I don't own anything.

"Irene Belserion was a Queen of a Country named Dragnof. She had a husband named Rung, they fought the Dragon's with the Pro Human Dragon's Faction. Eventually, Irene was able to harness the power of a dragon and with that discovery, Irene began to finally kill Dragon after Dragon. This in turn enabled other humans to gain the power of killing a dragon and the Dragon Slayer Magic. However, Irene would find the horrible reality of dragon slaying magic. She partly turned into a dragon and unfortunately she was pregnant with a child at the time. Irene had pleaded with her husband saying she was pregnant with their child. The husband could care less and went for the kill. Irene fearing the death of her child had became a full dragon. Irene killed everyone including her husband. For several hundred years Irene carried her baby until she meet Zeref." Natsu said.

Erza eyes widen at the information as she slowly looked at Natsu in shock. Erza saw his expression and she saw that Natsu was serious. There was no mouth pulling upwards, no glint in his eyes, a complete straight face.

"Zeref!?" She repeated with a loud whisper.

Natsu gave another nod as he continued on with his story.

"Zeref turned Irene back into a human. However, she still lost all human sensations that humans should be able to experience. That curved her excitement but a sinister thought came to her. She said that she wanted to imprint herself onto her daughter. That way, she can be a full human once again despite the fact she'd be killing her daughter. After that, Irene stopped halting the baby's growth and gave birth to her daughter. Irene looked at her daughter that she kept unconditionally safe for four hundred years and Irene realized that she loved her daughter too much. Irene said she abandoned her daughter. Thats where we began to get the tonic ready." Natsu said.

Erza shivered at the statement. Her stomach began to feel queasy. She was even afraid to ask the question. Yet, that knawing sensation of curiosity was egging her to ask more and more questions. It seemed her curiosity became a slippery slope that she was rapidly descending.

"Did she tell you where she dropped off her child and why?" Erza asked.

Natsu saw how pale Erza looked and was worried on telling her the information. Natsu paused as he thought about it for a moment. If what he told her had tipped her off to the identity to her mother. She'd probably fall apart right here. It was one thing to find out about who your mother is but learning that Erza could be a dragon. That'll screw things up. Erza watch as Natsu became conflicted because of the raging inferno in his eyes. Finally, he seem to steel himself as he appaorched her head on.

"Let me say this, you are a human. You aren't a dragon and Irene even stated that she had born a female human baby."

If the alarm bells weren't ringing, they were now and Erza found her hair covering her bangs.

"Natsu...when you said that we had very similar similarities and how we could be ancestors. Did you do that by also smelling me? I imagine Dragon Slayers also have enhanced sense." Erza said.

"Yes, both of you smell the same aside from one of you smelling like a dragon and the other a human." Natsu answered.

Erza took in a deep breath. She didn't think that she wanted to know about her mother. Yet, why was she hoping that Natsu could connect her to that part of her past?

"To my original question." Erza said.

"She didn't get too heavy on the why, just that she found out that she ultimately loved her child too much. Irene said that she left her daughter in Rosemary Village but when I went to check out Rosemary Village, it was razed to the ground." Natsu answered.

The wave of information hitting her would seem like it was physical because she stumbled back before catching herself. Luckily, Lucy and Gray were too busy in their own discussion to notice. Natsu nervously scratched his head. They didn't need talk to confirm anything because Erza's reaction is that confirmation.

"Fucking hell." Natsu said.

"Your telling me, everything points to Irene being my mother. Yet, from what you have told me. It sounds rather complicated and complex." Erza stated.

"It's a lot to unpack even for you, I tried bracing the blow just in case if what answer I gave you. You wouldn't think you'd become a gigantic lizard. That threw me in for a loop, I knew how'd you take it, just as well as me." Natsu said.

"Thank you for trying to make the news bearable but even still I'm not so sure if I can believe it. Right now it feels so surreal." Erza stated.

Natsu didn't really know how to comfort Erza.

"If it'll help, I know where Irene is and if you want, we can head to Alvarez. She can lay to rest more of the numerous questions and insecurities that you'll have." Natsu said.

Erza thought about it, finding out that your mother is a Dragon, on top of that Natsu can turn into a dragon, and it's all because of using Dragon Slayer Magic. It made her worry about her own future. S-Class or not, it rattled her. She needed answers.

"Yeah, I think...that would be for the best. I never thought I would be meeting my own mother nor that I'm actually 400 years old. What kind of magic did she use?" Erza asked.

"Enchantment Magic is all that she said, I'm sure she enchanted your embryo to stop growing to keep you protected." Natsu answered.

"I don't understand why did she leave me if she fought so hard to protect me?" Erza asked.

"She was afraid, she was afraid she'd find the resolve to actually enchant herself onto you." Natsu answered.

"Really? She sounds like a good person." Erza said.

Natsu scoffed.

"No, she only loved you. She sees herself in me. The only reason we saw Irene's good side is because I used to be like her, on a collision course and not wanting to see a second Irene. She rescued me from her fate. Meanwhile, you're her daughter, the last of her humanity, and she genuinely loves you. Outside of us, she's cold hearted and manipulative." Natsu rebuttal Erza.

Erza didn't like that very much but she supposed that even if they were evil. They still had loved ones. Maybe, Irene realized that her more evil side could overpower the love for her daughter.

"Why didn't you push for it earlier?" Erza asked.

"I felt like, you didn't really need it and if you were ever curious, you'd come running to me at some point. I'm not gonna force it if you don't need it." Natsu admitted.

Erza's feelings on Natsu became a melting pot. She had seen him at his best but had seen him at his worse. It didn't help that she had more things to think about like, could she become a Dragon? Is she considered a Dragon Slayer? Erza on one hand that Natsu didn't hide the truth from her but she was questioning his motives to willingly share this information. Erza felt a headache coming on, she needed to step away and sort what she knew out before trying to learn anything else.

"Alright, I'm going to need some time to process this and I'm calling it a night." Erza said.

"That's okay, take your time. I still need to sort out the fact how I'm gonna phrase my words to Irene." Natsu stated.

Natsu and Erza watch as their comrades aired out their own thoughts on the matter. At least, two people were having a better time tackling this new information presented to them.

Phantom Lord Guild.

A young man with long black color hair that was spiky would eat a pile of iron. His red eyes focusing on whatever would be used next to fill his stomach. He had two studs on each side of his nose while also having three studs above his eyes. The male had studs littering his arms with two more studs on his chin. He wore a sleeveless black color tunic with a studded black color belt holding up his beige color pants. The pants would be tucked into his studded brown color boots.

"Hey Gajeel, I heard about how you attacked Fairy Tail!"

Gajeel tried to ignore his guild member as he ate his meal. The Guild Member take the hint and continued to keep talking to Gajeel.

"Haha! I bet they got the blues now! Serve them right-!"

Gajeel would morph his hand into a iron pole before aiming it at the member. In a split second, the pole expanded outward into a longer pillar. The pillar slammed into his member and sent the other man right into a wall.

"How many times have I told you people not to talk to me while I'm eating!? You trash!" Gajeel shouted.

Everyone in the guild began laughing at the expense of their guildmate. Gajeel returned his arm to normal before getting up from the table he was eating at and faced everyone.

"What's so great about Fairy Tail? We have way more power than them!" Gajeel shouted.

"The Spark has been struck, excellent work Gajeel." A man said.

Gajeel gave a mighty grin as he turned his head to look back at the person talking to him.

"It was nothing Master, those pieces of trash won't move on something as small as that and that's why I left another present for them." Gajeel smugly stated.

His Master or rather Master Jose gave out a cynical smile.

"Well, well, don't murder that one by accident." Jose said.

"Gehe!!" Gajeel replied.

The next morning.

Natsu crossed his arms while he looked up the tree with a unapologetic expression. Three members of Fairy Tail were pinned to that massive tree in a crucifixion manner. They were bloodied and bruised as all of them were unconscious. The only reason they were attached to the tree is because of sheets of metal keeping them against the tree. Natsu knew this would happen and he wasn't surprised that Phantom Lord was the culprit. Hell, their Guild Symbol was on the bodies of the trio.

"Levy..." Lucy said with a heartbroken voice.

Natsu could tell by Lucy's wavering voice that she was close to open tears.

"Those bastards." Gray growled low.

Gray had a vein on his forehead. His rage evident on his face. Meanwhile, Erza bangs covered her eyes. She wouldn't be expressive due to being able to control her emotions but even The Titania had a limit. Erza seem to be internally seething indicated by her shaking fists. Erza being a powered keg. Natsu smelled Makarov walking up to the front of the crowd and stood next to Natsu. Makarov might have been passive about his guild being destroyed but Natsu could tell that the old man reached his limit. Though Natsu would still make a statement to the male.

"You think it's important to follow the rules now?" Natsu mockingly asked.

That is what caused the straw on the camel's back to snap as he crushed the wooden staff in his hand. His forehead littered with veins as he let his magical energy explode forth.

"I can take them ruining the bar, I can take them ruining the building and forcing us into the basement. However, I will not let it go unpunished that the blood of my children was spilled! This means war!!!" Makarov shouted with rage.

Makarov faced Erza.

"Gather everyone!"

Erza would follow the order despite it coming too late. Makarov would be ordering a general mobilization of his forces to what looked like to be a massive assault on Phantom Lord. Natsu figured to get those three down. They had already been embarrassed enough and he didn't want them to suffer anymore lose of dignity. Everything happened rapidly.

"Your not coming?" Gray asked.

Natsu shaked his head.

"Lucy and Mirajane are staying here to look after Levy, Jet, and Droy. Mirajane is a barmaid with Lucy being at best a semi competent support mage. They'll need an actually wizard to look after them in case anything goes wrong." Natsu said.

This was the frustrating part about Natsu, he seemed like a geninuely good person but the while S-Class incident was messing with Erza's head. Maybe he was the type that went, "screw the rules, I'm doing what's right!" Natsu was driving her up the wall. At least, it would benefit Lucy and put her mind at ease about her friend staying here.

"Thanks man, Ur said she's on her way back but she won't know what time she'll show up today." Gray stated.

Natsu gave a nod.

"Keep on an eye on the old man. Master Jose as us reacting to him and the last thing we need is for the old man to fall into a trap." Natsu said.

"That might be impossible considering the numbers but we'll do what we can." Erza stated.

"The time to strike was yesterday." Gray said.

"You're preaching to the choir." Natsu replied.

"Gray! Erza! We are moving out!" Someone shouted.

"Alright, Cana!" Gray shouted.

They parted ways with Gray and Erza joining all of Fairy Tail to attack the Phantom Lord Guild. Meanwhile, Natsu was in the Magnolia Hospital with Lucy. Lucy sat beside Levy's bed. Natsu stood against the wall next to the window. He peered outside as he checked the surroundings.

"They sure can do some awful things those Phantom Lord Wizards. This is unforgivable, they're unforgivable!!! Levy was such a sweet girl!" Lucy shouted.

Natsu looked at Lucy. She might have had tears in her eyes but her expression was set into that of anger. It seemed like Lucy personally knew about Levy.

"Yet, you're here. Why is that? The hospital staff and Mirajane can look after them." Natsu asked.

Lucy gripped her blue skirt with her hands. Damn Natsu, was he trying to rub it in!?

"Remember that feeling everytime you train with me, that feeling of helplessness and uselessness will carry you. It reminds you of what you once were." Natsu said.

Lucy let a tear slip out from her eye. Damn him.

"You really suck at pep talks you know that?" Lucy asked.

"Yeah, I know." Natsu said.

In Oak Town, Wizard Guild Phantom Lord.

"Ha-ha! This is the best! Fairy butt's building is in pieces!"

"Don't forget, Gajeel took three of them down!"

"Really!? Man I bet I can take two of them by myself with no sweat then!"

"Let's go! I want to deliver even more pain to those fairies!"

Two members of Phantom Lord reach the door to leave their Guild. However, they didn't even get to open it before the door exploded right in their faces. A eruption of ice magic smashed the pieces of the door into them and the two members were sent flying back. The pair of member crashed through the bar. Everyone looked to the entrance to the Guild. That's when they saw the entirety of Fairy Tail and all of them were pissed.

"Fairy Tail has come knocking!" Makarov roared.
