The master emerald showed me and Knuckles a vision of humans worshipping Eggman," Tikal said."

"Knowing Eggman by now, I wouldn't put it past him," Alucion said."

"And Knowing Sonic, he's already helping put a stop to it," Knuckles said."

"Right, if and when there is a need for us, we'll be there too," Julie-su said."

"Eggman fooled me once, and I won't let it happen again," Knuckles said."

Julie-su and Tikal looks at the moon with a thoughtful look on their faces.

"Hmm...," Julie-su said."

"Something up?" Knuckles asked."

"The egg moon is out of line," Julie-su replied."

"Yeah. and it can't move until its fixed," Knuckles said."

"That's the thing," Tikal said."

(Scene Change: The GUN Helicopter)

The GUN helicopter was carrying Topaz and Payback with Rouge and Nails flying alongside...

Rouge and Nails suddenly feels something in their heads and starts to plummet out of the sky.

"What is it, Rouge? Is the noise from the chopper blades getting to you two?" Topaz asked."

"We're okay, but we're sensing something weird," Rouge replied."

Rouge and Nails dives down towards the ground.

(To the pilot) "Follow them!" Topaz said."

The helicopter follows Rouge and Nails down towards an outpost of some sort - Eggman's base.

(Scene Change: Thorndyke mansion outside)

Maria was sitting at the edge of the pool looking at the pool with a look of profound disappointment and heartbreak on her face. she sighs sadly as Amy comes up to her.

"You ok Maria?" Amy asked."

"I just can't help but think," Maria replied."

"It's about your cousin isn't?" Amy asked."

(Nodding sadly) "Yes, I just don't understand how he could go so wrong. I mean, I know aunt Bertha isn't the best parent, but Uncle Ivo would've raised Julian better," Maria replied."

"Maria, everyone is motivated by different things in life. they either want to make the world better for others or make things better for themselves," Amy said."

"Before the ARK arrived on earth, I wished for Julian to use his knowledge to make Mobius a better place for all. to stand for something noble. now, I feel great shame as all that has been betrayed," Maria said." Even after hearing about that gem that split him into a version of the Julian that I thought he would be."

"Maria, that wasn't your fault. we can't always control everyone's actions. we can only control our own behavior," Amy said."

Hope, Junior, and Belle enters.

"What's wrong Maria?" Hope asked."

(Shedding tears) "Where did Julian go wrong?" Maria asked."

Seeing Maria's tears, the three hold her comfortingly.

"I know how you feel Maria, after seeing that Eggman was the real Mr. tinker, I was heartbroken," Belle said."

"Same with me, after he build me to be his heir, I thought I wanted it. but after Scratch and Grounder tried to get rid of me, and Sonic saving me after dad didn't even try too, I chose to use me genius to fight against him," Junior said." and seeing gramps and using his genius for good I knew I made the right choice."

"Don't worry, Maria. as long as you, me Junior, and Belle stay true to ourselves, our family names will be worth something one day. (Maria sniffles a bit) you wished for Shadow, Terios, and Umbra to protect the humans even though humans are responsible for the death of your Overlander body. that alone speaks volumes about you," Hope said."

(Wiping the tears from her eyes, beginning to feel better) "Thank you," Maria said."

"Stay true to your heart. never forget who you are," Hope said."

"I won't. I'll say that you're true to your names," Maria said."

"Yeah, we're Kintobors," Junior said as Belle nods."

"We're going to find Shadow, Terios, Umbra, Sonic, Sally, Nicky, Sonia, Manic, and Dulcy. they'll need your healing powers," Hope said."

"Alright," Maria said getting up."

(Scene Change: Mirror Towers)

Knuckles, Julie-su, Tikal, and Alucion have managed to find the aforementioned group just as they take out another mirror tower.

"Hey, look who's come to lead a hand. how's it going, Knux?" Sonic asked."

"Well, it looks like Eggman's trying to take over the world again. saw a handful of humans with the logo for the Eggman empire in their eyes," Knuckles replied."

"How can we help?" Julie-su asked."

"Still have your gun?" Sonic asked."

(Pulling out her pistol) "Never go anywhere without it," Julie-su replied."

"Cool! use it and help take down these mirror towers," Sonic said."

"A charged shot can damage it, but my pistol isn't strong enough to knock it down. with egg pawns guarding them, I won't be able to get a clear shot," Julie-su said."

"Perhaps it would be better if you took down the egg pawns with your gun instead?" Sally asked."

"My thoughts exactly," Julie-su said."

"Tikal and I have our staffs, so we'll help Js deal with the egg pawns," Alucion said."

"Excellent," Sally said."

(Scene change Whitehouse)

Eggman, Decoe, and Bocoe enter the oval office.

"Greetings again," Eggman said."

"Eggman, we know your real plan," the president said."

"It doesn't matter if you got wise to me. plenty of other chumps fell for it. there's an entire score of them outside this very building," Eggman said."

"They'll come out of their hypnotized states eventually and when they see you're behind all this, they won't hesitate to fight back!" the president said."

"Yes, and the public will stop buying your sunshine balls," Christina said."

"Oh, they'll buy more. they'll have to. I bought every non-solar power plant so I can dismantle them to make more sunshine balls and mirror towers!" Eggman said."

"So, we're offering a special offer just for you!" Bocoe said."

"Forget it, Eggman! (the three are startled by the president's outburst) right now, Sonic and his friends are putting a stop to your schemes!" the president said."

Eggman smirks wickedly.

"Heh, heh. I've counted on that," Eggman said."

(Scene Change: Mirror Towers)

The Y-Tornado arrives at the scene as Sonic, and the others destroy a mirror tower.

"Nice work guys!" Sonic said."

(Sees the Y-tornado) "The cavalry's here!" Dulcy said."

The back hatch opens and Maria steps out.

"Maria," Shadow said."

"Are any of you injured?" Maria asked."

"Just a little sore. taking down these towers with egg pawns takes a lot out of us," Sonic replied."

"May I help with that?" Maria asked."

"Much obliged," Sonia replied."

Maria uses her powers to heal them.

"Thanks Maria," Manic said."

With Rouge, Nails, Topaz, and Payback...

"Over here!" Nails said."

They find a large dome-shaped building with no doors.

"How do we get inside?" Topaz asked."

"From the headache this thing's giving me and Nails, this must be what's controlling the egg moon's orbit," Rouge replied."

"So, if we deactivate it, the Egg moon should be back in space?" Payback asked."

"That's my theory. but for good measure, we better destroy it," Rouge replied."

Rouge does a drill kick and kicks at the walls of the building. to her surprise, her kick did nothing.

"I guess he took precautions," Nails said."

"What do we do?" Topaz asked."

"We'll have to regroup and formulate a new strategy with Hope," Payback replied."

"Good idea," Rouge said."

Back with Sonic's group...

"So, what you're saying is, the only way the egg moon could block the sun all the time is its moving?" Chris asked."

"You got it," Sonic replied."

"And you caught onto it right away?" Chris asked."

"Yep. I may not be a genius, but I know that eclipses don't last for days at a time. anyone who ever experienced an eclipse knows that," Sonic replied."

"It really surprised us too," Sonia said."

"So, what are you guys going to do?" Chris asked."

"Well, Eggman's been setting up mirror towers and sunshine balls like there's no tomorrow. despite our best efforts, Eggman's taken control of a sizeable portion of the population.

"That's bad," Chris said."

"Hmm...," Hope said."

"Brainstorming Hope?" Dulcy asked."

"From every active mirror tower we passed on the way here, I noticed something," Hope replied."

"What would that be?" Sonia asked."

"Their receivers are only getting sunlight sent to them in the form of a single focused beam each," Hope replied."

"So?" Nicky asked."

(Takes a look at the remains and sees a particular component) "just as I suspected," Hope replied."

"What?" Sonic asked."

"This solar energy converter has a limited input capacity. that's why there's so many. more to the point, they can't handle more than a single focused beam of sunlight per tower," Hope replied."

"So, what you're saying is...," Tails said."

"Yup, as long as the egg moon blocks the sun, the mirror towers won't receive more sunlight than they can handle. this gives me an idea," Hope replied."

"What is it?" Terios asked."

"If the egg moon is moved out of the way, the sun can bombard half the planet with several beams of sunlight at once, overloading the mirror towers to the point where they explode," Hope replied."

"Mah stars! that right there's genius!" Bunnie said."

"Unfortunately, it'll be easier than done," Junior said as Cyrus and Techno nod."

"We have to at least try," Nicky said."

"I agree with Nicky," Belle said."

"Me too," Shortfuse said."

Rouge, Nails, Topaz, and Payback arrive.

"Hey, what are you guys doing here?" Sonic asked."

"We found the egg moon controller," Rouge replied."

"What?! that's great!" Julie-su said."

"Unfortunately, we haven't been able to damage it. it's made of hard metal. it's too durable," Payback said."

"That makes destroying it a challenge," Shadow said."

"Or maybe, we don't have to destroy the controller," Cyrus said."

"What do you mean?" Maria asked."

"What Cyrus means is that the controller needs a receiver and vice versa. we may not be able to damage the controller, but if we destroy the receiver it won't matter," Hope replied."

"Manifique!" Antonie said."

"Okay, so we have a plan to destroy the receiver, but how do we get to it in the first place?" Knuckles asked."

"I believe we have a few shuttles," Topaz replied."

(Scene Change: Outside the White House)

The president and Christina are bound and gagged while Eggman, Decoe, and Bocoe are making a new currency.

"Excellent, excellent!" Eggman said."

"Let's hope these new forms of currency fare better than Robotnik-bucks," Decoe said."

"The humans will love these!" Bocoe said."

(Presenting his design) "I present the Eggman credit bill!" Eggman said."

"Ooh," Decoe and Bocoe said."

They start clapping. unknown to them, Mr. Stewart frees the president and Christina, replacing them with inflatables.

"I better go show off my new currency to the mint," Eggman said."

Suddenly the X-Tornado crashes through the White House wall, narrowly missing Eggman. Sonic and Hope leaps out of the X-Tornado.

"Let's go, Eggman. Your little political party's over," Sonic said."

"You're done," Hope said as she uses her EMP on Decoe and Bocoe causing them to fumble on to the ground."

"Gah. Sonic. Hope," Eggman said."

He grabs the President.

"Stop there!" Eggman said."

"Yeah, right!" Sonic said."

Sonic approaches Eggman.

"I warn you. One step closer and he's finished," Eggman said."

(Off-screen) "Careful you don't squeeze the air out," the president said."

Eggman turns to see the President and Christina standing there. They are completely free.

"Oh no!" Eggman said."

Eggman holds up the dummy of the President he thought was the real one. Mr. Stewart is perched right outside the door.

(On radio) "Mission accomplished," Stewart said."

"Nice work!" Sonic said."

"Go ahead Sonic," Hope said."

He speeds towards a now-frightened Eggman, who holds the dummy in front of him like a shield.

"Keep away!" Eggman said."

But the dummy is shredded to bits, and Eggman is sent barreling out of the White House.

(Scene Change: A shuttle)

Tanaka is piloting Topaz, Rouge, Nails, Shadow, Terios, Umbra, Shortfuse, Omega, Mighty, and Ray to the Egg Moon.

"You're amazingly good at this, Mr. Tanaka," Topaz said."

"As a butler, one must have the skills to do more than simply answer doorbells," Tanaka said." Plus, I dreamed of being an astronaut when I was a boy."

"I bet you never thought that time you had driving a limousine would be training for your piloting," Mighty said."

"Let's just say that Yamato university has ways of teaching you things without you even realizing it," Tanaka said."

"Wow," Ray said."

"Cool," Shortfuse said."

Shadow, Terios, Umbra, Mighty, Shortfuse, and Ray are deployed through the airlock.

"Let's do this," Shadow said."

They charge towards the egg moon. with a big explosion, the egg moon begins to move noticeably. Sunlight returns to Station Square once again.

"We got it!" Mighty said."

(Pulling out a fake chaos emerald) "Chaos control!" Shadow said."

They warp back into the shuttle. after the warp, Ray lands on his face.

"Ow!" Ray said."

"Still need practice Shadow?" Rouge asked."

"Evidently yes," Shadow replied." Same with Terios and Umbra."

The two nod.

"Affirmative," Omega said."

(Helping Ray up) "You okay, little bro?" Mighty asked."

"I'm good," Ray replied."

"Consider yourself lucky. I ended up looking like a human pretzel," Topaz said."

"But a good show, nonetheless. thanks for your efforts," Tanaka said."

"I can only imagine how Eggman's taking this," Nails said."

(Scene Change: Thorndyke Mansion - Living room)

Ella, Chuck, and the Mobians fire the party poppers.

"Hooray! it's good to feel the warmth of the sunshine again!" Cream said."

"See, I told you everything will be fine," Dash said."

"And Eggman is in for a heap of trouble," Ella said."

(Scene Change: A shuttle)

"We should watch the sunrise from here some time," Tanaka said."

"We should!" Topaz said."

Shadow notices Rouge and Nail's depressed look.

"Hey, what's the matter, Rouge? I thought you two would be pleased," Shadow said."

"Eh... I liked this place better when it was in the dark," Rouge replied."

"Same here," Nails said."

Shadow had a confused look on his face.

'I'll never understand bats,' he thought.'

(Scene Change: Station Square)

Eggman, Decoe, and Bocoe are on the run.

"We're in a heap of trouble!" Decoe and Bocoe said."

"Quiet. Just keep running. They're after us," Eggman said."

They stop when they see Chris standing in front of them. He is holding a sign that says "Yes!" on one side that points to the left, and "No!" on the other side that points to the right.

"Question one: I first met Sonic the Hedgehog and Sally Alicia Acorn when they fell into my living room. Yes or no?" Chris asked."

"No!" Eggman replied."

They run in the appropriate direction, and stop again when they see Tails holding a similar sign.

"Next one: The X-Tornado can fly more than 300 miles an hour and can withstand attacks by changing into Battle Armor Mode," Tails said."

"Yes!" Eggman said."

Again, they run in the right direction. They see Maria holding a picture of her as an Overlander on one side and a hedgehog on the other.

"Did Maria Robotnik remain dead as an Overlander or get reborn as me?" Maria asked."

"Easy, she remained dead as an Overlander," Eggman replied."

Again, the villains follow the sign as Maria had a disappointed look on her face.

They stop one last time as they see Sonic holding a sign. But instead of Yes or No, it depicts the images of Eggman and Sonic.

"Just one more to go," Sonic said."

"Think carefully, Doctor. If you answer this one correctly, you will be the big winner!" Bocoe said."

"Don't worry. With my egg-ceptionally high I.Q., I'm bound to get it right," Eggman said."

"Who's the coolest guy around? Me or you?" Sonic asked."

"What a ridiculous question! It's me, of course!" Eggman replied."

They follow the direction the Eggman image is pointing.

"You disappoint me, Julian," Maria said as she stands next to Sonic."

Eggman stops in his tracks upon hearing her say his birth name.

"Julian? (he turns around to get a closer look at Maria, who's currently wearing an expression of defiance that he remembers her flashing when she would defend him from his mother and gasps): Maria?! but that's impossible! you died 50 years ago! you couldn't be alive-(realizing something): this is Shadow's doing, isn't it?!" Eggman asked."

"Yes, it was. he, Terios, and Umbra used a power ring to move my soul into one of the clone bodies and I began anew. before my death, I had high hopes for you. I hoped that you would stand for something noble. after learning the atrocities, you committed during my death, I feel nothing but shame as you betrayed my wishes," Maria replied."

"Maria... I...," Eggman said."

"Too late Julian!" Maria said as a giant concrete slab falls on Eggman's head, knocking him out. The police immediately surround and handcuff him. Eggman, Bocoe, and Decoe are then seen locked in the back of a prisoner transporter.

"I'll be back," Eggman said." You'll regret turning me in."

"I don't regret turning you in, Julian. but I do regret that I had to do it," Maria said." You'll be paying debt to society! those cuffs are inhibited with inhibitor rings, so they'll block the traits of your ability types. take them away."

"And to think this morning we were flying high...," Bocoe said."

"Now look at us. Jailbirds!" Decoe said."

"You fools! Let me out of here!" Eggman said."

The prisoner transporter's doors shut, and it drives away.

"You ok Maria?" Rotor asked."

"I had to turn my cousin in for his crimes he committed while I was dead. that would put a damper on anyone's day," Maria replied."

"It wasn't easy, but you did what you had to do. besides if you hadn't put a stop to him, he would still cause trouble," Rotor said."

"From a big hero to a big zero," Sonic said." No offence Maria."

"None taken," Maria said."

"Sonic! Sonic! Sonic!" the crowd cheered."

He picks up Sally and takes off running. Chris and the others look at each other. Maria pulls out her wristwatch calls Abraham.

"Abraham, I need you to come to the ARK with me, there is an important message from my grandfather that everyone should know," Maria said."

[The episode ends and the credits roll.]
