Emily stretched as she leaned back in her limo, being driven through Pentagram City.

"How you fit in here I will never understand." Emily said, opening her eyes and looked over at her fellow occupant/guest.

Sera, somewhat forgiven sister.

"It's not exactly easy since I don't use it much but I can shrink my size just a bit." Sera said, struggling not to hit the ceiling or damage her neck. "How do you find comfort in this thing?"

"Well, having a bank account with 10 figures helps." Emily said, shrugging. "Plus dad and Charlie got so scared for my safety because of how many people tried kidnapping me in my first year, that they didn't want me walking around."

"How many?" Sera quickly asked.

"Well, there was two failed attempts my first couple weeks, then an actual successful one, then about a dozen more, but... they're all dead." Emily said, counting with her fingers. "Safe to say, falling was the best thing to ever happen to me. I am loving my life, far more than I did when I was in Heaven!"

'...I feel like a part of me just died inside after she said that.' Sera thought as her "heart" broke.

"So, what's the deal with you and Azazel?" Emily asked.

"W-w-what do you mean?" Sera asked.

"I've known her for close to 15 years now, she talks." Emily said, crossing her legs. "She's the original Seraphim, even before you and I were born. But for some reason, mentioning your name always brings out a scowl and anger."

Sera let out a small sigh.

"... She was my teacher. Everything I know, it was because of her. I was there when she fell... when she was caught sinning, she was stripped of her rank and I was placed in charge... I ordered her fall." She said, her voice full of guilt and regret.

"Oh……So you were a bitch even before I knew it." Emily said bluntly yet surprised.

"Emi-" Sera hit her head in the ceiling, stopping her yell midway as she held it in pain. "Ow! Ugh! Must you be so crass?"

"Must you have a giant pole up your ass instead of a man's dick? I feel like that would help you finally relax." Emily said with a smug grin.

"I didn't want to do it, but I had become the head Seraphim the day before her trial, I couldn't afford to show mercy to her, otherwise the others would suspect me of favoritism!" Sera explaiend.

"Why is it... that so far, two of the three Seraphims created ended up in hell?" Emily asked, holding uo two fingers. "At this point I feel like no one wants the Seraphim anymore because we seem to cause problems... oh look we're here."

Sera looked out the window and saw they had arrived at Carmilla Carmine's home in the Industrial District.

"So, this is where Azazel lives?" Sera asked.

"Yep... and don't call her Azazel when you see her. She hates that." Emily said.

"Then what is her name now?" Sera asked.

"You'll find out." Emily said as she got out of the limo with Sera quickly following.

They entered the building and went to the elevators, going to the very top floor. Right to Carmilla's office room. Greeting the two of them, Odette and Clara walked up.

"Princess Emily." Odette greeted before noticing Sera. "I... see you brought a guest."

"Yep, important business, is your mother in her office?" Emily asked.

'Mother?' Sera thought in surprise, having never imagined that Azazel of all people would have children.

"She is." Clara said, nodding. "She is awaiting your arrival."

"Great. I hope she doesn't mind an additional visitor." Emily said as she walked towards Carmilla's office. "Let's go, Sera."

"Alright. It was nice to meet you both." Sera said before following Emily.

Odette and Clara watched them leave before they looked at each other and nodded, knowing what was about to happen. They went to the closest window, let their angellic wings out (gray for Odette and black for Clara), and flew away.

(Line break)

When Carmilla heard the door open she stood up.

"Princess Emily, it is a pleasure to-"

That's when she saw Sera. Tension could be cut with a knife with how thick it was. Carmella's red eyes scanned over Sera, looking her up and down. Sera went rigid every time she saw those eyes. Once blue now red, along with the scar that surrounded them. Carmilla walked up to them, giving a short bow to Emily…

….

….

Before backhanding Sera with all her might.

"UGH!" Sera groaned as she stumbles back, holding her face.

"That…was the best thing I have ever seen." Emily said with a wide grin.

"Why the fuck are you here?" Carmilla said through clenched teeth.

"Losing teeth it seems." Sera said, spitting out a tooth.

"Answer me, you ¡Perra traicionera! (treacherous bitch!)" Carmilla screamed at Sera.

"I have not come here for a fight." Sera said, standing up straight. "I am here because we are in need of your help."

"And why would I help you?" Carmilla asked, taking a step to Sera.

"Because... Roo has escaped." Sera said.

Carmilla went quiet and walked to the window. She looked out towards the city, before looking up at Heaven.

"There is nothing I could make that could stop that beast." Carmilla said, crossing her arms behind hwr back. "It would only slow her down."

"Please, we need you." Sera said.

That just made Carmilla mad.

"If I recall, I told you the same thing before you sent me down here." Carmilla said, turning her head to glare at Sera. "You didn't care then, so you don't get to ask for my help now."

"Azazel, please!" Sera begged.

Emily went pale and backed up... because she was pretty sure Sera was about to die as Carmilla marched over and grabbed Sera by her neck!

"DO NOT CALL ME THAT NAME!" Carmilla shouted with flashing red eyes, "Azazel died when she was sent down here, all that's left is Carmilla Carmine!"

"I... I'm... sorry." Sera said, struggling to breath.

"It's too late for that!" Carmilla yelled, "I taught you everything, you were my student! My most trusted ally! And you gave up on me without a second glance, you wouldn't even be in your position of power if it wasn't for me!"

Emily put a hand on Carmilla's arm.

"Hey, let's just calm down." She said, looking to. Carmilla. "We're all Seraphim here, one of God's creations, and-"

"She is NOT one of God's creations." Carmilla said, letting go of Sera and letting her fall to the floor, "God only created TWO Seraphim. Not three.

'Two?' Emily and Sera thought, confused.

"Look at the back of her head, there's a mark." Carmilla said, pointing to Sera.

Curious Emily went and moved most of Sera's hair to see seeing a strange symbol on her head. A symbol that looked different than the symbol God used to mark all of his creations.

"Okay, I see it." Emily said as Carmilla brought out a weapon from eons ago... the same weapon she had gifted a human when she was still an angel.

"Look at the handle, a good artist always signs her work." Carmilla said as she handed it to Emily.

Taking it, Emily looked and saw the very same symbol she found on Sera on the weapon.

... She began to put the pieces together as her eyes widened.

"Wait... does that mean... Oh shit." Emily said.

"Now do you understand my anger?" Carmilla asked before glaring at Sera again. lAfter all, what mother wouldn't be angry when her daughter turns her back on her?"

A shocked and jaw dropped Emily looked at Sera, who looked shocked and jaw dropped

"Y-y-your the daughter of Azazel?! Why didnt you tell me this?!" Emily shouted.

"Because she did not know." Carmilla said, shaking her head. "I made sure that no one but the Lord himself knew."

Sitting there, Sera felt that her whole world was falling apart as literally everything she knew was a lie.

God was not her true father, he was not her true creator. All these eons, the one who made her the seraphim she is today was...

'M-My mentor…is my mother?' Sera thought.

"Okay, we can get back to this later, right now we need a weapon that can stop Roo." Emily said, trying to get back on track.

"Not possible." Carmilla said, turnjnf around. "The only weapon strong enough to do that was the sword I forged for God, but I can't make another one."

"Why not?" Emily adked.

"It was forged using the power of creation, the spark that created the entire universe... unless you have a way to recreate something of that magnitude, then this entire idea is hopeless." Carmilla said, waving her hand.

"Then... what about this?" Sera asked, still unsure of everything, "Can you fix this?"

Getting up qnd reaching into her hair, Sera pulled Lucifer's/Samael's old sword and placed it on the desk. Carmilla looked at it and shook her head.

"No... at least... not here." She said, turning to them again. "The tools needed to fix something like this do not exist in Hell."

"Then we need to go to where they are." Emily said.

"We can't, the only place that has this is in my old forge, besides... I won't build another weapon." Carmilla said, shaking her head..

"You must. Because this is different than before." Sera said as she pulls out a folded message and handed it to Carmilla. "It's from Gabriel."

Snatching the message, Carmilla opened it and looked at it.

"They... they are granting me permission to access my heavenly forge?" She said in surprise.

"With the threat of Roo and her growing strength, we need all the help we can find to stop her." Sera said as she frowned sadly. "Please, I am truly sorry for betraying you and I will accept any punishment you choose to atone for it. Just please, help us…moth-"

Sera was kicked across the face, feeling another tooth knocked loose as she fell to the floor!

"You have NO RIGHT to call me that." Carmilla said, glaring at Sera once again. "Ever."

Sera looked up at Carmilla as she looked down at Sera. Her face frozen with indifference, Sera had no idea what she was going to say.

"... Fine." Carmilla said, still glaring but less. "But I am not doing this for you, I am doing this for your sisters. As far as I'm concerned, you are nothing to me."

Rolling her meck, Carmilla brought out her wings. All six of them. The bottom two were white as pearls, the middle two were gray as fog, and the top two were black as night.

"Let's go." Carmilla said, flapping her wings abit to limber them up.

'Whoa! Her wings look fucking badass!' Emily thought in awe.

'Her wings…they're still as beautiful as they were hundreds of years ago.' Sera thought, staring at Azazel's/Carmilla's wings.

"Get up, we have no time to waste." Carmilla said bluntly.

"She's right, Sera. We need you to make us a portal to heaven." Emily said, snapping her fingers in Sera's face several times.

Shaking her mind clear, Sera stood up and brushed off her dress.

"Right. Let's be on our way." Sera said, waving her hand to open a portal to Heaven.

Carmilla flew in first followed by Emily, leaving Sera to follow last as her gaze lingers on her mentor/newly revealed mother.

'I will find a way to make it up to you, mother. I promise.' Sera thought.
