(POV: Percy)

When we finally believed we could relax, one of the biggest challenges we have faced hit us…..

It has been a month since the end of the war with Gaea, the seven had finally gone back to their normal lives. Well as 'Normal' of a life as demigods would get.

Percy took his new time to spend time with Annabeth and the rest of the seven. The latter was much to his disliking. Though it was much better than going on endless amounts of quests.

Percy sat on the beach at camp half-blood, his sea green eyes fixed upon the endless blue expanse before him. As the breeze rolled off the water he felt so refreshed. He had just got done with his morning swim as he had been doing for a while now. As he continued to gaze at the ocean two of his closest friends approached.

"Hey percy" said Piper as she walked towards him, Jason at her side.

Percy smiled before saying. "Hi, you guys are up early." He gestured at the sun barely rising over the horizon.

"Yeah well, we were planning on going to New Rome for a while. And we wanted to invite you and Annabeth to come." Said Jason. Percy and Jason had not been to New Rome since immediately at the end of the Giant war.

"Hmm, i'll have to talk to Annabeth." Percy stood. "When were you planning on leaving?"

"Well tonight hopefully, so you'd better hurry." Percy nodded.

"I'll find you guys as soon as I get an answer from Annabeth" The others smiled as Percy walked back to the cabins. Percy himself was all for going and he was sure Annabeth would be as well, after all she seemed to like the city after the first visit.

Percy knocked on the door of the Athena cabin. He was greeted by Malcolm, who didn't even bother to ask why Percy was here, he went to go get Annabeth.

After a moment Annabeth herself emerged. "Oh hello there." ("General Kenobi") "Whats up?"

"Hey I wanted to ask if you wanted to go to Camp Jupiter with Jason and Piper." Responded Percy.

"For how long?"

Percy blinked and gave a blank expression. "Im...not….sure."

Annabeth rolled her eyes. "You didn't ask? Fine, when do we leave?"

"Tonight. Should I go find them and ask?"

"It's fine, it sounds fun. Lets go." She smiled.

"Alright, i'll talk to them after lunch."

At six Annabeth and Percy walked towards the meeting point atop Half-blood hill.

"Ready?" Asked Jason. Annabeth nodded, and put her stuff in the back of the waiting van.

Just as they were about to leave a young camper ran up over the hill to them. "Wait." She yelled.

Percy sighed. "Here we go." He said below his breath.

Annabeth looked at the young girl. "What is the matter?"

"Well...it's hard to explain. But Percy may know who or what it is. Come." She gestured for them to follow her as she ran towards the cabins. Percy followed with Annabeth, Piper and Jason were close behind.

The camp was buzzing, everyone one seemed to be talking, and all daily activities were forgotten. A large number of people seemed to be attracted towards the Poseidon cabin. The Stolls had their ears pressed against the cabin door, but they quickly dispersed as Percy approached.

The girl they had been following pointed to the door. "Chirons inside." She said before running off. It was rare for Chiron to be in a cabin, and almost unheard of him being in one of the big three, so even Percy knew it was important.

He turned to Annabeth and the others. "Maybe you should just go in." Said Annabeth.

Percy was almost hesitant to open the door, as he did he peeked inside to see Chiron by the door, apparently talking to someone. As he opened the door all the way he was confused on who he was talking to.

Chirons gaze was on Percy for a second, before nodding to him and going back toward the dark corner of the room. Percy for a second couldn't make out what it was for a moment, he then noticed it to be a person. A dark cloak covered the person's body and the hood caused the person's face to be covered in darkness.

The person seemed to look straight into Percy's eyes, even though the person's own couldn't be seen. "I have been hoping to meet you for a while now Percy" Said the now recognizable males voice, it had a certain accent that Percy couldn't quite place. Russian? Czech? German?

"Who are you?" Asked Percy.

The man laughed. "Come now" He stepped into the light from the shadows. He let his cloak down to reveal a tanned face, with black hair and sea green eyes.

"You should recognize your brother. I'm Theseus."

There is your first chapter, hope you like it so far. The next chapter will be longer and much more interesting. It will be released very soon.
