Red sun over paradise.
Izuku is currently sitting at his desk as he points at the numbers on a piece of paper.
"This is called addition Eri, its how you add numbers together to make bigger numbers. Now take this number here 6 and add in this one called 8 and what number do you get. Remember the trick I taught you." Izuku says as Eri sitting on his lap smiles and looks at her fingers before doing the trick her papa taught her. She begins counting from six to 14 before adding it to the page.
"Thats right Eri its 14. You're such a smart girl." Eri giggles as Izuku pats her head gently.
"Only cause you taught me papa" Eri says as Izuku smiles at her while most of the other students who arrived are just staring at them. Some in amazment and others in wonder while most of the girls were cooing at the cute scene. However all of them were wondering how this kid was able to have a daughter. Tsuyu walks over sitting besides Izuku alongside Pony and Reiko who all just smile at him.
"Kero, hello Midoriya. Who's the girl?" Tsuyu asks as Izuku smiles and watches her complete the small assignment he gave her.
"This is Eri! A family friend saved her from the Yakuza and told her stories of how i saved their life before my first death. She fell in love with the stories and in turn me. When i finally came back i saw her and was immediately enraptured by her. I decided then and there she is my daughter." Izuku says as Eri smiles.
"Momma Miruko said you were a hero like her. A better hero even papa! Im glad you came back like i wished!" Eri says making Tsuyu and Pony coo at the scene while Izuku gently ruffles Eri's hair.
"I came back from death with help my little Unicorn. Besides what have i told you?" Izuku asks as Eri smiles.
"You said you aren't a hero. That you're just a decent person. But papa, momma says you were a hero. Did she lie?" Eri asks tilting her head making Izuku chuckle.
"No she didn't sweety. She said i was a hero in that moment! Not that i was already a hero. Theirs a big difference sweetheart." Izuku says to eri who gives him a gentle nod before going back to work on her math. Reiko finally speaks up.
"You said " first death" as if someone is allowed more than one...why?" Reiko asks as Izuku sighs a bit before covering Eri's ears.
"Because i wasn't gone. I was dead. Im Izuku Midoriya! As in The boy who saved Miruko the rabbit heroines life during the Aldera fires. Im sure the results of my autopsy were made public in an attempt to make me seem like i started the fire in revenge. I died...i was dead and gone. However that was the trigger for my quirk. I wasnt lying when i said so long as their is fire i shall live." Izuku says as Pony, reiko and Tsuyu comprehend what that means.
"I just thought you were named the same not actually him, kero. I'm so sorry about what happened to you. If i was at Aldera i would have been your friend. Quirk status be damned. Also If it makes you feel better. Most mutant quirked factions surprisingly even the CRC heard what happened and did research. They all even now allow Quirkless to join them and even offer to help them by getting them into the Mutant Mental Help groups now. Kero. I even tutor a few Quirkless kids in my younger siblings school. Pretty sure my younger brother has a crush on one of them." Tsuyu says as Izuku tears up a little bit knowing she's speaking the truth.
"I never held any contempt for the quirkless. My mother is a quirkless scottsman and she beats up my dad all the time when they spar. My father has a quirk that makes it so his emotions empower him in different ways. Anger makes him stronger, love makes him float and so on. My mother has telekinetic genes from my grandmother so my emotions strengthen my quirk since i inherited my dads emotional strength quirk. Dad loves mom with his entire being. If you want i can invite you over to meet them. Im sure my mom would like other quirkless friends. Even if they have a quirk now." Reiko says as izuku looks down clenching his fist hearing reiko speak this.
"Quirkless Not mean Powerless. Strength to survive harsh treatments is proof of uh...Fortitude? Quirkless friends in America! Love them to death!" Pony says in broken Japanese as Izuku breaks finally. His tears sliding down his cheeks as he looks up at the sky smiling.
The girls gasp as they see Izuku openly crying. His tears lightly plinking on his desk as Eri looks up and gets worried.
"Papa! Are you okay? Did mean people say something?" Eri asks as Izuku is brought back to reality from his thoughts.
"No sweety. It wasn't bad people. It was these 3, they said things that made me feel very VERY happy! These are tears of joy." Izuku says as eri smiles at him.
"Like i had when you came home from your trip?" Eri asks as Izuku chuckles and nods.
"Yes Eri, like you did." Izuku says as eri smiles.
"Thank you for making papa happy! He doesnt smile often and i like his smile" Eri says as the three girls smile at Eri.
Before they could speak the class door is opened and someone walks in. The woman is wearing what appears to be a a cowgirl uniform. LArge horns on her head show exactly who she is.
"Hello class! My name is Cow Lady. I'll be your homeroom teacher for the next few years. Oh Mr. Midoriya. I was told of your special guest and this will effect your studies and i have to say good on you. Now all of us will be going to orientation and afterwards we'll have introductions followed by a quirk apprehension test. It'll tell me where each and every one of Y'all are in many catagories so i can better work at making you true hero's! Now follow me to the auditorium." Cow lady says as Everyone stands up and follows their teacher. Izuku making sure Eri was in his hands and walking besides the teacher.
"Miss cow lady can i ride on your shoulders?" Eri asks making Izuku embarrassed.
"Eri! You can't just ask someone that out of nowhere. It's rude! I'm so sorry Ms. Cow Lady! She's still learning." Izuku says as Cow lady activates her quirk turning into a minotaur and grabbing Eri before mooing softly and making a small show of bucking Eri around as Eri giggles.
"It's no trouble Young man. I LOVE doing this for children! Come on cowgirl hold on tight!" Cow lady says continuing to buck around as she walks as Izuku smiles at this while Eri keeps giggling. When reaching the auditorium Izuku grabs Eri from cow lady. The later who transforms back into her normal looks and as he walks into the auditorium smacks izuku on the butt gently speaking to him in a whisper.
"Just FYI, I'm single and i love good single dads." Cow Lady says as she leavesa slightly blushing Izuku to join the other teachers on stage. Izuku and his class mates sit down in section 1-A beside a whole second class in section 1-B. Most of the girls in 1-B cooing at Izuku and Eri as Izuku begins talking about each hero coming up to introduce themselves. Izuku knowing a surprising amount of info. After a few Hours Eri is currently asleep leaning into Izuku. Izuku smiles before placing her down in Pony's lap since she seemed to like her lap as a pillow. Izuku focuses on the Principal speaking as a topic comes up that draws his attention.
"And due to this reason we have hired a very special Heroics Teacher. You may know him please allow me to introduce..." The american Shrew with other animal genetic spliced DNA says as a hulking figure Punches a huge hole in wall rushing in. Izuku having been alert Immediately leaps Forward bursting into black and white flames. As the Hulking figures fist that broke through the door smashes into a solid scorched black shield. The hulking figure crying in pain as he feels his fist just broke when he feels the fist get thrown back to the right parrying his entrance punch.
Izuku now standing in solid scorched black armor looking demonic while wielding an obsurdly huge, black metal and jagged looking ultra greatsword that may aswell be an unstruck lump of iron one handed uses it to slam an attack in the figures unprotected left side. The blow causing the figure to cough out a lot of blood and get thrown through the ajoining wall off to the figures Right. Izuku immediately takes a stance infront of the teachers and students ready to defend them as The animal jumps up on Izuku's shoulders to speak.
"Calm down Mister Midoriya! Calm down. It was not a villain attack. That was our new teacher making a grand entrance." The animal says as Izuku behind his black knights helm looks questioningly at the rodent before once again getting into a protective stance as the figure emerges from the wall still hulking but having a huge wound in his left side bleeding pretty badly.
" I AM HERE! And that really freaking hurt young man! But amazing reflexes! You immediately reacted to what you perceived as a dangerous threat and neutralized it while still making sure to put yourself in a defensive stance to protect everyone you could!" The figure says as the dust settles showing All Might in his full muscled glory. Izuku immediately drops his sword causing the very griund around himself and others to quake when the heavy weapon hit the floor. which shattered the stage floor upon impact. Izuku immediately goes Dogenza style bowing to All Might as he pleads.
"I AM SO SORRY ALL MIGHT! I just didn't want anyone getting hurt! I did think it was an attack." izuku says as he feels a hand placed on his shoulders. Looking up Izuku sees All Might with his signiture smile on his face and a thumbs up.
"There is nothing to forgive young man. You thought everyone was in danger and like a TRUE Hero your instinct was to protect and save! I got hurt because i wanted to make a flashy entrance. You have nothing to apologize for. Your feet moved before you could think and you ran headfirst into danger to stop it. If anything i should say congratulations! I haven't been hurt this much in a long time!" All Might says as Izuku Immediately panic gasps before pulls out what looks like a small talisman with a sun on it. Izuku begins speaking in a language no one had heard before as he rapidly speaks his hand come closer together before he finishes his sentence calling out in reverence.
"SOOTHING SUNLIGHT!!!" Izuku calls out as his entire form bursts forth in a radiant golden glow that has All Might grabbing at his side in pain while Nedzu is grabbing his eye for the same reason. Both soon cry out in pain as All Might Vomits up a huge amount of black sludge onto the floor dropping to his hands and knees. Nedzu falls off izukus Shoulder but is caught by a scraggly looking man in a one piece suit wearing a scarf as he grabs at his own head soon finding himself feeling rested and energized. After All Might stands up and Nedzu regains strength to stand Nedzu feels his eye and sees that his scar is gone. All Might feels himself take a huge deep breath as he hears something he hasnt heard in 6 years. His stomach growls. It growls amd it growls loudly and it feels amazing. He hasnt felt this good since before his fight with All for One. Looking at the black sludge it smells like death and Izuku kneels beside it scooping a bit of it into a container before he pulls out his hand which soon is engulfed in a huge flame and hurls a ball of fire at the black mass. A pool of magma burning it to ashes before hardening into a deep purple and black hunk of obsidian.
Izuku turns to All Might and hands him the container. Before Izuku can Ask All Might anything Nedzu immediately speaks.
"Teachers return to your classrooms NOW! Orientation is done. Miss Tsunotori please bring Eri to Mr. Midoriya. We must have a little chat right now." Nedzu says as Pony Walks up and hands the still sleeping Girl to Izuku as he looks on in worry about what's going to happen.
"Am i expelled sir?" Izuku asks a bit affraid.
"Expelled? Heavens no Mr. Midoriya. But we need to discuss what exactly you just did." Nedzu says as He, All Might and The homeless looking man are still in the auditorium as everyone else walks out. When they're alone All Might speaks.
"Young Midoriya...why do i feel my stomach and lungs again? What was that language you spoke and that quirk you used?" All Might asks as the honeless looking man speaks.
"It wasn't a quirk. I have been using mine on him the whole time. His never once faultered. Whatever he did it wasnt a quirk." The man says as Izuku sighs sone and nods.
"Thats right. I used a Miracle. It requires a focus such as my sunlight talisman. The miracle i used is called Soothing sunlight and it heals me entirely to the fullest capable health i can be. Essentially setting me to my peak condition. It also heals everyone around me i personally consider allies. My miracle healed you both. Speaking of, All Might. That bottle holding the black gunk. That has never happened before when i cast this miracle. Have it examined by a professional doctor. But i only wished to heal your wound that i gave you as an apology. Are you...okay?" Izuku asks worriedly as All Might sighs.
"Young Midoriya the Truth is that i was actually coming here to retire from hero work and to pass my knowledge onto a new generation and find my successor. Someone to inherit my power! What you just did and showed here...proved my impression of you during the entrance exam was 100%correct. Now in truth i was dying Midoriya. I had my organs ripped out by a villain 6 years ago. My lung and stomach were destroyed and my heart was damaged. I killed the villain that did it but i was declining in health ever since. Your miracle as you call it is just that...a miracle. I feel as though i never had those injuries. My body is back to 100% i...i can't thank you enough...please name your reward and you will have it! I swear as All Might!" All Might says as he places his hands on Izuku who smiles.
"No reward sir. But if you wouldn't mind. I've always been a HUGE fan. If you could maybe...possibly stop by my house for dinner maybe tomorrow night? I want to introduce you to my mother and daughter properly!" Izuku says as All might nods at him agreeing.
"Now Mr. Midoriya im sure you have a lot to do. But be in my office after class ends today. We must discuss your actual powers and what they are. As Eraserhead said. What you did and do is not a quirk so it is something else. I look forward to the story. Me and the entire staff do." Nedzu says as Izuku walks back to his class and sits down as Cow Lady fusses over him a bit before she sighs and continues by having introductions.
As Izuku hears about Reiko, tsuyu and Pony he smiles happily as his own turn comes. Standing up and walking slowly to the desk he gazes upon his classmates and speaks.
"My name, is Izuku Midoriya. My 'quirk' is called The First Flame. I didn't have it at all until very recently. I lived my life quirkless before my death at the hands of Murderers and terrorist sympathizers. If You're confused I am THAT izuku midoriya who died saving Miruko. My quirk is a metaphysical concept like that of a pheonix and it's rebirth. Let me ask you. How do you know You are you? Is it your soul that makes you who you are? Your actions or your consciousness that makes you who you are? For me it is all those things as i can live without my soul. I can be and exist without a body and even when i lose myself and no longer am who i am my body and soul persist always. I am immortal. Truly immortal. My soul and wuirk allows me to do many things as you saw in the entrance exam and just now in the auditorium. My secrets are my own but i look forward to hopefully sharing them when i can. This sleeping child is Eri she is my adopted Daughter. Her quirk is known as Rewind. She fears her power but i have helped her get over my demonstrating that i am immune to her quirk. It rewinds any organic matter to a previous state even to Non existence. I am effected by her quirk and can be made to disappear to non existence due to thebfact she controls time but for me time is Convoluted and i can exist in any moment in time in all possible realities at once so even if one of me dissapears. I am still able to exist because of that fact. Imagine if i right now vanish. No reason given. Im just gone. A me from 3 minutes ago can instead walk from three minutes ago to now." Izuku says as a second version of him walks out from his seat and stands next to him before the current izuku walks passed the past izuku and disappears.
"And take my place as though i never dissapeared in the first place and any instance of myself at any point in time from any moment in my entire life may do the same." Izuku says as everyone in the class looks at him before one person holds her hand up.
"Are you...are you a god?" A woman with vines for hair asks as she sees this and his original spectacle of healing with a glowing gold religious chant.
"A god? No, i am mortal. Just a man as any other in this room.though i have fought against gods before. Gods, demigods, demons and monsters. Believe me that they are not worth worshipping. Atleast the ones i encountered. I have nothing on or against the Christian/mormon god of your religion and would very much like to visit a church to pray. As a show of both faith and respect. You do not share my beliefs but i am not going to treat yours as lesser than mine." Izuku says as The vine haired girl thinks on it as another hand shoots up.
"How did you summon that wicked looking armor? It was many as hell!" A red haired kid says as he hopes to get an answer.
"Long ago i figured out how adhere a portion of my soul to what used to be a jewelry box. Now it acts as an infinite storage space linking with my soul directly and because it was apart of my soul i can have the box physically here or just house it inside my quirk. The armor is something i earned same with my weapons." Izuku says as picks up the napping Eri before lunch starts.
"Time has little conceot to me but others surely need it. It is lunch time and we have an assessment after this. I look forward to being your friend these next few years." Izuku says as he leaves for the Lunch room. Lunch is a very simple affair as izuku wakes eri up and feeds her some apple slices that he was given by Lunch rush. As lunch ends Izuku walks with Eri by his side to the fields. The tests are very simple excersizes. Ones he makes sure to do his best on. Though he was surprised he was able to hurl the softball hard enough to imapct the moon. Guess fighting literal gods like Gwyn, Richard, Rhodan and the Elden Beast really upped his strength.
As the assessment finishes he smiles as he is escorted to the teachers lounge with Eri running off to Miruko who came with Inko to take Eri home knowing Izuku was right about someone questioning his quirks abilities. As izuku and Cowlady walk into the lounge All the teachers in school are present and he sighs knowing whats coming.
"So Mr. Midoriya. As Shota said in the auditorium. What you do is not a quirk...what is it?" Nedzu asks him as Izuku sees Priscilla and anatsacia walk to his side. Soon enough Quelaag, Quelaan and Quelana all walk into the room as Ranni the Witch appears sitting on the windowsill. All these new heros showing up and standing besides Izuku all nod at him to trust these people. They all passed His wifes test so he'll reveal it.
"Its a long story so... Prepare to cry. In the Age of Ancients the world was unformed, shrouded by fog. A land of gray crags, Archtrees and Everlasting Dragons neither living nor dead..." Izuku begins his tale as he did the last time.
