Ulrich362: True, along with us having some other things we've been working on lately... though it's time to see more of the Xyz storyline... including the start of an... interesting dynamic for Yuma?

It was late at night where Yuma is sleeping pretty soundly right now dreaming about his next duel or some food talking about chocolate pancakes. But on the roof of his house was a cat meowing before something jumped up over to his window opening it seeing him fast asleep. The interloper is silhouetted but shaped like a girl with a cat tail, and cat ears on her head as she went around the room doing some stuff around while Astral who just appeared watched over curiously with the girl unable to spot him as she can't see him.
"...biscuits in the pajamas, and place in some papaya juice." Yuma had saliva on his mouth while dreaming of it as the girl stood up chuckling to herself.
"Mission accomplished." that said she quickly hopped out with Astral staring off wondering what that was about.
That girl had been coming here for the last few days, and while she haven't gone anything really concerning in his eyes, he didn't have a reason to inform Yuma about it, or have a need to tell him figuring Yuma would figure it out himself. He does feel something odd from the girl but assumes it's just nothing figuring it's only nerves as he never met or seen this girl before. If only he knew what it really was before...

It was a normal day at school where Bronk, Tori, Saya, Lulu, and Yuto are discussing over something that Bronk find concerning. As it turned out he was concerned about Yuma suddenly being better at dueling starting with Flip. Sometime after that people starting talking how skilled Yuma was which knowing Yuma for a very long time in Bronk's eyes should be impossible as Yuma starts getting better at other duels during dueling period so he pulled them over to chat.
"I'm telling you all, it don't make no sense. We know Yuma's a terrible duelist, but he started dueling good out of no-where." Bronk admitted over from what he told the four as he still doesn't believe the situation with Astral despite being told many times it was from him as he can't see Astral. "Winning duels left, and right."
"He is getting Astral's help." Yuto mentioned as Lulu nodded in agreement.
"And that confidence boost could definitely help him improve... it is a good thing to get more confidence when you're dueling." she added.
"Of course that's the only explanation, Yuma must be getting advice from some kind of dueling ghost from another universe or something... no way he's just magically that much better." Bronk mentioned.
"Hey guys." Speak of the devil, the man of the hour just walked in.
"Oh hey Yum-AAAAHHH!" Tori started to greet only for her, and the others to look stunned blinking.
Instead of his school uniform Yuma was wearing pants with straps over his shoulders topless with a coat like a fur belt on his form sleeves not occupied, and a red tie on his form with his usual grin. "What you guys talking about?"
"Yuma... have you looked in a mirror today?" Lulu asked in shock as Saya was just staring with wide eyes.
"Or any day for that matter? What are you doing with your wardrobe?" Yuto asked looking at him. "I mean... the past few days you've looked absolutely ridiculous."
"Huh what you mean?" Yuma looked confused before seeing the other classmates laughing. "What are they laughing about, some kind of big joke?"
"The joke is you Yuma!" Dropping a large mirror in front of him which startled him he looks over, and widen his eyes seeing what he has on while Tori points out. "This is the forth day in a row your wearing something ridiculous!"
"What the heck is the outfit I have on?"
"Huh, we were hoping you could tell us."
"Of course, I don't know anything, I'm always half-asleep in the morning!" Yuma pointed out over towards Bronk before then looking over himself. "I mean, usually Lulu was there waking me up but she haven't been doing it lately, so I just grab whatever is on the floor in my room!"
Said girl blinked now recalling that she was feeling like she was forgetting something from all the business with the Numbers. Now she remembers, she is forgetting to help Yuma get up in time for school which embarrasses her a bit.
"Oh... oops, with everything that's been going on lately it slipped my mind." she blushed rubbing her head before frowning. "But don't you notice you're not wearing the school uniform?"
"No of course not, as I said I just throw on what's on the floor, and head out the door."
"Not just the costumes Yuma, there's also your lunches made by a 5 star restaurant, sushi, dumplings, lobster (LOBSTER!), and then the time at the gym where you jumped up, and were suspended up in the air by wires over the block tower!" Tori pointed out now speaking her mind from the really strange events over the last few days with Yuma really wanting some answers with it.
"Oh, man your right Tori, someone is messing with me, I never gave it much thought but..."
"It seems you don't give much thought to things." Astral just appeared beside Yuma making his presence known over.
Filled with usual annoyance Yuma snapped over to the ghost. "I do for most things!"
"Well maybe something like this? Over the last few nights, someone was sneaking in your room while your sleeping."
Yuma widen his eyes shocked before looking angry yelled over. "You knew about that, and you didn't tell me!?"
"You told me to not keep you informed of stuff you already know, so I don't know if it's unusual." Astral responded over honestly to him where from Yuma's poor knowledge to have Astral leave him alone this had happened as Astral didn't have a reason why he should tell Yuma of something this important from assuming Yuma already knows of the events from the last few nights, or figured it's something humans do.
"Astral... for future reference yes, that's very unusual." Yuto admitted before frowning. "Though, who was sneaking around in Yuma's room?"
"If you didn't recognize her Astral it couldn't have been his grandma or older sister... so, did you see anything that might tell us who did it?" Lulu asked.
"Oh save it, Astral's not going to be any help I need to figure it out by myself... someone doesn't think it's important to share that kind of information!" Yuma snapped as Astral as he threw the fur coat on the ground.
"As soon as you put on something decent." Tori remarked with her hands on her hips looking annoyed but somewhat her heart skipped a beat from seeing Yuma topless now.
Same goes for another girl having gray hair, and hair shaped in cat ears in her seat blushing quite a bit as she stared at Yuma's unclothed torso gulping.
"I'm not wearing this cause I want too Tori!" Yuma pointed out as he grabbed the straps of the pants he has on.
"Yeah? And you never noticed you were dressing like that." Tori stated over with crossed arms turning away with a sigh. "Just face it, your hopeless for fashion."
Yuma grunted over from this over glaring annoyed. "And what bout you? Your no fashion model."
"No, but at least I don't dress like a 70s has-been." Tori turned over with an annoyed grin over at him hands on her hips again.
"Oh yeah, well you're... you're in your... school uniform!"
"Yeah, cause I'm at school, duh! Okay, tomorrow afternoon we'll hit the mall, and get an hour to pick an outfit. We then post pictures on spacenook, and the class will decide who has the best sense of fashion. Agreed?"
"Oh it's on!" Eager at the challenge Yuma accepted with a challenged grin while the students laughed while Bronk, Lulu, Saya, and Yuto watched on weirded out as the girl from earlier stood up. "City Center, at 3 PM then! Don't be late!"
"Your gonna need Lulu to help you wake up at that time!"
"What... just happened?" Saya asked feeling really confused right now where first is the costumes, then trying to find who was sneaking Yuma's room, and now this?
"I have no idea." Bronk admitted as they didn't notice the girl glance over at them.
Later that evening at a large mansion a cat jumped from a tree onto a balcony before meowing as the window opened and it along with several other cats walked inside.
"Oh my friends... I'm so glad you all care about me. But now, I need your help." a girl spoke who is dressed in a black cat themed outfit before throwing paper around as the cats can see pictures centered around Tori. "I have need for some dealing with an ANNOYING mouse..." They looked up back at her as she explained. "She has things, I don't have... real friends... especially him, it isn't fair..." Tears creep in her eyes. "She really makes me a sad kitten, so I want you all to find her tomorrow, and pounce on her!" She hissed over as the cats hissed back several times. The girl then chuckled over as a purple glow appeared around her chest. "Don't worry my darling... I will take you back from the fake puppet." She chuckled sinisterly from this looking up at the moon.
The next day...
"Tori, maybe you should've find a better idea then challenging Yuma to a fashion contest?"
It was the voice of Lulu as she, and Saya are waiting in Tori's room while the girl can't decide what to wear before heading out now pass 3PM.
"It's so hard to find what to wear before we head off Lulu! I need to have a starting advantage!" Tori explained as she kept going through her closest for what makes her cute before the contest begins.
"If you don't pick something soon you'll be late to the contest." Lulu told her sighing.
"That would be kind of ironic though, not making it to a fashion contest because you couldn't pick something to wear?" Saya mentioned.
"Seriously who does it!? Late to a fashion contest cause you can't decide what to wear?" Tori's annoyed voice was evident before finally deciding on something hurriedly putting it on before turning over. "Okay let's head off!" They nodded as they headed out of the house for the town center as Tori sees on a clock it's now 3:10 PM which she grumbled about. So much for being on time, as she narks Yuma about it, and now HE'LL be doing the narking. That is if he isn't there right now at which case maybe they'll save face.
As they were running though Tori suddenly froze as the three girls saw an army of cats in their way with their tails raised as though they were ready to attack before a blue and white cat with a white diamond on its forehead hissed and jumped at Tori.
Meanwhile...
"'Make sure to be on time', says the one who isn't here right now. Did she forfeit?"
Right now Yuma, Yuto, and Nelson himself were at the center of town waiting for them. Nelson just happened to be in the area where he encountered Yuma, and Yuto as his mother is now allowing him to be a normal kid, and after hearing of the contest happening wants to help Yuma where as a professional actor he has somewhat kind of knowledge about fashion though he still doesn't have enough courage to talk with girls. Either way his help was appreciated by Yuma who only has Yuto as Bronk is busy with schoolwork, Flip is doing what he's doing, and Caswell has too many regulations on his back to even be there for him.
"I don't think she'd do that Yuma, you know Tori isn't the type to just give up without a reason." Yuto pointed out only for Nelson to gasp as they turned to see a huge number of cats, including one of them holding something as Astral appeared.
"Yuma, what are these terrifying creatures, that noise is sending shivers down my spine, are they some kind of monster?" he inquired as he raised his arm defensively.
"Huh, are you afraid of cats Astral?" Yuto asked him. "They're purring, it means they're happy."
"They are not in my observation report..."
Seeing this as a reason to mess with Astral, Yuma grinned turning over to Astral. "Well I know why there happy... they often prowl around the Earth looking for any ghosts that are bad, and naughty like you. Which is why there staring at you." Astral grunted over from this.
Nelson however notices something odd. "Uh, actually I think there looking at you Yuma." He isn't sure who Yuma is talking too but can see the cats have there attention on Yuma who turns over seeing he's right but notices the thing one of them is holding which is a letter, and a ribbon.
"Hey isn't that Tori's ribbon?" Yuma takes the letter opening it to see. "We have your friends, follow us to get them back." The moment he read it the cats all turned moving off to somewhere.
"Friends... wait do they mean Tori, Saya, and Lulu?" Yuto asked as he started trembling. "Yuma we need to find them now!"
"What I was thinking!" Yuma ran to follow the cats with Nelson, and Yuto following despite Astral's protests to follow the cats.
Arriving they see a large black mansion, and ran in looking around. They blinked looking seeing almost everything is cat related. Cat portraits, cat statues, cat furniture, basically everything inside is almost all about cats.
"I think the people who live here cares about cats way too much..." Nelson admitted over to Yuto, and Yuma feeling more then a little weirded out from the interior of the mansion.
That's when they heard footsteps and looked to see the gray-haired girl walking down while wearing a mask. "Thank you for coming Yuma."
"Huh, who are you?" Yuma questioned seeing her.
"My name is Cathy Katherine." she replied.
"Huh, Cathy... aren't you one of our classmates?" Yuto asked.
"Why did your cat have Tori's ribbon, and where are Yuma and Yuto's friends?" Nelson asked her.
"Oh, I recognize this girl." Yuma blinked turning to Astral who explained. "As they said she's one of your classmates often behind the scenes."
"Oh, yeah your-" Cathy perked up from this hopeful with a smile before Yuma then asked, "Never heard of ya." She instantly sulked down from this.
"Ouch, way to let a girl down Yuma..."
"It's fine. I'm used to it." Cathy spoken up to Nelson trying to keep her emotions in check. "Oh, and I have two of my puppets here since you asked."
"Puppets?" Cathy snapped her fingers at Yuma's question where walking behind her were Lulu, and Saya who looked to be hypnotized.
"Oh, there my puppets like I said. Not the other one though."
"You mean Tori? Where she at!?" Yuma demanded over.
"Tori this, Tori that, is she all you think about?" Cathy asked over to him envious.
"Well no, I think lots of things but... oh whatever, the point is we're here for her! So let her go, and let Lulu, and Saya go too!" Yuma stated over towards Cathy.
Cathy only grinned over removing her mask showing black glasses. "Only if you defeat me in a duel." She chuckled sinisterly.
Suddenly noticing something Astral spoken up without shame in his voice. "Look at her left breast, she has a Number card!"
"Huh? Uh, what did you just say?" Yuma asked him with a blush more then a little weirded out by what Astral just said. "I could've sworn, I heard you said left breast..."
"Yes, that's exactly what I said." Astral pointed out not seeing a problem.
"Yuma... move." Yuto told him with a cold tone. "Now."
"Uh Yuto, sorry but I'm a bit distracted that Astral just said that." Yuma admitted over not noticing the cold tone or anything else but Nelson who looked froze, and stepped back. "Seriously Astral why would you say something like that, don't you respect women?"
"You don't."
"I do too, I don't randomly say things like breast out of nowhere, why would you say something like that!?"
"She has a Number card, and that is where it's showing."
"I get that but couldn't you say something like chest!?"
While the arguing happens Cathy stood by confused wondering who Yuma is talking too with the Number's influence not on her at the moment off-guard from how this is looking. Yuma suddenly looks embarrassed, and yelling at something about her chest? Really odd indeed... actually this might be a good idea for a chance to win her crush's affections. "So Yuma..." They looked back over to her as she grinned. "So your interested in seeing little ol me that way? Why didn't you say so?" She gave a mentioning wink.
"Wha-hey, hey wait a second it's not what you think, it was just this guy beside him said something so rude, and he-" Yuma started off rambling to clear the misunderstanding but Yuto suddenly snapped.
"Shut up!" Yuto yelled before glaring at Cathy. "Let Lulu and Saya go now Cathy, or else!"
Flinching they turned over towards him from the yelling. Yuto had a look of such unusual fury in his eyes it was enough to make everyone including the dozens of cats move back out of fear. "Let them go Cathy, am I clear?"
"Sorry but your gonna have to wait your turn Yuto. I want Yuma right now." Cathy stated over the Number card she has disregarding the fear in the room. "Once, I'm done with Yuma, then I'll duel you okay?"
"Yuma... perhaps you could resolve the situation by agreeing to duel and see her in her desired fashion if she lets Lulu and Saya go first... she does possess a Number and so dueling her is unavoidable regardless but it may avoid a much larger issue." Astral advised him quickly. "I fear at this rate something very dangerous will happen."
Yuma at this looked over to Yuto where he never see Yuto this furious before. He had known how close he is to Lulu, and while he had once seen Shay really protective (by experiencing it firsthand), he knows that Lulu despite able to look over herself has two really strong guys guarding her be it her brother, or her close friend. Like Astral said something dangerous is coming that he can feel so he needs to take care of this.
With that Yuma turned over. "Okay Cat, I'll duel you." Cathy grinned over before Yuma called. "One thing first." She blinked as he answered. "Let Lulu, and Saya go first."
"Oh really, you want them, and not Tori?"
"You still have her don't you? So if you let them go, I still have a reason to duel you."
"Hmmm..." Giving it some thought Cathy doesn't see the harm in it as long as she can keep going with her plan. "I suppose, your right." She snapped her fingers as the hypnotization wore off on Lulu, and Saya as she stepped back to let them go.
"Huh, what?" Saya blinked before pausing. "Where am I? Lulu?"
"Saya?" Lulu turned as they looked at each other before seeing the boys in front of her. "Yuto, Yuma, Nelson!"
"Boys!" Saya ran down with Lulu to where there at. "Where are we? We were with Tori heading to where the contest is at but we were ambushed by cats."
Seeing they were ok Yuto let out a slow breath. "You were kidnapped and brainwashed by Cathy, she has a Number."
"It is visible on her left breast." Astral told them causing Yuma to blush again.
"For the last time can you stop talking about her breast? I told you to say chest I mean... why does it have to be there of all places?" Yuma cried, unintentionally pointing right at Cathy's breasts.
Cathy giggled over from this seeing where he's pointing at before then saying. "Well Yuma after we duel, you would like to see?"
"Uh, no no I do want to duel but not that!" Yuma called embarrassed about this while the girls turned seeing Number 29 on the left side of Cathy's chest. "Can we go ahead, and duel now?"
"Very well then your spot is over there." Cathy grinned gesturing over to a area before jumping expertly to the other side grinning down to them.
Lulu couldn't help but smile playfully. "Aw, what's wrong Yuma? Scared of something, I thought you were always "feeling the flow". It's not like they'd bite you."
"Should... should we give them some privacy?" Saya blushed a bit.
"I... think so." Nelson blushed finally speaking up after his shock from what was going on.
Yuto looked and while still clearly angry he was a bit calmer. "Right, you two have your duel and then... whatever you do after that... just make sure you find out where Tori is."
With that everyone except Yuma left leaving him alone with the cats and Cathy.
"Wait, what-!?" Yuma turned with a arm reaching but sees they left. He stared off in disbelief before holding his head. "Why? Just why?"
"Yuma you can't seriously act like that we have a Number to fight."
"You started this Astral, you didn't respect women!" Yuma snapped over at Astral before then sighing. "Well nothing else we can do now but duel... but after this we will have a LONG talk about women." He walked while poor Astral looked confused as he scratched his head no sure why Yuma is so mad or embarrassed before shrugging floating up to him. "Okay then..." Clearing his throat to get his mind back at ease Yuma readies. "You set Cat, cause I am feeling the flow!"
"That's just purrfect Yuma, and I don't mind showing you after our match, and if you win I'll even tell you where Tori is." Cathy smiled getting ready herself.
"Augmented reality vision link established." a computerized voice stated.
"Let's duel!" Cathy and Yuma called together.

"Nothing else. I set 1 card." Cathy smiled setting a card before winking. "This is only the start Yuma it gets interesting real soon."

"I guess, but wouldn't it be smarter to have a card that actually works with her deck?" Yuma pointed out with a frown.
"Okay now Yuma, I summon Rescue Cat!" Raising up was a white furred cat wearing a rescue helmet meowing cutely.

"Gee you think?" Yuma frowned.
"And now Yuma watch as I overlay my two new cats!" Cathy grinned raising her arm while her two newly summoned cats flew into the Overlay Network while Yuma, and Astral both notice the Number on her glowed bright as if showing the Number is approaching.
Yuma's eyes widened seeing it but he blushed as the number was on her left breast. The Overlay Network exploded over as the Number materialized.
"Cats are pulling the strings over the puppets! Now when the puppet master appears we can see the kind of strings pulling! Xyz Summon! Come out, Number 29: Mannequin Cat!"
Forming over was a woman like puppet that's purple, and wearing a maid outfit twirling before pulling a 'nyah' acting like a cat, and a blue 29 on her left upper leg.

Yuma's eyes widened in shock seeing that. "Not good."
"And now... here we are I will have what I want." Yuma blinked hearing that but didn't have time to think as Cathy raised her arm. "Alright battle! Cat Girl Magician attack Achacha Archer!" Cat Girl Magician readied over before moving charging a spell, and blasting it at Achacha Archer.
"I play the trap Half Unbreak!" Yuma called quickly.

"Okay then Yuma... then Mannequin Cat will attack next!" Mannequin Cat readied over before charging it scratching Achacha Archer's face with her claws which extended over to Yuma.
Yuma cried out being hit by the claws.

"Oh don't fret Yuma, I am a very nice kitten... just needed to get into a hissy fit when necessary." Cathy chuckled over as he wiped his face with a tear. "Although, I won't go easy. Cat Girl Magician's effect activates! At the end of battle when she battles a monster, I can take control of one monster on your field!"
Cat Girl Magician twirled her wand generating a spell over on Achacha Archer who is rubbing his face with a tear like Yuma before blinking over seeing the Xyz Monster doing something.
"Wait huh?" Yuma asked hearing that. "No way, you can't do that!"
Achacha Archer looked hypnotized with strings attached floating over towards Cathy's field now against Yuma.
"This is very worry-some." Astral frowned from this that Cathy now has the advantage of monsters, and even with a Number on her field that they don't know what it can do yet. "Yuma, you need to be on guard against whatever else she has in mind. That Cat Girl Magician will continue stealing our monsters unless we stop it."
Yuma frowned. "What am I supposed to do now, if she keeps stealing my monsters I can't Xyz Summon."
"Okay Yuma, I place 1 card facedown, and end my turn." Cathy grinned before then giving a seductive wink. "So Yuma are you interested now?" She really finds teasing him fun, and couldn't help herself while this happens.

Yuma drew his card uncertainly. "Um... if I say yes would you surrender and let Tori go?"
As he said that he looked at his hand where he was holding Dodododwarf Gogogoglove, Rai Rider, Gagaga Magician, and he had just drawn Monster Slots.
"Oh what fun would that be Yuma? I thought, you want to experience Duels all the way through the end. That isn't like you." She had a visible frown from hearing that. "That isn't the person I always admire..."
"Yuma, you can't get her Number that way, you need to win this duel by defeating her." Astral told him that only be winning a duel by defeating her can her Number be claimed.
"I meant for her to surrender." Yuma pointed out as he was looking at his hand only to pause. "Oh hold on, I summon Dodododwarf Gogogoglove from my hand!"

"Oh it's the cat's meow!" Cathy gushed fangirling she is now facing Yuma's ace monster that she heard about. She then grinned over. "Well now perfect time for this! I activate Mannequin Cat's special ability!" Her number reacted triggering strings around Utopia who looked around confused.
"Huh, what's going on now?" Yuma asked her hearing that.
"Simple whenever you summon a monster, my pretty cat can target that monster to summon a monster from my Deck as long as it has the same type or Attribute as that monster!"
"So she is able to summon any monster she wants that are either warrior or LIGHT." Astral realized from this with a soft frown. "She's good... real good." From some Numbers they already faced, they haven't mastered them like how Cathy is showing now, and from this must've had Mannequin Cat for quite some time if she is this skilled with it already.
Same goes for Yuma during the match he is genuinely impressed by her skill while he had seen Shark, Mr. Kay, and Nelson duel with Numbers none of them came as close as Cathy does in terms of playstyle already having it's effects in consideration. She also mentioned that she admires him, and reacted positively instead of afraid that Utopia is summoned on the field not sure where that's from but knows he should tell her what he thinks of her; a very strong duelist.
"Yeah, I know what you mean. She's really strong but... wait a second is the Number why she's acting so weird?" Yuma asked before shaking his head. "What are you playing?"
"A special cat." Cathy raised a card with a grin. "Blue-Eyes White Cat!" Hearing the name surprised the boys as they watched a small white cat with blue eyes rose on the field meowing having white dragon wings on her back.

"I... thought that was supposed to be a dragon... oh well it doesn't change what I'm going to do... let's snap her out of it." Yuma answered before grinning. "Utopia attack Mannequin Cat with Rising Sun Slash!"
Utopia readied grabbing a sword readying over. But Cat Girl Magician jumped in front of Mannequin Cat blocking Utopia who stopped seeing the change of targets.
"What?" Yuma questioned being that.
"So sorry Yuma but Cat Girl Magician doesn't leave her fellow kitties hanging. As long as she's on the field, you can only target her for attacks if it's a Cat monster." Cathy explained over with a grin flexing her hand like a cat paw.
Yuma frowned as Utopia destroyed Cat Girl Magician.
Cathy meowed over as her monster was destroyed. (Cathy: 3000/Hand: 2) "Weren't expecting that were you Yuma? Impressed now?" Cathy grinned over winking over playfully.
"Honestly, yeah... I definitely am." he admitted ending his turn. "You're a strong duelist Cat."

Cathy blushed from it before drawing. "Okay, I draw." Cathy drew before looking over. "I'm not a monster so during this Standby Phase, your monster that Cat Girl Magician took goes back to you." Freed from Cat Girl Magician's effect Achacha Archer blinked looking around confused before moving back over to Yuma's side beside Utopia.
Yuma let out a sigh at that.
"And now I activate the Continuous Spell, Cat Meeting!" Cathy activated a Continuous Spell on her field that has cats including Rescue Cat on it.

Such as this little fella! Straynge Cat!" Raising was another black hat that has a ring with a ruby on her tail meowing.

"And now watch Yuma, as I Overlay Level 1 Red-Eyes Black Cat, Blue-Eyes White Cat, and Straynge Cat!" the three glowed bright flying up into the Overlay Network. "With these three Level 1 Monsters, I build the Overlay Network!" The Overlay Network exploded as the monster materialized.
"Twin Tails swish around! With the kind of claws that this lady has every cat would be eager to show there on top! Xyz Summon! Twin Tail Cat Lady!"
Getting on the field was a hot pink superhero themed woman with a cat themes on it, a purple visor, and two tails on her form readying over.

"Thanks to this field every Cat gains points equal to there Defense Points." At that both of Cathy's Xyz Monsters power up.

"Next I activate Twin Tail Cat Lady's ability! I use one Overlay Unit to have her gain 800 attack points!" Cathy added as an Overlay Unit was absorbed by her monster's claws that extended.

"Now she has two monsters with over 2500 attack points!" Astral called shocked from what he's seeing that lower-ranked Xyz Monsters like them both overpowered Utopia.
Yuma's eyes widened seeing that.
"And now battle! Twin Tail Cat Lady attack Utopia!" Her monster charges in on Utopia readying over who braced himself while she jumped up.
"I use Utopia's special ability, Lightwing Shield!" Yuma called quickly. "This negates your attack!"

Utopia takes the unit before generating a shield that Twin Tail Cat Lady slashes down that does nothing.
Cathy however grinned. "Alright then Yuma, then I use a card you should recognize." She reveals her other set card which to Yuma, and Astral's shock is one of there signatures.

"I mean at somepoint someone would use Utopia's ability to there advantage." Cathy giggled as Twin Tail Cat Lady's claws energized.

"5600 attack points..." Astral trailed off stunned from seeing this that Cathy used Utopia's Lightwing Shield for her benefit. But if they use Utopia's ability again they can avoid a ton of damage, and Utopia will survive. Wait a moment, Utopia will survive anyway as Twin Tail Cat Lady isn't a Number so why did she... then Astral realized what she's planning to do widen his eyes.
"And now Cat Lady attack Utopia again!" Cathy called as Twin Tail Cat Lady charges in at Utopia who readies for the attack again.
Yuma knowing he has to avoid taking a lot of damage readies to use Lightwing Shield but Astral quickly warned him. "Yuma hold Utopia's ability!"
"Huh, but if I don't stop her attack I'll lose almost all my life points." Yuma pointed out.
"I know that! I know what she is up to though, if Utopia is attacked while not having anymore Overlay Units it will destroy itself. It may spare us from lot of damage but we would lose Utopia which we can't afford to do." Astral explained over to her. "She plans to destroy Utopia by using it's weakness like how she used Lightwing Shield. Utopia can last against this attack as her monster isn't number so if we hold it, we may take damage but we will still have Utopia."
Yuma frowned but nodded as the attack hit Utopia sending him flying back. (Yuma: 0100/Hand: 2)
'What?' Cathy thought surprised from what she just saw having assumed that Yuma would use Lightwing Shield again but instead took the attack head on with Utopia surviving as her monster isn't a Number. 'I was hoping he would negate this one so Mannequin Cat can destroy Utopia... Oh well later then I suppose my next attack would do nothing. Next turn maybe.' Now at Main Phase 2 she then said over. "Okay then Yuma, it's your move now. But tell me what ya think of little ol' me?" She grinned winking.
Yuma weakly got up. "I think you're a really great duelist Cat, I never expected you to have Double or Nothing like that... you almost beat me but... why didn't you attack with your Number?"
"Your monster has another Overlay Unit which makes it useless..." Cathy admitted before turning away. "And you know Yuma, your the first to ever acknowledge me this much, and actually... there is someone I want to really acknowledge me."
"Huh, who wouldn't acknowledge someone as skilled as you?" Yuma asked in confusion. "I mean, you're super tough."
"Well... see he always keeps to himself. I admire him all the time cause he's so confident, and he is always desiring to be the best duelist out there." Cathy admitted over to him. "I do things to have him notice me but he never notices me even if I made it obvious."
"Huh, wow he sounds like a real moron to not notice someone like you, but you just need to keep trying and I'm sure this guy will notice you." Yuma grinned.

"Ok, now Utopia attack Mannequin Cat!" Yuma called. "But I use an Overlay Unit to negate that attack!"
Utopia charged in only to pause and move back.
"Now, my turn to use this, Double or Nothing!" He reveals his own version as Utopia readies two swords.

"Yuma, I'm trying to say that I-"
"And now Utopia, Rising Sun Twin Slash!" Utopia readied over charging in at Mannequin Cat who readied itself over before she dodged over as the cat statue glowed on the field that Yuma notices.
"Huh, what's going on now?" Yuma blinked seeing that as Astral flinched a bit seeing the glowing eyes.
"I do not know, but I do not like it whatever it is." Astral shivered.
"Whenever you attack a Cat Xyz Monster, I draw a card, you say what type it is. If your right your monster gains points equal to Mannequin Cat's. Wrong however, and the attack is negated." Cathy explained over to Yuma before drawing a card.
"So if Yuma calls this attack correctly Utopia will gain 2900 attack points, which will allow him to win the duel however if he calls incorrectly his attack will be negated and he'll lose." Astral noted as Yuma frowned.
"Oh man... which is it, a trap card? Maybe she drew a monster or..." Yuma panicked before looking. "I... I choose you drew a spell card!"
Cathy stared not looking at the card right now before closing her eyes. "Before I reveal the card Yuma... there is something I need to tell you."
"Huh, what is it?" Yuma asked blinking.
"..." Cathy blushed brightly before then saying. "...you."
"Huh?" Yuma blinked confused.
"...Your the one I was talking about." Cathy finally confessed which he blinked from this. "The person who I deeply admire, and do things... I was the one who arranged your clothes, give you great lunches, and everything... I... I really am madly in love with you... I never had the courage to tell you until I have help..." She looked at the card, and reveals it's Inviting Cat a spell card. "And your correct."
Utopia gained points from the effect of Cat World energizing it.

But it didn't got noticed by Yuma who's honestly shocked as Utopia slashed down on Mannequin Cat destroying her as Cathy yelled out landing on her back.

When the duel ended, and Cat World vanished Astral reached his hand as the card of Mannequin Cat exited Cathy's body flying over while the Number on her chest shattered. Astral takes the card staring viewing his memories within the card.
Yuma however was absolutely stunned. "That... Cat, you did all of that because..."
Cathy slowly raised up sitting up closed eyes looking down. "Yes... all of it was for you to notice you... you never did but I never gave up like you never did... but... now... you probably... hate me now..." She starts crying as she rubs her eyes with her hands thinking her crush hates her now cause of the things she been doing.
Yuma looked at her before blushing himself. "Um... Cat?"
"H-Hmmm...?" she slowly looked over with tears down her eyes.
Frowning he walked over and gently wiped them only to shyly close his eyes. "Um... is your... offer still good?"
"My... offer?" Cathy asked before she then blushed. "Uh... are you sure you want to see them for real... I thought you don't want too..."
"I... well, it's kind of embarrassing but... a little bit." he blushed.
Cathy stared before then gaining her playful side again as before giggling. "Well then... right here or in my room?" Astral can see that the Number's influence didn't seem to be much cause this must be what Cathy really was like. If anything the Number must've given her the push/courage needed for her to be noticed by Yuma. Yuma blushed more at that.
Later...
Yuma was blushing but he had learned where Tori was and had told the others so they could find her.
"So Yuma... how were they?" Lulu asked him playfully to tease the poor boy.
Yuma's face turned red as he covered it. "... nice."
"Honestly, I'd probably faint for days if I was in your shoes Yuma." Nelson admitted blushing himself embarrassed by the thought. "But... it is amazing you got that close now... even if it's someone who told her feelings about you. So... are you going to date her?"
"Well uh... I don't know..." Yuma admitted over to them. "A... part of me wants to say yes but..."
"But...? But what?" Saya although blushing herself wonders why Yuma didn't say yes.
"I... don't want Cat to be miserable, I mean... I never noticed her before, and I never dated so I'm just... scared that I might screw it up with her." Yuma admitted to what he's feeling before blushing again. "Or uh... she thinks it's a reason to see her like that again..."
Yuto had his own blush but for a different reason as he turned to him. "Well, if she really loves you that much shouldn't you at least give it a try? And I mean... I don't think you can screw up a date unless you ignore her completely right?"
As he said that they heard Tori crying out. Hearing they they looked over as Yuma hollered. "Tori!" They ran over to see what is going on.
To their shock they saw her laughing and playing with the cats as she threw a yarn ball.

bopdog111: As evident. As you guys seen Cathy is also someone who will not get tossed aside that much like Nelson as he's here. ZEXAL has lots of characters who have potential but almost never given a chance to show themselves. Cathy, Nelson, Anna, Tori, Flip, even Bronk, and probably the most of them being Caswell. All of them will be more important then canon that be certain. And about that part with Cathy, we cut it out to keep the rating as we intended. It's mostly for comedic purposes as animes tend to do that.
Ulrich362: True… then again should we talk with those two about it? Also what happened with Yuto?
bopdog111: Well we should. Fury that nobody seen before, what was that about? Maybe we will find out later at some point cause next time is Kyoji making his next move in place of the episode where Shark quit dueling as from how this is right now, he wouldn't do something like that.
