Rebecca Costa-Brown, Chief Director of the PRT PoV:
Rebecca was the first to arrive in the conference room as she teleported in as what would normally be the end-of-the-year meeting with the Directors of the five Anti-Parahuman Agencies that existed in America as they hoped to enjoy less work than usual for the rest of the year, some of them would even be able to spend Christmas with the people they cared about.
But this time, it was gonna be an actual meeting of importance instead of the yearly round-up, as a certain villainous organization had decided they wanted to stir a shit storm before the year ended; that was usually an Endbringer thing to do.
Even Jack Slash had been smart enough to not stir shit near Christmas.
Rebecca took a seat in her chair as the other three teleported into what could be considered the most secure room in the world.
"Rebecca Costa-Brown, Chief Director of the PRT, is present," The woman who had been 18 for over twenty years identified herself.
"Nick Fury, Director of Shield, is present," The eye-patch-wearing man added as his uninjured one scanned all of them. Truly was the most paranoid man in the entire world. And was the man who lead the organization, as their name implied, acted as the world's shield.
"John Bishop, Director of Sword, is present," The sunglass-inside-wearing man was next, and if Rebecca was being honest, Bishop was a person she liked the least among the people here. But the immortal man was good at this job and had been for over a hundred years, and that was why he had been the founder of Shield's counterpart organization.
"Cecil Stedman, Director of Rogue, is present." And there was her counterpart, while she was responsible for all the Parahumans who were under government employe, which meant every single Protecorate Hero and Ward, and the normal people that supported them. Their influence slowly increased in other countries, having gotten a branch in Canada, Mexico, and Britain. It was for those who sought to turn Heroics into a career.
With her biggest gun being the one and only Gal Might.
And Cecil led the organization that watched over everyone else, but especially the big groups. The Justice League, the Avengers, The Titans, The X-men, and many other Parahuman groups formed out of Vigilantes, though with the purpose to try and get them into the graces of the PRT, and subsequently the two Sub Organixaton, her Protectorate and her Wards.
He was the carrot; she was the stick.
And then, finally, there was the biggest bitch in the room.
While she didn't like Bishop, Rebecca hated-
"Amanda Waller, Director of Cadmus, is present." The fat bitch introduced herself; she was the director of the biggest Anti-Parahuman Science agency in the entire world, Cadmus, and was the reason they had methods to contain and secure villains, the reason they had the Ultra Max Prison known as the Birdcage. But Rebecca knew in her gut that she was doing shady shit behind everyone's back, but sadly, she had little proof of her crimes.
"All in attendance, so this meeting can now begin," Rebecca said. "First topic… what the fuck happened today? Where was the intel?"
Nick Fury breathed heavily at that. "It seems that this rather prompt and sudden attack on the USA by Hydra was prompted by several Pre-cogs and clairvoyants that worked for them, determining that their organization would seize to exist in 2011 if they did not act on this day today to prevent 'the birth of the red bird of humanity from rising' end quote."
"Our own came to the same conclusion once they managed to account for that, though to add they before I left for here said that 'The Defender of Humanity has risen, and wields history has its sword and shield,'" Bishop said. "Though I have no clue what that means."
"We can investigate that on our own time, thankfully; while it took us all by surprise, their rushing also hurt them as once the heroes started acting, they got quickly pushed back," Cecil said. "Though this might have been a self-fulling prophecy with the damages it did to Hydra itself, while the top leaders weren't captured or killed, they lost a lot of assets, and their biggest in America is close to collapsing."
"The Empire 88 in Brockton Bay?" Bishop asked.
"Correct," Rebecca took over as she started sending files to them. "The Empire started out the war by riling up the East Asian Parahuman Gang, the ABB in the city up, but during so brought forth two new Parahumans, who managed to result in the capture of three of their members and the death of one."
"They managed to catch the so-called Kaiser?" Cecil asked. "Max Anders of Medhall, that is gonna sting for them, but I guess that is government property now."
"The other agencies will start cleaning that nest of supremacy once the new year starts," Rebbeca said.
"And casualty in the form of Hookwolf on the Empire side and Oni Lee and Jirai Gumo on the ABB side of things," The Spy Master whistled as he appreciated as he read through the reports. "And quite the brutality, too."
"Knew you would like that, Fury," Waller said. "As usual, send us the equipment and samples that can be recovered, but what of the one that fought against Captain Nazi?"
Yeah, seeing that part of the report had gotten her concerned, as Captain Nazi was an A-Rank Villain, a brute on par with Wonder Woman and the Man of Steel. "We know little of who she is, but we have a video of her being…well summoned by a Mage-Type Parahuman. The other new Parahuman is a known local but was unpowered until today; Mash Pelham, adopted daughter of Sarah and Neil Pelham, she declared her Cape name to be Tam Lin Galahad." Pictures of her and the other from the video were put on the other's screen.
"Tam Lin?" Bishop asked.
"I believe it's Celtic," Cecil stated.
"It is, the name of some ancient folk hero, but it later got used as a title for other notable figures; it basically means Fairy Knight," Nick Fury said, and she appreciated the info as she liked to know everything about people of interest, so she started creating a book for her and the other.
"And what about the boy?"

Missy Brion/Vista PoV:
Vista couldn't help but yawn a little as everyone sat in the conference room with the rest of her fellow Wards and the Protectorate as they were all getting debriefed about the utter storm of shit that had happened today that they had been caught in, though Vista was rather satisfied with herself as she had managed to bag several Nazi assholes.
"We have Kaiser, Rune, and Purity in custody, but the remaining members of the Empire will try to free them, so we shall be prepared for that," Director Piggot informed them, though Vista guessed that would be really hard as apparently Hookwolf had been turned into scrap metal. "And with that, their identities have been finally uncovered." And what a fucking twist that was. "Their children will be taken into custody by Social Services once found." And wasn't that a concerning sentence. "But with that, even with the losses Lung suffered, he will try and take territory with the help of his new Bomb Tinker." What a scary thing. Trigger Tech was bad enough, but what kind of shit could a one focused on Bombs make?
And while Vista loved being a Ward, this was her least favorite part of the whole thing; she would rather be with her friends right now and talk about how to
"Director," a voice interrupted the meeting, and Vista turned her head to see a PRT office clerk enter. "I am sorry to interrupt, but there has been a development."
"What is it?" Director Piggot asked with a grimace on her face, clearly not happy about having the meeting go on even longer.
"It seems that someone managed to get a rather clear video of the starting incident and has posted it on the web; it had gone viral." The PRT clerk said.
Which just made everyone sigh.
"Send a link."
"Already did it." She answered as she left, and with video of what would be considered the 'main' fight was put on the TV and…
"That's Rits?" Vista said in shock as she looked at her best friend's Older Brother, who she had a very, very serious crush on, and started to fucking humiliate Hookwolf by dodging his attacks like a pro before…
"Is that an Amazon?" Vista heard Assault ask as the video focused on her now fucking Hookwolf's shit up after showing Ritsuka taking Run out with some sort of spell. And she didn't know how, but he was now cooler than before and…
The video was cut as they saw Oni Lee get…
"Well, I, someone left out some parts of her testimony," Velocity said; all the while, Vista would have to talk to Gudako soon if they wanted to get their 'plan' to happen.
Yes, Ritsuka would fall to their 'cunny,' as her friend called it.
