Train Battle Underground to the End
Salem is seen mediating is in her room, she wishes to face against her inner demon, that very demon she has been letting out throughout the countless centuries, eerie demonic sounds can be heard within her mind as she sees only darkness as the only thing she ever knows after losing humanity.
"I know you're there, and you do not wish to be kick out." Salem said.
Then she can sense two giant glowing red eyes staring at her as the sign of her inner Grimm responding to her call, and growls fierce as she can understand that the inner Grimm is angry at her.
"You know, it's strange. Even though I have accepted life as it is and my love for Jaune, you have always been there in me for the longest as I can remember and now, I believe there is a saying about the Yin and Yang." Salem mentioned, hearing another growl which is a bit louder this time.
(With Jaune's Group)
Jaune's group quickly hop on top of the train just as it was departing from the hideout and started picking up speed, and Cinder open a hatch to second back of the train.
"Here, this is the bomb they're using in the cart to use for the opening to let Grimm follow it." Cinder picked up the bomb.
"Great, now we just need to cut a wire or two along with the other bombs." Nora stated as seen some spy movies.
"That could work if there wasn't one problem." Cinder said.
"What's that?" Weiss asked, feeling afraid of the answer.
"There are no wires and what's worst is that the design of the bomb is much different than the ones I had plan on using." Cinder alerted as she saw the timer counting down.
"Okay, that's bad but there must be something to shut off the bombs. Maybe a remote." Ruby guessed.
"If that's true, then the only ones who has it is Roman." Cinder stated.
"Then we got a thief to see." Pyrrha said.
They heard some heavy footsteps and turn around seeing some White Fang soldiers coming at them with their blades and guns.
"Get the humans!" One deer-Faunus yelled pointing at the heroes.
"Okay, now we got some baddies to beat up." Yang said.
"We better get off, once the train starts. They will detach each cart start from the last." Cinder informed and one cart behind them was detached.
"Like that?" Oobleck asked.
"Like that. Let's go!" Cinder said as they run forward onto another cart.
Cinder spins around unleashing a flaming wave knocking some White Fang soldiers away though two Atlas Paladin with the red colored symbol of the White Fang marches in, they spotted Cinder and fire a couple missiles from each at her.
But Nora and Yang steps in blasting the missiles away with their energy blast and own missiles, then Yang held Nora up into a ball form and threw her strong as the exciting Nora ready her hammer, Yang fires a lightning Dust round at Nora for her Semblance to make herself stronger by absorbing electricity then knock one of the Paladins down.
"Oh yea, another giant mech falls to the might of Nora Valkyrie!" Nora cheered.
"Save the cheering for when we stop this train, if we can make it in time." Blake worried.
"I'll have to give it our all." Ruby determined.
"Okay then, we'll split up. Yang, Weiss, Blake, Ren, Nora, and Pyrrha, you six go down and try to stop this train from the inside once you reach Roman. The rest of us will stay up here to see what we can do here while dealing with our hosts." Jaune ordered.
"Well done, Jaune, you are really stepping up the role as leader." Oobleck impressed.
"Thank you, sir. Now it's time we get this party to stop." Jaune said as he held up his sword.
Group B jumped inside one of the carts and look ahead at the door seeing where there maybe more White Fang soldiers about to stand in their way.
"I guess this is what we trained for." Yang said.
"Be cautious, we don't know what else the enemy may have on this train since they changed things when Cinder, Emerald, and Salem betrayed them." Ren stated.
"We'll also have to be sharp for any traps along the way." Blake said.
"Hold on, we should also be careful of how much we use our energy since we have been fighting Grmm most of the day and barely got any sleep." Pyrrha pointed out.
"Right, we should be cautious about that too." Weiss nodded and took out a Dust magazine.
"Here, this should help you." Weiss handed the magazine to Blake to help with her Shadow Clone Semblance.
"Thanks." Blake smiled.
The six Hunters-in-training ran over to another cart though only through halfway Neo suddenly appeared out of nowhere and grins at the group with her umbrella open over her head.
"Hey, isn't that girl with the ice-cream color hair we saw after beating up Roman with that mech?" Nora asked.
"Looks to be the same girl." Weiss said.
"It doesn't look like she's going to let us pass." Blake noticed.
"Not to mention she seems pretty confident to take us on at the same time." Ren added.
"No time to all fight her at the same time, you guys go on ahead. I can take her." Yang readied her Ember Celica.
"And let you have all the fun without me, no way." Nora smirked as she ready her Magnhild for battle.
"Pleas be careful, I don't want anything bad happening to you." Ren concerned for Nora's safety.
"Thanks, but don't worry, we got this." Nora believed and placing a hand on Ren's cheek.
"You better be alive by the time I come back for you, I don't want to face Sun and tell him…" Blake paused as she did not want to say it out loud.
Then Yang pulls Blake into a kissing moment between lovers and fellow wives of Sun Wukong making the black cat-Faunus girl feel at ease as she hugs Yang back for a few seconds before they separate.
"Does that feel better?" Yang asked smiling.
"A little." Blake giggled.
"Good enough for me, now get going and stop this train." Yang pushed Blake away.
Blake smiles believing Yang will make it out of this even though she is still worried, she ran with the others to go on ahead to another cart, Neo didn't even bother to stop them as she just simply lets them go and look to Yang and Nora thinking of some "fun" things to do.
"I hope your hair is like ice-cream because you're gonna need it for a big headache that's about come at ya!" Nora pointed at hammer at her enemy.
Neo just smirks and walks up to the two girls as they do the same, then they stop in the middle both staring at each other as both Nora and Yang are taller than her and waiting for one to make the first strike.
"You know, for a dangerous little lady, you sure don't talk much." Nora commented.
Then Neo points at her throat and hand motion for "No, no" at the two.
"Oh, so you're mute. That make sense." Nora realized as Neo nods.
Yang quickly threw a fast punch at Neo only to suddenly be the one was that hit making her stumble back, Nora raises up her hammer to smash the little enemy except Neo saw that coming and hook it with the handle of her umbrella lifting herself up and kick Nora on the back of her head.
"Okay, that was something." Nora surprised.
"Then this will be painful!" Yang charged.
Yang threw some dodges which Neo dodges them easily and parry a couple with her closed umbrella before as Nora comes in to help for an upper swing attack, but Neo jumps over that with a swing kick to the face and an elbow strike on Yang's side before pushing her back. Nora performs an axe-kick which Neo dodge and swing her hammer around trying to land a sold hit, but the short ice-cream hair woman parries them then use the momentum of the hammer to shoulder throw Nora to a wall.
"I feel dizzy from the spinning ice-cream…" Nora groaned.
Nora and Yang look at each other for a second, nodding and attack her together throwing some combos of Yang's firing blast at Neo while Nora comes in slamming her hammer on the ground, but Neo keeps on dodging them. Using her superior agility to grapple spins on Nora to make her stumble close to Yang, then Neo use the hook of her umbrella onto Yang's shirt to pull her close and slams their head together before jump away.
"You know, I think we're the ones who's gonna need that ice-cream for our headaches." Nora said.
"I rather put a raincheck on that." Yang glared at Neo.
(The Next Cart Over)
Weiss, Blake, Pyrrha, and Ren made their way to find Roman probably at the head of the train, but then they ran into the White Fang Lieutenant with a long and dangerous looking chainsaw glaring at the kids, mostly on Weiss.
"You go on ahead!" Weiss said to Blake.
"Ren, you stay with Weiss and give her as much support as you can." Pyrrha ordered.
"You got it." Ren nodded.
Blake and Pyrrha ran ahead of the two as the White Fang Lieutenant didn't care because all he wants is to kill the Schnee girl with his own hands.
"Finally, I get to kill a Schnee..." White Fang Lieutenant chuckled.
"Your people will never find true peace in all this violence." Ren stated.
"Shut up! It's the humans' fault for making us like this!" White Fang Lieutenant swinged his chainsaw down as Ren and Weiss dodges it.
Ren start shooting at the Lieutenant forcing him to block with his chainsaw which is a good distraction for Weiss to come in and land a rapid barrage thrust striker with her rapier, then form an ice column to push the Lieutenant against the ceiling. Ren runs up the icy column then jumps at it shatters into little pieces of dust as he spins fast slashing fiercely at the White Fang Lieutenant, Ren quickly pull him close to kick him on the back as the White Fang man crashed onto the floor.
"No, I'm not going to lose to a couple of worthless parasites." White Fang Lieutenant growled in rage.
(With Blake and Pyrrha)
Blake and Pyrrha arrives at the head of the train where they found Roman manding the controls as he turns around with a smirk.
"Wow, two ladies coming for me. I always knew I was a man charming the girls." Roman joked smirking.
"Sorry to disappoint you, but we're both taken." Pyrrha glared.
"And we're going to stop you, here and now." Blake determined.
"Is that right, then I guess it's time to serve up some… crispy corpses." Roman fired two fireball shots at the girls.
Both of them dodge and Blake runs toward Roman slashing her blades at the orange-haired thief as he blocks them with his cane, then Roman swings down to smack Blake only for her to dodge with her Semblance combine with an ice Dust to trap him in an ice sculpture of herself. That's when Pyrrha rams Roman with her shield along with shattering the ice sculpture then started slashing at with her Milo Javelin mode and uppercut slash him into the air.
Roman groans in pain and turn his head seeing Blake jumping at him and prepare himself to block the incoming attack, only for Blake to quickly use her Semblance again to make a fire form exploding onto his face.
"Here I come!" Pyrrha shouted as she jumps at Roman.
Using her shield as a foothold, she launches herself at the thief to slash fiercely at him and use her polarity Semblance to have her shield strike at Roman a few times before throwing him down on the floor, then Blake comes in at blinding speed performing the last blitz slash attack which shattered Roman's aura completely.
"Why are we fighting? I saw you at the rally, we're on the same side and you know it..." Roman tried playing Blake with words, only to be slapped on the face by the flat end of her sheath.
"Stop the train, I'll find the remote for the bomb." Blake said as Pyrrha hurry to the control panel.
(Ren and Weiss vs White Fang Lieutenant)
The White Fang Lieutenant swing his chainsaw down as Weiss blocks it with a barrier and Ren slides in for a slash on the legs forcing him to go down a little, Weiss use this little opening to perform a backflip kick.
"Ren, with me!" Weiss shouted.
Weiss quickly cast a white glyph that made the White Fang Lieutenant float in the air and other little white glyphs appeared around him.
Both Beacon students runs fast and jump onto those glyphs for some fast barrage attacks onto the muscle tall White Fang soldier everywhere, Ren stops to perform a double roundhouse kick with one for the head and the other for the side sending him flying.
Weiss jump to his side and the two perform a double firing barrage which causes a big explosion as they brace themselves for the shockwave.
"Did that do him in?" Ren asked.
The White Fang Lieutenant is walking but limply as his body flickers of his aura until it depleted, and he fell unconscious.
"That looks more like a yes." Weiss said.
(With Nora and Yang)
Nora and Yang continue struggling to fight against Neo as every attack they swing their fists and hammer at the short woman just keeps on dodging with a mocking smile, Nora jumps onto one of the boxes and fire a missile only for Neo to simply jump over it as it hit the back door.
"Will you hold still!" Nora shouted in rage.
Yang burst in throwing her punches the fast she can go, but Neo blocks them with her umbrella then perform an acrobatic grapple throwing the blonde bimbo to the ceiling which was hard enough to shatter her aura and fell unconscious.
"Yang!" Nora gasped.
Nora jumps in to attack, but Neo reacted faster jumping to Nora and finish her off using her own hammer against Nora sending her crashing onto the floor with her aura depleted and knocked-out too.
Neo smirks at her defeated opponents and approaches them while pulling out a sword from the umbrella, but suddenly a black slash wave comes in and Neo dodges it.
She turns to where the attack came from, and her eyes widen of shock seeing a woman in black and red with a Grimm mask.
Neo begun to feel some fear as she knew who this woman is though couldn't understand why this woman is here, but she did not want to stick around to find out and seemly teleported away.
The masked woman looks to the unconscious Yang and slash in the air opening a portal, she walks in and disappear though Yang woke up in time to see the woman.
(With Jaune and Others)
Jaune and everyone else that are still at the top of the train are still fighting some of the White Fang soldiers, including Zwei as he jumps and knocked two of them down while Ruby and Oobleck attacks one Paladin with a strong force to push it off the train. Cinder unleashes two streams of fire at the other two Paladins forcing them on the defense, which Cinder use the opening to fire eight arrows at the foot of each Paladin and use her exploding to make them lost balance for her and Jaune to smack them off the train.
"Okay, we're at the front of the train. Now what?" Ruby asked.
"We're almost at the end of the walls and the train is still going fast, I fear the others could not stop it." Cinder said.
"And you are right." Pyrrha jumped to the top with the others.
"The controls were already damage from the inside and Roman didn't have any remote for the bombs." Pyrrha informed.
"What do we do?" Blake asked.
"We're going to brace ourselves. Weiss, help me make a shield." Cinder placed her hand on the metal using her Scorching Caress Semblance to mold the metal into a small wall and Weiss added ice on the wall and around her friends and teacher.
"(This is gonna hurt.)" Jaune thought feared as he hugs both his wives.
Then came a big explosion upon impact with the train bursting through the wall and right into the Vale city.
KO a new chapter is done and hope you all enjoy it!
That's what I call an intense train ride and glad that I never had to get on that one though everyone failed to stop the train from going into Vale, now they will have to defend the city along with some more help coming as well.
