FOR NEVILLE'S PAIRING:
Neville will not enter a romantic relationship till fifteen. I am aiming for that to be chapter 11 or 12. So you have till then to suggest people. 4 - 5 more chapters left to vote.
FOR REMUS: you have until chapter 10 to suggest people. 3 more Chapters to vote
FOR SIRIUS: Chapter 15. Also please don't suggest anyone in his family. I feel Sirius would never do that after growing up with people intermarrying. 8 more chapters left to vote.
FOR HARRY: This is only Harry/Fleur not Harry/Fleur/whoever. I do love those but it's not for this story. Maybe another time.
This is not a WolfStar story. Sadly. Maybe another time.
Also I know I said this would included Malfoy's take Down but it just felt right to end it there. Thank you to everyone that Pointed out that I misspelled Trials. Sorry if this is a rather boring Chapter, The trials in these don't really matter. They just give proof for Lucius and Severus' trials.

"I really don't understand it. Why is she so angry at me?" Sirius asked, looking at Remus for some kind of support. Remus shook his head in amusement, not giving Sirius any sympathy as the man gave him a long, forlorn look.
"No. Don't look at me. I am not getting involved," Remus said, shaking his head. Just as Sirius opened his mouth to protest, Amelia stormed into the room, her face set in frustration.
"Amy…" Sirius began, but Amelia cut him off, her voice sharp.
"First off, you lost the right to call me 'Amy' back in seventh year," she snapped, glaring at him. "Second, don't piss me off. I have to deal with several trials this afternoon, and I'm taking down Malfoy and the Lestranges today. The last thing I need right now is you aggravating me." She turned away, leaving Sirius sighing in defeat. He nodded silently.
"So, whose trial is today?" Remus asked, looking between them both.
"Cunningham, Yaxley, and Cater," Amelia replied, her expression softening just a bit. Then, she turned her gaze back to Sirius. "But there's something I need from you."
"Anything," Sirius said seriously, his tone shifting as he met her eyes.
"I need you to go to Lord Black and ask him to call a family meeting. It should just be you, Bellatrix, Narcissa, and Draco. As it stands, we don't have enough proof to arrest Narcissa, and we can't move against her without it. Unfortunately, her husband is harboring the Lestranges and Barty Crouch Jr. I don't want to involve the child, but if it comes down to it, I wouldn't put it past them to hurt him to get away." Amelia's irritation was evident, but she tried to keep her composure. Sirius raised an eyebrow but wisely held his tongue, remembering what she'd said to him just yesterday.
"No problem. We'd already planned on doing that, just for next month," he said, standing up and grabbing his coat. "When do you plan on making your move on the Malfoys?"
"Five pm," Amelia answered, and Sirius nodded, heading toward the Floo with purpose.

"Grandfather!" Sirius called, his voice echoing through the townhouse.
"What is it, Sirius?" Arcturus Black responded, stepping out of the library with an unreadable expression.
"I need you to call a meeting between myself, Narcissa, and Bellatrix, and insist that Narcissa brings Draco with her," Sirius said, trying not to fidget under his grandfather's intense gaze.
"Why?" Arcturus raised an eyebrow, clearly intrigued.
"Because Amelia Bones is going after Lucius Malfoy. Bella, her husband, her brother-in-law, and Barty Crouch Jr. are all holed up at Malfoy Manor. Amelia doesn't want to take any chances with Draco, and she asked me to come to you about moving the family meeting up," Sirius explained, forcing himself to remain still despite the mounting tension in the room.
"Very well," Arcturus said after a moment, turning on his heel and heading to his study. Sirius let out a long breath, then turned to cast a Patronus.
"Amelia. Grandfather agreed to move it up. I'll send word once they arrive," Sirius said, watching the silver doe dart away before he turned back to his grandfather.
"Do you plan on arresting Bella?" Arcturus asked, his voice quiet but firm as he sent out the summons.
"Yes," Sirius replied, his tone resolute.
"I wish you didn't have to," Arcturus said with a sigh, settling into one of the armchairs as he gestured for Sirius to join him.
"I wish I didn't have to either," Sirius muttered, his mind drifting to the old Bellatrix—the one who had been his dueling partner, the prankster with a free spirit, the girl who swore she would fight by his side until the end. But then it all fell apart when she was forced into that arranged marriage with Lestrange. The bright-eyed, wild girl had vanished, replaced by someone who seemed so much smaller, more controlled—a proper pureblood daughter with little trace of the woman she once was.
"Lord and Heir Black?" A voice interrupted his thoughts.
"Yes, Anthony?" Arcturus asked, looking up.
"Lady Bellatrix and Lady Narcissa are here," Anthony announced, stepping into the room.
"Did Narcissa bring Draco?" Sirius asked, his brow furrowing.
"Yes, Heir Black," Anthony confirmed with a nod.
"Show them in, Anthony," Arcturus said with a weary sigh, standing up along with Sirius. When the door opened, Sirius' breath caught at the sight of Narcissa. She looked nothing like the vibrant, beautiful woman he remembered. In her place stood someone drained and worn—tired eyes, slumped shoulders, an almost hollow expression.
"I know. She looks like hell," Bellatrix muttered with a tug at a greasy lock of her hair.
"You've been married to the bastard for five years, Cissa. Why didn't you say something?" Sirius asked, his voice tinged with sadness as he studied her.
"He loves me," Narcissa said, lifting her chin defiantly, though her voice lacked conviction.
"The hell he does," Bellatrix snapped, her face twisted in anger.
"I'm inclined to agree with Bells," Sirius added quietly, watching Narcissa closely.
Arcturus stood with authority, his voice firm. "Bella, Sirius, you will watch young Draco. Narcissa, you will go upstairs. Eat something, take a shower, and get some rest. No arguments."
Narcissa hesitated, then nodded stiffly, as though she knew her fate had already been sealed. Without another word, she turned and slowly made her way upstairs, leaving the room heavy with unspoken tension.

Yaxley's Trial
"Bring him in," Cornelius said once everyone had settled into their seats.
"Johnathan Yaxley, you have been charged with being a Death Eater, supporting Voldemort, and the rape and torture of several witches. How do you plead?" Amelia asked, her voice firm, though she fought to mask the disgust threatening to show on her face.
"Not guilty," Yaxley sneered, glaring at Amelia from across the room.
"Do you consent to the truth serum?" Amelia asked, maintaining eye contact as she observed his every move.
"I have nothing to hide," Yaxley replied with a dismissive shrug.
"Yes or no, Mr. Yaxley," Amelia said, irritation creeping into her voice.
"Yes," he said, still with that air of unwarranted confidence as one of the Aurors stepped forward to administer the Truth Serum.
"What is your name?" Amelia asked once the potion had been given.
"Johnathan James Yaxley," he intoned flatly.
"Date of birth?"
"January 18, 1960."
"Are you a Death Eater?"
"Yes."
"When did you join?"
"1975," Yaxley stated, causing several members of the Wizengamot to murmur in shock. Fifteen years old and already aligned with Voldemort.
"Did you rape Andria Moore?" Amelia asked, her voice steady but tense.
"No."
"Do you know who did?"
"Yes."
"Who raped Andria Moore?"
"Lucius Malfoy," Yaxley said bluntly, causing an uproar in the courtroom. Gasps filled the air, with some people staring at Lord Malfoy in shock, others in disbelief, and a few with outright hatred.
"Did you torture and rape Jessica Moore?" Amelia pressed on, her voice unwavering.
"Yes and no."
"Did you torture her?"
"No."
"Did you rape her?"
"Yes."
"Who tortured her?"
"Severus Snape." As Yaxley spoke the name, Albus Dumbledore paled visibly, his expression a mix of disbelief and regret.
"What did you do to receive your Dark Mark?" Amelia asked, pushing forward.
"I kidnapped and raped three Muggle-borns."
"What were their names?"
"Hayley Williams, Jenifer Buckley, and Eliza Lee."
"Did you kill them?" Amelia asked, struggling to keep her emotions in check.
"No."
"What happened to them?"
"After I raped them, the others took turns, and then Peter Pettigrew killed Williams." Yaxley's words caused Amelia to visibly pale, her gaze flickering toward the Wizengamot, some faces filled with horror.
"Who killed Jenifer Buckley?"
"Severus Snape," Yaxley said with chilling indifference, causing Albus to visibly blanch, a dark look clouding his normally composed face.
"Who killed Eliza Lee?"
"Barty Crouch Jr.," Yaxley stated flatly, sending another ripple of shock through the room.
"You mentioned others who raped them. Who were the others?" Amelia asked, her voice a steady monotone despite the turmoil inside.
"Lucius Malfoy, Severus Snape, and Peter Pettigrew."
"Administer the antidote," Amelia said sharply, her hands clenched in frustration as she rubbed her temples.
"All those in favor of a life sentence in Azkaban?" Cornelius asked, his voice carrying over the room. Wands were raised across the chamber, including from members of the Dark Faction. "Those opposed?" There was no opposition. "Very well. Amelia?"
"Johnathan Yaxley, you are hereby sentenced to life in Azkaban. Your wand will also be snapped," Amelia said with a chilling finality as the Aurors handed her Yaxley's wand. With a decisive motion, she snapped it in two, the sound echoing ominously in the chamber.
"Five-minute recess. Next is Michael Carter," Cornelius said, rising from his seat.
"Amelia?" a soft voice called out.
"Hello, Augusta," Amelia replied, offering a strained smile as she turned to face her old friend.
"Are you all right?" Augusta asked, her eyes filled with concern.
"I shared classes with the three of them. Hayley was one of Lily's best friends. She was devastated when she was killed. And to think her murderer was right there all that time," Amelia said, her voice trembling as she fought to hold back tears.
"I was under the impression they ruled it an accident," Augusta said, her brow furrowing slightly.
"Oh, they did," Amelia replied, her voice tight with resentment. "Lily never believed them. She never did." She grimaced as Cornelius called an end to the recess, her thoughts still heavy with the weight of the revelations.

Michael Carter's Trial
"Bring him in," Cornelius said once everyone was seated.
"Michael Carter, you have been charged with being a Death Eater, supporting Voldemort, and the rape and torture of several witches. How do you plead?" Amelia asked, her voice firm and unyielding.
"Not guilty," Carter sneered, glaring directly at Amelia.
"Do you consent to the truth serum?" Amelia asked, watching him carefully.
"I have nothing to hide," Carter shrugged nonchalantly.
"Yes or no, Mr. Carter," Amelia replied, her patience wearing thin.
"Yes," Carter said confidently, his expression unshaken as one of the Aurors administered the Truth Serum.
"What is your name?" Amelia asked, her gaze fixed on him.
"Michael Adrian Carter," he intoned, his voice flat.
"Date of birth?"
"January 15, 1959."
"Are you a Death Eater?"
"Yes."
"When did you join?"
"1974," Carter stated, causing more murmurs to ripple through the room. Fifteen years old, just like the others before him.
"Did you rape Alex Duncan?" Amelia asked, her tone resolute.
"No," Carter answered, shaking his head.
"Do you know who did?"
"Yes."
"Who raped Alex Duncan?"
"Lucius Malfoy," Carter said, causing an uproar in the chamber. Amelia noted the rising tension and allowed herself a brief sense of triumph. Another piece of evidence against Malfoy.
"What did you do to receive your Dark Mark?" Amelia pressed, her voice unwavering.
"I raped three Muggle-borns," Carter admitted coldly.
"What were their names?"
"Jasmine Stone, Sandy Love, and Frida Mack."
"Did you kill them?"
"No."
"What happened to them?"
"After I raped them, the others took turns, and then—"
"Who killed Jasmine Stone?" Amelia interrupted, her voice sharp.
"Rodolphus LeStrange," Carter replied without hesitation.
"Who killed Sandy Love?"
"Rastaban LeStrange."
"You mentioned others who raped them. Who were the others?"
"Lucius Malfoy, Rodolphus LeStrange, and Rastaban LeStrange."
"Who killed Frida Mack?"
"Lucius Malfoy," Carter stated, his voice still unnervingly calm. Amelia allowed herself a moment of satisfaction. "There's no way Lucius Malfoy is getting out of this," she thought to herself.
"Administer the antidote," Amelia ordered, her voice steady as she rubbed her temples, trying to push back the waves of disgust threatening to overwhelm her.
"All those in favor of a life sentence in Azkaban?" Cornelius asked, his voice echoing through the room. Wands raised from every corner of the chamber, even from members of the Dark Faction. "Those opposed?" There was silence. "Very well. Amelia?"
"Michael Carter, you are hereby sentenced to life in Azkaban, and your wand will be snapped," Amelia said, her voice cold and unwavering. As the Aurors handed her Carter's wand, she broke it in two with a swift, decisive motion.
"We will take a thirty-minute lunch break and reconvene at 1 PM for Thomas Cunningham's trial," Cornelius said, his voice drawing the proceedings to a close. The Aurors moved forward to take Carter away, and the room slowly emptied as the break began.

"Amelia?" Cornelius called as he swept into the room, his expression tense.
"Cunningham is missing," Amelia said with a frustrated sigh, rubbing her temples. "The Aurors watching him were killed with a sharpened spoon."
"A sharpened spoon?" Cornelius asked incredulously, his brows furrowing.
"Yes," Amelia replied, her voice sharp with exasperation. "He simply sharpened one end to a point, stabbed Auror Diego, and then used Auror Faith's own manacles to choke him. It's absurd, but that's exactly how he did it."
"Is he still in the building?" Cornelius asked, his voice laced with hope, though Amelia could hear the uncertainty beneath it. Bless Augusta, but sometimes he can be so frustratingly naïve, she thought.
"Cornelius," she began, her tone dripping with frustration, "If he were still here, I wouldn't be standing here talking to you."
"Of course, Amelia," Cornelius replied with a heavy sigh, his shoulders sagging.
"Minister Fudge, Madam Bones!" Auror Kelly shouted as he hurried toward them, his face taut with urgency.
"Yes, Auror Kelly?" Amelia asked, turning to face him, her stance still tense.
"Cunningham has kidnapped Susan Bones," Auror Kelly said, his eyes darting toward Amelia with visible concern.
"What?" Amelia asked, a chill running down her spine. "Are you certain?"
"Yes, Madam Bones," Kelly replied, his voice grim. "We believe he's taken her."
"Dammit," Amelia muttered under her breath. "Auror Kelly, gather everyone you can and start the search immediately. Have Auror Davis reach out to the French Ministry and ask for additional help. Also, make sure every mode of transportation is blocked for Cunningham, and alert the Goblins to freeze his bank accounts."
"Yes, Madam Bones," Kelly responded, snapping to attention as he turned to leave.
"Oh, and Kelly," Amelia called, her voice firm. "If you could send for French Auror Sirius Black, that would be appreciated."
"Yes, Madam Bones," Kelly replied before exiting the room.
Cornelius placed a hand on Amelia's shoulder, his voice low and comforting. "Amelia. Amelia. Look at me. They will find her. I promise you that."
Amelia met his gaze, trying to suppress the storm of emotion swirling inside her. Cornelius, ever the optimist, gave her a reassuring smile before guiding her toward his office. "Come on," he said gently. "Let's get you a calming draught."
As they walked, Amelia's mind raced, but Cornelius' steady presence was a small comfort amidst the chaos.
Unknown Graveyard
England
1:00 PM
"Fucking shit!" Sirius cursed as he dove behind a gravestone, narrowly avoiding a killing curse that whizzed past him, singeing the edge of his cloak. His heart was racing, and adrenaline surged through his veins. "This is not how I pictured the afternoon going," Remus grumbled beside him, his wand raised high as he cast Bombarda, the explosion shaking the ground and sending shards of stone flying.
"Me and you both," Sirius replied, rolling out from behind the gravestone, his wand moving in quick, practiced motions. A series of Reductos flew from his wand in rapid succession, blowing apart gravestones and sending up plumes of dust. The force of the curses cracked the earth beneath them, but still, no sign of Cunningham.
"Do you see the Bones girl?" Mad-Eye Moody barked gruffly from a few yards away, his magical eye swiveling in all directions as he cast curses with deadly precision.
"No," Remus growled in frustration, his eyes scanning the darkened graveyard. "I've been looking, but no sign of her."
"Me neither," Sirius muttered, sending up a shield charm just in time to deflect a curse that blasted against his defenses. He shot a series of Impediment Jinxes in the direction of Cunningham's voice. "He has to have someone else helping him. No one can put up this much of a fight alone."
"You're never gonna find her body!" Cunningham's voice rang out from the shadows, dripping with malice.
"Cunningham, you bastard!" Sirius shouted, fury bubbling up inside him. He threw another curse in the direction of the voice. "Let the girl go!"
"Too late, Black!" Cunningham sneered back, his voice taunting. "You'll never find her body. Not once Greyback's done with her."
Sirius clenched his teeth, his jaw tight with rage. "Fucking hell, I hope he's kidding," he muttered, grimacing as he launched a Bombarda straight at Cunningham's hiding spot.
"I think you hit him!" Remus called out, his eyes wide. A pained scream echoed across the graveyard, followed by silence as the curses abruptly stopped.
"Careful," Mad-Eye warned as he motioned for the others to move forward, wands at the ready.
The three of them edged cautiously toward Cunningham's position, ready for whatever might come next. Sirius nudged Cunningham with his boot, his face unreadable.
"Looks like he's still alive," Sirius said, his voice flat, but there was a slight tremor of satisfaction in it.
"Yeah, barely," Remus muttered, kneeling beside the bleeding man. Mad-Eye pulled a vial from his pocket, a thick, clear liquid sloshing inside.
"Truth serum," Moody said grimly, his voice low. He tilted Cunningham's head back and forced the serum down his throat, ignoring the man's weak attempts to fight it.
Sirius raised an eyebrow. "That won't be accepted in court."
"Don't care," Mad-Eye snapped, his voice harsh. "He won't make it to tomorrow anyway. We need to find the Bones girl. Now."
Cunningham's eyes glazed over as the serum took effect. He gasped weakly, trying to focus on the three men looming over him.
"What's your name?" Sirius asked, his voice cold.
"Tomas Anthony Cunningham," the man rasped, his resistance crumbling under the effects of the serum.
"Date of birth?" Remus pressed, glancing around warily as he kept his wand trained on Cunningham.
"May 18, 1960," Cunningham mumbled, his head lolling slightly.
"Where is the Bones girl?" Moody demanded, his eye fixed intently on the tortured man.
"Malfoy Manor," Cunningham managed to say, his voice weak and strained.
"He's gone," Sirius said, grimacing as he watched Cunningham slump, his life slowly draining away. He turned his back, already considering their next move.
Remus looked at Mad-Eye, his expression conflicted. "Do we tell Amelia?"
"Not yet," Mad-Eye answered without hesitation. "She's been given leave until we find her niece. I say we raid Malfoy Manor now while we still have the element of surprise."
"If you're sure," Remus said uneasily, exchanging a glance with Sirius.
"I'm sure," Mad-Eye affirmed, his eye swiveling to fixate on Sirius. "Black, are your cousins still at Malfoy Manor?"
"Yes," Sirius replied, nodding, already knowing where this was going. He flicked his wand, sending Cunningham's body off to Saint Mungo's with a note. "It's done."
"Good," Mad-Eye said, voice low and commanding. "When we get to Malfoy Manor, you and Lupin go find the Bones girl. Get her out of there, and get the hell out of there as soon as you do. Understand?"
"Yes, sir," Remus and Sirius said in unison, their voices resolute.
"Good," Moody grunted, sending several Patronuses off to communicate with the rest of the team. "See you boys on the flip side."
With that, the three of them Apparated away, the tension of the moment hanging heavy in the air as they prepared for what awaited them at Malfoy Manor..
AN: That's it. I promise next Chapter Really will be the Malfoy take down. It just felt right to end this chapter here. Hope you enjoyed this chapter. Review.
