Everyone was still at the hospital. Izuku and Danny were in the waiting room, watching the news about what happened the previous day. They were also reporting about how the League of Villains attacked Chisaki's transportation, killing Snatch and injuring police officers, including Chisaki himself. Izuku was shocked at the news, Danny just glared angrily at the TV.

Recovery Girl was sitting nearby, "This is the only thing they've reported on since yesterday."

Aizawa was standing nearby, "This isn't something you two should feel responsible for. Please don't try to blame yourselves."

Izuku sighed, "Yeah, OK."

Danny added, "I'm just pissed that this happened in the first place."

Izuku turned to Danny. Now that things have calmed down somewhat, he really needed to talk to him.

Aizawa continued, "Good news is, most everyone's headed back to class. The doctors want to monitor Togata a little while longer. But Recovery Girl was able to completely heal the rest of the students involved in the raid. They're gathering their things now."

Recovery Girl said, "I'll stick around a little while longer and heal a few more patients since I'm here."

Danny asked, "What about Eri? Has she woken up yet? If so, I would like to see her."

Izuku nodded, "Me, too. I want to be here if Eri's awake."

Aizawa answered, "I'm afraid she's still out of it, and she's still too dangerous to have anyone around her right now. Right now, we need to trust that the doctors will help her. She'll be fine."

Izuku sighed, "Ok, then. I wanna see Togata before I leave, though."

Danny agreed, "Same here. We'll be right back."

Danny and Izuku rushed to Mirio's room. When they entered, they were surprised that Mirio was doing leg exercises on his bed.

Mirio shouted, "Heya, guys! You two must be heading back to campus, huh? I hear I'm the only one who's gotta stay in the hospital. I don't get it. Like, come on, look how much energy I have. It's kinda lame, am I right?"

Danny asked, "Dude, are you OK?"

Mirio sighed, "Yeah, I know, I know. I lost my permeation. And my mentor just passed away. I should be full of mopes, right, not smiling so much. But that's the thing. Sir loved to laugh. I know he was super strict with you, Midoriya, but I got to see a different side of him, that always tried to find the humor in things. So you see. I refuse to sit around crying. Because I gotta focus on becoming a fine hero one day. Know what I mean? Plus, if I've got a gloomy face on, it might make little Eri feel sad."

Izuku sighed, "You were amazing. You and Danny protected Eri the whole time. Even after your Quirk was taken away. But I couldn't do that. You kept that scared little girl safe, but I had to have help from her and Mr. Aizawa, along with Danny. If you had been the successor instead of me, then maybe Nighteye would still be alive. And maybe All Might's future would be different. Togata! If I told you there was some way that I could give you my Quirk, then, would you…"

Before Danny could say anything, Mirio interrupted, "Nah, I wouldn't want it. If that were really possible, and you could just hand over your ability to me, I would be causing you a bunch of trouble, wouldn't I? Not cool. I wouldn't want you to end up being bummed out. Right? I don't know why you talk like you did something wrong. You did a good job! You're a hero, Deku! And besides, yesterday, Eraser told me about Eri and how her power works. Later, as she gets older and trains, she may be able to use her Quirk properly. Then I'll try asking her if she could rewind me to when I still had Permeation. Even if that doesn't work, I'm not gonna give up looking for ways to return to normal. I'll probably have to take some time off from classes at UA until my Quirk comes back. But don't worry about me, I'm gonna be just fine! After all, I have to believe Sir's prediction will come true. So do me a favor. Let's all keep smiling."

Danny nodded, "We will. And I believe you're going to get your Quirk back. Whatever it takes."

Mirio smiled, "I promise I won't give up on UA. Because I'm the hero who'll save a million people."

Izuku replied, "Good. I'll be waiting for you."

What the boys didn't know was that All Might was standing outside the room. He wanted to knock, but didn't.

Later, Kirishima met Izuku and Danny outside the hospital. "Midoriya! Fenton! Did you two get all healed up?"

Izuku nodded, "Yeah. I'm all good now. Thank you."

Danny added, "Just needed some rest."

Suddenly a police officer walked over to them, "Izuku Midoriya? Danny Fenton? Eijiro Kirishima? I'm sorry to bother the three of you right after your discharge. But we'd like you to come down to the station with us. We have some questions for you about the incident."

Kirishima answered, "Yes, sir."

"Anything you need," Izuku added.

Danny groaned internally, as he wasn't the biggest fan of law enforcement, but nodded.

Their trip at the station took a while, so they weren't dropped off at their dorm until nightfall. The three boys were about to walk in when they heard, "Deku! Danny! Kirishima!"

They turned to see Ochaco and Tsuyu walking toward them. Izuku asked, "Oh, wow, are you two girls just getting back to the dorms now, too?"

Ochaco nodded while Tsuyu said, "There were a lot of last minute forms to fill out at Ryukyu's office."

Kirishima replied, "We did that, too."

Ochaco then said, "You know what's weird? It feels like we haven't been back here for a long time."

Danny chuckled, "I can understand that. We've been through a lot lately."

Kirishima said, "Well? Let's go."

When they entered, several members of their class rushed toward them. Momo wrapped Danny into a hug, "All of us were worried about you." Danny blushed a little.

Kaminari added, "Yeah, we saw the news."

"It looked terrifying!" Mina shrieked.

"Is anyone hurt?" Sero asked.

"Tell us everything," Aoyama demanded.

Sato held up a cake, "I made this for you. It's a double chocolate cake."

Kaminari interrupted, "First Kamino and now the yakuza. You guys are always getting into such crazy situations. Do you know how much that scares us?"

Danny replied, "Dude, breathe. We're OK. Sorry for worrying you."

Shoji said to Jiro, "I'm just glad they're OK."

Jiro replied, "I mean, I dunno. Are they? How can we be sure?"

Toru pulled Ochaco and Tsuyu into a tight hug.

Tenya then shouted, "Enough of this. I know everyone is worried. But calm down! We all saw news coverage. Our classmates have been through an ordeal. If you want to help, you should console them quietly and let them rest their bodies and their minds. Because I'm sure today wasn't taxing just physically, but mentally as well."

Izuku said, "Hey, Iida! Thanks for that. But really. This is OK."

Tenya walked over to him, "Then, if I may." He then shook Izuku. "Do you have any idea how worried I was for all of you? It was awful! What if you never returned?"

Danny walked over and made Izuku intangible, pulling him away from Tenya, "Dude, chill out. We are all OK. We're safe."

Momo put her hand on Danny's shoulder, "I'm going to make some lavender tea. It'll help ease your minds."

Danny smiled, "Thank you. We would appreciate that."

Sato shoved cake at Izuku, "At least have a little bit of cake."

Ochaco was feeling a little sad, as she remembered her recent talk with Aizawa, about feeling regret about not being faster or stronger to save Sir Nighteye. Aizawa gave her some encouraging words and to think about what she wants for her future. Tsuyu noticed Ochaco's sad face.

Sero put his arm around Kirishima, "Ugh, why the heck didn't you tell us what was going on, man? We were totally blindsided by this."

Kirishima sighed, "Sorry. We were sworn to secrecy."

Mina walked over, "Hey, so, I'm glad you're OK."

Kirishima smiled, "Yeah, getting there anyway."

Mina replied, "Right, got it."

Ochaco walked over to her, "Oh! What a cute rabbit!"

Mina replied, "Oh, it's Koda's bunny. Do you guys wanna hold it for a while?"

All the girls surrounded Mina.

Meanwhile, Bakugo was sitting on the couch, pouting. Kaminari walked over, "Yo, Kacchan! What're you here sulking for? Admit it, you're out here because you were worried, am I right? Aw, let those feelings out, why don't ya?"

Bakugo stood up, "Time for bed."

Kaminari was shocked, "What? Seriously? But it's so early."

Bakugo growled, "Unlike the rest of you nerds, I've got stuff to do."

Shoto said, "Hey, you guys. I'm glad you're all back and everyone's safe, but I gotta get to bed." He left along with Bakugo.

Kaminari was even more confused, "Huh? Since when am I surrounded by geezers?"

Tsuyu noted, "I understand Bakugo, but Todoroki wants to leave the party this early, too?"

Jiro said, "They've got their provisional license training course tomorrow. But still, it is pretty early."

Danny replied, "They want to be ready. They want their licenses like we have. Let's leave them be."

Later, everyone went to bed, but Izuku couldn't sleep. He was thinking about everything that had happened recently. But he was also thinking about Danny. He remembered seeing Danny all powered up, with the weird ring on his finger. And he heard Danny talking to someone, Clockwork. He knew that he needed answers. Now.

He got up and walked over to Danny's room, knocking on the door. Danny opened it, "Izuku, you OK?"

Izuku said, "We need to talk."

Danny nodded and let Izuku in. Danny closed the door, "What's up?"

Izuku stared at Danny, "Lately, I've noticed some things about you. How Shigaraki can't use his Quirk on you while in your Phantom form, but he can when you're normal. The green blood from when Stain cut you. What he said after you rescued me. Hearing voices of people you are talking to when you think I can't hear them, talking about other ghosts, a zone, kings. And that ring you have. You were wearing it on your hand when you somehow powered up to help me fight Chisaki. Just what is going on? What are you?"

Danny sighed, "I figured you were starting to get suspicious." He then created a ghost shield around himself. "For privacy. I don't want anyone overhearing what I'm about to say. You should have a seat. This is going to be a lot for you to handle."

Izuku sat down as Danny took a deep breath, "What I am about to tell you, you must keep it to yourself. No sharing with anybody. Also, wait until I tell you everything before you say anything. No interrupting. Understand?" Izuku nodded.

Over the next hour, Danny explained everything to Izuku: how he's from another Earth, how he got his powers, how he fought ghosts, how his parents died, how he came here, how he found out that he's the next Ghost King, etc. After Danny finished, Izuku took a few seconds to process before asking, "Wow, um, that's a lot. So you were born Quirkless, like me?"

Danny nodded, "Yeah, but Quirks don't exist on my Earth, my powers aren't technically a Quirk at all. And I figured that if Mr. Aizawa tried to erase them, it wouldn't work. So I've been careful around him. That's why I possessed him during my final exam."

Izuku then asked, "Also, our friendship, was it all a lie?"

Danny was shocked, "No, of course not. You are my best friend here."

Izuku asked, "Then why didn't you tell me sooner?"

Danny sighed, "It's complicated. One, I didn't know if you'd believe me at first. And second, I've wanted to tell you, but I couldn't. Thank Clockwork for that."

"The Ghost of Time, right?" Izuku asked. Danny nodded.

Danny said, "Know this. Now that I've told you everything, I won't keep anything else from you. Deal?"

Izuku thought for a moment, then said, "Deal. Although, should All Might know about this?"

Danny sighed, "Yeah, I thought I forgot something. He knows, too. But only because, like you, he was getting suspicious. In fact, I had to bring him to the Ghost Zone at his request."

Izuku was shocked, "You did? Can I go?"

Danny replied, "Yes, but first, we need to tell All Might about this. He will help us moving forward."

They had to wait until late the next day, as All Might had to take Shoto and Bakugo to their training as Aizawa couldn't. When All Might got back, Danny flew over to him invisible and whispered, "Don't scream. It's me. We need to talk. Izuku knows."

All Might sighed, then whispered back, "OK. Meet me behind the teacher's dorm in one hour."

An hour passed, and All Might met up with Danny and Izuku. All Might sighed, "So, you're in on this now, too, huh?"

Izuku nodded, "Yes, and I want to go to the Ghost Zone. I want to see it for myself. I have so many questions."

All Might turned to Danny, "What do you think?"

Danny replied, "It's only fair. Plus, I need to visit Clockwork, anyway. Would you like to come with?"

All Might nodded, "Yes, as I'm assigned to keep an eye on you, plus help train you."

Danny nodded, transformed into Phantom, and then said, "Fright Knight."

The ghost knight suddenly appeared and kneeled, "How may I serve you, Your Highness?"

Izuku leapt back, "What?"

Danny sighed, "Sorry, this is Fright Knight. He's been assigned as my bodyguard. Now, Fright Knight, we need to see Clockwork. Can you take us there, please?"

Fright Knight stood up, "Of course, the Time Master did say that you would be visiting soon. As he knows everything. Come."

He opened a portal to the Ghost Zone. Phantom held out his hand, "Grab onto me, it'll help with travel."

Izuku took Phantom's hand while All Might took Phantom's other hand. Fright Knight led them into the zone, and the portal closed behind them, no one the wiser of what just happened.
