Equestrian Tremors

"Who are you?" Sedimentary asked the mysterious pony whom they've never met before.

After a minute of silence, some pony had finally said something.

"My name is Victor," the pony finally answered.

"Oh, okay, then," Sedimentary said, calmly. "It sounds like you know what's been going on here," Maud Pie said. "Okay," Sedimentary said in response.

"Yes," the pony whom Maud Pie and Sedimentary said, "My name is Victor. I don't have to go on all about myself. I've been examining what had just happened under our hooves."

"The earthquake?" Sedimentary asked. "Yes," Victor said, "But it's not the only one." "There's more?" Maud Pie said.

"Afraid so," Victor said. "So," Maud Pie said, "What's going on?" "Yes?" Sedimentary added in.

"The Rouge Equestrian Shake," Vicotr said, "Some pony from a thousand years ago made that up, but some call it Equestria Shock." "Oh dear," Maud Pie said.

"This happens to Equestria once every 2,000 years," Victor started to explain, "Equestria shakes to the core during this event."

"Understood," Maud Pie said, "It doesn't have anything to do with fault lines."

"You're right about that," Victor said, "These earthquakes are know to happen randomly. And no pony knows why and how they happen; they are different from normal earthquakes."

Now both Maud Pie and Sedimentary are starting to get concerned. "Wait," Sedimentary said, "You mean this year, the random earthquakes are expected to get worse?"

"Afraid so," Victor said, "And somehow, Equestria had survived the past random earthquakes. But not this time."

"Okay," Maud Pie said, "This could be serious." "You're right," Sedimentary agreed, "And I don't know what to think of!" "Well," Victor said, "We have to think of something."

At first, Sedimentary and Maud Pie tried to react to Victor.

Then, at that moment. "Get Ready!" Victor said, "Here comes another Earthquake!" And both Maud Pie and Sedimentary get ready for impact. "You too, Boulder," Maud Pie told her pet rock.
